上述连接片7将外包片4与相邻侧面2之间的缺口6填补完整,避免底面1与侧面2之间产生缝隙,能够起到很好的防漏作用;另外,由于内包片5是从侧面2的侧边上往外凸,使得内包片5的上侧边与该侧面2的上侧边重合,贴合时,内包片5贴合在相邻侧面2的内表面上,相邻两个侧面2上的卷折边部10需要对齐,使得内包片5的上侧边与相邻侧面2上的卷折边部10重合并进行卷边,加强了内表面与外表面的连接,再加上外包片4对相邻侧面2的外表面进行加固,从而使得纸质容器的侧壁贴合更紧密,避免松脱,提高纸质容器整体的结构强度,使得这种纸质容器更加坚固耐用,使用更加安全。各个侧面2上侧边的卷折边部10通过卷边操作后形成纸质容器开口的卷边部,便于多个纸质容器进行上下堆叠。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,包括底面和四个侧面,底面的形状为四边形,各个侧面的下侧边分别通过相应的第一折痕线与底面相应的侧边连接;其特征在于:相邻两个所述侧面,一个侧面的侧边设有与该侧面一体连接的外包片,另一个侧面的侧边设有与该侧面一体连接的内包片,外包片与相邻侧面之间设有缺口,缺口处设有连接片,连接片处于内包片的下方,连接片的第一侧边通过相应的第二折痕线与外包片的侧边连接,连接片的第二侧边通过相应的第三折痕线与相邻侧面的侧边连接,连接片的下侧边角与所述底面相应的边角连接;各个侧面的上侧边均设有卷折边部;沿各折痕线折叠形成所述纸质容器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,其特征在于:其中两个相对设置的所述侧面中,侧面的形状为上短下长的梯形,该侧面的两个侧边均设有所述外包片;另两个相对设置的侧面中,侧面的形状为上长下短的梯形,该侧面的两个侧边均设有所述内包片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,其特征在于:所述连接片与所述底面、相邻的两个侧面一体制成。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,其特征在于:所述外包片的上侧边设有与外包片一体连接的加强连接片。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,其特征在于:所述连接片上设有开口向上的第一缺口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,其特征在于:所述第一缺口的形状为U形或V形。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的折叠式卷折边防漏纸质容器,其特征在于:所述卷折边部包括第一条形卷边和第二条形卷边,第一条形卷边的下侧边通过第四折痕线与所述侧面的上侧边连接,第一条形卷边的上侧边通过第五折痕线与第二条形卷边的下侧边连接。
