Abstract

Système de surveillance d'occupant de véhicule, OMS, comprenant un dispositif d'acquisition d'images avec un capteur d'image à obturateur roulant configuré pour fonctionner sélectivement dans : un mode d'image à pleine résolution dans lequel une trame d'image correspondant au capteur d'image complète est fournie ; ou un mode de région d'intérêt, ROI, où une trame d'image correspondant à une partie limitée du capteur d'image est fournie. Un détecteur d'objet est configuré pour recevoir une image à pleine résolution provenant du capteur d'image et pour identifier une ROI correspondant à un objet d'intérêt dans l'image. Un dispositif de commande est configuré pour obtenir une image correspondant à la ROI à partir du capteur d'image fonctionnant en mode ROI, l'image ayant un temps d'exposition suffisamment long pour que toutes les rangées de la ROI soient éclairées par une impulsion commune de lumière provenant d'au moins une source de lumière infrarouge et suffisamment courtes pour limiter le flou cinétique dans l'image.
