下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为“固定于”另一个组件,它可以直接在另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“连接”另一个组件,它可以是直接连接到另一个组件或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列 项目的任意的和所有的组合。
以下结合附图对本发明实施例做进一步详述:
本发明的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,包括椅面组件100和支撑组件500,还包括:
第一带体6,第一带体6的一端连接椅面组件100且另一端为自由端;
第一连接组件200,第一连接组件200连接椅面组件100和第一带体6,第一带体6的自由端能够移动以使改变第一带体6与椅面组件100的连接长度,第一连接组件200包括第一扣体210和第二扣体220,第一扣体210与第一带体6活动连接,第二扣体220构造于对第一带体6的自由端进行定位;
第二连接组件300,第二连接组件300连接支撑组件500且与第一带体6相连。
具体的,如图1所示,支撑组件500上方的左右两侧具有2个支撑点,第二连接组件300有2个,分别安装在支撑组件500的2侧的支撑点上,第一带体6穿过第二连接组件300内部,第二连接组件300能够实现对第一带体6的固定和放松,在放松状态下,带体能够自由在第二连接组件300中移动,与支撑组件500对应的是第一带体6有2个,分别安装在椅面组件100的左右两侧,第一带体6的一端固定安装在椅面组件100的后侧,另一端为自由端,能够自由移动,第一连接组件200包括第一扣体210和第二扣体220,如图8所示,第二扣体220呈日字形,第二扣体220中形成有槽口,第二扣体220包括横梁221将槽口一分为二,第二扣体220与第一带体6滑动连接,第一带体6的自由端从第二扣体220左侧的槽口穿入弯折后从右侧的槽口穿出,如图7所示,第一扣体210与椅面组件100固定连接,第一扣体210内形成有槽口,第一扣体210整体呈口字形,第一带体6的自由端从第二连接组件300穿出后穿过第一扣体210且与其活动连接,第一带体6的自由端穿过第一扣体210后与第二扣体220的横梁221连接,换句话说,第一带体6的自由端在连接第二扣体220后,从第一扣体210的槽口中穿过弯折后再次与第二扣体220的横梁221连接,连接方式可以是从第二扣体220的右侧槽口穿入后从左侧槽口穿出,之后在自由端打结以实现固定,此方式有利于增加横梁221与第一带体6之间的摩擦力,增加其固定效果,在其他实施例中,也可以将自由端直接固定在横梁221上,需要注意的是,第一带体6的自由端不能影响第二扣体220在第一带体6上移动,通过拉伸第一带体6的自由端,第二扣体220配合第一带体6的自由端向后移动,进而减少第一带体6固定端与第一扣体210之间的长度,与之相反,则增加第一带体6固定端与第一扣体210之间的长度。
在其他实施例中,椅面组件100连接有第三带体,第三带体一端固定在椅面组件100上,另一端穿过第一扣体210的槽口后折回固定在椅面组件100上,这种方式能够使得椅面组件100的灵活性更高,且第二扣体220的位置更加容易调整。
通过在椅面组件100和支撑组件500之间连接第一带体6,带体市面上常规的刚性连接件,使得用户在座靠时具有灵活性和缓冲感,增加用户体验,第一带体6一端固定连接在椅面组件100上,另一端与椅面组件100活动连接以改变第一带体6与椅面组件100的连接长度,再通过第二连接组件300对第一带体6进行固定,可以轻松调节椅面组件100的高度,此方式操作简单能够满足不同年龄层次、智力层次人群的需求,且通过快速调节座面高度,能够满足不同身高人群的需求,另一方面,通过第二连接组件300与打第一带体6连接,使得第一带体6与椅面组件100的两连接端、与第二连接组件300的连接端呈三角状态,使得第一带体6的承载力更加合理,进而保障第一带体6的使用寿命。
