Abstract

本发明涉及LED显示技术领域,特别涉及一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元、安装件、开合驱动装置和压紧装置,所述LED显示单元安装于安装件上,所述安装件通过开合驱动装置安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置压紧。本发明通过设置开合驱动装置以及压紧装置,在得到触发命令后,压紧装置工作,松开压紧的安装件,然后通过开合驱动装置将LED显示单元打开,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求。

Description

一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元 技术领域
本发明涉及LED显示技术领域,特别涉及一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元。
背景技术
在显示领域,与LCD、DLP、投影等相比,LED显示屏凭着高亮度、无缝拼接、不受面积影响等先天优势,受到市场的青睐,常规屏、创意显示屏层出不穷,应用越来越广,面积也越做越大。
在实际落地中,大面积的显示屏作为建筑的内表皮或外表皮,在设计之初就需要考虑建筑构造的影响和限制,更需要满足建筑设计防火规范等要求,如通风、排烟消防要求,在一些特殊环境下,该要求更是必达项。面对复杂的工程项目,常规屏只能缩小面积或降低参数来满足必须达到的规范要求。
发明内容
本发明解决了相关技术中只能通过缩小面积或降低参数来满足排烟消防要求的问题,提出一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,通过设置开合驱动装置以及压紧装置,在得到触发命令后,压紧装置工作,松开压紧的安装件,然后通过开合驱动装置将LED显示单元打开,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示 单元、安装件、开合驱动装置和压紧装置,所述LED显示单元安装于安装件上,所述安装件通过开合驱动装置安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置压紧。
作为优选方案,所述开合驱动装置为弹簧铰链,所述弹簧铰链安装于安装件的一侧。
作为优选方案,所述开合驱动装置为弹簧铰链组件,所述弹簧铰链组件安装于安装件的中部,所述弹簧铰链组件包括弹簧铰链、连接轴和连接块,所述连接轴上安装有至少2个连接块,所述连接块安装于安装件上,所述弹簧铰链安装于连接轴的两端且通过垫块与相邻固定单元连接固定。
作为优选方案,所述开合驱动装置为电动机组件,所述电动机组件包括第一舵机、连接轴、连接块和轴承,所述连接轴上安装有至少2个连接块,所述连接块安装于安装件上,所述第一舵机通过第一舵机支架与相邻固定单元连接固定,所述连接轴的一端通过轴套与舵机相连,另一端插入轴承中,所述轴承与相邻固定单元固定。
作为优选方案,所述开合驱动装置为气压/液压杆,所述气压/液压杆一端通过安装座与相邻固定单元固定,另一端与安装件相连,所述安装件的一端铰接于显示屏面上。
作为优选方案,所述压紧装置为电控开关装置,所述电控开关装置包括第二舵机、挡块和第二舵机支架,所述第二舵机通过第二舵机支架与相邻固定单元连接固定,所述挡块通过第二舵机驱动并压紧安装件。
作为优选方案,所述压紧装置为高温自动脱钩装置,所述高温自动脱钩装置包括壳体、推杆、螺母帽、热膨胀玻璃,所述壳体通过壳体支架与相邻固定单元固定,所述推杆上套有弹簧,所述推杆的一端插入壳体内,另一端位于壳体外部并压紧安装件;所述螺母帽安装于壳体的一端,所述热膨胀玻璃安装于推杆的位于壳体内的一端并通过锁紧螺钉紧固。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置开合驱动装置以及压紧装置,在得到触发命令后,压紧装置工作,松开压紧的安装件,然后通过开合驱动装置将LED显示单元打开,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求。

