背景技术
传统物理印章早已经能够提供多种印油颜色在单一个印章中,然而目前市面上的智能印章却还是只能一次提供单一印油颜色(如,红色或蓝色),且一次只能调用单一功能的章模(如,电子签章或者指纹)。用户若需要调用多个不同功能的章模,则需重复盖好几次,使用起来有诸多不便。此外,若是电子签章跟指纹都是使用同一个红色印油颜色来呈现的话,红色的电子签章会带给人不吉利、不适的观感。
因此,本领域技术人员亟需研发一种能够将多个印油颜色、多个功能同时呈现在单一个智能章模图像的多功能区智能章模装置。

本申请实施例公开了一种多功能区智能章模装置,包括:印章壳体以及设置于印章壳体内部的多功能区章模、分布式印油库、存储模块、选择模块。多功能区章模包括复数个功能区,每个功能区分别对应不同的功能;分布式印油库包括复数个印油槽,每个印油槽分别放置不同颜色的印油;存储模块用于储存对照表和注册用户的复数个功能数据,对照表包括复数个功能、注册用户的复数个功能数据以及相对应的复数个印油颜色数据;选择模块用于根据选择指令来选择多功能区章模的功能区数量、功能区的复数个功能、注册用户的复数个功能数据以及相对应的复数个印油颜色数据,并生成多功能区章模图像。其中,当注册用户获得授权后,允许注册用户调用多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。

当所述注册用户获得授权后,允许所述注册用户调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
借由以上的技术方案,本发明的有益效果如下:与现有技术相比较,本发明提供的多功能区智能章模装置及生成多功能区章模图像的方法,通过将多个印油颜色、多个功能同时呈现在单一个智能章模图像的多功能区,用户只需要盖一次印章就能够调用多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章,无需重复盖好几次,带给用户更容易、更便利、更省时的体验。再者,每个功能有相对应的印油颜色,例如电子签章采用黑色印油,电子印章采用红色印油,指纹采用红色印油,发票专用章采用蓝色印油,能够避免先前只有同一种印油颜色所带来的不适的观感。此外,本发明的多功能区智能章模装置及生成多功能区章模图像的方法,对于多功能区章模图像上的功能区数量、注册用户的数量并无限制,功能区的位置、尺寸、形状也可以任意更换、调整,能够轻易达到各种不同组合的需求。

于其他实施例中,本发明的多功能区智能章模装置10还可以扩展至允许一个家庭的所有成员或者一个企业的合法授权代表人皆能够调用多功能区章模图像IM1来完成数字盖章。举例来说,一个家庭有三个家庭成员爸爸、妈妈、小孩,若是爸爸是个人注册用户,一并将爸爸、妈妈、小孩的电子签名、指纹及/或电子私章都储存在存储模块140中,并进行认证以及给予授权,之后不只爸爸(注册用户)可以调用所有家庭成员的电子签名、指纹及/或电子私章,妈妈跟小孩也能够调用所有家庭成员的电子签名、指纹及/或电子私章。同样地,一个企业除了法人代表(企业注册用户)之外,还有其他多个合法授权代表人(如,总经理、法务负责人、财务负责人等),一并将法人代表和其他多个合法授权代表人的电子签名、指纹、电子私章、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章都储存在存储模块140中,并进行认证以及给予授权,之后不只法人代表(企业注册用户)可以调用企业的电子签名、指纹、电子私章、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章,其他多个合法授权代表人也能够调用企业的电子签名、指纹、电子私章、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章。
值得注意的是,此处的电子签名可包括中文电子签名以及外文电子签名,外文电子签名可以包括各种不同外文语言。一般来说,可根据用户自己先手写签名,再制作成电子签名模,看起来与用户的手写签名一致。电子签名与指纹的颜色通常不同,例如,电子签名一般来说是黑色或蓝色,指纹一般是红色。

请注意,步骤S820是由通信模块320所执行,步骤S830是由身份认证模块330所执行,步骤S840是由密钥模块340所执行,步骤S850是由中央控制模块310所执行。
本发明具体实施例提供一种生成多功能区章模图像和多功能区智能章模装置,通过将多个印油颜色、多个功能同时呈现在单一个智能章模图像的多功能区,用户只需要盖一次印章就能够调用多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章,带给用户更容易、更便利、更省时的体验。再者,每个功能有相对应的印油颜色,能够避免先前只有同一种印油颜色所带来的不适的观感。本发明的多功能区智能章模装置及生成多功能区章模图像的方法,对于多功能区章模图像上的功能区数量、注册用户的数量并无限制,功能区的位置、尺寸、形状也可以任意更换、调整,能够轻易达到各种不同组合的需求。本发明的多功能区智能章模装置可以达到跟传统物理章模一样的功能,还可以适用所有类型的印章、电子签名、指纹等。此外,本发明的多功能区智能章模装置10不仅可以允许注册用户获得授权后能够调用多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章,还可以扩展至允许一个家庭的所有成员或者一个企业的合法授权代表人皆能够调用多功能区章模图像IM1来完成数字盖章。
