现有的竹胶板的浸胶装置在使用过程中,通过外部吊装装置将捆绑好的竹胶板原料放置在浸胶池内进行浸胶,而在浸胶时,竹胶板原料上的部分杂质容易滞留在浸胶池内,工作人员清理较为困难,增加工作人员的工作强度,此外,现有的竹胶板的浸胶装置在使用过程中,竹胶板原料静置在浸胶池内进行浸胶,胶液粘稠度较大移动速度较慢,导致胶液无法快速与竹胶板结合,降低装置的工作效率,因此需要一种竹胶板的浸胶装置来解决现有的问题。

(二)技术方案

如图1-图3所示,本实施例中,固定架12与过滤网13焊接,固定架12与滑轨14滑动连接,缆绳11一端与挂钩10焊接,缆绳11另一端与固定架12焊接,出料管5与电磁阀6管箍连接,出料管5与抽泵7管箍连接。
本实施例的具体实施过程如下:在使用时,胶液通过进料管4进入到浸胶池1内,然后竹胶板原料通过外部吊装装置移动至浸胶池1内进行浸胶处 理,在竹胶板原料进入到浸胶池1内时,能够带动胶液产生移动,而胶液可以带动扇叶3沿固定轴2进行转动,扇叶3的转动能够对胶液进行搅拌,提高胶液的移动速度,进而加快胶液与竹胶板原料的结合速度,提高装置的工作效率,浸胶完成后的竹胶板原料通过外部吊装装置移动浸胶池1进行后续处理,当工作人员需要对浸胶池1内的杂质进行清理时,通过挂钩10与外部吊装装置进行连接,然后外部吊装装置通过带动缆绳11移动,进而使固定架12和过滤网13沿滑轨14移动浸胶池1,方便工作人员对过滤网13上的杂质进行清理,降低工作人员的工作强度,在清理完成后,使固定架12复位,然后通过限位板15对固定架12进行限位,并将挂钩10挂装在安装板8上的支撑轴9上,避免挂钩10掉落至浸胶池1内,在使用完成后,打开电磁阀6,使抽泵7通过出料管5将使用后的胶液抽出。
