Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic umbrella. An automatic umbrella according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an umbrella shaft and multiple umbrella ribs extending radially from the umbrella cap at the top of the umbrella shaft. The automatic umbrella comprises: a runner installed to be able to slide upwards/downwards within a movement range configured outside the umbrella shaft along the longitudinal direction; a stopper fixed to the umbrella shaft so as to correspond to one side of the lower portion of the movement range; multiple lower auxiliary ribs having both ends connected to the umbrella ribs and to the runner, respectively; and a pulley provided at the lower end of the umbrella shaft, one end of a folding wire being fixed to the pulley such that the pully is rotated by manipulation of a manipulation portion, thereby winding and unwinding the folding wire. The other end of the folding wire extends from the pulley downwards via an upper via-point on one side of the upper end of the umbrella shaft, and then is fixed to one side of the runner via a lower via-point provided on the stopper. Accordingly, when the folding wire is wound around the pulley, the runner is moved toward the stopper such that the umbrella ribs are folded. Accordingly, the folding wire is not fixed to the umbrella ribs, but is fixed to the runner via the stopper and is forced against the umbrella shaft, thereby minimizing the possibility of the occurrence of interference with other components such as the lower auxiliary ribs. Therefore, even if folding and unfolding operations are repeated, erroneous operations or fractures may be minimized.

Description

The present invention relates to an automatic umbrella, and in particular, by minimizing the possibility of interference with other components such as lower auxiliary ribs due to a wire sticking to an umbrella stand or extending into a wire guide, malfunction or malfunction even when repeated folding and unfolding operations are performed. In addition to minimizing damage, the user can manually push up or down the runner to open and fold the umbrella. will be.
Recently, for the purpose of improving user convenience and differentiating products, various types of umbrellas capable of folding or unfolding umbrellas without using human power have been proposed.
For example, it is to use a connecting member such as a thread inside an umbrella stand, and in this regard, the applicant of the present application has also proposed an embodiment through Patent Publication No. 10-2020-0123710 "Automatic umbrella".
However, in the case of an automatic umbrella using a wire as described above, since the other end of the wire is drawn out from the top of the umbrella stand and directly connected to the umbrella rib, the wire crosses the inside of the umbrella in an open state to improve the appearance In addition to this deterioration, there is a problem that the wire exposed to the outside in the process of folding and unfolding the umbrella interferes with the surrounding configuration and causes malfunction, such as being tangled, and the exposed wire is vulnerable to damage.
Furthermore, since it is virtually impossible to fix the wire drawn to the upper part of the umbrella stand to all umbrella ribs, the tension of the wire is concentrated on a specific umbrella rib, resulting in poor operation and increased risk of damage due to repeated tension. .
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to minimize the possibility of interference with other components such as the lower auxiliary rib by being in close contact with the umbrella stand because the folding wire is not fixed to the umbrella rib but fixed to the runner via the stopper. Repeated folding and unfolding An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic umbrella capable of minimizing malfunction or damage even when the operation is performed.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to enable the user to manually push up or down the runner to open and fold the umbrella when both the spreading wire and the folding wire are used, so that the operation of the pulley is not motorized or malfunctioning. It is to provide an automatic umbrella that can be used normally even in the case of
In addition, another object of the present invention is to maximize durability by minimizing breakage or damage due to interference with surrounding components, since the expanding wire and the folding wire extend inside the wire guide and are not exposed to the outside. It is to provide an automatic umbrella that can improve.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in an umbrella including an umbrella stand and a plurality of umbrella ribs radially extending from an umbrella cap at the top of the umbrella stand, within a movement section set along the longitudinal direction outside the umbrella stand. a runner installed to be able to slide up and down in; A stopper fixed to the umbrella stand corresponding to one lower side of the moving section; a plurality of lower auxiliary ribs having both ends connected to the umbrella rib and the runner, respectively; And a pulley provided at the lower end of the umbrella stand, one end of the folding wire being fixed and rotating according to the operation of the control unit to wind and unwrap the folding wire; wherein, the other end of the folding wire is moved from the pulley to one side of the top of the umbrella stand. After extending downward via the upper via point of the stopper, it is fixed to one side of the runner via the lower via point provided in the stopper, and moves the runner in the direction of the stopper when the folding wire is wound on the pulley. This is achieved by automatic umbrellas that allow umbrella arms to fold.
Here, when the umbrella stand is provided as a multi-stage umbrella that is divided into two or more, the runner is provided to be movable within the uppermost bar adjacent to the umbrella cap, and the stopper is provided to be movable in the upper bar corresponding to the lower end of the movement section. It may be provided on one side of the bottom.
