Description

音箱 技术领域
本发明涉及发声装置,尤其是一种能够向多个方向发出声波的音箱。
背景技术
音箱是我们生活中非常常见的设备,它们通常由电能驱动,通过将电信号转化为声波来发出声响,常用于音乐会、会场广播、电影院或是家庭影院等场合,通常这类音箱会以较多的数量成对出现,并且会被面向听众地对称地摆放于两侧以获得立体声的效果。但是这种对称的摆放音箱,却往往只能保证中之间附件的位置有着较好的收音体验,随着位置远离中间,两侧音箱的声波到达听众的距离会形成一个偏差,这导致两个声波无法同时到达听众,形成一个较小的时间差,尤其是一些范围较大的场合,这个偏差会在一定程度上降低边缘听众的收听到的音效。
并且,单个的传统音箱往往只能水平方向发出声波,这通常无法满足那些具有梯度的场景,如具有多层观众席的剧院、赛场、演唱会等有高低差的场景,一般可以通过增加不同方向和角度的音箱数量来减少高低差所带来的音效音箱,但是过多的音箱设备也会带来大量的调试和人工搬运设置的成本。
而在环形的场景下,普通音箱因其主要向一面发出声波而显得有些难以应付,虽然可以通过向四周各个方向设置多个音箱来达到一定的既定效果,但是在环形场景下的音箱布置难度也明显会变得更高,对调音人员的技术要求也更高。
传统的音箱大多数也需要从外部获取电源和音波信号,使它们变得不那么便携,大量的导线也会对安装过程产生一定的困难。
再进一步地,传统的音箱只能发出声音,无法为用户提供其他感观上的讯息或刺激,使得在单独使用传统音箱进行收听时,往往会显得单调,在有特定需求的场合,使用者还需额外地配置其他设备来配合传统音箱进行氛围营造,无疑这会增加操作的复杂度也会增加使用成本。
发明内容

所述音箱1包括一外壳组件10、一发声组件20、一传送组件30、一供电模组40和一控制模组50,所述发声组件20被可向外传声地设置于所述外壳组件 10之中,所述传送组件30被同轴地设置于所述发声组件20的上方,所述供电模组40被电气连接至所述发声组件20,所述控制模组50被电气连接至所述发声组件20和所述供电模组40。

所述导音框架131可以在保护所述音箱1内部的发声组件20的同时,也能够承受来自所述上安装部12的重力,所述包覆层132可以防止灰尘或杂物通过所述环绕外壳13的所述侧导音孔133落入所述音箱1的内部。
优选地,所述导音框架131的材料为一种硬塑料,所述包覆层132的材料为一种纺织物,且所述包覆层132以某种纹理编织而成以增加其摩擦系数,可以在用户在通过所述包覆层132捧握移动所述音箱1时能够形成较大的摩擦力,避免其滑落。
另一面,所述发声组件20被包围于各所述环绕外壳13的所述导音框架131之中,所述发声组件20向四周所发出的声波,可以透过所述环绕外壳13的各所述侧导音孔133被传播至四周。同时,通过开设多个所述侧导音孔133于所述导音框架131,可以进一步降低其重量,并降低所述音箱1的整体重量。
所述防尘部件14主要用于覆盖于所述传送组件30之上,可以防止灰尘落入其中,所述防尘部件14进一步包括一防尘罩141、一导音盖142和一连接件143,同时所述防尘部件14具有多个上导音孔144,所述连接件143被安装于所述到所述导音盖142的顶部,所述防尘罩141被包覆于所述导音盖142的外层,各所述导音孔144被上下贯通开设于所述导音盖142。

优选地,所述导音盖142的材料为一种硬塑料,所述防尘罩141的材料为一种纺织物。
所述发声组件20主要用于向多个方向发出声波,如图2A所示,所述发声组件20包括一第一发声部21和一第二发声部22,且所述发声组件20同时具有一容纳腔23,所述第一发声部21被可向四周发声地设置于所述外壳组件10之中,所述第二发声部22被可向上发声地连接于所述第一发声部21的顶部,所述容纳腔23被开设于所述第一发声部21的底部,即所述容纳腔23被开设于所述发声组件20的底部。