上述的本发明实施例可在各种硬件、软件编码或两者组合中进行实施。例如,本发明的实施例也可为在数据信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)中执行上述方法的程序代码。本发明也可涉及计算机处理器、数字信号处理器、微处理器或现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)执行的多种功能。可根据本发明配置上述处理器执行特定任务,其通过执行定义了本发明揭示的特定方法的机器可读软件代码或固件代码来完成。可将软件代码或固件代码发展为不同的程序语言与不同的格式或形式。也可为不同的目标平台编译软件代码。然而,根据本发明执行任务的软件代码与其他类型配置代码的不同代码样式、类型与语言不脱离本发明的精神与范围。
本发明的多功能区智能章模装置将数字证书和密钥存储在物电一体智能电子印章的芯片中,而不是存储在公共平台,私密性强,安全性高。且所有的信息皆是以电子密钥的形式加以保存,再根据实际需求来调取使用,大大提升数字证书和密钥的安全性。
借由以上的技术方案,本发明的有益效果如下:与现有技术相比较,本发明提供的多功能区智能章模装置及生成多功能区章模图像的方法,通过将多个印油颜色、多个功能同时呈现在单一个智能章模图像的多功能区,用户只需要盖一次印章就能够调用多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章,无需重复盖好几次,带给用户更容易、更便利、更省时的体验。再者,每个功能有相对应的印油颜色,例如,电子签章采用黑色印油,电子印章采用红色印油,指纹采用红色印油,发票专用章采用蓝色印油,能够避免先前只有同一种印油颜色所带来的不适的观感。此外,本发明的多功能区智能章模装置及生成多功能区章模图像的方法,对于多功能区章模图像上的功能区数量、注册用户的数量并无限制,功能区的位置、尺寸、形状也可以任意更换、调整,能够轻易达到各种不同组合的需求。
本发明中应用了具体实施例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一印章壳体;
    一多功能区章模,所述多功能区章模包括复数个功能区,每个功能区分别对应不同的功能;
    一分布式印油库,所述分布式印油库包括复数个印油槽,每个印油槽分别放置不同颜色的印油;
    一存储模块,用于储存一对照表以及一注册用户的复数个功能数据,所述对照表包括复数个功能、所述注册用户的所述复数个功能数据以及相对应的复数个印油颜色数据;以及
    一选择模块,耦接于所述多功能区章模、所述分布式印油库以及所述存储模块,用于根据一选择指令来选择所述多功能区章模的功能区数量、功能区的复数个功能、所述注册用户的所述复数个功能数据以及相对应的所述复数个印油颜色数据,并生成一多功能区章模图像;
    其中,所述多功能区章模、所述分布式印油库、所述存储模块和所述选择模块设置于所述印章壳体的内部;
    其中,当所述注册用户获得授权后,允许所述注册用户调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,所述复数个印油颜色数据包括黑色、红色、蓝色、绿色、黄色。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,所述注册用户包括一个人用户,所述复数个功能包括电子签名、电子私章及/或指纹。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,所述注册用户包括一企业用户,所述复数个功能包括电子签名、电子私章、指纹、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    一撷取模块,用于取得所述个人用户的复数个身份信息以及相对应的复数个数字证书;
    一信息认证模块,用于根据复数个数字证书对所述个人用户的所述复数个身份信息进行实体或数字化认证,并生成复数个已认证身份信息;以及
    一功能数据生成模块,用于根据所述个人用户的所述复数个已认证身份信息来生成所述个人用户的电子签名、指纹及/或电子私章;
    其中,所述存储模块进一步储存所述个人用户的所述复数个身份信息、所述复数个数字证书和所述复数个已认证身份信息;
    其中,当所述个人用户的家庭成员获得授权后,允许所述个人用户的家庭成员调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    一撷取模块,用于取得所述企业用户的一公司开设人的复数个身份信息、复数个企业信息以及相对应的复数个数字证书;
    一信息认证模块,用于根据所述复数个数字证书对所述企业用户的所述复数个身份信息和所述复数个企业信息进行实体或数字化认证,并生成复数个已认证身份信息和复数个已认证企业信息;以及
    一功能数据生成模块,用于根据所述企业用户的所述复数个已认证身份信息和所述复数个已认证企业信息来生成所述企业用户的电子签名、指纹、电子私章、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章;
    其中,所述存储模块进一步储存所述企业用户的所述复数个身份信息、所述复数个企业信息、所述复数个数字证书、所述复数个已认证身份信息以及所述复数个已认证企业信息;