本实施例中涉及的LED显示单元可以是模块、模组、箱体或三者的组合,其形状可以是正方形,长方形,梯形,三角形,圆形,LED显示单元可以是单个,也可以是多个安装在一个开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4上,LED显示单元可拼装为平面屏、弧面屏、球面屏、柱面屏或以上各种造型拼接的造型屏幕;开合方式主要有轴向转动开合和前后推动开合,其中,轴向转动开合适用于尺寸较小、重量较轻的LED模块;前后推动开合适用于尺寸较大、重量较重的LED模组、LED箱体。
实施例1
如图8和9所示,一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元1、安装件2、开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4,LED显示单元1安装于安装件2上,安装件2通过开合驱动装置3安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置4压紧,其中,开合驱动装置3为弹簧铰链301,弹簧铰链301通过螺丝安装于安装件2的一侧,如图4和5所示,压紧装置4采用电控开关装置,电控开关装置包括第二舵机401、挡块402和第二舵机支架403,第二舵机401通过第 二舵机支架403与相邻固定单元连接固定,挡块402通过第二舵机402驱动并压紧安装件2,当发生火灾时,电控开关装置接收到触发命令(触发命令为该建筑消防联动控制系统发出的信号或人为设定信号)而工作,第二舵机401转动,带动挡块402的转动,安装件2脱离挡块402的阻挡,在弹簧铰链301的带动下实现旋转,从而实现LED显示单元1和安装件2的弹开,从而完成“开窗”,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求,在警报解除后,再“关窗”而变身为一整块无缝拼接的显示屏,其中,LED显示单元1复位可以采用手动复位,也可以采用自动复位。
实施例2
如图10所示,一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元1、安装件2、开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4,LED显示单元1安装于安装件2上,安装件2通过开合驱动装置3安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置4压紧,其中,开合驱动装置3为弹簧铰链301,弹簧铰链301通过螺丝安装于安装件2的一侧,如图6和7所示,压紧装置4采用为高温自动脱钩装置,高温自动脱钩装置包括壳体404、推杆405、螺母帽408、热膨胀玻璃409,壳体404通过壳体支架407与相邻固定单元固定,推杆405上套有弹簧406,推杆405的一端插入壳体404内,另一端位于壳体404外部并压紧安装件2;螺母帽408安装于壳体404的一端,热膨胀玻璃409安装于推杆405的位于壳体404内的一端并通过锁紧螺钉410紧固。当发生火灾时,温度达到一定程度,热膨胀玻璃409破碎,推杆405在弹簧 406的推动下产生下滑位移,推杆405的头部脱离安装件2,安装件2脱离推杆405的阻挡,在弹簧铰链301的带动下实现旋转,从而完成“开窗”,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求,在警报解除后,再“关窗”(复位)而变身为一整块无缝拼接的显示屏,其中,LED显示单元1复位可以采用手动复位,也可以采用自动复位。
实施例3
如图11所示,一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元1、安装件2、开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4,LED显示单元1安装于安装件2上,安装件2通过开合驱动装置3安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置4压紧,其中,如图2所示,开合驱动装置3为弹簧铰链组件,弹簧铰链组件安装于安装件2的中部,弹簧铰链组件包括弹簧铰链301、连接轴302和连接块303,连接轴302上安装有至少2个连接块303,连接块303安装于安装件2上,弹簧铰链301安装于连接轴302的两端且通过垫块与相邻固定单元连接固定;如图4和5所示,压紧装置4采用电控开关装置,电控开关装置包括第二舵机401、挡块402和第二舵机支架403,第二舵机401通过第二舵机支架403与相邻固定单元连接固定,挡块402通过第二舵机402驱动并压紧安装件2,当发生火灾时,电控开关装置接收到触发命令(触发命令为该建筑消防联动控制系统发出的信号或人为设定信号)而工作,第二舵机401转动,带动挡块402的转动,安装件2脱离挡块402的阻挡,在弹簧铰链301的带动下实现旋转,从而实现LED显示单元1和安装件2的弹开,从而完成“开窗”,从而解 决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求,在警报解除后,再“关窗”而变身为一整块无缝拼接的显示屏,其中,LED显示单元1复位可以采用手动复位,也可以采用自动复位。
实施例4
如图12所示,一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元1、安装件2、开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4,LED显示单元1安装于安装件2上,安装件2通过开合驱动装置3安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置4压紧,其中,如图3所示,开合驱动装置3为电动机组件,电动机组件安装于安装件2的一侧,电动机组件包括第一舵机304、连接轴302、连接块303和轴承306,连接轴302上安装有至少2个连接块303,连接块303安装于安装件2上,第一舵机304通过第一舵机支架305与相邻固定单元连接固定,连接轴302的一端通过轴套307与舵机304相连,另一端插入轴承306中,轴承306与相邻固定单元固定;如图6和7所示,压紧装置4采用为高温自动脱钩装置,高温自动脱钩装置包括壳体404、推杆405、螺母帽408、热膨胀玻璃409,壳体404通过壳体支架407与相邻固定单元固定,推杆405上套有弹簧406,推杆405的一端插入壳体404内,另一端位于壳体404外部并压紧安装件2;螺母帽408安装于壳体404的一端,热膨胀玻璃409安装于推杆405的位于壳体404内的一端并通过锁紧螺钉410紧固。当发生火灾时,温度达到一定程度,热膨胀玻璃409破碎,推杆405在弹簧406的推动下产生下滑位移,推杆405的头部脱离安装件2,安装件2脱离推杆405的阻 挡,第一舵机304转动,从而带动连接轴302转动,连接轴302带动连接块303转动,连接块303带动安装件2转动,从而完成“开窗”,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求,在警报解除后,再“关窗”(复位)而变身为一整块无缝拼接的显示屏,其中,LED显示单元1复位可以采用手动复位,也可以采用自动复位。
实施例5
如图13所示,一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元1、安装件2、开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4,LED显示单元1安装于安装件2上,安装件2通过开合驱动装置3安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置4压紧,其中,如图3所示,开合驱动装置3为电动机组件,电动机组件安装于安装件2的中部,电动机组件包括第一舵机304、连接轴302、连接块303和轴承306,连接轴302上安装有至少2个连接块303,连接块303安装于安装件2上,第一舵机304通过第一舵机支架305与相邻固定单元连接固定,连接轴302的一端通过轴套307与舵机304相连,另一端插入轴承306中,轴承306与相邻固定单元固定;如图4和5所示,压紧装置4采用电控开关装置,电控开关装置包括第二舵机401、挡块402和第二舵机支架403,第二舵机401通过第二舵机支架403与相邻固定单元连接固定,挡块402通过第二舵机402驱动并压紧安装件2,当发生火灾时,电控开关装置接收到触发命令(触发命令为该建筑消防联动控制系统发出的信号或人为设定信号)而工作,第二舵机401转动,带动挡块402的转动,安装件2脱离挡块402的阻挡,在弹簧铰 链301的带动下实现旋转,从而实现LED显示单元1和安装件2的弹开,从而完成“开窗”,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求,在警报解除后,再“关窗”而变身为一整块无缝拼接的显示屏,其中,LED显示单元1复位可以采用手动复位,也可以采用自动复位。