值得一提的是,高音具有较强的指向性且容易被反射,如果没有所述传送组件30所述传送体31进行声波反射的话,所述第二发声部22发出的高音大部分会竖直向上地传播,会使所述音箱1在播放时会损失一部分音效,导致音效失真,通过所述传送体31对声波进行反射,使得所述第二发声部22所发出的大部分高音能够被反射至周围各个方向,可以让周围的听众都收听到大致相同的音效。
优选地,所述外反射面311和所述内反射面312被实施为球面,因球面可以均匀地进行反射。
优选地,所述发光元件33被实施为一种LED灯,且所述发光元件33可以根据所述控制模组50的控制变换颜色和亮度。
所述悬挂部件32用于悬挂连接所述传送体31,使所述传送体31被悬挂于所述竖直发生部22的所述顶部发声器222的正上方一定高度处,所述悬挂部件32进一步包括至少一悬臂321、一中心件322和一固定件323,同时所述悬挂部件具有一固定孔324,所述悬臂321的下端被连接于所述外壳组件10的上部边缘,即所述外壳组件10的所述上安装座121的边缘,且所述悬臂321的上端被连接于所述中心件322,所述中心件322被同轴定位于所述顶部发射器222的正上方,同时所述固定孔324被上下贯通地开设于所述中心件322的中心,所述固定件323被固定安装于所述固定孔324的上部。优选地,所述容纳腔23的中轴与所述传送体31共轴。
优选地,所述悬臂321的数量被实施为三个,三个所述悬臂321以120°的 夹角分别被连接于所述中心件322。因三个所述悬臂321可以提供较稳定地支撑所述传送组件30。
另一面,所述防尘部件14的所述连接件143被可拆卸地连接于所述固定件323,优选地,所述固定件323由磁性材料制成,所述连接件143由含铁或含镍等铁磁性材料制成,使所述防尘部件14可以方便地拆卸和磁吸固定于所述传送组件30。
所述供电模组40向所述发声组件20、所述发光元件33和所述控制模组50提供电源,所述供电模组40包括一储电部件41和一电源接口42,所述电源接口42被电气连接至所述储电元件40,且所述电源接口42被设置于所述外壳组件10的下部,即所述外壳组件10的所述下安装部111的所述下安装座111,所述储电部件41被安装于所述发声组件20的所述容纳腔23之中,且所述储电部件41被电气连接至所述控制模组50。所述下安装部11进一步设有一安装腔114。所述储电部件41被安装于所述安装腔114。所述安装腔114与所述容纳腔23对齐。也就是说,所述安装腔114被设置于所述下安装部11的中部。优选地,所述储电部件被竖直地设置于所述安装腔114与所述容纳腔23。所述安装腔114与所述容纳腔23组合而成一电池腔24。也就是说,所述电池腔24被分为两个部分,安装腔114与电池腔24。
优选地,所述储电部件41是一种可以充放电的电池。
所述控制模组50用于控制所述发声组件20和所述传送组件30的所述发光元件33,所述控制模组50包括一控制电路51、一控制面板52和一信号接口53,所述控制面板52被电气连接至所述控制电路51,所述信号接口53被电气连接至所述控制电路51,同时,所述控制面板52被设置于所述上安装部12的所述上安装座121,所述信号接口53被设置于所述下安装部11的所述下安装座111,所述控制电路51被电气连接至所述主振动器211、所述顶部发声器222和所述发光元件33。
所述控制电路51可以根据用户的操作或信号控制所述主振动器211、所述顶部发声器222和所述发光元件33进行工作。
所述控制面板52可供用户操作,并将用户的操作信号传递至所述控制电路51,并由所述控制电路51做出响应。
所述信号接口53用于向所述控制电路51传输音频信号,以通过所述控制电 路51将音频信号转化为变化的电流,最终通过变化的电流使所述发声部件20的所述主动发声器211和所述顶部发声器222发出不同的声波。
所述信号接口53进一步包括一储存模块531、一输入接口532、一输出接口533和一无线传输模块534,所述储存模块531、所述输入接口532、所述输出接口533和所述无线传输模块534都被可通信地电气连接至所述控制电路51。
所述储存模块531可用于连接外部的数据介质,如记忆卡等,通过将外部数据介质连接于所述储存模块531,所述控制电路51可以读取所述储存模块531中的音频数据,并通过控制所述发声组件20的所述主动发声器211和所述顶部发声器222发出声波。
