本申请涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种雾化基液、烟液以及电子雾化装置。
电子烟雾化制品近年来取得了快速的发展,烟草巨头逐渐将有关电子雾化方面的专业知识应用到保健方面。电子烟烟液是电子烟重要组成成分之一,目前主流电子烟烟液主要是将香精香料、烟碱、丙二醇、甘油等按一定配比混合而成,来达到最大程度上模拟传统卷烟的香气、香味和口感的目的。
由于电子烟烟液中包含丙二醇和甘油,丙二醇、甘油在雾化加热过程中会释放一定量的醛酮类有害物质,且当电子烟干烧时还会加重有害物质的释放。
因此做好电子烟的减害,减少电子烟中有害物质的释放,提高电子烟安全性是亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中电子烟吸食安全性的缺陷,从而提供一种雾化基液、烟液以及电子雾化装置。

图1是本申请实施例和对比例的口干-唾液渗透压变化图,其中实施案例即实施例。
在本申请中,中草药提取物的制备方法包括:
(1)取4~12份乌梅原料粉碎至30目,取粉碎后的乌梅原料加入3~5倍95%乙醇70℃浸提10h,真空过滤,旋转蒸发仪浓缩至密度为1.1g/mL,制成原液,原液经0.2mm微孔除菌膜过滤除菌后,得到乌梅提取物,4℃条件下保存备用。
(2)取1~5份薄荷原料粉碎至80~120目,将粉碎后的薄荷原料进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,一级分离,分离压力6MPa,分离温度50℃,萃取时长:90min,得到薄荷超临界二氧化碳萃取,即,薄荷提取物。
(3)将2~10份葛根,2~10份紫苏叶粉碎至50~80目,第一次提取加水6~9倍浸泡2h,煮沸后85℃温浸3h,第二次提取加水6~9倍煮沸后85℃温浸2h,合并两次提取液,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度为1.1g/mL,加入3倍体积的95%乙醇醇沉,过滤后得上清液浓缩至清膏,得到葛根和紫苏叶提取物。
(4)将得到的浓缩清膏中加入薄荷提取物以及乌梅提取物混合均匀,即为中草药提取物。
制备电子烟烟液香基原料:将5~20份烟碱、2~12份巨豆三烯酮、3~8份β-紫罗兰酮和2~12份突厥烯酮,用1,3-丁二醇补足至100重量份,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟烟液香基原料。
将中草药提取物和电子烟液香基原料中加入1,3-丁二醇、糖醇以及水,搅拌混合均匀,得到电子烟烟液,其中,所述电子烟烟液按重量份数包括:1,3-丁二醇50~70份、糖醇5~10份,水15~40份,中草药提取物5~10份,香基原料5份。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
制备中草药提取物:
(1)取1kg乌梅原料粉碎过30目筛,取粉碎后的乌梅原料加入5倍95%乙醇70℃浸提10h,真空过滤,旋转蒸发仪浓缩至密度为1.1g/mL,制成原液,原液经0.2mm微孔除菌膜过滤除菌后,得到乌梅提取物,4℃条件下保存备用。
(2)取1kg薄荷原料粉碎至80~120目,将粉碎后的薄荷原料进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,一级分离,分离压力6MPa,分离温度50℃,萃取时间:90min,得到薄荷超临界二氧化碳萃取物,即,薄荷提取物。
(3)将1kg葛根,1kg紫苏叶粉碎至50~80目,第一次提取加水9倍浸泡2h,煮沸后85℃温浸3h,第二次提取加水6倍煮沸后85℃温浸2h,合并两次提取液,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度为1.1g/ML,加入3倍体积的95%乙醇醇沉,过滤后上清液浓缩至清膏,得到葛根和紫苏叶提取物,按乌梅提取物、紫苏叶提取物、葛根提取物、薄荷提取物的质量比1:1:1:1,分别加入薄荷提取物以及乌梅提取物,混合均匀后,得到中草药提取物。
制备电子烟烟液香基原料:
将10g烟碱,8g巨豆三烯酮,4gβ-紫罗兰酮,8g突厥烯酮,用1,3-丁二醇补足至100g,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟烟液香基原料。
混合:
取上述5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基原料中加入70g 1,3-丁二醇、4g赤藓糖醇、1g甘露糖醇以及15g去离子水,糖醇提前溶于水中,上 述混合物常温搅拌混合均匀,得到电子烟烟液。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
制备中草药提取物:
(1)取1kg乌梅原料粉碎过30目筛,取粉碎后的乌梅原料加入5倍95%乙醇70℃浸提10h,真空过滤,旋转蒸发仪浓缩至密度为1.1g/mL,制成原液,原液经0.2mm微孔除菌膜过滤除菌后,得到乌梅提取物,4℃条件下保存备用。