Alternatively, the above object, according to another embodiment of the present invention, in an umbrella including an umbrella stand and a plurality of umbrella ribs radially extending from an umbrella cap at the top of the umbrella stand, the movement set outside the umbrella stand along the longitudinal direction Runners installed to be able to slide up and down within the section; A stopper fixed to one side of the lower end of the umbrella stand; a plurality of lower auxiliary ribs having both ends connected to the umbrella rib and the runner, respectively; And a pulley provided at the lower end of the umbrella holder, one end of which is fixed and rotates according to the operation of the control unit to wind and unwrap the folding wire, but the other end of the folding wire extends upward from the pulley After being drawn out to the outside of the umbrella stand via the first lower waypoint and the second lower waypoint provided in the stopper, it is fixed to one side of the runner at the top, and when the folding wire is wound on the pulley, the runner is directed toward the stopper It is also achieved by an automatic umbrella that moves to fold the umbrella rib.
In each of the above embodiments, a wire guide is provided outside the umbrella stand corresponding to the movement section, and the folding wire drawn out of the umbrella stand can extend inside the wire guide.
In this case, the wire guide may be provided in a groove shape that is recessed into the umbrella stand or protrudes outward.
In each of the above embodiments, a wire buffer may be further provided in the runner to which the other end of the folding wire is fixed so that the other end of the folding wire can flow.
In addition, in each of the above embodiments, one end is fixed to the pulley, and the other end extends into the umbrella stand, is drawn out of the umbrella stand via the lower via point, and then is fixed to one side of the runner. Further comprising a spreading wire Thus, when the extension wire is wound on the pulley, the other end of the extension wire pulls the runner in the direction of the umbrella cap so that the umbrella rib can be unfolded.
Therefore, in the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, since the folding wire is not fixed to the umbrella rib but fixed to the runner via the stopper, it is in close contact with the umbrella stand and minimizes the possibility of interference with other components such as the lower auxiliary rib, resulting in repeated folding and Even if the unfolding operation is performed, there is an advantage in that malfunction or damage can be minimized.
In addition, the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, when using both the unfolding wire and the folding wire, allows the user to manually push up or down the runner to open and fold the umbrella, so that the operation of the pulley is not motorized or there is a malfunction. Even if I can use it normally.
In addition, according to the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, since the unfolding wire and the folding wire extend inside the wire guide and are not exposed to the outside, breakage or damage due to interference with surrounding components can be minimized, thereby maximizing durability. , can improve the appearance.
In addition, according to the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, by configuring the wire buffer, the length change of the wire can be automatically corrected and at the same time the tension of the wire can be kept constant, so that malfunction can be prevented in advance.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail for each embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1) Embodiment 1 (Fig. 1)
The automatic umbrella 1 according to the first embodiment according to the present invention is an umbrella including an umbrella stand 10 and a plurality of ribs 13 extending radially from an umbrella cap 11 at an upper end of the umbrella stand 10. In it, it includes a runner 71, a stopper 72, a lower auxiliary rib 131 and a pulley 30.
Here, the other end of the folding wire extends downward from the pulley 30 via the upper via point 15 on one side of the upper end of the umbrella stand 10, and then via the lower via point A2 provided at the stopper 72. It is fixed to one side of the runner 71, and when the folding wire 42 is wound on the pulley 30, the runner 71 is moved in the direction of the stopper 72 so that the umbrella rib 13 is folded.
Referring to Figure 1, this embodiment will be described in detail.
The runner 71 is installed on the outside of the umbrella stand 10 to be slidable up and down within the movement section L set along the longitudinal direction.
The runner 71 is usually provided in a ring or cylindrical shape and is fitted to the outside of the umbrella stand 10, and moves while sliding up and down along the umbrella stand 10.
In the movement section (L), the runner 71 is located at the bottom when the umbrella ribs 13 are folded, and the runner 71 is located at the top when the umbrella ribs 13 are unfolded. The uppermost position and the lowermost position of are taken as the movement section (L). The moving section (L) has different lengths depending on the structure of the umbrella.
The stopper 72 is fixed to the umbrella stand 10 corresponding to one side of the lower part of the moving section L.
Unlike the runner 71, the stopper 72 is a structure fixed to a predetermined position of the umbrella stand 10, and the shape may be provided in various shapes as possible via the folding wire 42.
