一种类固醇物质在制备提升注意力的制剂中的应用 技术领域
本发明属于认知提升技术领域,具体涉及一种类固醇物质在制备提升注意力的制剂中的应用。
背景技术
首先,注意功能是人类认知加工基础的功能。我们对当前任务相关信息的处理,对任务无关信息的抑制都有是来自于注意的作用。薄荷、薰衣草、红桔等精油常被用来改善个体的注意力。其次,很多提升注意力的方法具有较长的起效准备期,比如,通过认知训练或运动来提升注意力需要较长的调整周期。
CN107095920A公开了一种玫瑰香熏复方植物精油,它由以下重量百分比的原料配制而成:金银花精油60-80%,玫瑰精油6-10%,其余为天竺葵精油、洋甘菊精油、薰衣草精油、橄榄油、檀香和乳香均量;该发明通过多种精油复配用来改善个体的注意力没在使用时,运用各种熏香器具,以加热的方式使精油分子散布于空气中,香气经由嗅觉抵达脑部,达到注意力集中,但不具有性别针对性和快速起效的特点。
CN113350340A公开了一种盐酸羟哌吡酮在制备提升注意力-警觉的药物中的用途。盐酸羟哌吡酮的使用量为2.5-20 mg/kg。该发明在通过在大鼠5-CSRTT行为学模型上的试验,验证了盐酸羟哌吡酮可提高反应准确率,减少错误次数,一定程度上减少冲动反应,从而发挥提高注意力和增强行为控制的作用。但该成分只验证大鼠5-CSRTT行为学模型上的试验,而无法实现仅对单一性别产生作用的提升注意力。
技术问题
因此,如何提高一种对于特定单一性别产生作用的提升注意力,并缩短提升注意力所用周期的方法是目前研究的重点。
技术解决方案
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种类固醇物质在制备提升注意力的制剂中的应用。本发明和其他提升注意水平的方法相比,采用两种信息素来注意水平的方法,具有性别针对性和快速起效的特点。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

在本发明中,所述溶液中类固醇物质的浓度为100-1500 μmol/L,例如可以是100 μmol/L、200 μmol/L、300 μmol/L、400 μmol/L、500 μmol/L、600 μmol/L、700 μmol/L、800 μmol/L、900 μmol/L、1000 μmol/L、1100 μmol/L、1200 μmol/L、1400 μmol/L、1500 μmol/L等。

(2)将50 mL的雄甾二烯的丙二醇溶液置于熏香机中,并置于在10 m 2的空间范围内,通过3 Mz的高频电子震荡的方式将溶液持续挥发10 min,通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升女性注意力。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求女性在雄甾二烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将500 μmol的雌甾四烯溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到500 μmol/L雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液置于熏香机中,并置于在10 m 2的空间范围内,通过2 Mz的高频电子震荡的方式将溶液持续挥发6 min,通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升男性注意力。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求男性在雌甾四烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。具体表现为,相比鼻吸丁香油气味,鼻吸雌甾四烯的男性被试的脑电Pd成分(表征注意抑制功能)的振幅变大,表明更好对干扰刺激进行了注意抑制,即注意能力提升。与之相比,女性鼻吸丁香油气味和雄甾二烯气味没有注意成分的差异。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将700 μmol的雌甾四烯溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到700 μmol/L雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液置于熏香机中,并置于在10 m 2的空间范围内,通过1.5 Mz的高频电子震荡的方式将溶液持续挥发8 min,通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升男性注意力。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求男性在雌甾四烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将100 μmol的雌甾四烯溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到100 μmol/L雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液置于熏香机中,并置于在10 m 2的空间范围内,通过3 Mz的高频电子震荡的方式将溶液持续挥发10 min,通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升男性注意力。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求男性在雌甾四烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
实施例7
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述挥发性溶剂为乙醇,其他步骤与实施例1相同。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求女性在雄甾二烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
实施例8
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,与实施例2的区别仅在于,所述挥发性溶剂为辛酸甘油酯,其他步骤与实施例2相同。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求男性在雌甾四烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
实施例9
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,与实施例1的区别仅在于,所述溶液中雄甾二烯的浓度为10 μmol/L,其他步骤与实施例1相同。

