拖头中安装有清洁海绵和毛刷,毛刷可以将清洁海绵上的污物刮到拖头中的垃圾容纳盒中,使用者需要经常讲垃圾容纳盒从拖头中拆卸下来,以将其中的污物倒出,经常拆装垃圾容纳盒影响了洗地机的使用体检。

本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种洗地机,旨在解决现有技术中需要经常拆装垃圾容纳盒的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:提供一种洗地机,包括:
洗地拖头,包括垃圾容纳腔和第一污水存储腔,所述垃圾容纳腔和所述第一污水存储腔之间设置有第一阀门,所述第一阀门处于开启状态时,所述第一污水存储腔与所述垃圾容纳腔连通,所述垃圾容纳腔的排料口设置有第二阀门,所述第二阀门用于控制所述排料口的开合;
基座,包括第二污水存储腔,所述第二污水存储腔的入料口设置有过滤件,当所述洗地拖头放置到所述基座时,所述排料口与所述过滤件相对,所述过滤件用于使液体通过而阻隔固体。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述基座的顶面设置有限位槽,所述限位槽用于对所述洗地拖头进行限位。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述限位槽内设置有第一启动件,所述第一启动件用于开启所述第一阀门。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述垃圾容纳腔和所述污水存储腔之间设置有安装腔,所述安装腔与所述垃圾容纳腔之间或所述安装腔与所述污水存储腔之间设置有连接口,所述第一阀门包括启动板、连接件和封板,所述连接件一端位于所述安装腔内并与所述启动板连接,所述连接件的另一端伸出所述安装腔并与所述封板连接,所述封板用于控制所述连接口的开合;所述第一启动件能够使得所述启动板由封闭位置移动到开启位置,以使得所述封板开启所述连通口。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述连接件为第一转轴,所述第一转轴的一端转动安装在安装腔。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述第一启动件为第一凸条,所述第一凸条竖直设置在所述限位槽内。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述限位槽内设置有第二启动件,所述第二启动件用于开启所述第二阀门。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述第二阀门包括第二弹性复位件和隔档板,所述第二弹性复位件与所述隔档板连接,用于使得所述隔档板封档在所述排料口,所述第二启动件用于使得所述隔档板活动以露出所述排料口。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述第二阀门还包括第二转轴,所述隔档板与所述第二转轴相连,所述第二转轴转动安装在所述排料口处,所述第二启动件能够推动所述隔档板转动。
在一种可选实施方式中,所述第一阀门的数量为两个,两个所述第一阀门分别设置于所述第二阀门的两侧。
有益效果
本申请提供的洗地机的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本申请的洗地机在使用过程中,在将洗地拖头放入基座时,打开第一阀门和第二阀门,如此使得第一污水存储腔的污水进入到垃圾容纳腔,以将垃圾容纳腔中污物与污水混合,并随污水排放到基座,固体物质被拦在过滤件上,液体进入到基座的第二污水存储腔中。如此设置,无需进行拆装垃圾容纳腔的操作,即可在排放污水的同时将垃圾容纳腔中的污物排放到基座中,操作简便,使用体验更好。

如图1至图6所示,本申请的一个实施例提供了洗地机,包括洗地拖头100和基座200,洗地拖头100用于对于地面进行擦洗,在不使用洗地机时,将洗地拖头100放置在基座200上,基座200对于洗地拖头100起到限位作用,便于洗地拖头100的收纳。
