本发明实施例提供的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置的控制装置,通过人机交互系统、控制系统,实现驱动电机运行情况的精准控制,且设置监测器,可实时反馈驱动电机的运行情况,进而可以实时调整驱动电机的运行状态。设置权限管理模块,仅有经授权的人才可以进行调节,便于生产过程中的有效控制和监管。设置审计追踪模块可以保持调节过程中的各种信息,实现追溯,提高生产过程管控保障,提高可控性、安全性。

实施例:
一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,包括:
动力源1;
凸轮连杆机构2;
动力传送机构3,连接所述动力源1、凸轮连杆机构2,用于将所述动力源1的动力传送给所述凸轮连杆机构2;
锁合板4;
支撑杆5,连接所述锁合板4;
锁合支撑件,长度自动可调;
锁合顶持组件,贯穿所述锁合板4,且所述锁合顶持组件连接所述锁合支撑件,所述锁合顶持组件可顶持胶囊体12进入胶囊帽13而进行锁合;
驱动件,一端转动连接所述支撑杆5、另一端固定连接所述锁合支撑件远离所述锁合顶持组件的一端;
弹性导向件9,所述弹性导向件9的一端连接所述锁合板4、另一端连接所述驱动件;
其中,所述凸轮连杆机构2的凸轮转动使所述驱动件与支撑件的连接端转动而带动所述锁合支撑件上下往复运动,调节所述锁合支撑件的长度进而调整胶囊体12进入到胶囊帽13的长度。
具体地,动力源1可以为驱动主机,为整个装置提供总动力。动力传动机构传动连接动力源1、凸轮连杆机构2,从而将动力传送给凸轮连接机构,驱动凸轮连杆机构2中的连杆转动,进而带动凸轮转动。凸轮转动可以顶持着驱动件相对于支撑杆5转动,并带动锁合支撑件沿竖直方向进行上下往复移动。驱动件与支撑件在转动连接处设置有一定的让位空间,使锁合支撑件不会发生左右移动的现象,使锁合支撑件仅在竖直方向上运动,进而使锁合顶持 组件也进行上下往复移动。且锁合顶持组件贯穿锁合板4且与贯穿孔的间隙较小,确保锁合顶持组件能在贯穿孔内上下移动的同时不会在贯穿孔内左右移动。锁合顶持组件向上运动时可顶持胶囊体12向上移动而进入到相应的胶囊帽13内,进而发生锁合,完成胶囊填充。锁合支撑件的长度可以自动调节,在需要调节锁合胶囊的长度时,即可自动伸长或收缩锁合支撑件的长度,不需要人工进行,快速方便,避免安全隐患,且不会影响整体的生产加工进度。弹性导向件9可以为弹簧,为驱动件远离支撑件的一端提供支撑力,确保驱动件连同锁合支撑件、锁合顶持组件在运动过程中的稳定性。
同时,采用凸轮连杆机构2配合动力传送机构3,驱动件与支撑件、凸轮连杆机构2的配合,即可实现锁合支撑件的上下往复运动,结构简单,动力传送过程稳定,上下往复运动过程稳定、可靠,即可实现胶囊体12与胶囊帽13的稳定可靠的精准锁合。相较于现有的胶囊填充装置结构简单,各部件配合稳定可靠,锁合精度较高,锁合效率高。
在一些实施例中,所述锁合支撑件包括连接件601、驱动电机602、丝杠603、丝套604,所述连接件601的一端固定连接所述驱动件、另一端连接所述驱动电机602,所述驱动电机602的动力输出端连接所述丝杠603,所述丝套604与所述丝杠603配合连接,所述丝套604连接所述锁合顶持组件,所述电机通信连接驱动控制器11,所述驱动控制器11用于控制所述驱动电机602的运行。
具体地,连接件601可以为连接杆,也可以是万向连接头,具体地万向连接头可以采用现有市场上销售的,在此不进行详述。驱动电机602优选地采用伺服电机。丝杠603与丝套604配合,驱动电机602的动力输出轴固定连接丝杠603,从而控制丝杠603的转动。在本实施例中,驱动电机602是通过驱动控制器11进行控制的,在需要调节锁合支撑件的长度时,利用驱动控制器11控制伺服电机的转速及转向,即可带动丝杠603转动,丝套604沿丝杠603上下移动,进而带动锁合顶持组件上下移动。该长度调节过程可实现自动控制及精确的量化控制,调节精度高,不受人工调节过程中的人为因素的影响,可实现重复调节的一致性。
在又一些实施例中,所述驱动件包括第一部801、第二部802,所述第一部801与所述第二部802相接并具有一定的夹角,所述第一部801远离所述第二部802的一端转动连接所述支撑杆5,所述第二部802远离所述第一部801的一端连接所述弹性导向件9,所述锁合支撑件固定连接在所述第二部802的中部位置,所述凸轮连杆机构2位于所述第一部801的位置。
