本申请要求于2021年11月30日申请的、申请号为202122996446.2的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及液体输送技术领域,特别是涉及一种出液装置及液瓶。
背景技术
液体输送,尤其是用于输送放置在液瓶内的液体,例如目前市场上用的洗护用品类、清洁用品类、厨房用品类、酒用品类、消杀用品类。具体地,比如洗发水、沐浴露、洗发水、护发素、洗衣液、洗洁精、洗手液、酱油、食用油、食用醋、红酒、白酒、酒精、消毒水、杀菌液等日常所用瓶盖,普遍是按压式瓶盖,或者密封式螺牙瓶盖。
上述瓶盖在使用时,都需要用手来按压或扭开瓶盖才可以使用。具体地,按压式瓶盖需要用双手操作,一只手按压瓶盖,一只手接液体。因此,按压式瓶盖使用费力,操作不方便,特别是对小孩子和老人而言。密封式螺牙瓶盖需要扭开瓶盖才可以倒液、油等,使用后还需要把瓶盖扭回瓶上。因此,密封式螺牙瓶盖操作十分不方便,小孩子和老人使用费力,特别还需要拿来拿去。如果,瓶身上沾有油类等很滑的液体,很容易造成滑手,导致瓶子从手上滑下并摔破。
所以,以上瓶盖在使用过程中,暴露出了其便利性不高,使用人群受限等问题。
技术问题
基于此,有必要针对装有普通瓶盖的液瓶在使用过程中,便利性不高的问题,提供一种使用便利性高的出液装置及液瓶。
技术解决方案
根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种出液装置,用于将液瓶内的液体抽出,所述液瓶包括瓶口,所述出液装置包括:
出液组件,包括密封于所述瓶口的安装件,所述安装件上开设有出液口;
驱动组件,包括设于所述安装件内的驱动泵;
进液管道,所述进液管道的一端伸入所述液瓶内,另一端伸入所述安装件内与所述驱动泵连通;以及
出液管道,设于所述安装件内,且其相对的两端分别连通于所述出液口和所述驱动泵;
其中,所述驱动泵能够在所述进液管道内形成负压,并在所述出液管道内形成正压;
所述出液装置还包括设于所述安装件上的触碰式感应器,所述触碰式感应器可受控地开启或关闭所述驱动泵。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括泵盖,所述泵盖配接于所述安装件上,并配合所述安装件界定形成一安装所述驱动泵的安装腔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述驱动组件还包括:
安装于所述安装件上的动力源,所述动力源动力连接于所述驱动泵;
设于所述安装件上的动力开关,所述动力开关通讯连接于所述动力源,并可受控地开启或关闭所述动力源。
在其中一个实施例中,所述动力开关包括:
控制电路板,所述控制电路板设于所述安装件内,且通讯连接于所述动力源;以及
开关按钮,可活动地连接于所述安装件,以与所述控制电路板连接或分离。
在其中一个实施例中,所述开关按钮为防水开关按钮。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装件与所述进液管道、所述出液管道及所述驱动泵之间均存在空隙,所述空隙被构造为走线区。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括发泡件,所述发泡件设于所述液体在所述驱动泵和所述出液管道中的出液路径上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述触碰式感应器包括电容触碰式感应器、电阻触碰式感应器中的任意一种。
根据本申请的另一方面,还提供一种液瓶,所述液瓶包括瓶口,所述液瓶还包括配接于所述液瓶的所述瓶口的出液装置,所述出液装置为如上述的出液装置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出液装置可拆卸地连接于所述液瓶的所述瓶口。
有益效果
上述的出液装置,包括出液组件、驱动组件、进液管道及出液管道。该出液装置用于抽出液瓶内液体时,驱动组件的驱动泵在液瓶内制造负压,使瓶内液体能够依次从进液管道、驱动泵、出液管道传输至安装件上的出液口处,并经出液口处排出。进一步地,该出液装置还安装有触碰式感应器,液瓶使用人员可通过触碰该触碰式感应器,实现控制驱动泵开启以开始出液,或者控制驱动泵关闭以停止出液。如此,该出液装置大大提高了其所在液瓶的使用便利性。

需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
下面将结合附图对本申请的出液装置及液瓶进行说明。