在本实施例中,洗地拖头100包括垃圾容纳腔101和第一污水存储腔102,垃圾容纳腔101和第一污水存储腔102之间设置有第一阀门103,第一阀门103处于开启状态时,第一污水存储腔102与垃圾容纳腔101连通,垃圾容纳腔101的排料口设置有第二阀门104,第二阀门104用于控制排料口的开合;
基座200包括第二污水存储腔,第二污水存储腔的入料口设置有过滤件201,当洗地拖头100放置到基座200时,排料口与过滤件201相对,过滤件201用于使液体通过而阻隔固体。
在使用过程中,在将洗地拖头100放入基座200时,打开第一阀门103和第二阀门104,如此使得第一污水存储腔102的污水进入到垃圾容纳腔101,以将垃圾容纳腔101中污物与污水混合,并随污水排放到基座200,固体物质被拦在过滤件201上,液体进入到基座200的第二污水存储腔中。如此设置,无需进行拆装垃圾容纳腔101的操作,即可在排放污水的同时将垃圾容纳腔101中的污物排放到基座200中,操作简便,使用体验更好。
过滤件201可根据对于过滤颗粒度的需求进行选择对应的过滤结构,例如可选用不同孔径的过滤网、过滤篮等结构。过滤件201可与基座200固定连接,在排出基座200内的污水后,将基座200翻倒,从而可将过滤件201上过滤的物品倒出。或者,过滤件201可分离地安装在基座200上,例如,过滤件201可通过卡扣与基座200卡合连接,或者,在基座200上设置限位孔,将过滤件201的部分区域伸入到第二污水存储腔的入料口中,将过滤件201的顶部向外设置翻边,以使得翻边能够搭接在入料口的外围区域,限位孔与过滤件201之间的配合对于过滤件201起到一定的限位作用,将过滤件201向外提起即可使得过滤件201与基座200分离。将过滤件201与基座200可分离地安装,使得在清理固体垃圾时,可将过滤件201取出进行清理,清理更为彻底。
在一种可选实施方式中,基座200的顶面设置有限位槽,限位槽用于对洗地拖头100进行限位。当将洗地拖头100放入到基座200时,洗地拖头100的底部区域位于限位槽的内部,限位槽的内壁位于洗地拖头100的外围区域,从而对于洗地拖头100进行限位。
在一种可选实施方式中,限位槽内设置有第一启动件202,第一启动件202用于开启第一阀门103。如此设置,在将洗地拖头100放入到基座200时,第一启动件202开启第一阀门103,从而无需使用者手动开启第一阀门103,即可使得第一阀门103开启,以使得垃圾容纳腔101与污水存储腔连通,污水存储腔内的污水进入到垃圾容纳腔101中,一方面对于垃圾容纳腔101进行了冲洗,另一方面将垃圾容纳腔101中的垃圾与污水混合。
在一种可选实施方式中,限位槽内设置有第二启动件203,第二启动件203用于开启第二阀门104。如此设置,在将洗地拖头100放入基座200时,第二启动件203开启第二饭呢,从而无需使用者手动开启第二阀门104,即可使得第二阀门104开启,以使得垃圾容纳腔101中混有固体垃圾的污水能够从垃圾容纳腔101的排料口进入到过滤件201,固体垃圾在过滤件201处被阻隔,而污水穿过过滤件201进入到第二污水存储腔中。
为便于排放第二污水存储腔中的污水,在基座200的侧面底部区域设置有排污口,排污口处设置有封盖204,封盖204上设置有密封圈,封盖204伸入到排污口中时,密封圈位于封盖204与排污口的内壁之间。在排放第二污水存储腔内的污水时,将封盖204从排污口处拔出,从而将污水从排污口排出到基座200外侧。
在一种可选实施方式中,垃圾容纳腔101和第一污水存储腔102之间设置有连接口,垃圾容纳腔101和污水存储腔之间设置有安装腔,安装腔与垃圾容纳腔101之间或安装腔与污水存储腔之间设置有连接口,如图9和图10所示,第一阀门103包括启动板105、连接件和封板107,连接件一端位于安装腔内并与启动板105连接,连接件的另一端伸出安装腔并与封板107连接,封板107用于控制连接口的开合;第一启动件202能够使得启动板105由封闭位置移动到开启位置,以使得封板107开启连通口。
