본 발명에 의한 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누는 천연 에스피노질리아 등 여러 종의 허브가 함유되고, 고형 비누에 두피를 마사지할 수 있도록 돌출 구성된 볼이 형성되어 머리를 감을 때 마사지 볼의 두피 마사지를 통해 두피를 자극함으로써 혈행을 개선하여 허브 조성물의 유효 성분 흡수율을 높여 탈모 예방과 발모를 촉진하는 두피 마사지 비누 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누
본 발명은 천연 에스피노질리아 등 수종의 허브가 함유되고, 두피를 마사지하는 볼이 구성되어 탈모 예방과 발모를 촉진하는 두피 마사지 비누 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
탈모는 외모가 중시되는 현대인에게 아주 큰 고민이고, 탈모 인구가 많아지면서 사회적으로 많은 비용이 소비되고 있다.
매년 탈모 치료 의약품 및 탈모 방지를 표방하는 샴푸 제품들이 새롭게 출시되고 있지만 큰 효과를 보지 못하고 있다.
탈모의 원인으로 일부 밝혀진 사실은 유전적 원인, 환경적 오염, 스트레스, 혈액 순환 장애, 불규칙한 식생활, 음주, 흡연 등에 기안하는 것으로 알려지고 있다.
그러나 발모를 촉진하는 기전에 대해서는 아직 명확하게 밝혀지지 않고 있는 실정이다.
다만, 현재 객관적인 임상결과로 검증된 성분과 제품은 미녹시딜(Minoxidile)와 피나스테라이드(finasteride)를 포함한 몇 가지가 있지만, 대표적인 미녹시딜과 피나스테라이드는 장기간 사용시 부작용이 심각하다.
인체의 모발은 약 10~15만 개 정도이고, 각각의 모발은 서로 다른 주기를 갖고 성장기, 퇴행기, 휴지기를 거쳐 성장 및 탈락을 반복한다. 정상인에게서 이러한 주기는 평균 3~6년에 걸쳐 반복되는데 그 결과로 일일 평균 60~100가닥의 모발이 탈락하게 된다.
탈모증 환자의 경우는 모발의 성장 및 탈락 주기 중에서 성장기에 있는 모발이 감소하고 퇴행기 및 휴지기의 모발이 증가하여 비정상적으로 모발의 탈락이 증가한다.
상술한 여러 탈모 원인은 복합적으로 작용하면서 탈모 외에도 발모 효과 부진과, 어린 모발을 잘 자라게 하는 육모 효과의 저하와, 가늘고 힘이 없는 모발을 굵고 튼튼하게 해주는 양모 효과의 부진과, 피지의 과잉생성, 비듬균의 번식, 두피의 가려움증 유발, 두피 및 모발의 건조화, 모발의 유연성 저하 및 갈라짐, 모발의 이상 증상을 유발한다.
발모 효과 증진과 탈모 방지를 위한 샴푸나 스프레이 등의 여러 화학제품은 장시간 사용하면 두피 트러블 등의 부작용을 야기하고, 천연 소재로 만든 제품은 효과가 없거나 매우 미미한 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 탈모 방지 및 발모을 유도하는 천연 물질을 소재로 비누를 제작함으로써 오랫동안 사용하여도 부작용을 야기하지 않고, 두피 마사지 및 헤드 테라피를 병행할 수 있는 두피 마사지 비누 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이 본 발명의 목적이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명에 의한 두피 마사지 비누 및 그 제조방법은 몸체(101); 상기 몸체(101)의 상부 면에 형성된 반 구 형태의 볼 삽입구(102); 상기 볼 삽입구(102)에 삽입되는 구 형태의 마사지 볼(110); 및 상기 볼 삽입구(102)에 홈 형태로 형성되어 마사지 볼(110)과 볼 삽입구(102)의 접촉 면적으로 감소시키는 공간 홈(103);으로 구성되어 머리를 감을 때 상기 마사지 볼(110)이 두피를 자극하도록 구성된다.

이하, 본 발명에 의한 두피 마사지 비누 제조방법에 대해 설명한다.
제1 단계
천연 에스피노질리아의 잎과 열매 부분을 초임계 방식으로 추출(supercritical extraction)하고, 이를 다시 -20℃ 내지 -50℃ 온도에서 동결 건조 후 나노 분말화(nanoparticle powder)하여 경피 흡수를 높이도록 하는 단계를 실시한다.
