Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une tôle d'acier à haute résistance présentant une résistance à la traction de 800 à 1 000 MPa et un taux de dilatation de trous d'au moins 50 %, comprenant les étapes consistant à réchauffer une brame préalablement coulée, ou à retenir la chaleur d'une brame coulée directement, au-dessus d'Ar3 ; à laminer à chaud la brame à une épaisseur finale souhaitée ; à refroidir la tôle d'acier à une vitesse de 50 °C par seconde jusqu'à une température inférieure à 400 °C ; et à enrouler la tôle d'acier en une bobine.
