优选地,还包括设于第一管体1上的第一固定构件5,第一固定构件5上具有用于固定吸管的换气孔6,换气孔内设有单向阀,通过单向阀能够实现在气体的单向流入,防止液体从换气孔6中流出。吸管通过第一固定构件5上的换气孔6能够平衡吸管杯与外界的气压,从而使吸管能够正常工作。
优选地,还包括第二固定构件7,第二固定构件7的一端连接于第一管体1远离第二管体3的一端,且第二固定构件7与第一管体1具有相同的中心轴线,第二固定构件7与第一管体1的中心轴向重合能够使整体结构更加平衡,安装和使用时更加方便。
优选地,相较于第一管体1,第二固定构件7相对于中心轴线的径向尺寸更大,因为第二固定构件7位于容器内,第二固定构件7的尺寸更大利于吸管的安装。
优选地,还包括第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽;第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽位于第二固定构件7内;第一流体通道、第一卡接槽、第二卡接槽依次连通,第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽用于安装吸管杯内的软管,通过两个尺寸不同的卡接槽,能够使软管的安装更加稳定,便于使用者使用。
优选地,第一卡接槽包括依次连接的扩张段和过渡段,扩张段与第一流体通道连通,扩张段与第一流体通道连接的一端为第一连接端,扩张段与过渡段连接的一端为第二连接端,从第一连接端至第二连接端扩张段的截面面积逐渐增大;过渡段的截面面积与扩张段的最大的截面面积相同。优选地,第二卡接槽的截面面积小于过渡段的截面面积,第一卡接槽的截面面积大于第二卡接槽的截面面积,形成卡接结构从而能够有效的阻止软管从吸管中脱落。
优选地,第一管体1的外壁上设有缓冲槽8,缓冲槽8沿第一管体1周向设置,且缓冲槽8位于第一固定构件5的远离第二固定构件7的一侧,通过缓冲槽8能够便于吸管的安装,由于吸管大多是橡胶等柔性材质,为了安装在吸管杯上,其整体会受到一定程度的挤压,挤压时,周向的形变会转变为长度方向上的形变,而通过缓冲槽8可以对长度方向上的形变进行补偿,从而不影响吸管的安装。
优选地,第二管体3内设有阀门9,阀门9能够限制流体流过第一流体通道,阀门9由两个橡胶阀瓣组成,当使用者吮吸时阀门9则会打开从而吸出液体。
如图3所示,本发明还公开了一种吸管杯,包括前述任一实施例中的吸管,该吸管杯还包括:具有开口的瓶体10、与瓶体10可拆卸连接的瓶盖11和滑盖12;瓶盖11上设有容纳槽13,容纳槽13上设有固定孔,吸管从固定孔伸入至瓶体10中;当吸管伸入至瓶体10中时,第一管体1位于瓶体10的内部,第二管体3位于瓶体10的外部;滑盖12与瓶盖11铰接,当滑盖12转动并覆盖容纳槽13时,滑盖12能够将第二管体3转动至容纳槽13中,瓶盖11上一般会设有与换气孔6连通的开孔,从而保证换气的正常进行。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:本发明通过在连接段设置凹凸结构,比如在内壁设置加厚凸起4或者在外壁设置凹陷部,在第一管体和第二管体之间的夹角减小时,使得在连接段的内 壁更容易更快地相互靠近使得连接段处的第一流体通道逐渐封闭,从而有效地避免了吸管在折弯状态时流体逆流的可能性,使吸管杯在携带时不需要排空内部的流体,提高了吸管杯携带的便利性。
与现有技术相比,本发明对吸管折弯处的内壁进行加厚处理,使吸管在折弯时完全封闭吸管内的流体通道,从而杜绝了逆流情况的发生,提高了吸管和吸管杯在使用时的便利性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种吸管,其特征在于,包括:
    顺序连接的第一管体、连接段和第二管体,所述第二管体相对于所述第一管体能够倾斜,且所述第二管体与所述第一管体之间的倾斜角度可变;
    第一流体通道,所述第一流体通道依次穿过所述第一管体、所述连接段和所述第二管体;
    在所述连接段处设置有凹凸结构,当所述第一管体和所述第二管体之间的夹角减小时,所述凹凸结构使得所述连接段的内壁相互靠近,进而致使所述连接段处的所述第一流体通道逐渐封闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,作为所述凹凸结构,在所述连接段的内壁具有加厚凸起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述连接段的一端与所述第二管体连接,所述连接段的另一端与所述第一管体连接,所述连接段的所述一端的内壁具有所述加厚凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,作为所述凹凸结构,所述连接段的外表面上设有凹陷部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,
    所述连接段的一端与所述第二管体连接,所述连接段的另一端与所述第一管体连接,所述连接段的所述另一端的外表面上设有所述凹陷部,当所述第一管体和所述第二管体之间的夹角减小时,所述凹陷部的宽度逐渐减小。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述第一管体的中心轴线与所述第二管体的中心轴线的初始夹角为135°-160°。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述加厚凸起的厚度 为所述第二管体的壁厚的1/6-2/3;
    所述加厚凸起沿所述连接段的内壁周向设置,所述加厚凸起的周向长度为所述连接段内壁周长的1/3-1。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述凹陷部的中心点为所述第二管体转动时的支点。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述凹陷部的深度为所述第一管体的壁厚的1/3-2/3,在所述连接段上且与所述凹陷部相对应位置处的壁厚为所述第一管体的壁厚的1/3-2/3。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述凹陷部的周向上的两端与所述第二管体的中心轴线之间的垂线的夹角为150°-180°。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,还包括设于所述第一管体上的第一固定构件和第二固定构件,所述第一固定构件上设有换气孔,所述换气孔内设有单向阀;
    所述第二固定构件的一端连接于所述第一管体的远离所述第二管体的一端,且所述第二固定构件与所述第一管体具有相同的中心轴线;
    相较于所述第一管体,所述第二固定构件相对于所述中心轴线的径向尺寸更大;
    还包括第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽;
    所述第一卡接槽和所述第二卡接槽位于所述第二固定构件内;
    所述第一流体通道、所述第一卡接槽、所述第二卡接槽依次连通;
    所述第一卡接槽包括依次连接的扩张段和过渡段,所述扩张段与所述第一流体通道连通,所述扩张段与所述第一流体通道连接的一端为第一连接端,所述扩张段与所述过渡段连接的一端为第二连接端,从所述第一连接端至所述第二连接端所述扩张段的截面面积逐渐增大;
    所述过渡段的截面面积与所述扩张段的最大的截面面积相同;
    所述第二卡接槽的截面面积小于所述过渡段的截面面积;
    所述第一管体的外壁上设有缓冲槽,所述缓冲槽沿所述第一管体周向设置,且所述缓冲槽位于所述第一固定构件远离所述第二固定构件的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吸管,其特征在于,所述第二管体内设有阀门,所述阀门用于限制流体流过所述第一流体通道。
  13. 一种吸管杯,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-12任一所述的吸管和具有开口的瓶体,所述吸管安装在所述开口处。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种吸管杯,其特征在于,所述吸管杯还包括:与所述瓶体可拆卸连接的瓶盖和滑盖;
    所述瓶盖上设有容纳槽,所述容纳槽上设有固定孔,所述吸管从所述固定孔伸入至所述瓶体中;
    当所述吸管伸入至所述瓶体中时,所述第一管体位于所述瓶体的内部,所述第二管体位于所述瓶体的外部;
    所述滑盖与所述瓶盖铰接,当所述滑盖转动并覆盖所述容纳槽时,所述滑盖能够将所述第二管体转动至所述容纳槽中。
