背景技术
现有轨道交通车辆,车下多采用整体电气设备箱方案,如牵引逆变器箱、辅助控制器箱、蓄电池箱等,都采用大尺寸整体设备箱方案。但对于列车车下配置有多个控制器设备、且设备分布比较分散的情况,如使用整体电气设备箱方案会造成走线路径增加、整体重量增加等问题。
这里,应当指出的是,本部分中所提供的技术内容旨在有助于本领域技术人员对本发明的理解,而不一定构成现有技术。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种磁浮列车用机箱,以实现对磁浮列车上电气设备的模块化布置;本发明还提供了一种磁浮列车及磁浮列车的机箱安装结构。

一种磁浮列车,包括车体和固装于所述车体上电气设备,所述车体和所述电气设备之间设置有对二者进行模块化组装的如上任意一项所述的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构。
本发明提供的磁浮列车用机箱,包括机箱体,其外周布置有导向轨道,导向轨道沿预定路径将机箱体导向装配至车体;机箱体内具有固装电气设备的安装腔,机箱体装入端设有与电气设备连通的第一接口端,车体上设有与第一接口端电连接的第二接口端;机箱体和车体之间还布置有防错安装座,防错安装座与不同规格的电气设备匹配。机箱体与车体的连接,通过防错安装座,使得磁浮列车上不同的电气设备均可安装机箱体内,通过机箱体内安装腔满足不同规格电气设备的安装需要,机箱体由第一接口端与车体上的第二接口端实现模块化组装,通过设置可安装不同电气设备的机箱体,使得磁浮列车的机箱结构统一,并由第一接口端和第二接口端实现机箱与车体的连接,降低布线长度。通过防错安装座满足不同电气设备的电气连接要求,机箱体利用导向轨道将机箱按预定路径快速安装到车体上,降低设备更换难度,实现磁浮列车机箱安装的规格化、模块化,提高磁浮列车机箱安装的集成度。

具体实施方式
以下基于实施例对本发明进行描述,但是本发明并不仅仅限于这些实施例。
如图1-图5所示,图1为本发明提供的磁浮列车用机箱的安装结构布局图;图2为本发明提供的磁浮列车用机箱的结构爆炸视图;图3为图2中前端锁闭装置结构爆炸视图;图4为本发明提供的磁浮列车用机箱的挂装框架体结构爆炸视图;图5为图4中定位座结构视图。
本实施例提供的磁浮列车用机箱,包括机箱体1,其外周布置有导向轨道101,导向轨道101沿预定路径将机箱体1导向装配至车体;机箱体1内具有固装电气设备的安装腔,机箱体1装入端设有与电气设备连通的第一接口端7,车体上设有与第一接口端7电连接的第二接口端21;机箱体1和车体之间还布置有防错安装座,防错安装座与不同规格的电气设备匹配。
机箱体1与车体的连接,通过防错安装座,使得磁浮列车上不同的电气设备均可安装机箱体1内,由机箱体1内安装腔满足不同规格电气设备的安装需要,机箱体1由第一接口端7与车体上的第二接口端21实现模块化组装,通过设置可安装不同电气设备的机箱体1,使得磁浮列车的机箱结构统一,并由第一接口端7和第二接口端21实现机箱与车体的连接,降低布线长度。通过防错安装座满足不同电气设备的电气连接要求,机箱体1利用导向轨道101将机箱按预定路径快速安装到车体上,降低设备更换难度,实现磁浮列车机箱安装的规格化、模块化,提高磁浮列车机箱安装的集成度。
在本案一具体实施例中,电气设备包括电连接至磁浮列车的悬浮控制器、导向控制器和/或制动控制器。高速磁浮列车车下配置的悬浮控制器、导向控制器、制动控制器等设备均数量较多,常规的设备布置方式分布比较分散。通过采用统一规格,模块化的机箱,机箱体1内预留安装不同规格电气设备的安装位,使得车下电气设备实现了模块化布局,利用机箱体1上导向轨道101,与车体之间均通过预定路径进行导向安装,提高安装便利性,且模块化的机箱,能够合理利用车下空间,有利于提高车下设备安装的集成度,利用插装配合的第一接口端7和第二接口端21,电气设备与车体之间无需单独走线,可统一布线路径,减少布线长度,降低电气设备的整体重量。