具体地,第一部801与第二部802为一体成型的结构,第一部801与第二部802相接形成V字型的驱动件,且第一部801为第二部802均为杆状结构。第一部801与支撑杆5的转动处设置有一定的让位空间,确保第一部801与支撑件的良好转动配合,且凸轮位于第一部801的位置,在凸轮转动时对第一部801施加作用力。在驱动件运动过程中,弹性导向件9 为第二部802提供向上的提拉力,确保整个驱动件运行过程中的稳定性。
在又一些实施例中,还包括分度箱10,所述动力传送机构3为传送链条,所述传送链条分别传动连接所述动力源1、分度箱10、凸轮连杆机构2。
在又一些实施例中,所述锁合顶持组件包括顶持杆701、顶持针702,所述顶持杆701连接所述丝套604,且所述顶持杆701贯穿所述锁合板4。
具体地,顶持杆701的一端固定连接丝套604,顶持针702固定在顶持杆701上,顶持针702是多个呈线性排列的针状结构,各个顶持针702与各个胶囊体12的位置一一对应。
在又一些实施例中,所述支撑杆5远离所述驱动件的一端连接所述锁合板4。支撑杆5为锁合板4提供支撑力.
在又一些实施例中,所述动力源1、凸轮连杆机构2、分度箱10、支撑杆5、胶囊体12、胶囊帽13均设于相应的支撑组件。
具体地,各支撑组件的结构并不是相同的,可根据实际需要进行设置,只要能提供对上述各部分的支撑作用即可。其中,凸轮连杆机构2的支撑组件在起到支撑作用的同时还与连杆转动配合;胶囊帽13通过支撑组件进行固定,在填充过程中胶囊帽13位置不动,仅胶囊体12移动。
一种基于以上各实施例的锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置的控制装置,包括:
人机交互系统,用于接收用户输入的长度调节指令;
控制系统,接收所述长度调节指令,并根据长度调节指令发出调节驱动电机602运行变量的指令;
驱动控制器,用于接收所述调节驱动电机602运行变量指令,并根据所述指令控制驱动电机602运行;
监测器,连接所述驱动控制器,用于监测所述驱动电机602运行信息,并将所述驱动电机602运行信息发送给所述控制系统,所述控制系统根据所述驱动电机602运行信息发出相应的调节驱动电机602运行变量指令。
其中,人机交互系统可以为操控屏,具体地可以采用市场上现有操控屏。控制系统可以采用市场上现有的控制器。驱动控制器可以采用市场上现有的控制器。监测器可以采用市场上现有的监测器。
根据需要调节的锁合胶囊的长度,操作人员通过人机交互系统将需要调节的长度指令输入,人机交互系统将该长度调节指令输送给控制系统,控制系统根据该控制指令,产生驱动电机602运行变量的调节控制指令进而控制驱动电机602的运行,该驱动电机602运行变量包括电机的转速、转动方向、以及需要移动的位移,带动锁合顶持组件移动相应的位移变量, 从而调整胶囊体对应的顶入胶囊帽的位于变量。监测器实时监测驱动电机602的运行情况,并将运行情况反馈为控制系统,控制系统根据运行情况,判断驱动电机602运行变量是否在设定的变量值范围内,并根据判断结果做出相应的调节驱动电机602运行变量指令,进而调节驱动电机602的运行。
在一实施例中,人人机交互系统还用于接收用户输入的权限管理信息并将所述权限管理信息输送给控制系统,所述控制系统根据所述权限管理信息发出权限解锁指令;
所述控制装置还包括:
权限管理模块,根据所述权限解锁指令进行权限解锁;
审计追踪模块,用于接收所述控制系统输送的调节驱动电机运行变量信息、权利管理信息并储存;
所述权限管理信息包括有权进行锁合胶囊长度调节的用户的账号、密码信息;
所述调节驱动电机运行变量信息包括调节时间、调节变量的多少。
具体地,为了控制锁合胶囊长度的调节精度,仅有经验丰富及专业性强的特定的人员才可进行控制,因此设置了权限管理模块。专门的控制人员各自具有固定的账号和密码,在控制时,操作人员通过人机交互系统输入账号、密码,账号密码信息发送给控制系统,控制系统进行分析判断,若账号密码均匹配,则开启权限,操作人员才可以进行控制。控制人员将权限解锁指令发送给权限管路模块,进行权限解锁,进入控制界面。
为了对调节的过程进行追溯和管控,设置了审计追踪模块,接收控制系统输送的调节驱动电机602运行变量信息、权利管理信息并储存,可以形成电子数据供操作人员查看,从而可以追溯具体的调节锁合胶囊长度的调节时间、调节变量的多少,以及调节的人员是谁。
其中,权限管理模块可以采用市场上现有的非特定厂家生产的常规产品,审计追踪模块可以采用市场上现有的非特定厂家生产的常规产品。
