通过上述方案,本发明通过在过水槽13内设置可变形的膜片5将主体1与泄压盖4之间分隔成过水腔e和背压腔f,常态下过水腔e与背压腔f保持压力平衡,并在复位件20的作用下使得膜片5封堵过水腔e与排水腔a的连通处,当泄水端口g开启时,背压腔f压力减小,过水腔e的压力推动膜片5移动从而导通过水腔e与排水腔a实现排水,使得本发明具有排水控制功能,可以控制进水端口d所连接装置的排水,也即实现了将马桶冲水系统的排水结构集成到本发明中,简化了其储水结构(如水包)的内部结构,生产开模更容易、成本更低;本发明的进水端口d、排水端口b可以实现多向连通,实现了汇流和分流的功能,再加上上述的排水控制功能,实现了一个多功能的出水控制装置,功能更加集中,方便检修、维护。
在一些实施例中,上述上盖2上设置有通气孔21,以使排水腔a连通至大气,在本发明结束排水后排水腔a通过通气孔21补气而恢复压力,进而保持本发明内部的压力平衡。
进一步地,本发明还包括设置在通气孔21内的单向阀组件6,单向阀组件6用于开启或封堵通气孔21,在本发明排水时,单向阀组件6封堵通气孔21以防止水从通气孔21漏出,在本发明结束排水后,单向阀组件6开启通气孔21进行补气。
进一步地,上述单向阀组件6包括活动件61和密封件62,活动件61活动穿设在通气孔21中,密封件62安装在活动件61上并随活动件61的运动活动封堵通气孔21。
同时,上述上盖2的顶部设置有溢水槽22,通气孔21与溢水槽22连通,溢水槽22用于暂时储存从通气孔21中流出的水,即使单向阀组件6失效、水流从通气孔21流出,也能防止水流飞溅,从而避免影响冲水系统的其它装置的工作状态。此外,上述溢水槽22的开口处还设置有挡水盖7,挡水盖7部分遮盖溢水槽22的开口,实现通气,并进一步防止水流飞溅。
在一些实施例中,本发明还包括用于装配膜片5的活动座8,复位件20设置在泄压盖4与活动座8之间,活动座8可以保持膜片5中间部分的形状,以保证膜片5受背压腔f的压力和复位件20的作用力向排水腔a方向移动时,能够切实地封堵住排水腔a与过水腔e的连通处,避免在非排水状态下漏水的情况发生。
进一步地,活动座8的表面设置有若干限位柱81,膜片5上设置有与限位柱81匹配的限位孔51,限位柱81嵌设在限位孔51中,以实现膜片5与活动座8的相对固定。
进一步地,上述补水通道h贯通膜片5和活动座8。由于补水通道h的孔径直接决定了从进水腔c流向背压腔f的流量,因而通过改变补水通道h的孔径可以控制排水结构的补水时间,从而根据不同的需要调整本发明的排水时间,而将补水通道h设置在膜片5和活动座8上,可以通过替换不同的膜片5和活动座8达到以快速替换成合适孔径的补水通道h的目的,从而节约生产成本,又能满足不同用户的使用需求。
在一些实施例中,上述膜片5上设置有至少一圈可变形的褶皱52,褶皱52可以保证膜片5在外力的作用下具有变形的弹性空间。
在一些实施例中,上述复位件20为弹簧,泄压盖4的内壁设置有用于定位弹簧的环状凸缘41,以避免弹簧在压缩/复位的过程中位置发生变化而导致丧失使膜片5复位的功能。
在一些实施例中,上述泄水端口g由压力式冲水系统的开启阀和/或电磁阀9控制:当设置两者之一时,可以实现本发明的手动或电动开启的控制方式,也即实现手动或电动排水;当两者均设置时,可以实现本发明同时具备手动、电动开启的控制方式。
进一步地,当泄水端口g’由电磁阀9控制时,泄水端口g’可以直接连通至排水腔a,电磁阀9用于控制泄水端口g’与排水腔a的通断,也即泄压的水流也直接用于冲刷马桶,避免浪费。
在一些实施例中,上述排水端口b可以设置在主体1或上盖2上,进水端口d可以设置在主体1或下盖3上,泄水端口g可以设置在主体1或泄压盖4上,即可通过更换不同的主体1/上盖2/下盖3/泄压盖4就可以调整本发明与不同冲水系统的适配性(主要是适配不同数量的进水管、出水管的连通)。
此外,本发明是一种排水控制装置,在一些部件的连接处,必然会设置一些密封圈/环实现防漏水,在此不做赘述。
以下介绍本发明的三个具体实施例。
参考图 1 至图 6 所示,示出了本发明的第一实施例。