图1为本申请一实施例中的出液装置的结构示意图;图2为图1所示的出液装置的剖面结构示意图;图3为图1所示的出液装置的局部爆炸结构示意图;图4为图1所示的出液装置的局部爆炸结构示意图;图5为图1所示的出液装置的局部机构示意图;图6为图1所示的出液装置的爆炸结构示意图。为便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的结构。
请参阅图1及图2所示,本申请至少一实施例公开的出液装置100用于将液瓶内的液体从瓶内抽出,其包括出液组件10、驱动组件20、进液管道30及出液管道40。
出液组件10安装在液瓶上,用于出液。具体地,液瓶具有一瓶口,出液组件10配接于该瓶口,起到防止瓶内液体泄漏的作用。更具体地,出液组件10包括安装件11,安装件11密封于液瓶瓶口,安装件11上开设有与液瓶内部连通的出液口12。
在一些实施例中,安装件11可拆卸的连接于液瓶的瓶口,以方便出液装置100更换,或查看瓶内液体情况。可选地,安装件11螺纹连接于液瓶的瓶口。例如,安装件11上成型有内螺纹,瓶口上成型有与安装件11内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹。
请参阅图2所示,驱动泵21包括阀座、皮碗211、皮碗座212、销针、摆动架213、偏心轮214、泵座、电机215。阀座同皮碗座212连接,皮碗座212同泵座连接,皮碗座212上设置有多个皮碗211,其中至少一个皮碗211用于泵液,至少一个皮碗211用于泵气,皮碗211底部同摆动架213连接。偏心轮214、摆动架213、销针设置在泵座内。偏心轮214同电机215传动连接,偏心轮214同摆动架213连接,偏心轮214上设有起动力传动作用的销针。电机215通过螺丝固定在安装件11上,当电机215运转时,驱动偏心轮214转动并带动摆动架213摆动。
具体到实际运用中,摆动架213摆动时,使皮碗座212上下活动,皮碗211形成抽气、压气动作。抽气时,把空气抽空,液瓶内液体在大气压作用下从进液管道30流入到其中一个皮碗211内,而会有空气进入到另外两个皮碗211中。压气时,液体和空气一起压入到出液管道40内,并由出液管道40传输至出液口12排出。
可选地,驱动泵21可为柱塞泵、蠕动泵,隔膜泵中的任意一种。可以理解,上述仅为了举例说明,并不能理解为对本申请的限定。
进一步地,请参阅图4所示,驱动组件20还包括泵盖22,泵盖22配接于安装件11上,并配合安装件11界定形成一安装驱动泵21的安装腔。可以理解,安装件11和泵盖22围合形成的安装腔,相较于单独设置泵体和泵盖22围合形成安装腔,能够达到降成本的目的。
具体到本申请实施例中,泵盖22位于驱动泵21的顶部,同驱动泵21的阀座连接,驱动泵21的出液口和进液口均设置在泵盖22上。
进一步地,进液管道30的一端伸入至安装件11内与驱动泵21连通,另一端伸入到液瓶内。出液管道40的相对两端分别连通于出液口12和驱动泵21。即,驱动泵21连通于进液管道30和出液管道40之间。具体地,驱动泵21的进液口与进液管道30连通,驱动泵21的出液口与出液管道40连通。
进一步地,驱动组件20还包括安装于安装件11上的动力源,动力源动力连接于驱动泵21。可选地,动力源可以为动力电池,动力电池动力连接于驱动泵21,为驱动泵21工作提供动力来源。
具体到本申请实施例中,请参阅图4所示,安装件11上挖设有电池卡扣腔,动力电池卡接于该电池卡扣腔内,能够实现与驱动泵21的动力连接。更进一步地,动力电池卡接完成后,可在电池卡扣腔上可拆卸地覆设一层装饰盖,以保护腔内动力电池。此外,在更换动力电池时,只需拆下装饰盖即可进行相应操作。
进一步地,该驱动组件20还包括设于安装件11上的动力开关23,动力开关23通讯连接于动力源,并可受控地开启或关闭动力源。具体到本申请实施例中,动力开关23包括:控制电路板231和开关按钮232。控制电路板231设于安装件11内,且通讯连接于动力源。开关按钮232可活动地连接于安装件11,以与控制电路板231连接或分离。
更具体地,开关按钮232可相对安装件11做伸缩运动,以连接或分离控制电路板231。具体到实际运用中,开关按钮232连接控制电路板231时,可以通过控制电路板231向动力源发送开启或关闭的指令。
在优选实施例中,考虑到出液装置100的使用环境,开关按钮232为防水开关按钮232,以提高开关按钮232及控制电路板231的工作稳定性。
进一步地,该出液装置100还包括发泡件,发泡件设于液体在驱动泵21和出液管道40中的出液路径上。具体到本申请实施例中,发泡件可为发泡网,发泡网可作用于液体和空气,以充分发泡形成泡沫液体从出液口12排出。