另外,在另一实施例中,第二连接组件300包括与支撑组件500连接的基座310,基座310转动连接有第一扳扣320和第二扳扣330,第二扳扣330扣合第一扳扣320,第一扳扣320、第二扳扣330和基座310之间留有间隙,第一扳扣320朝向基座310一侧形成有外凸齿321,基座310形成有与外凸齿321适配的齿槽311,通过第一扳扣320的外凸齿321与基座310的齿槽311搭配对第一带体6进行卡接固定,进一步通过第二扳扣330对第一扳扣320进行固定,使得整体的固定效果更好,进而保障吊椅的稳定性,具体的,如图3和4所示,基座310左右两侧各转动连接有一转轴,以图4视角为例,右侧转轴连接第一扣板使得第一扣板与基座310转动连接,左侧转轴连接第二扣板使得第二扣板与基座310转动连接,第一扣体210的左侧形成有扣槽,第二扣体220下侧形成有与扣槽适配的扣齿(图中未示出),基座310上表面为平面,平面的左右两端向下弯折延伸,整体呈中间高两端低的结构,转轴距离基座310的上表面留有一定的距离,以便于第一带体6穿过,且在第一扣体210扣合后增加对第一带体6的固定效果,基座310的上表面形成有齿槽311,优选的,上表面平面的左右两端各有1排齿槽311,向下弯折的折面各形成有1排齿槽311,具体的,上表面平面的左右2端各形成有1排4个齿槽311,折面各形成有1排4个齿槽311,与之对应的,如图5所示,第一扣体210下侧形成有外凸齿321,外凸齿321的位置、个数均与齿槽311对应,进而实现卡接。
另外,在另一实施例中,椅面组件100包括座靠面110,座靠面110呈弧形,座靠面110的相对侧边形成有延伸面120,座靠面110的一端连接第一连接组件200,另一端与第一带体6之间连接有第二带体7。
具体的,如图1所示,座靠面110包括座面和靠面,两者连接,整体呈弧形,在其他实施例中,也可呈折角状,主要是为了方便调节靠面与座面的角度,座靠面110的左右两侧各设有一延伸面120,以增加座靠面110两侧的遮挡效果,且能起到一定的包围效果,提升座靠体验,第一带体6的固定端大概连接在靠面靠近座面的一侧,第一扣体210连接在座面的 前侧,第二带体7安装在延伸面120和第一带体6之间,以增加对靠面的支撑性,使得整体结构更加稳定。
另外,在另一实施例中,第二带体7一端连接第一带体6,另一端为自由端,座靠面110连接有第三扣体,第二带体7的自由端配合第三扣体具有调节状态和锁紧状态,处于调节状态时,第二带体7的自由端能够自由移动以改变第二带体7一端与第三扣体的连接长度,处于锁紧状态时,第三扣体锁紧第二带体7以达到固定作用,具体的,如图1所示,第三扣体与第二扣体220结构相同,安装啊座靠面110上,第二带体7的自由端从第三扣体的一个槽口进入后弯折后进入另一槽口,第三扣体与第二带体7具有足够的摩擦力进而实现对第二带体7的固定,第二带体7的自由端打结,以防打滑导致第二带体7与第三扣体脱离,通过调节第二带体7在第三扣体和座靠面110之间的连接长度,进而能够实现靠面角度的调节,使得功能多样化。
另外,在另一实施例中,在具有上述实施例的基础上还包括有储物组件400,储物组件400包括卡块410、卡座420和储物盒430,卡块410远离基座310的一端形成有凸起,凸起与基座310之间形成有滑槽411,卡座420连接储物盒430且与卡块410卡接,卡座420形成有与卡块410适配的槽口,卡座420在上述槽口内形成有与滑槽411适配的翼板421,卡块410在滑槽411位置形成有卡槽,翼板421形成有与卡槽适配的卡齿422。具体的,如图3所示,基座310的右侧安装卡块410,卡块410的右侧面向前后方向延伸形成凸起,凸起与基座310之间形成滑槽411,以便与卡座420配合,需要注意的是,卡块410的上下侧均为弧形,且卡块410下侧的凸起与基座310连接以闭合凸起与基座310形成的滑槽411,如图6所示,储物盒430内具有储存空间(图6视角未示出其内部储存空间),储物盒430一侧面安装卡座420,卡座420呈燕尾槽结构,卡座420中间形成有槽口,槽口的内侧面与卡块410的外侧面配合,卡座420上左右对称形成有与滑槽411适配的翼板421,翼板421上均形成有卡齿422,与之相对的,卡块410的滑槽411处形成有卡槽,以便于其卡接。
支撑组件500包括相对设置的主轴510,相对设置的主轴510之间连接有架体520,相对设置的主轴510在水平面或者垂直面的投影呈夹角,基座310安装在上述主轴510上。具体的,如图2所示,主轴510左右对称呈20°角,与之对应的,基座310下侧均设有安装口,安装口套接在主轴510上。需要强调的是,本发明所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本发明并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,包括椅面组件(100)和支撑组件(500),其特征在于:还包括:
