Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren, wobei aus Elektrodenbahnen (1, 12) und Separatorbahnen (9, 20) Batteriezellen (24) hergestellt werden. Hierzu sind oval förmige Transportsysteme (2, 18) vorhanden, die mittels Laser (6, 17) Elektroden (1a, 12a) aus Elektrodenbahnen (1, 12) heraustrennen, und diese unter Berücksichtigung eines Abstandes (7b, 16b) auf eine Separatorbahn (9) platzieren, wobei Greifersysteme (26, 27) mit angetriebenen Greifern (28, 29) vorhanden sind, welche die Elektroden (1a, 12a) klemmen und derart fixiert zu nachfolgenden Verarbeitungsvorgängen (22, 23) transportieren.