具体地,如图7和图8所示,洗地拖头100里设置有污水存储箱120,第一污水存储腔102形成于污水存储箱120内,污水存储箱120内还设置有装配腔,污水存储箱120的底部设置有与装配腔对应的开口,开口处盖合有扣板108,扣板108上连接有隔板109,隔板109将装配腔分隔成两个相互隔离的第一腔室和第二腔室,其中第一腔室分别具有与第一污水存储腔102连通的第一开口110,以及与垃圾容纳腔101连通的第二开口111,第一开口110与第二开口111之一作为连通口,该第一腔室即为安装腔。第二腔室与安装腔相对密封,也即安装腔内的物质不会进入到第二腔室,第二腔室用于容置启动板105,扣板108上与第二腔室相对的位置设置有启动口121,当将第一阀门103安装到洗地拖头100内时,启动口121与启动板105相对,以使得第一启动件202能够伸入到第二腔室内与启动板105相接触。
在一种可选实施方式中,第一启动件202为第一凸条,第一凸条竖直设置在限位槽内。如此设置,在将洗地拖头100放置在限位槽时,洗地拖头100由上向下靠近第一凸条,从而使得第一凸条伸入启动口121后与启动板105相接触,以通过第一凸条控制启动板105活动,从而打开第一阀门103。
请继续参阅图9,在一种可选实施方式中,连接件为第一转轴106,第一转轴106的一端转动安装在安装腔。如此设置,第一凸条伸入到第二腔室后,推动启动板105的一侧,从而使得启动板105带动第一转轴106转动,第一转轴106带动封板107转动,以使得封板107从连接口处移开,垃圾容纳腔101、安装腔和第一污水存储腔102连通,污水经过安装腔流入到垃圾容纳腔101中。
如图9和图10所示,在一种可选实施方式中,封板107的一侧设置有第一密封胶垫112,另一侧设置有弹性缓冲件113,启动板105连接有第一弹性复位件122。第一弹性复位件122安装在启动板105与第二腔室的侧壁之间,在将洗地拖头100从基座200上拿起后,第一凸条从第二腔室中移出,启动板105在第一弹性复位件122的作用下复位,从而带动封板107移动以封堵在连接口处。第一密封胶垫112位于封板107与连接口的侧壁之间,起到良好的密封效果。第一弹性复位件122可为弹簧或扭簧,当第一弹性复位件122采用扭簧时,扭簧与第一转轴106同轴设置。
弹性缓冲件113可由橡胶、硅胶、海绵等材质制成,弹性缓冲件113对于封板107起到缓冲保护作用,在第一阀门103开启时,弹性缓冲件113可防止封板107撞击到其他结构。在一种可选实施方式中,弹性缓冲件113为锥形结构,其轴线垂直于封板107的板面。
如图11所示,在一种可选实施方式中,第二阀门104包括第二弹性复位件116和隔档板114,第二弹性复位件116与隔档板114连接,用于使得隔档板114封档在排料口,第二启动件203用于使得隔档板114活动以露出排料口。举例来说,第二启动件203可推动隔档板114,以使得隔档板114向垃圾容纳腔101的内部移动,从而使得排料口漏出。
或者在一种可选实施方式中,第二阀门104还包括第二转轴115,隔档板114与第二转轴115相连,第二转轴115转动安装在排料口处,第二启动件203能够推动隔档板114转动。如此设置,第二启动件203推动隔档板114的一端,使得隔档板114相对于第二转轴115转动,从而使得隔档板114从排料口处移开,以漏出排料口。
在一种可选实施方式中,第二转轴115设置于隔档板114中靠近其中一端的位置,也即是说,第二转轴115与隔档板114中一侧的距离小于其与相对的另一侧的距离,在转轴的两侧,隔档板114的尺寸相对较大的一侧设置有第二密封胶垫123,尺寸相对较小的一侧与第二启动件203相对设置。第二密封胶垫123位于隔档板114与排料口的侧壁之间,起到良好的密封效果。由于第二启动件203相接触的区域与第二转轴115之间的距离较近,因此在第二启动件203移动相对较小的距离即可带动隔档板114转动相对较大角度,从而使得排料口漏出面积更大。当然,第二转轴115也可设置于隔档板114的中部区域,也即第二转轴115与相邻的两侧之间的距离相等。
在一种可选实施方式中,如图6所示,第一阀门103的数量为两个,两个第一阀门103分别设置于第二阀门104的两侧。对应的,如图2所示,在基座200内,第一启动件202的数量为两个,分别位于第二启动件203的两侧。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,洗地机还可包括手柄300,手柄300连接在洗地机的一端,手柄300用于推动洗地机移动。洗地机还可包括把手400,把手400安装于手柄300的顶端,把手400与手柄300之间倾斜设置,以有利于使用者握持。使用者通过握持把手400带动手柄300移动,从而移动洗地拖头100。