    其中,当所述企业用户的合法授权代表人获得授权后,允许所述企业用户的合法授权代表人调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,所述复数个身份信息包括所述注册用户的生物特征信息、身份证信息、电话号码信息、个人私章信息、社保信息、征信信息及/或个人照片信息。
  8. 如权利要求5或6所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,还包括一多模块,所述多模块包括:
    一中央控制模块,以及与所述中央控制模块相连接的一通信模块、一身份认证模块、一密钥模块;
    所述通信模块,用于实现所述多功能区智能章模装置和外部服务器的通信;
    所述身份认证模块,用于对所述注册用户输入的生物识别数据进行认证,并于认证通过后,对所述注册用户进行授权;
    所述密钥模块,用于存储复数个密钥,并根据所述复数个密钥中相对应的密钥来对所 述复数个已认证身份信息和所述复数个已认证企业信息进行加密,以生成复数个加密的已认证身份信息和复数个加密的已认证企业信息;以及
    所述中央控制模块,用于接收输入并控制其他模块的操作,并在所述个人用户的家庭成员或所述企业用户的合法授权代表人获得授权后,允许所述个人用户的家庭成员或所述企业用户的合法授权代表人调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,所述复数个企业信息包括银行系统和/或政府系统授权所述企业用户的绑定银行账号、电子营业执照、税控信息、公章号、法人证件号、社会信用代码及/或电子证照号。
  10. 一种生成多功能区章模图像的方法,应用于一多功能区智能章模装置,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
    提供所述多功能区智能章模装置,所述多功能区智能章模装置包括一印章壳体以及设置于所述印章壳体内部的一多功能区章模、一分布式印油库、一存储模块和一选择模块,其中所述多功能区章模包括复数个功能区,每个功能区分别对应不同的功能,所述分布式印油库包括复数个印油槽,每个印油槽分别放置不同颜色的印油;
    利用所述存储模块来储存一对照表以及一注册用户的复数个功能数据,所述对照表包括复数个功能、所述注册用户的所述复数个功能数据以及相对应的复数个印油颜色数据;
    利用所述选择模块来根据一选择指令来选择所述多功能区章模的功能区数量、功能区的复数个功能、所述注册用户的所述复数个功能数据以及相对应的所述复数个印油颜色数据,并生成一多功能区章模图像;以及
    当所述注册用户获得授权后,允许所述注册用户调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述注册用户包括一个人用户,所述复数个功能包括电子签名、电子私章及/或指纹。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述注册用户包括一企业用户,所述复数个功能包括电子签名、电子私章、指纹、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    取得所述个人用户的复数个身份信息以及相对应的复数个数字证书;
    根据复数个数字证书对所述个人用户的所述复数个身份信息进行实体或数字化认证,并生成复数个已认证身份信息;
    根据所述个人用户的所述复数个已认证身份信息来生成所述个人用户的电子签名、指纹及/或电子私章;
    利用所述存储模块来储存所述个人用户的所述复数个身份信息、所述复数个数字证书和所述复数个已认证身份信息;以及
    当所述个人用户的家庭成员获得授权后,允许所述个人用户的家庭成员调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    取得所述企业用户的一公司开设人的复数个身份信息、复数个企业信息以及相对应的复数个数字证书;
    根据所述复数个数字证书对所述企业用户的所述复数个身份信息和所述复数个企业信息进行实体或数字化认证,并生成复数个已认证身份信息以及复数个已认证企业信息;
    根据所述企业用户的所述复数个已认证身份信息和所述复数个已认证企业信息来生成所述企业用户的电子签名、指纹、电子私章、电子企业公章、发票专用章及/或合同章;
    利用所述存储模块来储存所述企业用户的所述复数个身份信息、所述复数个企业信息、所述复数个数字证书、所述复数个已认证身份信息以及所述复数个已认证企业信息;以及
    当所述企业用户的合法授权代表人获得授权后,允许所述企业用户的合法授权代表人调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提供一中央控制模块,以及与所述中央控制模块相连接的一通信模块、一身份认证模块以及一密钥模块;
    利用所述通信模块来实现所述多功能区智能章模装置和外部服务器的通信;
    利用所述身份认证模块来对所述注册用户输入的生物识别数据进行认证,并于认证通过后,对所述注册用户进行授权;
    利用所述密钥模块来存储复数个密钥,并根据所述复数个密钥中相对应的密钥来对所述复数个已认证身份信息和所述复数个已认证企业信息进行加密,以生成复数个加密的已认证身份信息和复数个加密的已认证企业信息;以及
    利用所述中央控制模块来接收输入并控制其他模块的操作,并在所述个人用户的家庭成员或所述企业用户的合法授权代表人获得授权后,允许所述个人用户的家庭成员或所述企业用户的合法授权代表人调用所述多功能区章模图像来完成数字盖章。
