步骤一:在使用键盘时,首先将下防护盖和上防护盖分开,手动将上防护盖进行旋转,接着将下防护盖和上防护盖上两侧的手柄圆盘通过转动的方式移动,避免手柄圆盘对矩形滑块一和矩形滑块二进行阻挡,从而方便矩形滑块一和矩形滑块二的滑动;
步骤二:通过手动的方式分别拉动下防护盖和上防护盖上的传动连杆,使传动连杆带动螺纹杆进行移动,而随着螺纹杆的移动,固定蜗杆带动定位拉杆跟着进行移动,从而使定位拉杆拉动导向滑块进行滑动,使导向滑块通过定位支撑杆带动限位块进行上升,从而使支撑板跟着进行上升,使支撑板上的键盘进行上升, 使下防护盖和上防护盖内部的左键盘和右键盘都通过对应的曲柄连杆一上升;
步骤三:当键盘随着传动连杆的移动上升后,传动连杆的一端螺纹杆与下防护盖的内部螺纹套相互配合,使螺纹杆在螺纹套的内部进行转动,此时固定蜗杆与定位涡轮啮合,通过转动螺纹杆一方面对支撑板进行支撑固定,另一方面是使固定蜗杆带动定位涡轮进行转动,使定位涡轮通过定心轴带动同轴推杆进行移动,使移动滑板带动导向推杆另一端上的支撑垫板条进行转动,从而改变下防护盖的支撑角度,进而达到改变左键盘的倾斜角度,同样的操作方式改变右键盘的倾斜角度,故而达到适应不同人的键盘摆放习惯;
步骤四:当使用结束后,通过转动的将支撑垫板条收回到对应的位置上,将螺纹杆与螺纹套分开,将传动连杆插入到下防护盖的内部,将左键盘和右键盘放入到对应的下防护盖和上防护盖的内部,通过转动的方式使手柄圆盘对矩形滑块一和矩形滑块二进行限位,最后将下防护盖和上防护盖进行合并,而在合并后的左键盘和右键盘一个在上一个在下,使左键盘和右键盘不会发生接触,从而避免左键盘和右键盘的摩擦挤压,故而达到防护的效果,此外,同时合并在一起的左键盘和右键盘避免按键上积尘。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)通过齿轮之间的传动固定蜗杆带动定位涡轮进行转动,从而使移动滑板带动导向推杆另一端上的支撑垫板条进行转动,从而改变对应下防护盖和上防护盖的支撑角度,进而达到改变键盘的倾斜角度,故而通过转动传动连杆的方式来达到适应不同人的键盘摆放习惯,解决存在的现有键盘底面支撑件支撑角度固定的问题;
(2)通过下防护盖和上防护盖的相互配合解决存在的积灰问题,折叠后的 下防护盖和上防护盖对内部的左键盘和右键盘进行防积灰,使左键盘和右键盘避免与环境中的灰尘大面积接触,提高了左键盘和右键盘的清洁度;
(3)将下防护盖和上防护盖转动合并,而在合并后的左键盘和右键盘一个在上一个在下,使左键盘和右键盘不会发生接触,故而既能达到对键盘进行防护的效果,又能达到方便对键盘进行折叠收藏和防积灰的效果,解决存在的折叠后键盘按键之间相互挤压和按键内部的零部件与电路板之间的接触部位极易造成变形的问题。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-11所示,本发明为一种便于按键整体拆卸清理的组合式折叠键盘,包括下防护盖1,下防护盖1的一侧铰接连接有上防护盖2,下防护盖1和上防护盖2的前后两表面均设置有手柄圆盘3,而下防护盖1和上防护盖2的内部均为空腔,通过转动的方式对手柄圆盘3进行安装,当需要将下防护盖1和上防护盖2内部的键盘取出使用时,从而通过转动使手柄圆盘3向下防护盖1和上防护盖2的外侧进行转动,从而方便矩形滑块一4和矩形滑块二7的移动,而当需要对下防护盖1和上防护盖2内部的键盘进行折叠时,将键盘放入到下防护盖1和上防护盖2的内部,通过转动手柄圆盘3对矩形滑块一4和矩形滑块二7进行限位,最后将下防护盖1和上防护盖2转动合并,从而对内部的键盘进行折叠防护,而下防护盖1的内部对称滑动连接有矩形滑块一4,两个矩形滑块一4的一侧均活动连接有曲柄连杆一5,曲柄连杆一5远离矩形滑块一4的一端活动连 