Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un biocapteur à nanopores et un procédé de séquençage. Le procédé de préparation comprend : sous l'action d'une première tension, l'insertion d'une protéine de nanocanal dans un matériau de membrane pour constituer un biocapteur à nanopores ayant un canal de nanopore, la première tension étant une tension incrémentielle. Au moyen de la tension incrémentielle, la fusion de la protéine de nanocanal et du matériau de membrane est favorisée, ce qui permet d'améliorer la stabilité du biocapteur à nanopores, et de réduire la probabilité de glissement de la protéine de nanocanal hors du matériau de membrane.