洗地拖头100设置有清洁辊118,在洗地拖头100相对地面移动时,清洁辊118在底面滚动,从而将地面的污渍擦除,且可将地面的杂质粘到清洁辊118的表面,清洁辊118为洗地机对于地面进行清洁时用到的主要工具。
进一步地,在手柄300中可设置有清水箱301和泵送机构302,在洗地拖头100设置有导水槽117,导水槽117扣设在清洁辊118上方,清水箱301在泵送机构302的作用下通过清水管路303将清水引入到导水槽117中,以对于清洁辊118进行清洗,清洗后的污水沿导水槽117排放到第一污水存储腔102中。
清洁辊118的一侧设置有清洁件,清洁件用于在清洁辊118转动过程中清理清洁辊118上的固体杂质,为便于收集清洁件清扫下的垃圾,在洗地拖头100内还设置有垃圾容纳腔101,垃圾容纳腔101的开口位于清洁件的下方,且位于清洁辊118的后侧,以使得清洁件刮擦下的垃圾直接下落到垃圾容纳腔101内。
清洁件可选用毛刷119或者刮片,当清洁件为毛刷119,毛刷119包括固定座和刷毛,刷毛相对于水平面倾斜设置,刷毛安装于固定座,固定座固定于洗地拖头100的壳体。进一步地,在固定座上设置有多个安装孔,将刷毛分为多束,每个安装孔内分别安装有一束刷毛。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗地机,其特征在于,包括:
    洗地拖头,包括垃圾容纳腔和第一污水存储腔,所述垃圾容纳腔和所述第一污水存储腔之间设置有第一阀门,所述第一阀门处于开启状态时,所述第一污水存储腔与所述垃圾容纳腔连通,所述垃圾容纳腔的排料口设置有第二阀门,所述第二阀门用于控制所述排料口的开合;
    基座,包括第二污水存储腔,所述第二污水存储腔的入料口设置有过滤件,当所述洗地拖头放置到所述基座时,所述排料口与所述过滤件相对,所述过滤件用于使液体通过而阻隔固体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述基座的顶面设置有限位槽,所述限位槽用于对所述洗地拖头进行限位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述限位槽内设置有第一启动件,所述第一启动件用于开启所述第一阀门。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述垃圾容纳腔和所述第一污水存储腔之间设置有安装腔,所述安装腔与所述垃圾容纳腔之间或所述安装腔与所述污水存储腔之间设置有连接口,所述第一阀门包括启动板、连接件和封板,所述连接件一端位于所述安装腔内并与所述启动板连接,所述连接件的另一端伸出所述安装腔并与所述封板连接,所述封板用于控制所述连接口的开合;所述第一启动件能够使得所述启动板由封闭位置移动到开启位置,以使得所述封板开启所述连通口。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述连接件为第一转轴,所述第一转轴的一端转动安装在安装腔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述第一启动件为第一凸条,所述第一凸条竖直设置在所述限位槽内。
  7. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述限位槽内设置有第二启动件,所述第二启动件用于开启所述第二阀门。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述第二阀门包括第二弹性复位件和隔档板,所述第二弹性复位件与所述隔档板连接,用于使得所述隔档板封档在所述排料口,所述第二启动件用于使得所述隔档板活动以露出所述排料口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述第二阀门还包括第二转轴,所述隔档板与所述第二转轴相连,所述第二转轴转动安装在所述排料口处,所述第二启动件能够推动所述隔档板转动。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的洗地机,其特征在于,所述第一阀门的数量为两个,两个所述第一阀门分别设置于所述第二阀门的两侧。