The stopper 72 may be freely positioned below the moving section L so as not to interfere with the vertical sliding of the runner 71 . For example, the stopper 72 may be provided at a position in contact with the lower end of the movement section (L), or may be provided spaced apart from the lower end of the movement section (L) at a predetermined distance.
Both ends of the lower auxiliary ribs 131 are connected to the umbrella ribs 13 and the runner 71, respectively, and a plurality of them are radially provided along the outer periphery of the runner 71. Accordingly, when the runner 71 moves downward of the umbrella stand 10, the connected lower auxiliary rib 131 pulls the umbrella rib 13 to fold the umbrella, and conversely, the runner 71 moves upward of the umbrella stand 10. When the lower auxiliary rib 131 is connected, the umbrella rib 13 is pushed up to open the umbrella.
One end of the folding wire 42 is fixed to the pulley 30, and the other end extends downward from the pulley 30 via the upper via point 15 on one side of the upper end of the umbrella stand 10, and then to the stopper 72 It is fixed to one side of the runner 71 via the lower via point A2 provided.
Here, the upper via point 15 may be provided in various locations, such as being provided inside the umbrella cap 11, for example, and the upper via point 15 and the lower via point A2 are, for example, , The folding wire 42, such as a pulley, may be provided in various structures that can be extended to enable passing through.
One end of the spreading wire 41 is fixed to the pulley 30, and the other end extends into the umbrella stand 10 and is drawn out of the umbrella stand 10 via the upper via point 15, then the runner 71 fixed on one side Accordingly, when the extension wire 41 is wound around the pulley 30, the other end of the extension wire 41 pulls the runner 71 in the direction of the umbrella cap 11 so that the umbrella rib 13 is unfolded.
Here, since the spreading wire 41 is not an essential component in the operation of unfolding the umbrella ribs 13 in the present invention, a gear structure other than a wire type or a user directly pushes the runner 71 upward, etc. structure can be used.
The pulley 30 is provided at the lower end of the umbrella stand 10, and one end of the folding wire 42 is fixed so that the folding wire 42 is wound and unwound while rotating according to the operation of a control unit (not shown).
The pulley 30 may be provided in various ways, such as manual operation, but may be provided to perform a rotational operation using various energies such as electricity without using a user's force. For example, a driving motor (not shown) is provided on one side of the pulley 30 and an operating unit such as a switch or a button for operating the driving motor is provided. When the user presses the button, the driving motor operates and the pulley 30 ) can be rotated.
On the other hand, when the unfolding wire 41 is wound, the folding wire 42 must be unwound on the contrary. Therefore, the pulley 30 may be provided as two pieces that rotate in opposite directions so that each winding and unwinding is performed in reverse, or as one piece, but the winding directions of the unfolding wire 41 and the folding wire 42 are reversed. may be In the latter case, for example, when the pulley 30 is rotated forward, the unfolded wire 41 is wound but the folded wire 42 is unwound, and when the pulley 30 is rotated reversely, the folded wire 42 is wound, but The spreading wire 41 is released.
Accordingly, in the automatic umbrella 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, when the winding pulley 32 rotates and winds the folding wire 42 while folding the umbrella, the other end of the folding wire 42 is the runner 71 ) is pulled down in the direction of the stopper 72, and the lower auxiliary rib 131 connected according to the descent of the runner 71 descends and the umbrella rib 13 is folded. Conversely, when the umbrella is opened, when the expanding pulley 31 rotates and winds the expanding wire 41, the other end of the expanding wire 41 pulls up the runner 71 in the direction of the umbrella cap 11, and the runner 71 ) As the lower auxiliary ribs 131 connected to each other rise, the umbrella ribs 13 are spread.
Therefore, in the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, since the folding wire is not fixed to the umbrella rib but fixed to the runner via the stopper, it is in close contact with the umbrella stand and minimizes the possibility of interference with other components such as the lower auxiliary rib, thereby causing repeated folding. And even if the unfolding operation is performed, there is an advantage of minimizing malfunction or damage.
In addition, the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, when using both the unfolding wire and the folding wire, allows the user to manually push up or down the runner to open and fold the umbrella, so that the operation of the pulley is not motorized or there is a malfunction. Even if I can use it normally.
The wire guide 80 is provided outside the umbrella stand 10 corresponding to the movement section L, so that the folding wire 42 drawn out of the umbrella stand 10 extends inside the wire guide 80.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the wire guide 80 may have one end provided in a groove shape, or a tubular shape so that the folding wire 42 or the spreading wire 41 is not exposed to the outside. there is.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, the wire guide 80 may be formed by being recessed into the umbrella stand 10, or as shown in FIG. 5, it is possible to protrude and form the outside of the umbrella stand 10 . In addition, the shape of the wire guide 80 may have various cross-sectional shapes as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 without limitation.