本发明中未涉及的方法、过程、设备等均为已知技术,在此不进行赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述事实和方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,涉及的程序或者所述的程序可以存储于一计算机所可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括如下步骤:此时引出相应的方法步骤,所述的存储介质可以是ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等等。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,包括:
    动力源;
    凸轮连杆机构;
    动力传送机构,连接所述动力源、凸轮连杆机构,用于将所述动力源的动力传送给所述凸轮连杆机构;
    锁合板;
    支撑杆,连接所述锁合板;
    锁合支撑件,长度自动可调;
    锁合顶持组件,贯穿所述锁合板,且所述锁合顶持组件连接所述锁合支撑件,所述锁合顶持组件可顶持胶囊体进入胶囊帽而进行锁合;
    驱动件,一端转动连接所述支撑杆、另一端固定连接所述锁合支撑件远离所述锁合顶持组件的一端;
    弹性导向件,一端连接所述锁合板、另一端连接所述驱动件;
    其中,所述凸轮连杆机构的凸轮转动使所述驱动件与支撑件的连接端转动而带动所述锁合支撑件上下往复运动,调节所述锁合支撑件的长度进而调整胶囊体进入到胶囊帽的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,所述锁合支撑件包括连接件、驱动电机、丝杠、丝套,所述连接件的一端固定连接所述驱动件、另一端连接所述驱动电机,所述驱动电机的动力输出端连接所述丝杠,所述丝套与所述丝杠配合连接,所述丝套连接所述锁合顶持组件,所述电机通信连接驱动控制器,所述驱动控制器用于控制所述驱动电机的运行。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括第一部、第二部,所述第一部与所述第二部相接并具有一定的夹角,所述第一部远离所述第二部的一端转动连接所述支撑杆,所述第二部远离所述第一部的一端连接所述弹性导向件,所述锁合支撑件固定连接在所述第二部的中部位置,所述凸轮连杆机构位于所述第一部的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,还包括分度箱,所述动力传送机构为传送链条,所述传送链条分别传动连接所述动力源、分度箱、凸轮连杆机构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,所述锁合顶持组件包括顶持杆、顶持针,所述顶持杆连接所述丝套,且所述顶持杆贯穿所述锁合板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆 远离所述驱动件的一端连接所述锁合板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置,其特征在于,所述动力源、凸轮连杆机构、分度箱、支撑杆、胶囊体、胶囊帽均设于相应的支撑组件。
  8. 一种基于权利要求2所述的一种锁合长度可调的胶囊填充装置的控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    人机交互系统,用于接收用户输入的长度调节指令;
    控制系统,接收所述长度调节指令,并根据长度调节指令发出调节驱动电机运行变量的指令;
    驱动控制器,用于接收所述调节驱动电机运行变量指令,并根据所述指令控制驱动电机的运行;
    监测器,连接所述驱动控制器,用于监测所述驱动电机运行信息,并将所述驱动电机运行信息发送给所述控制系统,所述控制系统根据所述驱动电机运行信息发出相应的调节驱动电机运行变量指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制装置,其特征在于,
    人机交互系统还用于接收用户输入的权限管理信息并将所述权限管理信息输送给控制系统,所述控制系统根据所述权限管理信息发出权限解锁指令;
    所述控制装置还包括:
    权限管理模块,根据所述权限解锁指令进行权限解锁;
    审计追踪模块,用于接收所述控制系统输送的调节驱动电机运行变量信息、权利管理信息并储存;
    所述权限管理信息包括有权进行锁合胶囊长度调节的用户的账号、密码信息;
    所述调节驱动电机运行变量信息包括调节时间、调节变量的多少。
