参照图1-图15,一种能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,包括扶手件1、一端与所述扶手件1活动连接的连接件2、与所述连接件2的另一端能转动连接的座体3、与所述座体3活动连接的支架4。再参照图1、图9、图10,为了实现连接件2沿着L方向转动,可以采用如下实施方式:所述座体3包括具有多边形插孔5的圆弧形扁平状插接部6、对应设置在所述插接部6一侧且具有多边形插杆7的立座8、不能转动的套设在所述插杆7上的第一啮合件9,所述插杆7的自由端不能转动的插接在所述插孔5内且末端与所述连接件2的一侧活动连接;所述第一啮合件9的两端能转动的与旋转板组件10的一端连接,所述旋转板组件10的另一端经连接轴11与所述连接件2的侧壁连接,所述旋转板组件10上能活动的设置有与所述第一啮合件9能啮合的第二啮合件12,在所述旋转板组件10上还安装有用于对第二啮合件12施加压力的压贴件13,优先为具有延展性的金属板或金属薄片,其一端的弯折部14置入在所述第二旋转板21的凹陷部15内;在所述立座8上安装有复位弹性件16,优选为卡簧,其一端插入在所述立座8一侧的立座槽17内,另一端与套设所述旋转板 组件10上的旋转板凸起18连接,所述旋转板凸起18优选为圆柱体;具体地,所述旋转板组件10包括相对设置的第一旋转板19和第三旋转板20、连接固定在所述第一旋转板19和所述第三旋转板20的一端之间的第二旋转板21,所述第一旋转板19和所述第三旋转板20的另一端能转动的对应套设在所述第一啮合件9的两端,所述压贴件13安装在所述第二旋转板21上,所述第二啮合件12的两端能活动的对应置入设置在第一旋转板19和所述第三旋转板20上的弧形孔22内;进一步地,在所述第二啮合件12上规则设置有多个弧形分布的第一啮合齿23,在所述第一啮合件9上相对设置有第一凸起24、第二凸起25,在所述第一凸起24、第二凸起25之间的所述第一啮合件9上对应设置有多个圆弧状分布且能与所述第一啮合齿23相互啮合的第二啮合齿26,根据所需要转动的角度大小不同,所述第一啮合齿23和第二啮合齿26的数量可以增加或减少;具体地,当需要实现连接件2沿着L方向较大角度时,可以增加啮合齿的数量,如可以沿第一啮合件9的外圆周面上都规规则的设置所述第二啮合齿26,反之,可以减少啮合齿的数量;另外,所述第一凸起24、第二凸起25主要起到限位的作用,根据需要,也可以不设置上述两个凸起。
当需要上下调节连接件2的位置时,即沿着L方向转动连接件2时,假设,连接件2此时的位置处于最低处,即第二啮合件12紧挨着第一凸起24,此时,向上拉动连接件2,由于连接轴11的带动,第一旋转板19、第二旋转板21、第三旋转板20都被向上提起,第 二啮合件12顺着第一啮合件9的第二啮合齿26向前移动一个齿位,在压贴件13的挤压下,第一啮合齿23与第一啮合件9上的第二啮合齿26相互啮合、卡紧;当再次拉动连接件2时,上述部件重复动作,当连接件2处于最高位置时,即当第二啮合件12紧挨着第一啮合件9的第二凸起25时,再次拉动连接件2,第二啮合件12顺着第一啮合件9的第二啮合齿26向前移动,则第二凸起25会把第二啮合件12顶起,使第一啮合齿23与第一啮合件9的第二啮合齿26脱离啮合,此时,由于卡簧的一端被向后压紧地连接在第三旋转板20的旋转板凸起18上,则在卡簧的弹性势能下,会产生一个向下的力,使得上述三个旋转板向下运动进行复位,则第二啮合件12在上述三个旋转板的带动下,由于第一凸起24的限位,其会落至紧挨着第一凸起24的位置处;至此,实现连接件2沿着L方向向上转动及其复位动作。
再参照1、图6、图7,为了实现沿着N方向前后移动扶手面27和沿着M方向左右转动扶手面27,可以采用如下实施方式:所述扶手件1包括用于放置手部的扶手面27、与所述扶手面27连接的扶手底盖28、安装在所述扶手底盖28内且能相对直线往复运动的旋转座29、设置在所述旋转座29内且外壁具有多个弧形凹面30的连接座31、相对设置所述连接座31两侧且具有弧形凸面32的定位体33,其可以是柱状体、圆珠体或其它能实现该功能的物体;所述定位体33的一端连接有弹性体34,优选为弹簧,使所述弧形凸面32能与各所述弧形凹面30紧贴,所述连接座31的下端穿过设置在所述扶 手底盖28上的长条状滑动孔位35且与所述连接件2固定连接,所述长条状滑动孔位35能用于在所述扶手面27前后移动时避空所述连接座31,避免阻碍移动;具体地,所述旋转座29的两外壁沿长度方向设置有与所述扶手底盖28的两内壁紧贴的凸起部件36,在所述弧形凹面30侧边的所述连接座31上还相对设置有两个限位凸起37,用于限制所述旋转座29的转动角度,根据实际需要,所述两个限位凸起37可以不设置,以实现能沿着M方向360度转动扶手面27。
