지방 알코올, 에스터 왁스, 계면활성제 등 라멜라 구조를 이루는 성분을 오일 및 버터와 함께 용해 공정으로 유상에 투입하고, 유화를 통하여 실시예 화장료 조성물을 제조하였다. 실험예 1. 화장료 조성물의 항복 응력(Yield stress) 평가Experimental Example 1. Yield stress evaluation of cosmetic composition
상기 제조예 1에서 제조된 비교예 1 및 실시예 1 내지 3의 조성물에 대해서, TA Rheometer 기기를 이용하여 진동 증폭 방식(Oscillation amplifying method)으로 항복 응력을 측정하였다.For the compositions of Comparative Example 1 and Examples 1 to 3 prepared in Preparation Example 1, the yield stress was measured using a TA rheometer by an oscillation amplifying method.
상기 진동 증폭 방식(Oscillation amplifying method)은 TA Rheometer를 양방향으로 번갈아 회전하면서 점차적으로 속도가 빨라지는 조건으로 진동을 증폭시키고 여기서 항복 응력을 측정한 것으로, 구체적으로, TA Rheometer의 플레이트(Diameter 40.0mm parallel plate를 사용) 위에 해당 조성물을 도포한 다음, 평평한 플레이트(parallel plate)의 갭(gap): 1mm, 측정온도: 25도, 측정 시간: 120초, 각 진동수(angular frequency): 1.0 rad/s의 조건을 셋팅하였고, 측정 시간 동안 전단 응력(Shear stress)을 0.001Pa 에서 1000 Pa로 점진적으로 증가시켜 각 조성물별 항복 응력 값을 확인하였으며, 그 결과를 표 2에 나타내었다.The oscillation amplifying method is to amplify the vibration under the condition that the speed gradually increases while rotating the TA rheometer alternately in both directions, and measure the yield stress here.