在本案一具体实施例中,机箱体1包括箱体框架102,位于箱体框架102 两侧的侧板4,设于箱体框架102底部的底板5;箱体框架102的内顶板设有横向和/或竖向分布的散热翅片2;箱体框架102的内底板预置有对其内的电气设备进行减震的减震胶条6。
防错安装座包括分别设于车体和机箱体上的第一定位座23、第二定位座8,以及对二者对接进行导向的定位板24;
第一定位座23和第二定位座8上开设有多组防错孔,防错孔沿对接方向,设有可拆卸调整至不同防错孔内的定位销9。
第一定位座23的顶部用于支撑定位板24,二者通过螺钉固定。定位板24的伸出方向与机箱1的装入方向相对,第二定位座8的顶部设置与定位板24的插入方向相对的导向滑槽,机箱1安装入位后,定位板24插入到第二定位座8内,定位板24同时起到对机箱1的装入进行导向入位,保证第一接口端7和第二接口端21插装位置对应,以及对机箱1由车体稳定支撑的功能。
定位销9固装在第一定位座23上,第一定位座23的座体上分布多个定位销安装孔231作为防错孔,对应第二定位座8上同样设置定位销插入孔作为防错孔,通过定义不同的防错孔对应不同的电气设备,实现电气设备仅能在预定机箱框架内进行安装。防错孔可通过盲孔、开孔组合的方式,尽对对应电气设备的安装位置,进行定位销插入孔开孔。
机箱体1作为模块化机箱的主体结构,由箱体框架3、侧板4、底板5、减震胶条6、第一接口端7、第二定位座8、定位销9、前端锁闭装置10、推拉把手11等部件组成。
箱体框架102使用铸铝材料生产,表面设置了散热翅片3。优选地,散热翅片3设于箱体框架102的顶部,按照机箱体1的安装方向,分隔为竖向散热翅片和横向散热翅片,当然,散热翅片3也可以采用独立的横向布置或竖向布置结构,也可以采用横向和竖向交叉布置结构。
侧板4和底板5均采用铝板制备,板材表面轧制长圆形凸起,增加刚度。侧板4和底板5均采用螺栓安装到箱体框架102上,在需要对机箱体1内部检修时,侧板4和底板5作为检修通道进行内部设备维护。
减震胶条6安装于箱体框架102的内底板上,用于支撑电气设备,在机箱体1推拉安装至车体的过程中,起到润滑及对电气设备减震作用。优选地,减震胶条6使用尼龙材料生产,使用螺钉安装到箱体框架102上。
第一接口端7为圆柱电气连接器,圆柱电气连接器的外圈使用螺钉安装到箱体框架102上,与车体上的第二接口端21均采用适配结构,在保证外形尺寸一致的前提下,可根据不同电气设备的连接功能,选择不同的内部插针数量,满足电气连接要求。
第二定位座8使用铸铝材料生产,通过螺钉安装到机箱体1上。
定位销9安装到第一定位座23上。第一定位座23上设置多个定位销安装孔231,通过在第二定位座8上的不同位置,对应定位销安装孔231,开设匹配不同电气设备的定位销插入孔,与定位销9插装配合,对不同规格的电气设备进行区分,实现模块化机箱体1的防错装功能。
在本案一具体实施例中,还包括将机箱体1抽拉或推送装配至车体上的前端锁闭装置10,前端锁闭装置10具有箱体锁闭锁钩12,箱体锁闭锁钩12具有与车体锁紧和分离体配合的第一锁钩部121,和与机箱体1卡装锁紧的第二锁钩部122;第二锁钩部122内还设有对其进行解锁的解锁座14,第二锁钩部121与第一锁钩部122联动连接。
在本案一具体实施例中,前端锁闭装置10还包括与机箱体1固装的前端锁闭底座110,第一锁钩部121可枢转地安装于前端锁闭底座110上;
解锁座14的一端与前端锁闭底座110枢转安装,解锁座14的另一端伸出与第二锁钩部122卡装配合第二锁钩卡齿141;
解锁座14可按压的与第二锁钩部122脱离,解锁座14与前端锁闭底座110之间还设有对其复位至初始位置的弹性复位装置。