接有左键盘6,且左键盘6与下防护盖1相互配合,上防护盖2的内部对称滑动连接有矩形滑块二7,矩形滑块一4和矩形滑块二7的设置方便带动键盘进行移动,两个矩形滑块二7的一侧均活动连接有曲柄连杆二8,而曲柄连杆二8远离矩形滑块二7的一端活动连接有右键盘9,当需要对左键盘6和右键盘9上的按键进行清理时,将左键盘6和右键盘9上曲柄连杆一5和曲柄连杆二8的定位螺丝取出,将左键盘6和右键盘9取下,从而对左键盘6和右键盘9进行清理,而下防护盖1和上防护盖2的下表面均固定连接有支撑垫块10,支撑垫块10的设置起到一个支撑的效果;
在下防护盖1和上防护盖2的内部均设置有传动机构11,而传动机构11包括传动连杆111,传动连杆111远离手柄圆盘3的固定连接有螺纹杆112,且螺纹杆112与下防护盖1内部螺纹套进行配合,传动连杆111作为整个机构的驱动源,当需要使用键盘时,通过手动的方式分别拉动下防护盖1和上防护盖2上的传动连杆111,使传动连杆111带动螺纹杆112进行移动,而随着螺纹杆112的移动,使螺纹杆112带动同轴杆113和固定蜗杆114跟着进行移动,使螺纹杆112进入到螺纹套的内部,此外使固定蜗杆114与调节组件116相互啮合,而拉动的过程中,使固定蜗杆114带动支撑组件115跟着进行移动,即固定蜗杆114拉动定位拉杆01末端的导向滑块02进行滑动,而导向滑块02的前表面转动连接有定位支撑杆03,定位支撑杆03远离导向滑块02的一端活动连接有限位块04,限位块04靠近左键盘6的一侧固定连接有支撑板05,且支撑板05与左键盘6相互配合,从而使导向滑块02通过定位支撑杆03带动支撑板05进行上升,使支撑板05将左键盘6推出到下防护盖1的外部进行使用,而支撑板05的下表面对称固定连接有伸缩杆06,伸缩杆06远离支撑板05的一端外部套接有空心杆 07,且空心杆07与下防护盖1的内部底面固定连接,使伸缩杆06和空心杆07相互配合对支撑板05进行支撑,保证左键盘6使用时的稳定性,通过同样的方式将右键盘9推出进行使用,最后通过转动螺纹杆112,使支撑板05稳定的对左键盘6进行支撑;
当对左键盘6和右键盘9进行折叠时,将传动连杆111插入到下防护盖1的内部,将左键盘6和右键盘9放入到对应的下防护盖1和上防护盖2的内部,通过转动的方式使手柄圆盘3对矩形滑块一4和矩形滑块二7进行限位,最后将下防护盖1和上防护盖2进行合并,如图3所示,而在合并后的左键盘6和右键盘9一个在上一个在下,使左键盘6和右键盘9不会发生接触,从而避免左键盘6和右键盘9的摩擦挤压,同时避免在运输的过程中按键内部的零部件与电路板之间的接触部位发生挤压变形,故而既能达到对键盘进行防护的效果,又能达到方便对键盘进行折叠收藏和防积灰的效果,解决存在的折叠后键盘按键之间相互挤压和按键内部的零部件与电路板之间的接触部位极易造成变形的问题。
实施例2:
在使用键盘时,当螺纹杆112在转动对左键盘6和右键盘9进行支撑,而随着螺纹杆112的转动,使螺纹杆112通过同轴杆113带动固定蜗杆114跟着进行转动,通过齿轮之间的传动,使固定蜗杆114带动调节组件116进行转动,即固定蜗杆114带动定位涡轮12进行转动,如图8所示,从而使定位涡轮12带动定心轴13在下防护盖1的内部进行转动,而在定心轴13的外部位于定位涡轮12的后方套接有同轴推杆14,下防护盖1的内部底面滑动连接有移动滑板15,且移动滑板15与同轴推杆14相互配合,使定心轴13随着定位涡轮12在转动的过程中带动同轴推杆14推动移动滑板15在下防护盖1的内部进行滑动,移动滑板 15远离同轴推杆14的一侧固定连接有限位弹簧16,限位弹簧16的内部插接有导向圆柱销17,且导向圆柱销17的一端与下防护盖1的内壁呈固定连接,使移动滑板15移动的过程中带动限位弹簧16在导向圆柱销17的外部发生弹性形变,同时使移动滑板15带动导向推杆18跟着进行移动,而导向推杆18远离移动滑板15的一端活动连接有支撑垫板条19,所述支撑垫板条19的内部插接有圆柱转轴20,且圆柱转轴20与下防护盖1呈固定连接,从而使移动滑板15带动导向推杆18另一端上的支撑垫板条19进行转动,从而改变下防护盖1的支撑角度,进而达到改变左键盘6的倾斜角度,同样的操作方式改变右键盘9的倾斜角度,故而通过转动传动连杆111的方式来达到适应不同人的键盘摆放习惯,解决存在的现有键盘底面支撑件支撑角度固定的问题。
本发明的工作原理:在使用键盘时,当螺纹杆112在转动对左键盘6和右键盘9进行支撑,而随着螺纹杆112的转动,使螺纹杆112通过同轴杆113带动固定蜗杆114跟着进行转动,通过齿轮之间的传动固定蜗杆114带动定位涡轮12进行转动,使定位涡轮12带动定心轴13在下防护盖1的内部进行转动,使定心轴13随着定位涡轮12在转动的过程中带动同轴推杆14推动移动滑板15在下防护盖1的内部进行滑动,从而使移动滑板15带动导向推杆18另一端上的支撑垫板条19进行转动,从而改变下防护盖1的支撑角度,进而达到改变左键盘6的倾斜角度,同样的操作方式改变右键盘9的倾斜角度,故而通过转动传动连杆111的方式来达到适应不同人的键盘摆放习惯,解决存在的现有键盘底面支撑件支撑角度固定的问题。
通过转动的方式对手柄圆盘3进行安装,当需要将下防护盖1和上防护盖2内部的键盘取出使用时,从而通过转动使手柄圆盘3向下防护盖1和上防护盖2 的外侧进行转动,通过手动的方式分别拉动下防护盖1和上防护盖2上的传动连杆111,使传动连杆111带动螺纹杆112进行移动,而随着螺纹杆112的移动,使固定蜗杆114拉动定位拉杆01末端的导向滑块02进行滑动,导向滑块02通过定位支撑杆03带动支撑板05进行上升,使支撑板05将左键盘6推出到下防护盖1的外部进行使用,使伸缩杆06和空心杆07相互配合对支撑板05进行支撑,保证左键盘6使用时的稳定性,保证使用键盘的舒适,而当需要对下防护盖1和上防护盖2内部的键盘进行折叠时,将键盘放入到下防护盖1和上防护盖2的内部,通过转动手柄圆盘3对矩形滑块一4和矩形滑块二7进行限位,最后将下防护盖1和上防护盖2转动合并,而在合并后的左键盘6和右键盘9一个在上一个在下,使左键盘6和右键盘9不会发生接触,故而既能达到对键盘进行防护的效果,又能达到方便对键盘进行折叠收藏和防积灰的效果,解决存在的折叠后键盘按键之间相互挤压和按键内部的零部件与电路板之间的接触部位极易造成变形的问题。