在第一实施例中,排水端口b具有两个,均设置在主体1上;进水端口d只有一个,设置在下盖3上;泄水端口g具有两个,均设置在泄压盖4上,两个泄水端口g分别由压力式冲水系统的开启阀和电磁阀9控制。
参考图 7 至图 12 所示,示出了本发明的第二实施例。
在第二实施例中,排水端口b具有两个,均设置在主体1上;进水端口d具有两个,均设置在下盖3上;泄水端口g具有两个,均设置在泄压盖4上,两个泄水端口g分别由压力式冲水系统的开启阀和电磁阀9控制。
参考图 13 至图 18 所示,示出了本发明的第三实施例。
在第三实施例中,排水端口b具有两个,均设置在主体1上,排水端口b外接有转接头10;进水端口d具有两个,分别设置在主体1两侧(下盖3与主体1形成一体),进水端口d外接有转接头10;泄水端口g具有两个,均设置在泄压盖4上,两个泄水端口g分别由压力式冲水系统的开启阀和电磁阀9控制。
在第三实施例中,上述转接头10具有多种外形,主要根据实际需求实现水路的转向连接。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:包括主体、上盖、下盖、泄压盖、膜片和复位件;主体设置有进水槽、排水槽和过水槽,所述进水槽、排水槽均连通至所述过水槽;所述上盖与所述排水槽围成排水腔,所述排水腔设置有至少一个排水端口;所述下盖与所述进水槽围成进水腔,所述进水腔设置有至少一个进水端口;所述泄压盖与所述主体夹固所述膜片的边缘;所述膜片与所述过水槽围成过水腔,所述膜片与所述泄压盖围成背压腔,所述背压腔设置有至少一个泄水端口;所述膜片可变形,并随着所述背压腔的压力变化打开或封堵所述过水腔与所述排水腔的连通处;所述复位件设置在所述背压腔内,用于实现所述膜片向封堵所述过水腔与所述排水腔连通处的方向复位;所述背压腔与所述进水腔之间还设置有一补水通道实现连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述上盖上设置有通气孔,以使所述排水腔连通至大气。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:还包括设置在所述通气孔内的单向阀组件,所述单向阀组件用于开启或封堵所述通气孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述单向阀组件包括活动件和密封件,所述活动件活动穿设在所述通气孔中,所述密封件安装在所述活动件上并随所述活动件的运动活动封堵所述通气孔。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述上盖的顶部设置有溢水槽,所述通气孔与所述溢水槽连通,所述溢水槽的开口处还设置有挡水盖,所述挡水盖部分遮盖所述溢水槽的开口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:还包括用于装配所述膜片的活动座;所述复位件弹簧,设置在所述泄压盖与所述活动座之间;所述泄压盖的内壁设置有用于定位所述弹簧的环状凸缘。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述活动座的表面设置有若干限位柱,所述膜片上设置有与所述限位柱匹配的限位孔,所述限位柱嵌设在所述限位孔中;所述补水通道贯通所述膜片和活动座上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述膜片上设置有至少一圈可变形的褶皱。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述泄水端口由压力式冲水系统的开启阀和/或电磁阀控制。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种排水控制装置,其特征在于:所述泄水端口由所述电磁阀控制时,所述泄水端口直接连通至所述排水腔,所述电磁阀用于控制所述泄水端口与所述排水腔的通断。