所述输入接口532可被可通信地电气连接于外部数据源,如手机、MP3等播放设备,所述输入接口533可接收从外部数据源传送过来的音频信号,并将接收自外部数据源的音频信号传递至所述控制电路51,最后通过所述控制电路51控制所述主动发声器211和所述顶部发声器222发出声波。
所述输出接口533可被可通信地电气连接至外部发声设备,如其他音箱等,所述控制电路51可以读取所述储存模块531中的音频数据,并将音频数据转化为音频信号,最通过所述输出接口533传输至外部发声设备进行播放。
所述无线传输模块534可被无线地通信连接至外部数据源,如手机、笔记本电能等设备,所述无线传输模块534可接收从外部数据源传送过来的音频信号,并将接收自外部数据源的音频信号传递至所述控制电路51,最后通过所述控制电路51控制所述主动发声器211和所述顶部发声器222发出声波。
在所述音箱1播放音乐时,所述控制模组50可以根据所播放的音乐类型、节奏、风格等不同特征,调控所述发光元件33,使所述发光元件33以不同的方式发光,再通过所述传送体31将所述发光元件33发出的光反射至周围,以配合所播放的音乐来营造一种氛围,或是用户根据自身的喜好通过所述控制模组50设置所述发光元件33的发光逻辑。
举个例子,当所述音箱1在播放快节奏的音乐时,所述控制模组50可以控制所述发光元件33根据音乐节奏快速地闪烁,然后通过所述传送组件,使得灯光效果可以很好地配合音效,来营造一种较为亢奋的氛围;或者是当所述音箱1在播放较为舒缓的音乐时,所述控制模组50可以控制所述发光组件根据音乐节奏缓慢地变亮和变暗,以营造一种舒缓的氛围;另外,所述控制模组50也可以 控制所述发光元件33发出不同颜色的光来迎合不同的氛围。
又或者是,用户可以通过所述控制模组50单独控制所述发光元件33以一定的方式进行工作,再通过所述传送体31将上述发光元件33发出的光反射至周围,即便是所述音箱1不发出声音时,也能为用户提供某种氛围,来配合不同场景的氛围需求。
图4A所示为所述音箱1工作时所述传送组件30反射声波的示意图,图中箭头所指为声波的传播方向,当所述发声组件20的所述第二发声部22的所述顶部发声器222向上发出声波时,部分声波会以不同的角度传播至所述传送组件30的所述传送体31的所述外反射面311,然后这部分声波会被所述传送体31的所述反射面311反射至周围各个方向,以提升各个方向的收音效果。
图4B所示为所述音箱1工作时所述传送组件30和所述第二发声部22的所述中心反射面224反射所述发光元件33所发出光线的示意图,图中例举了某一条光线的路径。
当所述发光元件33向下发出光线时,所述发光元件33从不同的角度向所述传送体21的内部照发射光线,发出的光线在到达所述传送体21的所述内反射面312时,部分光线射出所述传送体21并抵达所述第二发声部件22的所述中心反射面224并被所述中心反射面224进一步射至外部,另一部光线被所述所述传送体31的所述内反射面312所反射向其他方向并最终从其他方向射出所述传送体31。
在各个方向的光线都发生类似的反射时,使得用户可以从所述音箱1的周围360°都可以看到所述发光元件33所发出的光线,使得所述音箱1能根据音乐变换所述发光元件33来营造不同的音乐氛围。另一面,所述发光元件33可以发出提示性的光线,如操作反馈、电源提示、工作状态提示等,使得用户在操作所述音箱时从360°都可以得到反馈。
需要注意的是,图4A和4B所示为粗略的声路和光路展示,并非严谨的声波光学分析,但其所揭露的技术手段及原理应当足以使本领域的技术人员了解本发明的技术特征与实现方式。值得注意的是,在本发明一优选实施例中,所述外壳组件呈蛋形,以供容纳所述发声组件20、所述传送组件30、所述供电模组40和所述控制模组50.
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本发明的优选实施例只 作为举例而并不限制本发明。且本发明的目的已经完整并有效地实现,本发明的功能及结构原理已在实施例中展示和说明,在没有背离所述原理下,本发明的实施方式可以有任何变形或修改。