On the other hand, the expanded wire 41 or the folded wire 42 extends into the wire guide 80 only after passing through the upper via point 15 or the lower via point A2 (41a in FIG. 4 (a) or FIG. 4 (b), 42b), and both before and after passing through the upper waypoint 15 may extend into the wire guide 80 (see 42a, 42b of FIG. 4 (a)).
Therefore, according to the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, since the unfolding wire and the folding wire extend inside the wire guide and are not exposed to the outside, breakage or damage due to interference with surrounding components can be minimized, thereby maximizing durability. , can improve the appearance.
The wire buffer 60 is provided on the runner 71 to which the other end of the unfolding wire 41 or folding wire 42 is fixed so that the other end of the fixed spreading wire 41 or folding wire 42 can flow do.
The wire buffer 60 is a component for correcting a change in the length of the wires 41 and 42 due to a change in the length of the wire according to the use of the automatic umbrella 1 or deformation of other components such as the pulley 30. That is, in the wire-driven automatic umbrella as in the present invention, if the winding and unwinding of each wire are not performed equally, a malfunction may occur. It is to make it full.
The wire buffer 60 may be provided in various ways, for example, as shown in FIG. 6 , a buffer member 61 may be provided between the fixing member and the fixing point 63 . The buffer member 61 may be provided in various types having elasticity such as a spring ((a) in FIG. 6) or a sponge ((b) in FIG. 6). Accordingly, when the length of the wires 41 and 42 is insufficient, additional length is provided to the wires 41 and 42 while being compressed, and when the length remains, the buffer member 61 expands and the length of the wires 41 and 42 increases. It can accommodate the remaining length, and has the advantage of maintaining the basic tension of the wires 41 and 42 in any of the above cases.
Therefore, according to the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, by configuring the wire buffer, a change in length of the wire can be automatically corrected and at the same time the tension of the wire can be kept constant, thereby preventing malfunction in advance.
2) Second Embodiment (FIG. 2)
Referring to FIG. 2, an automatic umbrella 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. Hereinafter, descriptions overlapping with those in the first embodiment are omitted.
An automatic umbrella 1 according to a second embodiment of the present invention relates to a multi-stage umbrella in which an umbrella stand 10 is divided into two or more, and as shown in FIG. 2, an upper bar 10a, a middle bar 10b, and a lower bar. As in (10c), it may be provided as a three-stage umbrella, or may be provided with two or more stages.
In this case, since it is common for the runner 71 to move within the upper rod 10a, the stopper 72 may also be provided together with the upper rod 10a, but as described above, the position of the stopper 72 is the movement section ( Since there is no restriction on the position as long as it is located in the lower part of L), it is also possible that the runner 71 is provided on the upper bar 10a and the stopper 72 is provided on the middle bar 10b or the lower bar 10c. In addition, it goes without saying that the runner 71 and the stopper 72 can be provided in various positions according to the movement section L of the runner 71, such as being provided on the middle bar 10b together.
On the other hand, the wire guide 80 may be provided only on the upper rod 10a, or may be provided across the upper rod 10a and the middle rod 10b, depending on the section in which the wires 41 and 42 drawn out are extended. Various variations are possible.
Hereinafter, since the operation process of the automatic umbrella 1 according to the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment described above, a description thereof will be omitted.
Therefore, according to the automatic umbrella according to the present invention, it can be applied not only to single-stage umbrellas but also to multi-stage automatic umbrellas with two or more stages, and thus has great versatility.
3) Third Embodiment (FIG. 3)
In the automatic umbrella 1 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the stopper 72 is provided on one side of the lower end of the umbrella stand 10 adjacent to the pulley 30, so that the folding wire 42 is at the upper via point 15 After being drawn out of the umbrella stand 10 via the first lower waypoint A21 and the second lower waypoint A22 of the stopper 72 at the lower end of the umbrella stand 10 without passing through, to the runner 71 It is fixed.
Therefore, in the automatic umbrella according to the present embodiment, since the folding wire does not pass through the top of the umbrella stand, the length of the wire can be shortened, and the possibility of mutual interference between the unfolding wire and the folding wire within the umbrella stand can be minimized, thereby improving durability. There is an effect that can be maximized.
Hereinafter, as in the above-described embodiment, descriptions of components that can be equally applied, such as the wire guide 80 and the wire buffer 60, will be omitted.