箱体锁闭锁钩12为铸铝材质,优选采用拨杆结构,通过第一销钉13与前端锁闭底座110枢转,解锁座14通过第二销钉15与前端锁闭底座110枢转。拨杆结构箱体锁闭锁钩12的顶端为第一锁钩部121,底端为第二锁钩部122,第二锁钩部122与解锁座14解锁脱离后,通过拨动拨杆结构绕第一销钉13转动,第一锁钩部121与车体分离。本实施例优选将第一锁钩部121和第二锁钩部122设为杆状结构的箱体锁闭锁钩12,杆状结构的箱体锁闭锁钩13通过第一销钉13与通过翻转与车体实现挂装锁紧或者脱钩分离,当然,第一锁钩部121和第二锁钩部122也可以设为锁绳连接的拖拉结构,或线路连接的电控结构。
前端锁闭装置10由推拉把手11、前端锁闭底座110、箱体锁闭锁钩12、 第一销钉13、解锁座14、第二销钉15组成,使用螺钉安装到机箱框架102上。
箱体锁闭锁钩12使用第一销钉13安装到前端锁闭装置10上。解锁座12为铸铝材质,使用第二销钉15安装到前端锁闭装置10上。
解锁座14的一端与前端锁闭底座110枢转安装,解锁座14的另一端伸出第二锁钩卡齿141,第二锁钩卡齿141的齿部向上伸出,第二锁钩部122的齿部向下伸出,二者卡装配合。
具体地,解锁座14通过第二销钉15可向下按压摆动,第二锁钩卡齿141通过上下摆动,与第二锁钩部122进行错位挂装或脱离,解锁座14与前端锁闭底座110之间还设有对其复位至初始位置的弹性复位装置。
通过解锁座14可绕第二销钉15进行旋转,优选弹性复位装置为在解锁座14的下端设的支撑弹簧,能够保持箱体锁闭锁钩12的锁闭状态。当需要取出机箱时,向下按动解锁座14,即可打开箱体锁闭锁钩12。
基于上述提供的磁浮列车用机箱,本实施例还提供了一种磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,用于安装如上任一项的磁浮列车用机箱。
具体地,磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,包括固装于车体上的背板16,伸出于背板16上,挂装机箱的框架体17,框架体17内设置与导向轨道101配合的内轨道19;背板16上设有第二接口端21,框架体17上设有与第一锁钩部121卡装配合的锁钩座20。
机箱背板16使用铸铝材料生产,表面设第二接口端21,第二接口端21与机箱体1上圆柱电气连接器配合,背板16上开设连接器通过孔及框架体17安装孔,用于第二接口端21和框架体17的安装。
框架体17使用铝型材铆接生产,包含安装座18、内轨道19等部件,内轨道19为与导向轨道101配合的滑道。机箱框架2使用安装座18固定到车体上。
锁钩座20使用螺钉安装到框架体17上。
第二接口端21使用螺钉安装到背板16上,第二接口端21同样为电气连接器,其内部插针数量、位置需要与机箱体1上的第一接口端7相对应。
在本案一具体实施例中,框架体17内阵列布置有多个机箱安装腔。机箱体1由其内部的安装腔,安装腔满足不同电气设备的安装要求,因此实现了由 同一规格机箱体的外部尺寸,实现如悬浮控制器、导向控制器或制动控制器等不同型号电气设备的模块化安装,实现了模块化机箱体结构布置。
对应地,框架体17可根据电气设备数量的不同,阵列布置多个机箱安装腔,本实施例优选采用两排三列的阵列化结构,在高度方向上实现对磁浮列车下方空间充分利用。
具体地,框架体包括包括并行布置的多组框架体组,相邻的框架体组之间设置连接二者的连接板。即,在磁浮列车的长度方向上,考虑电气设备数量众多,设置一组框架体组,同时进行6个机箱体的安装,对于更多数量的机箱体,可将框架体在长度方向并行布置多组框架体组,每组框架体组呈2排3列结构布置,相邻的框架体在顶部有连接板连接,即保证了框架体结构的稳定性,也可实现框架体的模块化组装,以在长度方向对机箱体的支撑数量可调节,结构布置可通过组装方式,满足结构多样性要求。
基于上述实施例中提供的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,本发明还提供了一种磁浮列车,包括车体和固装于车体上电气设备,该车体和电气设备之间设置有对二者进行模块化组装的如上述实施例中提供的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构。