    第一带体(6),所述第一带体(6)的一端连接所述椅面组件(100)且另一端为自由端;
    第一连接组件(200),所述第一连接组件(200)连接所述椅面组件(100)和第一带体(6),所述第一带体(6)的自由端能够移动以使改变所述第一带体(6)与所述椅面组件(100)的连接长度,所述第一连接组件(200)包括第一扣体(210)和第二扣体(220),所述第一扣体(210)与所述第一带体(6)活动连接,所述第二扣体(220)构造于对所述第一带体(6)的自由端进行定位;
    第二连接组件(300),所述第二连接组件(300)连接所述支撑组件(500)且与所述第一带体(6)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述第二连接组件(300)包括与所述支撑组件(500)连接的基座(310),所述基座(310)转动连接有第一扳扣(320)和第二扳扣(330),所述第二扳扣(330)扣合所述第一扳扣(320),所述第一扳扣(320)、第二扳扣(330)和基座(310)之间留有间隙,所述第一扳扣(320)朝向所述基座(310)一侧形成有外凸齿(321),所述基座(310)形成有与所述外凸齿(321)适配的齿槽(311)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述第二扣体(220)形成有槽口,所述第二扣体(220)包括横梁(221)将槽口一分为二,所述第二扣体(220)与所述第一带体(6)滑动连接,所述第一扣体(210)与所述椅面组件(100)连接,所述第一扣体(210)内形成有槽口,所述第一带体(6)的自由端穿过所述第一扣体(210)且与其活动连接,所述第一带体(6)的自由端穿过所述第一扣体(210)后与所述第二扣体(220)的横梁(221)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述椅面组件(100)包括座靠面(110),所述座靠面(110)的一端连接所述第一连接组件(200),另一端与所述第一带体(6)之间连接有第二带体(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述第二带体(7)一端连接所述第一带体(6),另一端为自由端,所述座靠面(110)连接有第三扣体,所述第二带体(7)的自由端配合所述第三扣体具有调节状态和锁紧状态,处于调节状态时,所述第二带体(7)的自由端能够自由移动以改变所述第二带体(7)一端与所述第三扣体的连接长度,处于锁紧状态时,所述第三扣体锁紧所述第二带体(7)以达到固定作用。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述座靠面(110)呈弧形,所述座靠面(110)的相对侧边形成有延伸面(120)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:还包括有储物组件 (400),所述储物组件(400)包括卡块(410)、卡座(420)和储物盒(430),所述卡块(410)远离所述基座(310)的一端形成有凸起,所述凸起与所述基座(310)之间形成有滑槽(411),所述卡座(420)连接所述储物盒(430)且与所述卡块(410)卡接,所述卡座(420)形成有与所述卡块(410)适配的槽口,所述卡座(420)在上述槽口内形成有与所述滑槽(411)适配的翼板(421)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述卡块(410)在所述滑槽(411)位置形成有卡槽,所述翼板(421)形成有与所述卡槽适配的卡齿(422)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种座面高度可调节的吊椅,其特征在于:所述支撑组件(500)包括相对设置的主轴(510),相对设置的主轴(510)之间连接有架体(520),相对设置的所述主轴(510)在水平面或者垂直面的投影呈夹角,所述基座(310)安装在上述主轴(510)上。