实施例11
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将500 μmol的雄甾二烯溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到500 μmol/L雄甾二烯的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的雄甾二烯的丙二醇溶液涂抹于女性手臂内侧,于25℃下通过气体自主扩散方式,发现15 min后即能通过刺激嗅觉以提升女性注意力。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求女性在雄甾二烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
实施例12
本实施例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将500 μmol的雌甾四烯溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到500 μmol/L雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的雌甾四烯的丙二醇溶液涂抹于男性手臂内侧,通过气体自主扩散方式,发现15 min后即能通过刺激嗅觉以提升男性注意力。
以上方案在实证研究中进行了效果验证。实验中,要求男性在雌甾四烯气体环境下完成注意任务,并同时脑电(EEG),结果发现大脑更注意相关的脑电成分发生了相应的变化。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将1 g的薄荷精油溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到1 g/L薄荷的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的薄荷的丙二醇溶液置于熏香机中,并置于在10 m 2的空间范围内,通过2 Mz的高频电子震荡的方式将溶液持续挥发6 min,通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升女性注意力。
结果显示:薄荷气味能够提高女性完成注意任务的行为成绩。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种提升注意力的方法,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将1 g的薄荷精油溶解于1 L的丙二醇中,得到1 g/L薄荷的丙二醇溶液;
(2)将50 mL的薄荷的丙二醇溶液置于熏香机中,并置于在10 m 2的空间范围内,通过2 Mz的高频电子震荡的方式将溶液持续挥发6 min,通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升男性注意力。
结果显示:薄荷气味能够提高男性完成注意任务的行为成绩。
对比例1、2中,薄荷气味虽然能够提高个体完成注意任务的行为成绩,但其不具备性别针对性。
测试例
测试项目:实施例1、4提供的提升注意力的方法;
测试方法:参与的男性(20人)和女性(20人)完成一个注意任务,同时记录脑电信号。任务过程要求被试尽可能屏蔽颜色和形状变化带来的干扰。
个体抵抗干扰的能力是评估注意控制能力的关键方面之一;脑电Pd成分是评估个体干扰能力的直接脑电指标。该实验表明,雄甾二烯能够提升女性的注意能力(Pd成分变大),且对男性的注意水平没有明显影响。
图1为男性和女性在实施例1提供的雄甾四烯气体环境下的个体抵抗干扰的ERP变化图,如图1所示,在雄甾二烯的气体环境下男性和女性的注意成分大小变化则相反。数据显示,女性显示出比控制条件更大的Pd成分,而男性在两种气体条件下没有显著差异。研究结果表明,雄甾二烯能够提升女性的注意能力,对男性作用极微弱。
图2为男性和女性在实施例4提供的雌甾四烯气体环境下的个体抵抗干扰的ERP变化图,如图2所示,男性在雌甾四烯气体环境下比控制条件(仅有溶剂)下,诱发更大的Pd成分,即注意控制能力增强,表现为能够更好的排除干扰。相比之下,女性在两种气体环境下没有差异。研究结果表明,雌甾四烯能够提升男性的注意能力,且对女性的注意水平没有明显影响。
以上结果表明,类性信息素-雌甾四烯和雄甾二烯能针对性提升男性或女性的注意能力,而对另一性别无效。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的所述类固醇物质在制备提升注意力的制剂中的应用,但本发明并不局限于上述实施例,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述实施例才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种类固醇物质在制备提升注意力的制剂中的应用,其特征在于,所述类固醇物质包括雄甾二烯和/或雌甾四烯。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述雄甾二烯在制备提升女性注意力的制剂中的应用。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的应用,其特征在于,所述雌甾四烯在制备提升男性注意力的制剂中的应用。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的应用,其特征在于,所述类固醇物质通过气体扩散方式刺激嗅觉以提升注意力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述类固醇物质的扩散浓度为0.1-10 μmol/m 2,优选为1-5 μmol/m 2
  6. 一种提升注意力的方法,其特征在于,所述提升注意力的方法包括以下步骤:
    (1)将权利要求1所述的类固醇物质溶解于挥发性溶剂中,得到溶液;
    (2)使步骤(1)得到的溶液挥发,通过气体扩散的方式刺激嗅觉以提升注意力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的提升注意力的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述挥发性溶剂包括乙醇、丙二醇、辛酸甘油酯、三丙二醇单甲醚或三醋酸甘油酯中任意一种或至少两种的组合,优选为丙二醇。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的提升注意力的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述溶液中类固醇物质的浓度为100-1500 μmol/L。
  9. 根据权利要求7-8中任一项所述的提升注意力的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述溶液挥发的方式包括自由挥发和/或辅助挥发;
    优选地,所述自由挥发的温度为0-40℃;
    优选地,所述辅助挥发为采用高频电子震荡的方式;
    优选地,所述高频电子震荡的频率为1-3 MHz。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的提升注意力的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述溶液的用量为5-50 mL/m 2
    优选地,步骤(2)中,所述挥发的时间为1-20 min,优选为5-10 min。