由于该磁浮列车采用了上述实施例的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,所以该磁浮列车由磁浮列车的机箱安装结构带来的有益效果请参考上述实施例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,包括机箱体,其外周布置有导向轨道,所述导向轨道沿预定路径将所述机箱体导向装配至车体;
    所述机箱体内具有固装电气设备的安装腔,所述机箱体装入端设有与所述电气设备连通的第一接口端,所述车体上设有与所述第一接口端电连接的第二接口端;
    所述机箱体和所述车体之间还布置有防错安装座,所述防错安装座与不同规格的所述电气设备匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,所述电气设备包括电连接至磁浮列车的悬浮控制器、导向控制器和/或制动控制器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,所述机箱体包括箱体框架,位于所述箱体框架两侧的侧板,设于所述箱体框架底部的底板;
    所述箱体框架的内顶板设有横向和/或竖向分布的散热翅片;
    所述箱体框架的内底板预置有对其内的所述电气设备进行减震的减震胶条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,所述防错安装座包括分别设于所述车体和所述机箱体上的第一定位座、第二定位座,以及对二者对接进行导向的定位板;
    所述第一定位座和所述第二定位座上开设有多组防错孔,所述防错孔沿对接方向,设有可拆卸调整至不同所述防错孔内的定位销。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,还包括将所述机箱体抽拉或推送装配至所述车体上的前端锁闭装置,
    所述前端锁闭装置具有箱体锁闭锁钩,
    所述箱体锁闭锁钩具有与所述车体锁紧和分离体配合的第一锁钩部,
    和与所述机箱体卡装锁紧的第二锁钩部;
    所述第二锁钩部内还设有对其进行解锁的解锁座,所述第二锁钩部与所述第一锁钩部联动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,所述前端锁闭 装置还包括与所述机箱体固装的前端锁闭底座,所述第一锁钩部可枢转地安装于所述前端锁闭底座上;
    所述解锁座的一端与所述前端锁闭底座枢转安装,所述解锁座的另一端伸出与所述第二锁钩部卡装配合第二锁钩卡齿;
    所述解锁座可按压的与所述第二锁钩部脱离,所述解锁座与所述前端锁闭底座之间还设有对其复位至初始位置的弹性复位装置。
  7. 一种磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,用于安装如权利要求1-6任一项的磁浮列车用机箱,其特征在于,包括固装于车体上的背板,
    伸出于所述背板上,挂装机箱的框架体,所述框架体内设置与所述导向轨道配合的内轨道;
    所述背板上设有第二接口端,所述框架体上设有与所述第一锁钩部卡装配合的锁钩座。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,其特征在于,所述框架体内阵列布置有多个机箱安装腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构,其特征在于,所述框架体包括包括并行布置的多组框架体组,相邻的框架体组之间设置连接二者的连接板。
  10. 一种磁浮列车,包括车体和固装于所述车体上电气设备,其特征在于,所述车体和所述电气设备之间设置有对二者进行模块化组装的如权利要求7-9中任意一项所述的磁浮列车的机箱安装结构。
