本发明涉及垃圾桶领域。
背景技术
市面上垃圾桶多数以金属或塑胶制,用时放入塑料袋,当垃圾一多便可扎起袋丢掉。但是这个垃圾桶存在以下问题:垃圾袋套到垃圾桶上时总是不能服帖在桶壁上,造成垃圾袋容量减少,而且垃圾袋口不能很好的固定在垃圾桶口,使垃圾袋容易跟随垃圾收缩进垃圾桶内,另外拿出垃圾袋时,袋内总是有大股的空气,不易打包扔掉,存在一定的使用方便。
因此,如何对现有的垃圾桶进行改进,使其克服上述问题是本领域技术人员亟待解决的一个问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于垃圾袋使用的垃圾桶,其在套上垃圾袋后,能够使垃圾袋服帖在桶壁上,而且能很好的固定袋口,另外当拿出垃圾袋时,能挤出垃圾袋中的空气,并起到一定的压缩的作用,方便打包垃圾。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种便于垃圾袋使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于:包括外桶体、内桶体和开合装置;

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1、套装垃圾袋时,先通过袋口扣件夹紧垃圾袋,再通过活塞隔板下降,使变压腔体积增大,气压变小(小于大气压) ,在大气压的作用下使垃圾袋紧贴内桶体。2、取出垃圾袋时,活塞隔板先上升,使变压腔体积减小,气压增大(长时间的放置的情况下,变压器腔内的气压会趋于大气压) ,并大于大气压,对垃圾袋内的垃圾进行一定的压缩,再袋口扣件开启,方便打包垃圾袋。

泄压装置4设置于外桶体1上,连通变压腔A,用于防止变压腔A内气压过大。
选择一种实现方式,驱动部件32包括踏板321、推杆322、长抬升杆323和短抬升杆324,踏板321铰接于外桶体1外侧,推杆322沿水平方向滑动设置于外桶体1上,长抬升杆323一端铰接于推杆322上,长抬升杆323另一端铰接于活塞隔板31上,短抬升杆324一端铰接于长抬升杆323中段,短抬升杆324另一端铰接于外桶体1底部;踏板321的上下翻转,能带动推杆322的左右滑动,进而通过长抬升杆323和短抬升杆324的联动,实现活塞隔板31的升降。
本实施例的工作过程分别以下流程:
1、步骤状态一(如图6所示) ,此时袋口扣件37翻转至最内侧,活塞隔板31处于最下方,下连杆33处于上连杆34的下限位处。
 2、步骤状态二(如图7所示) ,此时踩下踏板321,使活塞隔板31上升,进而带动下连杆33移动至上连杆34的上限位处,再带动上连杆34、升降环35、开启件36活动,使袋口扣件37向外翻转,再将垃圾袋100套在内桶体2上。

    所述袋口扣件为至少两个,所述袋口扣件向内翻转到位时,能构成封闭的环形结构,且能紧贴所述内桶体上沿和所述外桶体外壁;当垃圾袋位于所述内桶体内时,所述垃圾袋的袋口能夹紧于所述袋口扣件和所述内桶体上沿之间,此时所述垃圾袋、所述外桶体的侧壁、所述活塞隔板和所述袋口扣件构成密封的变压腔,所述活塞隔板的升降能改变所述变压腔的容积,进而改变所述变压腔的气压,使其和大气压产生压力差,该压力差能使所述垃圾袋紧贴所述内桶体内壁或使所述垃圾袋进行压缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于垃圾袋使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述驱动部件包括踏板、推杆、长抬升杆和短抬升杆,所述踏板铰接于所述外桶体外侧,所述推杆沿水平方向滑动设置于所述外桶体上,所述长抬升杆一端铰接于所述推杆上,所述长抬升杆另一端铰接于所述活塞隔板上,所述短抬升杆一端铰接于所述长抬升杆中段,所述短抬升杆另一端铰接于所述外桶体底部;所述踏板的上下翻转,能带动所述推杆的左右滑动,进而通过所述长抬升杆和所述短抬升杆的联动,实现所述活塞隔板的升降。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的便于垃圾袋使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于:该垃圾桶还包括泄压装置,所述泄压装置设置于所述外桶体上,连通所述变压腔,用于防止所述变压腔内气压过大。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便于垃圾袋使用的垃圾桶,其特征在于:所述袋口扣件为三个,且能构成密封的圆环状结构。