更进一步地,出液装置100还包括设于安装件11上的触碰式感应器50,触碰式感应器50可受控地开启或关闭驱动泵21。可选地,触碰式感应器50包括电容触碰式感应器50、电阻触碰式感应器50中的任意一种。可以理解,上述仅为了举例说明,并不能理解为对本申请的限定。
具体到实际运用中,液瓶使用人员可通过触碰该触碰式感应器50,实现控制驱动泵21开启以开始出液,或者控制驱动泵21关闭以停止出液。如此,该出液装置100大大提高了其所在液瓶的使用便利性。
在一些实施例中,安装件11与进液管道30、出液管道40及驱动泵21之间均存在空隙,空隙被构造为走线区。具体到实际运用中,走线区用于铺设连接导线,以提升空间利用率。
作为本申请的同一构思,还提供一种液瓶,液瓶包括瓶口。进一步地,液瓶还包括配接于液瓶的瓶口的出液装置100,出液装置100为上述的出液装置100。该液瓶的使用便利性高。
进一步地,出液装置100可拆卸地接于液瓶的瓶口。具体到一些实施例中,出液装置100螺纹连接于液瓶的瓶口。如此,能够进一步地提高该液瓶的使用便利性。
上述的出液装置100及液瓶,该出液装置100包括出液组件10、驱动组件20、进液管道30及出液管道40。该出液装置100用于抽出液瓶内液体时,驱动组件20的驱动泵21在液瓶内制造负压,使瓶内液体能够依次从进液管道30、驱动泵21、出液管道40传输至安装件11上的出液口12处,并经出液口12处排出。进一步地,该出液装置100还安装有触碰式感应器50,液瓶使用人员可通过触碰该触碰式感应器50,实现控制驱动泵21开启以开始出液,或者控制驱动泵21关闭以停止出液。如此,该出液装置100大大提高了其所在液瓶的使用便利性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种出液装置,用于将液瓶内的液体抽出,所述液瓶包括瓶口,其中,所述出液装置包括:
    出液组件,包括密封于所述瓶口的安装件,所述安装件上开设有出液口;
    驱动组件,包括设于所述安装件内的驱动泵;
    进液管道,所述进液管道的一端伸入所述液瓶内,另一端伸入所述安装件内与所述驱动泵连通;以及
    出液管道,设于所述安装件内,且其相对的两端分别连通于所述出液口和所述驱动泵;
    其中,所述驱动泵能够在所述进液管道内形成负压,并在所述出液管道内形成正压;
    所述出液装置还包括设于所述安装件上的触碰式感应器,所述触碰式感应器可受控地开启或关闭所述驱动泵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出液装置,其中,所述驱动组件还包括泵盖,所述泵盖配接于所述安装件上,并配合所述安装件界定形成一安装所述驱动泵的安装腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的出液装置,其中,所述驱动组件还包括:
    安装于所述安装件上的动力源,所述动力源动力连接于所述驱动泵;
    设于所述安装件上的动力开关,所述动力开关通讯连接于所述动力源,并可受控地开启或关闭所述动力源。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的出液装置,其中,所述动力开关包括:
    控制电路板,所述控制电路板设于所述安装件内,且通讯连接于所述动力源;以及
    开关按钮,可活动地连接于所述安装件,以与所述控制电路板连接或分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的出液装置,其中,所述开关按钮为防水开关按钮。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的出液装置,其中,所述安装件与所述进液管道、所述出液管道及所述驱动泵之间均存在空隙,所述空隙被构造为走线区。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的出液装置,其中,还包括发泡件,所述发泡件设于所述液体在所述驱动泵和所述出液管道中的出液路径上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的出液装置,其中,所述触碰式感应器包括电容触碰式感应器、电阻触碰式感应器中的任意一种。
  9. 一种液瓶,所述液瓶包括瓶口,其中,所述液瓶还包括配接于所述液瓶的所述瓶口的出液装置,所述出液装置为如权利要求1‑8中任意一项的所述出液装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的液瓶,其中,所述出液装置可拆卸地接于所述液瓶的所述瓶口。