实施例7
如图15所示,一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,包括LED显示单元1、安装件2、开合驱动装置3和压紧装置4,LED显示单元1安装于安装件2上,安装件2通过开合驱动装置3安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置4压紧,其中,开合驱动装置3为气压/液压杆307,气压/液压杆307一端通过安装座与相邻固定单元固定,另一端与安装件2相连;如图4和5所示,压紧装置4采用电控开关装置,电控开关装置包括第二舵机401、挡块402和第二舵机支架403,第二舵机401通过第二舵机支架403与相邻固定单元连接固定,挡块402通过第二舵机402驱动并压紧安装件2,当发生火灾时,电控开关装置接收到触发命令(触发命令为该建筑消防联动控制系统发出的信号或人为设定信号)而工作,第二舵机401转动,带动挡块402的转动,安装件2脱离挡块402的阻挡,在气压/液压杆307的带动下前移,从而实现LED显示单元1和安装件2的打开,从而完成“开窗”,从而解决建筑内表皮或外表皮的通风排烟要求,在警报解除后,再“关窗”而变身为一整块无缝拼接的显示屏,其中,LED显示单元1复位可以采用手动复位,也可以采用自动复位。

  1. 一种满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:包括LED显示单元(1)、安装件(2)、开合驱动装置(3)和压紧装置(4),所述LED显示单元(1)安装于安装件(2)上,所述安装件(2)通过开合驱动装置(3)安装于显示屏面上并通过压紧装置(4)压紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:所述开合驱动装置(3)为弹簧铰链(301),所述弹簧铰链(301)安装于安装件(2)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:所述开合驱动装置(3)为弹簧铰链组件,所述弹簧铰链组件安装于安装件(2)的中部,所述弹簧铰链组件包括弹簧铰链(301)、连接轴(302)和连接块(303),所述连接轴(302)上安装有至少2个连接块(303),所述连接块(303)安装于安装件(2)上,所述弹簧铰链(301)安装于连接轴(302)的两端且通过垫块与相邻固定单元连接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:所述开合驱动装置(3)为电动机组件,所述电动机组件包括第一舵机(304)、连接轴(302)、连接块(303)和轴承(306),所述连接轴(302)上安装有至少2个连接块(303),所述连接块(303)安装于安装件(2)上,所述第一舵机(304)通过第一舵机支架(305)与相邻固定单元连接固定,所述连接轴(302) 的一端通过轴套(307)与舵机(304)相连,另一端插入轴承(306)中,所述轴承(306)与相邻固定单元固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:所述开合驱动装置(3)为气压/液压杆(307),所述气压/液压杆(307)一端通过安装座与相邻固定单元固定,另一端与安装件(2)相连,所述安装件(2)的一端铰接于显示屏面上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:所述压紧装置(4)为电控开关装置,所述电控开关装置包括第二舵机(401)、挡块(402)和第二舵机支架(403),所述第二舵机(401)通过第二舵机支架(403)与相邻固定单元连接固定,所述挡块(402)通过第二舵机(402)驱动并压紧安装件(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的满足消防排烟通风要求的可开关式LED显示单元,其特征在于:所述压紧装置(4)为高温自动脱钩装置,所述高温自动脱钩装置包括壳体(404)、推杆(405)、螺母帽(408)、热膨胀玻璃(409),所述壳体(404)通过壳体支架(407)与相邻固定单元固定,所述推杆(405)上套有弹簧(406),所述推杆(405)的一端插入壳体(404)内,另一端位于壳体(404)外部并压紧安装件(2);所述螺母帽(408)安装于壳体(404)的一端,所述热膨胀玻璃(409)安装于推杆(405)的位于壳体(404)内的一端并通过锁紧螺钉(410)紧固。