(3)将1kg葛根,1kg紫苏叶粉碎至50~80目,第一次提取加水6倍浸泡2h,煮沸后85℃温浸3h,第二次提取加水9倍煮沸后85℃温浸2h,合并两次提取液,过滤,滤液浓缩至密度为1.1g/mL,加入3倍体积的95%乙醇醇沉,过滤后上清液浓缩至清膏,得到葛根和紫苏叶提取物,按乌梅提取物、紫苏叶提取物、葛根提取物、薄荷提取物的质量比4:4:4:1,分别加入薄荷提取物以及乌梅提取物,均匀后,得到中草药提取物。
制备电子烟烟液香基原料:
将10g烟碱,8g巨豆三烯酮,4gβ-紫罗兰酮,8g突厥烯酮,用1,3-丁二醇补足至100g,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟烟液香基原料。
混合:
向5g中草药提取物、5g电子烟烟液香基原料中,加入60g 1,3-丁二醇、 3g赤藓糖醇、2g山梨糖醇以及25g去离子水,糖醇提前溶于水中,上述混合物常温搅拌混合均匀,得到电子烟烟液。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
将实施例1中所得5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基原料中,加入50g 1,3-丁二醇、2g赤藓糖醇、3g木糖醇以及35g去离子水,糖醇提前溶于水中,上述混合物常温搅拌混合均匀,得到所述电子烟烟液。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
将实施例2中5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基,加入70g 1,3-丁二醇、4g赤藓糖醇、1g木糖醇以及15g去离子水,糖醇提前溶于水中,上述混合物常温搅拌混合均匀,得到所述缓解酒后上头、口干电子烟烟液。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
将实施例2中5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基原料中,加入60g1,3-丁二醇、4g赤藓糖醇、1g甘露糖醇以及25g去离子水,糖醇提前溶于水中,上述混合物常温搅拌混合均匀,得到所述电子烟烟液。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
将实施例2中5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基原料,加入50g 1,3-丁二醇、2g赤藓糖醇、3g山梨糖醇以及35g去离子水,糖醇提前溶于水中,上述混合物常温搅拌混合均匀,得到所述电子烟烟液。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
将实施例1中5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基,加入40g丙二醇以及50g甘油,上述常温搅拌混合均匀,得到电子烟烟液对比例1。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
将实施例2中5g中草药提取物和5g电子烟烟液香基原料,加入40g丙二醇以及50g甘油,常温搅拌混合均匀,得到电子烟烟液对比例2。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种电子烟烟液,具体制备步骤如下:
向实施例1中5g电子烟烟液香基原料,加入45g丙二醇、以及50g甘油,常温搅拌混合均匀,得到电子烟烟液对比例3。
烟雾量测试结果
分别吸取配置好的实施案例1~6的6个电子烟液样品以及对比例1~2的2个电子烟液样品各2mL烟液装入电子烟器具上,功率6.5W,采用电子烟吸烟机抽吸,抽吸方法:抽3S,停27S,抽吸容量55mL,每25口为一循环,共抽吸200口,精确称量每25口烟弹前后的重量变化,得到平均每口气溶胶的重量。将实施例1~6的电子烟液的数据与对比例1~2进行比对,用来衡量各电子烟烟液样品的烟雾量。具体数据见下表1。

由表1烟雾量对比可知,水在本电子烟液中不能过高,否则会降低烟雾量。可选地,本申请的不含丙二醇、甘油的烟液中1,3-丁二醇含量60~70重量份,糖醇含量1-5重量份,水含量15~25重量份的条件下,不含丙二醇、甘油的烟液可达到类似传统烟液的烟雾量,同时显著提升了烟液中水的含量,提升了安全性。
口感品吸实验
将上述实施例1~6的6个电子烟烟液样品以及对比例1~2的2个电子烟液样品添加到电子烟装置中,功率6.5W,采用盲评的评分方式,利用大循环品吸法,对电子烟烟液进行抽吸,由5人组成的口感品吸小组分别进行感官评价,口感评价标准如下表2所述,主要包括以下评价指标,香气浓度、刺激性(杂气)、烟雾量、甜度、击喉感、烟雾湿度、协调性、满足感。每个评价指标的最大分均为10分,各评价指标均以0.5分为计分单位,除刺激性(杂气)为反向打分外,其余指标为正向打分。
8个指标评价的含义为,香气浓度:鼻腔和口腔对整体烟气感官的浓厚程度;刺激性:电子烟烟液雾化后的烟气在口腔、喉部、鼻腔对刺激性的 感官感受,如颗粒感、针刺感以及杂气等;烟雾量:电子烟烟液雾化后形成气溶胶的总量,以及通过口腔感受及呼出后目视到的烟雾量的大小。甜度:电子烟烟液雾化后在口腔内感知到的甜味强弱程度以及鼻腔内感受到的甜香强弱程度;击喉感:吸入气溶胶后,烟气对喉部冲击的物理感官强度;烟雾湿度:烟雾颗粒液滴分子被口腔、鼻腔感知到的干湿程度;协调性:电子烟烟液雾化出来后的香气的混合均匀度和协调度。满足感,同等口数下,尼古丁被肺部吸收反应出的短时间大脑兴奋的感受,可以是头部的麻感、晕等症状。
表2电子烟烟液感官质量评价标准
评价方法:向评吸技术专家提供实施例、对比例样品和感官质量评价标准表,按表格要求对各项指标进行评吸。
统计方法:所有品吸小组成员的评吸结果均有效,将各品吸成员的单项评吸结果求算术平均值,结果保留至一位小数,并对各单项的算术平均值加和,得到总分。