当需要沿着N方向前后移动扶手面27时,只要向前或向后推动扶手面27,扶手面27带动与之固定连接的扶手底盖28同步以连接座31为中心轴前后相对移动;因为在所述旋转座29的两外壁沿长度方向设置有与所述扶手底盖28的两内壁紧贴,且具有弧形接触面的弹性凸起部件36,因此,无论扶手面27停留在哪一位置,各凸起部件36都能与扶手底盖28的两内壁紧密接触,实现扶手面27前后移动后的固定。
当需要沿着M方向左右转动扶手面27时,能以连接座31为圆心进行左右转动,具有弧形凸面32的定位体33在被转动时,贴着连接座31的弧形凹面30进行向左或向右移动,当移动至弧形凹面30与弧形凹面30之间的限位凸起37时,定位体33挤压弹簧,使定位体33向定位体33安装孔内压紧,当定位体33移动至弧形凹面30的圆心处时,由于弹簧的压力,所述定位体33的弧形凸面32与所述连接座31的弧形凹面30相互卡紧,至此,实现一个角度的左右转动,当继续沿着M方向转动扶手时,所述定位体33以及弹簧重复 上述运动。
再参照图1、图11、图12,为了实现沿着X方向左右转动连接件2或座体3,可以采用如下实施方式:所述座体3通过外壁具有多个圆弧凹面38的转动部件39与设置在所述支架4上端的安装座40能转动的连接,在所述安装座40上设置有具有圆弧凸面41的定位件42,其可以是柱状体、圆珠体或其它能实现该功能的物体;所述定位件42的一端连接有弹性体34,其优选为弹簧,使所述圆弧凸面41能与各所述圆弧凹面38紧贴。
当需要实现沿着X方向左右转动连接件2或座体3时,具有圆弧凹面38的转动部件39在被转动时,贴着定位件42的圆弧凸面41进行向左或向右移动,当转动至圆弧凹面38与圆弧凹面38之间的限位凸起37时,定位件42挤压弹簧,使其缩往定位件42凹槽内,当定位件42移动至转动部件39的圆弧凹面38的其中一个圆弧的圆心处时,由于弹簧的弹力,所述定位件42的圆弧凸面41与转动部件39的圆弧凹面38相互卡紧,至此,实现一个角度的左右转动,当继续沿着X方向转动扶手时,所述转动部件39、所述定位件42以及所述弹簧重复上述运动。
再参照图1、图12-图15,为了实现扶手件1沿着K方向相对固定柱44上下直线升降,可以采用如下实施方式:所述支架4包括沿长度方向设置有阶梯型卡位43的固定柱44、围设在所述固定柱44外的移动板组件45,在所述移动板组件45上设置与所述阶梯型卡位43能相对应且能上下移动的滑动块46,所述滑动块46的一端设置 有用于施加压力且使所述滑动块46能与所述阶梯型卡位43卡合的复位弹性件16,优选为套设的弹簧;具体地,所述移动板组件45包括能拆卸连接的第一移动板47、第二移动板48,所述滑动块46安装在所述第一移动板47的安装槽49内,所述复位弹性件16设置在所述滑动块46与所述安装槽49的一侧内壁之间,在所述安装槽49上连接有防止所述复位弹性件16和所述滑动块46掉落的盖板50;进一步地,所述移动板组件45的外围套设有保护套51,在所述保护套51套设有外管52,在所述保护套51的下端设置有用于与椅座主体连接固定的安装孔位53。
当需要实现扶手件1沿着K方向相对固定柱44上下直线升降时,向上或向下拉动外管52,外管52带动保护套51和移动板组件45同步移动,并且带动滑动块46向上或向下沿着阶梯型卡位43移动一个卡位,由于弹簧顶压着滑动块46的背面,使得滑动块46与设置在固定柱44上的阶梯型卡位43在上下移动到卡位时,进行卡合。
