Description

一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置
本申请要求于2021年12月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111493328.8、发明名称为“一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及摄影器材技术领域,尤其涉及一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置。
背景技术
在使用相机进行视频拍摄过程中,通常需要搭载跟焦器来辅助对焦、变焦等,传统的跟焦器的搭载方式,是在相机外围套上一个金属笼子,将金属导管固定到金属笼子下方,然后把镜头装到相机上,接着再把跟焦器套在金属管上,然后再将跟焦器的齿轮搭到镜头的齿轮上,最后启动跟焦器开始工作。整体安装过程比较繁琐,并且金属笼子本身体积较大,整体重量较大,在一些需要小体积、轻重量的场合中,例如使用手持云台或者无人机搭载相机进行拍摄时,就很可能出现不适用的情况,或者出现体积不合适安装不上去的情况。
发明内容
本发明针对目前跟焦器搭载装置在使用中存在的不足,提供了一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置,具有体积小、重量轻、价格更低、安装使用更灵活简易等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置,所述装置 包括:导管支撑块、固定螺丝、U形卡槽、扳手螺丝和金属导管;
所述导管支撑块为圆弧状,所述导管支撑块的头部通过所述固定螺丝锁付在镜头上;
所述U形卡槽与所述导管支撑块的尾部相连接;
所述金属导管插设在所述U形卡槽内;
所述扳手螺丝设置在所述U形卡槽的外侧,用于紧固所述U形卡槽从而使所述U形卡槽夹紧所述金属导管。
优选的,所述U形卡槽与所述导管支撑块的尾部为一体结构。
优选的,所述金属导管设置为与所述镜头的轴线平行。
优选的,所述装置还包括:
跟焦器,所述跟焦器套接在所述金属导管上,所述跟焦器的齿轮与所述镜头的齿轮相啮合。
本发明实施例提供了一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置,通过固定螺丝将导管支撑块锁付在镜头上,导管支撑块的尾部连接有U形卡槽,金属导管插设在U形卡槽内,并通过U形卡槽外侧的扳手螺丝进行固定,将跟焦器套设在金属导管上并将跟焦器的齿轮与镜头齿轮进行啮合实现跟焦器对镜头进行调整。本发明的镜头跟焦器搭载装置具有体积小、重量轻、价格低、适用广、安装灵活简易等优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置,通过固定螺丝将导管支撑块锁付在镜头上,导管支撑块的尾部连接有U形卡槽,金属导管插设在U形卡槽内,并通过U形卡槽外侧的扳手螺丝进行固定,将跟焦器套设在金属导管上并将跟焦器的齿轮与镜头齿轮进行啮合实现跟焦器对镜头进行调整。本发明的镜头跟焦器搭载装置具有体积小、重量轻、价格低、适用广、安装灵活简易等优点。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置的结构示意图,如图1所示,镜头跟焦器搭载装置包括:导管支撑块1、U形卡槽2、金属导管3、扳手螺丝4和固定螺丝5。
导管支撑块1的头部为圆弧状,上面设置有多个螺丝孔,用于安装固定螺丝5,导管支撑块1的尾部连接有U形卡槽2,其中,U形卡槽2与导管支撑块1的尾部为一体结构。金属导管3插设在U形卡槽2内,在U形卡槽2的外侧设置有扳手螺丝4,扳手螺丝4用于紧固U形卡槽2的卡口,当金属导管3插设在U形卡槽2内后,可以通过旋紧扳手螺丝4来夹紧U形卡槽2从而使U形卡槽2夹紧金属导管3。
图2为本发明实施例提供的一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置的安装示意图之一,图3为本发明实施例提供的一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置的安装示意图之二;如图2和图3所示,在对跟焦器搭载装置进行安装时,首先要在镜头6的固定主体上设置螺丝孔,螺丝孔的设置与导管支撑块1上的螺丝孔相对应,然后通过固定螺丝5将导管支撑块1锁付在镜头6上。将金属导管3插设在U形卡槽2内,并通过扳手螺丝4进行固定,其中,金属导管3设置为与镜头6的轴线平行。在固定好金属导管3后,将跟焦器7固定在金属导管3上,并且将跟焦器7的齿轮与镜头6的齿轮进行啮合设置。具体的,跟焦器7的数量可根据实际情况进行确定。
本发明实施例提供的一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置,通过固定螺丝将导管支撑块锁付在镜头上,导管支撑块的尾部连接有U形卡槽,金属导管插设在U形卡槽内,并通过U形卡槽外侧的扳手螺丝进行固定,将跟焦器套设在金属导管上并将跟焦器的齿轮与镜头齿轮进行啮合实现跟焦器对镜头进行调整。本发明的镜头跟焦器搭载装置具有体积小、重量轻、价格低、适用广、安装灵活简易等优点。

  1. 一种镜头跟焦器搭载装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:导管支撑块、固定螺丝、U形卡槽、扳手螺丝和金属导管;
    所述导管支撑块为圆弧状,所述导管支撑块的头部通过所述固定螺丝锁付在镜头上;
    所述U形卡槽与所述导管支撑块的尾部相连接;
    所述金属导管插设在所述U形卡槽内;
    所述扳手螺丝设置在所述U形卡槽的外侧,用于紧固所述U形卡槽从而使所述U形卡槽夹紧所述金属导管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头跟焦器搭载装置,其特征在于,所述U形卡槽与所述导管支撑块的尾部为一体结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头跟焦器搭载装置,其特征在于,所述金属导管设置为与所述镜头的轴线平行。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的镜头跟焦器搭载装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    跟焦器,所述跟焦器套接在所述金属导管上,所述跟焦器的齿轮与所述镜头的齿轮相啮合。