Claims (19)

  1. 一音箱,其特征在于,所述音箱包括:
    一外壳组件;
    一发声组件,所述发声组件被可向外传声地设置于所述外壳组件之中,其中,所述发声组件包括一第一发声部和一第二发声部,所述第一发声部被可向四周发声地设置于所述外壳组件之中,所述第二发声部被可向上发声地连接于所述第一发声部的顶部;
    一传送组件,所述传送组件被同轴地设置于所述发声组件的所述第二发声部的上方;和
    一供电模组,所述供电模组被电气连接至所述发声组件;
    其中,所述第一发声部和所述第二发声部分别被电气连接至所述供电模组和所述控制模组,所述传送组件供向四周反射所述发声组件的所述第二发声部产生的部分声波。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其中,所述传送组件进一步包括一传送体和一悬挂部件,所述传送体被悬挂于所述悬挂部件悬挂于所述第二发声部上方,以使得所述传送体的中心轴与所述第二发声部的中心轴同轴,从而所述第二发声部所发出的声音中,部分声音被所述传送体向四周反射。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的音箱,其中,所述传送组件进一步包括至少一光源,所述光源被设置于所述悬挂部件,所述光源所发出的光被所述传送体以反射的方式传送至四周。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的音箱,其中,所述传送体为一透明材料。
  5. 根据权利要求5所述的音箱,其中,部分所述光源发出的光穿过所述传送体被传送至所述第二发声部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的音箱,其中,所述第二发声部进一步具有一中心反射面,所述中心反射面被设置于所述第二发声部的中部供反射来自穿透所述传送件的光。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的音箱,其中,所述第二发声部进一步包括一中心反射件,其中,所述中心反射件被设置于所述第二发声部的中部,其中,部分所述光源穿过所述传送体到达所述中心反射件,被所述中心反射件反射。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的音箱,其中,所述第二发声部进一步包括一安装座和一顶部发声器,所述顶部发声器被安装于所述安装座,其中,所述顶部发声器的中轴与所述传送轴同轴,其中,所述中心反射面为所述顶部发声器的纸盆的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的音箱,其中,所述第二发声部进一步包括一安装座和一顶 部发声器,所述顶部发声器被安装于所述安装座,所述中心反射件被设置于所述顶部发声器的中部。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的音箱,进一步包括一第一发声部,所述第一发声部被设置于所述第二发声部的下方,其中,所述第一发声部进一步包括:两主动发声器,两被动振动器、一发声框架、一密封盖和具有两振动腔,其中,所述两振动腔被相互隔离地形成于所述发声框架,所述两主动发声器分别被对称地设置于所述发声框架的两侧面两所述被动振动器分别地被对称地设置于所述发声框架的两侧面,其中,其中一所述主动发声器和其中一被动振动器被设置于其中一所述振动腔,另一所述主动发声器和另一被动振动器被设置于另一所述振动腔其中,所述密封盖被设置于所述发声框架的上方供分别密封所述两振动腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的音箱,其中,所述发声组件进一步具有一容纳腔,所述容纳腔被设置于所述第一发声部的底部的中部,被两所述振动腔所围绕。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的音箱,其中,所述容纳腔的中心轴与所述传送件的中心轴共轴。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的音箱,其中,所述供电模组进一步包括一储电部件,所述储电部件的顶部被收纳于所述容纳腔以限制所述储电部件的位置。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的音箱,其中,所述外壳组件进一步包括一下安装部、一上安装部和两外壳,所述两外壳被组合安装于所述下安装部之上,所述上安装部被环绕坚紧固于两年所述环绕外壳的上端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的音箱,其中,所述外壳组件进一步包括一防尘部件,所述防尘部件被拆卸地设置于所述上安装部这上,且所述防尘部件被可拆卸地连接于所述传送组件。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的音箱,其中,所述悬挂部件进一步包括至少一悬臂、一中心件和一固定件,同进所述悬挂部件具有一固定孔,所述悬臂的下端被斩首于所述外壳组件的上部边缘,,所述悬臂的上端被连接于所述中心件,所述中心件被同轴定位于所述顶部发声器的正上方,同时所述固定孔被上下贯通地开设于所述中心件的中心,所述固定件被固定安装于所述固定孔的上部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的音箱,其中所述悬臂的数量为三个,且三个所述悬臂以120°的夹角分别被连接于所述中心件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的音箱,进一步包括一控制模组,所述控制模组被电气连 接至所述发声组件和所述供电模组,其中,所述控制模组包括一控制电路、一控制面板和一信号接口,所述控制面板被电气连接至所述控制电路,所述信号接口被电气连接至所述控制电路。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的音箱,其中所述信号接口进一步包括一储存模块、一输入接口、一输出接口和一无线传输模块,所述储存模块、所述输入接口、所述输出接口和所述无线传输模块都被可通信地电气连接至所述控制电路。
