本实施例中优选地,下盖2靠近开口侧设置有按钮14,按钮14的顶端设置有卡扣,上盖1设置有与卡扣相对应的卡槽,当上盖1和下盖2的开口侧闭合时卡扣能够卡入卡槽内,按钮14的底部为弹性材料并弹性设置于下盖2内,当按钮14的底部处于压缩状态时卡扣能够从卡槽内脱离,设置按钮14能够起到方便开合的作用,并且固定地也更加地牢靠。
本实施例中优选地,内底4通过卡扣可拆卸地设置于下盖2内部,使用卡扣固定内底4能够更加方便地进行拆装,从而方便实现内胆的更换。
本实施例中优选地,弹性凸起92与内盖9一体成型,弹性凸起92与内盖9一体成型能够起到更好的气密性,并且方便生产。
本实施例中优选地,弹性凸起92为软胶材质贴合于内盖9上面,弹性凸起92设置为软胶材质贴合于内盖9上面能够更加方便地替换弹性凸起92,通过更换不同尺寸的弹性凸起92以适用不同的产品。
本实施例中优选地,上盖1内底面设置有镜子15,在上盖1内底面设置镜子15能够方便使用者涂抹料体。
使用本实施例中的按键式真空气垫容器,具有能够减少化妆品在取用过程中被污染、做到用多少取多少避免浪费和容器的内胆能够更换更加环保的优点。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于,包括:上盖(1)、下盖(2)、内盘(3)、内底(4)、中圈(5)、活塞(6)、第一泵阀(7)、第二泵阀(8)和内盖(9),上盖(1)和下盖(2)一侧相互铰接,上盖(1)和下盖(2)另一侧为开口侧,开口侧能够闭合或者开启,下盖(2)远离上盖(1)的一端设置有一个底口,内底(4)为环状套设于内盘(3)外围,内底(4)的一端盖设于下盖(2)顶部另一端可拆卸地设置于下盖(2)内部,内盘(3)为顶部开口的容器,内盘(3)的底部伸入底口,内盘(3)的底部设置有通气孔(31),活塞(6)密封盖设于内盘(3)内壁,活塞(6)能够在内盘(3)内壁密封滑动,内盖(9)盖设于内盘(3),中圈(5)设置于内盖(9)靠近活塞(6)的一侧,中圈(5)和内盖(9)之间形成第一腔室(10),中圈(5)和活塞(6)之间形成第二腔室(11),料体设置于第二腔室(11)内,内盖(9)上设置有出料口(91)和弹性凸起(92),环(12)设置于内盖(9)位于第一腔室(10)内,出料口(91)位于环(12)的内圈,第一泵阀(7)设置于内盖(9)和环(12)之间,第二泵阀(8)设置于中圈(5)上靠近弹性凸起(92)处位于第一腔室(10)内,弹性凸起(92)能够按压后在第一腔室(10)内产生压力并在松开后回弹同时在第一腔室(10)内产生负压,第一泵阀(7)和第二泵阀(8)为单向阀,料体能够流经第二泵阀(8)从第二腔室(11)进入第一腔室(10)内并流经第一泵阀(7)流出出料口(91)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)铰接处设置有后扣肋(13),当上盖(1)和下盖(2)的开口侧闭合时后扣肋(13)能够卡入下盖(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于:所述下盖(2)靠近开口侧设置有按钮(14),按钮(14)的顶端设置有卡扣,上盖(1)设置有与卡扣相对应的卡槽,当上盖(1)和下盖(2)的开口侧闭合时卡扣能够卡入卡槽内,按钮(14)的底部为弹性材料并弹性设置于下盖(2)内,当按钮(14)的底部处于压缩状态时卡扣能够从卡槽内脱离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于:所述内底(4)通过卡扣可拆卸地设置于下盖(2)内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于:所述弹性凸起(92)与内盖(9)一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于:所述弹性凸起(92)为软胶材质贴合于内盖(9)上面。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的按键式真空气垫容器,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)内底面设置有镜子(15)。