表3品吸数据表明,电子烟烟液香基含量不变,以1,3-丁二醇、糖醇、水为电子烟雾化基液,烟液中1,3-丁二醇含量60份-70份,糖醇含量1份-5份,水含量15份-25份的条件下,肉眼观察的烟雾量能达到传统雾化基液的烟雾效果,同时添加的能够缓解酒后上头、口干的中草药提取物、糖醇,提升了口腔内烟雾湿度、甜度。可选地,糖醇选用赤藓糖醇、甘露糖醇对口感提升效果最佳。
醛酮类化合物检测实验
对气溶胶中醛酮类物质含量进行测定,表征电子烟烟液的安全性。实验样品选取实施例4-6的电子烟烟液以及对比例1电子烟液,每组案例检测两个样品。
测试方法:
采用CORESTA推荐方法CRM81对电子烟进行抽吸,抽吸参数分别 为抽吸持续时间3s,抽吸间隔30s,抽吸容量55mL,同时参照CRM81、CRM74检测气溶胶捕集量(ACM)、醛酮类化合物,共收集1~50口烟气醛酮。

注:ND=没有检测出来,低于检测限。
从表4的数据对比可知,本申请以1,3-丁二醇、糖醇、水作为电子烟雾化基液的实验例4~6,烟气中醛酮类化合物明显下降,安全性明显优于丙 二醇、甘油的电子烟传统雾化基液的对比例1。和传统电子烟雾化基液相比,本不含丙二醇、甘油的电子烟雾化基液具有更好的安全性。
上头、口干评价与口干-渗透压测试结果
筛选30岁左右、身体健康、具有饮酒、抽烟习惯的测试者(n=3),并测量体重,随机分成9组,测试参与者禁水和食物2h,且在测试前至少12h无烟碱摄取。本次研究中使用实施案例1~6的6个样品和对比例1~3的3个样品,空白对照组饮用某53°白酒100mL,从饮酒前开始每间隔30min用唾液收集管收集唾液并进行唾液渗透压值检测,实验组饮用某53°白酒100mL后,接着抽吸各实施案例电子烟样品,在3分钟内吸10口烟,接着用唾液收集管进行唾液收集,同样从饮酒前开始每间隔30min收集唾液并进行唾液渗透压值检测,共检测6次,计算每个测试中唾液渗透压/体重(mOsm/kg)值。在饮酒的3h后向测试参与者提供饮后上头、口干评价表,按表格要求对各项指标进行调查,评价表标准如下表5。

根据上头、口干评价表6数据和口干-渗透压变化数据图1可知,烟液中1,3-丁二醇含量50~70重量份,赤藓糖醇与甘露糖醇含量1%-5%,水含量15~40重量份的条件下,可选地,中草药提取物中乌梅提取物、葛根和紫苏叶提取物的质量分数越大,其缓解酒后头晕/蒙、晃头痛、口干症状的效果越明显,同时口腔内唾液渗透压下降明显。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (14)
- 一种雾化基液,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括如下组分:1,3-丁二醇50~70份、糖醇1~5份和15~40份水。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化基液,其特征在于,所述雾化基液,按重量份数计包括如下组分:1,3-丁二醇60~70份、糖醇1~5份和15~25份水。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的雾化基液,其特征在于,所述雾化基液不包括丙二醇和甘油。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的雾化基液,其特征在于,所述糖醇选自赤藓糖醇、山梨糖醇、木糖醇或甘露醇的至少一种。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的雾化基液,其特征在于,所述水的含量大于10重量%。
- 一种烟液,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的雾化基液。
- 如权利要求9所述的烟液,其特征在于,所述烟液按重量份数计包括如下组分:1,3-丁二醇50~70份、糖醇1~5份、水15~40份、中草药提取物5~10份和香基原料3~5份。
- 如权利要求10所述的烟液,其特征在于,所述香基原料按重量份数包括如下组分:烟碱5~20份、巨豆三烯酮2~12份、β-紫罗兰酮3~8份、突厥烯酮2~12份。
- 如权利要求11所述的烟液,其特征在于,所述香基原料还包括1,3-丁二醇,1,3-丁二醇的含量补足香基原料各组分之和至100份。
- 如权利要求10所述的烟液,其特征在于,所述中草药提取物选自乌梅提取物、紫苏叶提取物、葛根提取物或薄荷提取物中的至少一种,可选为乌梅提取物、紫苏叶提取物、葛根提取物和薄荷提取物四种的组合,进一步可选的,所述乌梅提取物、紫苏叶提取物、葛根提取物、薄荷提取物的质量比为1~4:1~4:1~4:1~2。
- 一种电子雾化装置,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的雾化基液或者权利要求9-13任一项所述的烟液。
