Description
A DYNAMIC MOLD SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a mold system that can be reused and reshaped according to a new part for manufacturing industry using mold making or molds.
State of the Art
The tools that allow for producing materials by saving time and manpower in the desired shape and form within the defined limits are defined as mold or mold making. Mold productions are made in a serial manner and so as to minimize material waste by means of the advanced technological machines.
In the state of the art, the molds used for the production of parts by casting or for the production of models before casting are produced specifically for the part mold of which is desired to be made. It is mandatory to produce a new mold for each individual part. Each mold is produced on behalf of the requesting company by the mold manufacturers after the drawing thereof is made. When the company using the mold desires to produce a different design, the previous mold is scrapped and cannot be used in any way. In addition to all these, molds are supplied with high costs. This situation has a negative impact on the supply, efficient use, and scrap material for the companies that perform continuous production.
In the state of the art, the invention numbered “TR2019/10792” that is the subject of the application relates to an automatic molding machine that provides the production of hot head, feeder jacket, refractory plate materials produced for use in steel plants and foundries in the manufacturing industry and makes vacuum forming through vacuum chambers with double chambers/channels.
In the state of the art, the invention, which is the subject of the application numbered "EP2740577B1" relates to a new method for the production of a mold part, which allows applying the method in a simple way as well as being environmentally friendly. In addition, a new type of mold part is proposed by the invention. A method is proposed for manufacturing a molded part, in particular a plate-shaped mold part, from a composite plate, in which at the first stage the composite material is produced by mixing metal chips and sodium silicate as the starting components with each other in a given mixing proportions, in the second stage the composite material is injected into a press mold, and in the third stage is pressed.
Therefore, in the state of the art, the mold required for the part or model to be produced with a mold is produced only for the relevant part with the machining method, and the mold is scrapped when the production of the relevant part is ended. On the other hand, in the mold system, which is the subject of the invention, the mold can be reused and reshaped according to a new part, by means of the design of the system.
Consequently, the disadvantages disclosed above and the inadequacy of available solutions in this regard necessitated making an improvement in the relevant technical field.
Objects of the Invention
The present invention relates to a mold system that can be reused and reshaped according to a new part for manufacturing industry using mold making or molds.
The most important object of the present invention is to ensure that the mold can be reused and reshaped according to a new part.
Another object of the present invention is to provide sliding/movable parts of the mold. In this way, the mold can be reshaped according to a new part.
Another object of the present invention is to allow for forming the negative of the relevant geometry to be produced on the inner surface by means of the
sliding/movable parts. Thus, there is no deterioration in the shape of the part since the main part is not formed by machining.
Structural and characteristic features of the present invention as well as all advantages thereof will be understood more clearly from the figures disclosed below and from the detailed description provided by making references to said figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to a mold system that can be reused and reshaped according to a new part for manufacturing industry using mold making or molds.
The mold system of the present invention has the feature of being reusable and reshaped according to a new part. Unlike the molds produced in a solid and rigid structure in the state of the art, there are sliding/movable parts in the mold system of the present invention. There is no deterioration in the shape of the part since the main part is not formed by machining. The negative of the relevant geometry to be produced on the inner surface is formed by means of the sliding/movable parts. Processes that require constant costs such as material shortage, scrapping of the mold, re-production of molds are eliminated since the relevant parts can be restructured after the production need is met.
The mold system comprises two mold blocks (100). The mold block (100) comprises a smooth movable part (110) that can move independently of each other in parallel within each block, and that have identical features, and a frame (120) that allows for fixing said moving parts (110).
The frame (120) ensures that the moving parts (110) are fixed by enclosing them and holding them together.
The moving part (110) is the smooth parts that can move parallel and independently from each other. The moving part (110) can move with external intervention. As a result of this movement, a surface topography is formed on the inside of the mold block (100). Instead of shaping the mold by machining, these parts can reveal the cavity of the part to be produced on the inner surface of the mold block (100) by means of the axial movement.
In the mold system, when the mold blocks (100) are closed by placing the part mold of which is desired to be made between two mold blocks (100), the cavity remaining inside contains the dimensional properties of the part to be produced in the mold. By filling the gap that is formed, the desired part will be obtained. After this process, it
will be possible to start to produce a new part with a different size and shape with restructuring the mold blocks (100).
Since all moving parts (110) are independent, they can be controlled by any external control mechanism. It is also possible to add desired additional parts (core, cooler, etc.) between the mold block (100).
In the working principle of the system in the present invention, when the part, mold of which is desired to be made is placed between two mold blocks (100), which have moving parts (110) that are kept fixed by the frame (120) and that have identical features and can move independently parallel to each other, the surface topography is formed with the movement of the moving parts (110). The desired part is obtained by filling this surface topography formed between two mold blocks (100). When the work with this mold block (100) is finished, the moving parts (110) return to their original state and be used again to produce a new part mold.