本实用新型可以实现扶手面27和连接件2沿着L方向转动,其通过转动扶手件同步带动连接件转动,从而改变扶手件的倾斜角度,使用户的手臂始终能得到最佳的支撑,调节好位置后即可实现扶手件和连接件的定位,避免其随意转动;所述扶手件的外表面设计成弧线形,以适应用户在不同工作状态下,用于更好的贴合手臂和支撑手臂的各个部位,舒适性好,避免用户疲劳;另外,本实用新型还可以实现沿着N方向前后移动扶手面27、沿着M方向左右转动扶手面27、可以实现沿着X方向左右转动座体3并带动连接件2和扶 手面27同步转动,还可以实现扶手件1沿着K方向相对固定柱44上下直线升降,以满足用户在不同工作状态下和手臂所放置位置不一样时的多种需求,为用户提供一款能多方位调节且舒适性更好的扶手。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,包括扶手件,所述扶手件与连接件的一端连接,其特征是:所述连接件的另一端与所述座体能转动和定位的连接,从而改变和定位所述扶手件相对手臂的支撑位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:所述座体包括固定设置的第一啮合件、与所述第一啮合件能啮合且活动设置的第二啮合件,所述连接件转动时带动所述第二啮合件沿着第一啮合件作圆周运动且通过相互啮合实现定位。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:所述扶手件的两端向中部逐渐向下延伸并形成弧线形,用于更好的贴合手臂和支撑手臂的各个部位。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:还包括一端经连接轴与所述连接件的侧壁相连接的旋转板组件,所述旋转板组件的另一端与所述第一啮合件的两端能转动的连接,所述第二啮合件能活动的设置在所述旋转板组件内,在所述旋转板组件上安装有用于对第二啮合件施加朝向所述第一啮合件方向压力的压贴件,使所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件在相互啮合后实现定位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:所述旋转板组件包括相对设置的第一旋转板和第三旋转板、连接固定在所述第一旋转板和所述第三旋转板的一端之间的第二旋转 板,所述第一旋转板和所述第三旋转板的另一端能转动的对应套设在所述第一啮合件的两端,所述压贴件安装在所述第二旋转板上,所述第二啮合件的两端能活动的对应置入设置在第一旋转板和所述第三旋转板上的弧形孔内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:在所述第二啮合件上规则设置有多个弧形分布的第一啮合齿,在所述第一啮合件上相对设置有第一凸起、第二凸起,在所述第一凸起、第二凸起之间的所述第一啮合件上对应设置有多个圆弧状分布且能与所述第一啮合齿相互啮合的第二啮合齿。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:还包括具有插孔的插接部、对应设置在所述插接部一侧且具有插杆的立座,所述第一啮合件不能转动的套设在所述插杆上,所述插杆的自由端不能转动的插接在所述插孔内且末端与所述连接件的一侧活动连接;在所述立座上安装有复位弹性件,其一端与设置所述旋转板组件上的旋转板凸起连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:所述扶手件包括扶手面、与所述扶手面连接的扶手底盖、安装在所述扶手底盖内且能相对直线往复运动的旋转座、设置在所述旋转座内且外壁具有多个弧形凹面的连接座、相对设置所述连接座两侧且具有弧形凸面的定位体,所述定位体的一端连接有弹性体,使所述弧形凸面能与各所述弧形凹面紧贴,所述连接座的下端穿过设置在所述扶手底盖上的长条状滑动孔位且与所述连接 件固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:所述座体通过外壁具有多个圆弧凹面的转动部件与设置在所述支架上端的安装座能转动的连接,在所述安装座上设置有具有圆弧凸面的定位件,所述定位件的一端连接有弹性体,使所述圆弧凸面能与各所述圆弧凹面紧贴。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的能调节手臂支撑位置的扶手,其特征是:还包括与所述座体活动连接的支架,所述支架包括沿长度方向设置有阶梯型卡位的固定柱、围设在所述固定柱外的移动板组件,在所述移动板组件上设置与所述阶梯型卡位能相对应且能上下移动的滑动块,所述滑动块的一端设置有用于施加压力且使所述滑动块能与所述阶梯型卡位卡合的弹性件。