이때, 에스피노질리아 분말은 피부 세포 간격 75nm보다 작은 40nm 내지 50nm 크기의 입도로 분말화하는 것이 바람직하다.
초임계 방식 추출은 이산화탄소 등의 초임계 유체를 사용하여 식품의 특정 성분을 추출하는 방식이다. 이산화탄소는 임계점이 낮고 독성이 없으므로 유용 물질의 추출에 유리하다.

수증기 추출법(steam distillation)으로 추출된 정유(aroma) 타입의 로즈마리, 레몬, 캐모마일, 라임은 균형비에 맞춰 혼합하여 24시간 이상 안정화 단계를 거치고 난후 캐리어 오일인 호호바 오일, 올리브 버진 오일, 아르간 커넬 오일에 혼합하여 밀폐형 갈색 유리병에 담아 18℃ 내지 22℃에서 보관하여 안정성을 유지시키면서 아로마 오일의 유효 성분 활성을 저하시키지 않도록 한다.
로즈마리 오일(Rosemary oil)은 비듬 억제와 탈모 예방 효과와 염증완화 및 수렴 작용을 한다. 레몬 오일(Ctrus Limon oil)은 각질을 벗겨내고 헤어의 외관 개선 및 비듬 제거에 효과적이다.
캐모마일 로만 오일(Roman Chamomile oil)은 두피를 이완하여 진정시키고 항진균, 소염, 호르몬, 세포재생 효과가 있다. 라임 오일(Lime oil)은 피지 생산 억제, 지성두피, 염증성 트러블 관리 등 수렴 효과가 있다.
제4 단계
통상의 비누 베이스를 용해한 후 상기 제1 캐리어 오일, 제2 캐리어 오일 및 에스피노질리아 오일을 첨가하고 교반한 후, 몰드에 부어 비누의 몸체를 성형하는 단계를 실시한다.
이때, 비누 베이스 용해 온도는 60℃ 내지 80℃로 설정하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 온도 범위 이하면 베이스 성분이 완전하게 용해되지 않고, 상기 온도 범위를 초과하면 베이스를 구성하는 성분의 물성이 변질되거나 휘발될 수 있으므로 상기 온도범위에서 비누 베이스를 용해한다.
제5 단계
도 2에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 제4 단계를 통해 성형된 비누 몸체(101)에는 반 구(sphere) 형태로 볼 삽입구(102)가 형성되는데, 이 볼 삽입구(102)에 구 형태로 성형된 마사지 볼(110)을 삽입하는 단계를 실시한다.
상기와 같은 제조방법으로 제조된 본 발명의 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누(100)는 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 몸체(101)의 상부에 마사지 볼(110)이 돌출된 형태가 된다.
본 발명의 몸체(101)는 상술한 비누 제조방법을 통해 제조되는데, 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이, 몸체(101)의 상부에 반 구 형상의 홈인 볼 삽입구(102)가 형성되고, 이 볼 삽입구(102)에 구 형태이 마사지 볼(110)이 삽입된다.
상기 마사지 볼(110)은 석영, 유리, 크리스탈, 천연옥, 자연석, 금, 은, 동 등을 소재로 지름이 20~60mm인 구 형태로 성형된 것이다.
그리고 몸체(101)의 양측 면에는 사용자가 파지하여 비누가 미끄러지지 않도록 하기 위한 파지 홈(105)이 형성된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 도 1과 같이 몸체(101)의 볼 삽입구(102)에 마사지 볼(110)을 삽입된 것으로서, 본 발명을 사용할 때는 파지홈(105)을 이용하여 몸체(101)를 파지하고, 마사지 볼(110)이 두피를 향하도록 하여 머리에 비누칠을 하면 마사지 볼(110)이 두피를 자극한다.
마사지 볼(110)이 두피를 자극함으로써, 몸체(101)에 포함된 허브 조성물의 유효 성분이 두피에 빠르게 흡수되어 탈모 예방과 발모를 촉진시킨다.
상기와 같이 머리를 감을 때 마시지 볼(110)이 두피를 자극하는데, 마사지 볼(110)이 회전하며 두피를 자극하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이를 위해 도 3 및 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 볼 삽입구(102)의 표면(외면)에 공간 홈(103)을 형성함으로써, 볼 삽입구(102) 표면과 마사지 볼(110)의 접촉 면적을 줄여 머리를 감을 때 마사지 볼(110)이 회전하며 통증을 줄이고 두피를 자극하도록 구성한다.
