Detailed Description

Specifically, the thickness of the partition plate 55 may be preferably 20mm, so as to ensure that the thickness of the chromite sand 56 as the deformation preventing layer is 20mm, thereby effectively preventing the sand core from being deformed by heat; if the thickness of the partition plate 55 is less than 20mm, the chromite sand is not poured well when the sand core is produced, and if it is more than 20mm, the cooling effect is weak.
A special sand core for an open-edge nut, as shown in fig. 4, comprising: the first half iron sand core 51 and the second half iron sand core 52 are symmetrical, two ends of the first half iron sand core 51 and the second half iron sand core 52 along the axial direction are respectively provided with a pair of first grooves 53 and a pair of second grooves 54, and the two first grooves 53 and the two second grooves 54 are respectively butted to form two adjusting holes with circular ring structures, as shown in fig. 5;
the partition plates 55 are respectively provided between the first half iron core 51 and the second half iron core 52 at four corners, fastening rings (not shown in the drawings) are placed in the adjustment holes, the fastening rings can be used to clamp the partition plates 55 between the first half iron core 51 and the second half iron core 52, and gaps are formed between the first half iron core 51 and the second half iron core 52 through the partition plates 55, and the gaps can be used to fill the chrome ore 56.
Wherein, the thickness of the partition plate 55 can be preferably 20mm, so as to ensure that the thickness of the chromite sand 56 serving as the deformation preventing layer is 20mm, thereby effectively avoiding the thermal deformation of the sand core; if the thickness of the partition plate 55 is less than 20mm, the chromite sand is not poured well when the sand core is produced, and if it is more than 20mm, the cooling effect is weak.

after the chrome ore 56 is hardened, the iron wires and the locating plate 7 are removed, and the sand is ground flat and painted.