상기 공간 홈(103)은 도 4와 같이 볼 삽입구(102)의 바닥 가운데 부분에 형성함으로써, 마사지 볼(110)와 볼 삽입구(102)의 접촉 면이 마사지 볼(110) 중심에서 방사상으로 형성되게 한다.
그리고 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 공간 홈(103)으로부터 몸체(101) 외면에 이르는 수직의 홀(104)을 천공하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 비누(100)를 사용하다 보면 상기 공간 홈(103)에 물이 고일 수 있는데, 공간 홈(103)에 고인 물에 의해 비누 몸체(101)가 물러질 수 있다.
이를 방지하기 위해 도 3과 같이 공간 홈(103)으로부터 몸체(101) 외면에 이르는 천공된 구멍 형태의 홀(104)을 구성함으로써, 상기 홀(104)을 통해 공간 홈(103)에 고인 물이 쉽게 배출되도록 하여 비누(100)의 몸체(101)가 물러지는 것을 방지한다.
그리고 젓가락과 같은 봉 형태의 도구를 상기 홀(104)에 삽입하여 마사지 볼(110)을 밀어 몸체(101)로부터 마사지 볼(110)을 쉽게 분리할 수도 있다.
사용 중 비누(100)를 떨어뜨려 마사지 볼(110)이 파손되거나, 다른 색상의 마사지 볼(110)로 교환을 원할 때 몸체(101)의 볼 삽입구(102)에 삽입된 마사지 볼(110)을 빼내기가 쉽지 않다.
이때, 상기 홀(104)에 긴 도구를 삽입하여 마사지 볼(110)을 밀면 마사지 볼(110)이 쉽게 분리되어 교체할 수 있다.
그리고 마사지 볼(110)은 재사용이 가능하므로 비누(100)의 몸체(101)만 별도 구입하여 상기와 같은 방법으로 마사지 볼(110)을 재사용할 수 있다.
상술한 실시예는 몸체(101)에 1개의 마사지 볼(110)이 체결된 것을 설명하였으나, 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이 비누(100)의 몸체(101)에 여러 개의 마사지 볼(110)을 체결하여 구성할 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 탈모 예방과 발모 촉진에 효과가 있는 에스피노질리아 등 수종의 허브를 소재로 고형 비누를 제조하고, 비누에 마사지 볼을 구성함으로써, 머리를 감을 때 마사지 볼이 두피를 자극하여 혈행을 개선시키면서 허브 조성물의 유효 성분 흡수율을 높여 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진과 함께 두피를 개선시킨다.
이상 상술한 실시 예를 통해 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 살펴보았다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명의 기재사항으로부터 상기 살펴본 실시 예를 다양하게 변형하거나 변경할 수 있음은 자명하다.
또한, 비록 명시적으로 도시되거나 설명되지 아니하였다 하여도 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 본 발명의 기재사항으로부터 본 발명에 의한 기술적 사상을 포함하는 다양한 형태의 변형을 할 수 있음은 자명하며, 이는 여전히 본 발명의 권리범위에 속한다.
첨부하는 도면을 참조하여 설명된 상기의 실시 예는 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적으로 기술된 것이며 본 발명의 권리범위는 이러한 실시 예에 국한되지 아니한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 몸체(101);
    상기 몸체(101)의 상부 면에 형성된 반 구 형태의 볼 삽입구(102);
    상기 볼 삽입구(102)에 삽입되는 구 형태의 마사지 볼(110); 및
    상기 볼 삽입구(102)에 홈 형태로 형성되어 마사지 볼(110)과 볼 삽입구(102)의 접촉 면적으로 감소시키는 공간 홈(103);으로 구성되어 머리를 감을 때 상기 마사지 볼(110)이 두피를 자극하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체(101)에는 에스피노질리아 분말이 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 에스피노질리아 분말은 입도가 40nm 내지 50nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 공간 홈(103)은 볼 삽입구(102)의 저면 가운데에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 공간 홈(103)으로부터 몸체(101) 외면에 이르도록 몸체(101)를 관통하는 홀(104)을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마사지 볼(110)은 교체 가능하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈모 예방 및 발모 촉진 두피 마사지 비누.
