Description

The present invention relates to a child seat, and is suitable for use, for example, when attached to a car.
Conventionally, child seats have been widely used by attaching them to the seats of vehicles such as automobiles, for example, when infants are placed in them. When the infant is relatively small and the seat belt of the vehicle should not be used, the child seat is fixed to the vehicle and the infant is restrained by a seat belt (also called a harness) provided on the child seat. It has become.
Regarding child seats, a standard called ISOFIX has been established as a method for fixing them to the vehicle. In this ISOFIX, an engaging metal fitting protruding rearward from the rear lower side of the child seat is engaged with a metal fitting incorporated in the vehicle seat, and the tip of a string-like top tether provided near the upper end of the back is attached. is engaged with a predetermined metal fitting on the vehicle side.
On the other hand, child seats can safely use the vehicle's seat belts if the infant has a relatively large physique. In this case, the child seat does not have to be fixed to the vehicle. Therefore, as a child seat, a child seat has been proposed in which the fittings of the ISOFIX are configured to be displaceable in the front-rear direction, and are displaced rearward to protrude when in use, while being displaced forward and retracted when not in use ( For example, see Patent Document 1).

However, in a child seat with such a configuration, there is no appropriate way to store the top tether, and the top tether hangs down from near the upper end of the back, giving a complicated impression and preventing safety when moving around while the vehicle is running. There was a problem that there was a risk of damage.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and intends to propose a child seat in which the top tether can be neatly stored with a simple structure.
In order to solve this problem, the child seat of the present invention comprises a child seat main body having a seat on which an infant sits and a back supporting the back of the infant; a top tether attached near the upper end of the back; A through hole is provided near the part where the part is connected and penetrates the front and rear sides of the back, and a storage recess is formed in the seat surface that is the upper surface of the seat and stores a part of the top tether. made it
The present invention allows the top tether to reach the front side of the back and the upper side of the seat from the back of the back through the through hole, and the top tether is inserted into the storage recess provided in the seat surface of the seat. can be stored.

FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view showing the seat portion 11. FIG. The seat portion 11 is configured around a seat body portion 21, and is provided with an armrest 22, a seat-side engaging portion 23, and a vehicle engaging portion 24 on the left and right sides, respectively. However, in FIG. 3, the vehicle engaging portion 24 on the right side is omitted for convenience of drawing.
The seat main body part 21 (Fig. 3) is a part that supports the lower body of the infant when the infant is seated. A seat surface 21S, which is the upper surface of the seat main body 21, is formed in a gently curved shape that matches the body shape of the infant. The seat surface 21S is an inclined surface that descends as it advances forward in about 1/3 of its front area, and gradually descends in about 2/3 of its rear area as it advances rearward. It is a gentle sloping surface. That is, the seat surface 21S has the highest seat surface top portion 21ST formed at a position about ⅓ rearward from the front end. The seat surface top portion 21ST forms a ridge line generally along the left-right direction.
A belt mounting portion 25 is provided near the center of the seat surface 21S in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. A crotch belt 51 (described in detail later) is attached to the belt attachment portion 25 .
A storage recess 26 that is recessed downward from the surroundings is formed in a portion adjacent to the front side of the belt attachment portion 25 on the seat surface 21S. That is, the storage recess 26 is positioned in front of the crotch portion of the infant when the infant is seated on the seat surface 21S, and is positioned between the left and right seat surface top portions 21ST. The storage recess 26 has a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from above, with a length in the left-right direction of about 2/5 of the total width of the seat portion 11, and a length in the front-rear direction of about the total length of the seat portion 11. It is about 1/3. As an example, the storage recess 26 has a length of about 140 [mm] in the front-back direction, a length of about 110 [mm] in the left-right direction, and a depth (length in the up-down direction) near the seat top 21ST. can be about 50 [mm].
The armrests 22 are erected upward on the rear sides of the left and right sides of the seat body 21 . The upper front portion of the armrest 22 forms a gently curved arm surface that slopes from upper rear to lower front, on which the arms of an infant seated on the child seat 1 can be placed.
The seat-side engaging portions 23 are positioned slightly apart in the left-right direction from the center of the rear end portion of the seat body portion 21 , and are mainly composed of an engaging space 31 and an engaging shaft 32 . The engaging space 31 has a shape that is cut forward from the rear side of the seat main body 21 and penetrates the seat main body 21 in the vertical direction. The engagement shaft 32 is configured in a cylindrical shape with a center axis along the left-right direction. The engagement shaft 32 is constructed by coating the circumference of an engagement reinforcement shaft (not shown) made of a metal material with a resin material.
Between the seat side engaging portions 23 at the rear end portion of the seat main body portion 21, a rear center projection portion 27 having a shape projecting rearward is provided. A planar portion that is the upper surface of the rear central projecting portion 27 and is continuous with the seat surface 21S is referred to as a rear central upper surface 27S. A seat-side belt insertion hole 28 is formed in the rear surface of the rear center projecting portion 27 . The seat-side belt insertion hole 28 is a slit-shaped hole that is relatively long in the horizontal direction and relatively short in the vertical direction, and penetrates the inside and outside of the seat portion 11 .
The vehicle engaging portions 24 are incorporated in the interior of the seat body portion 21 at positions directly below the armrests 22 on the rear and lower sides in the vicinity of both left and right sides. The vehicle engaging portion 24 conforms to a standard called ISOFIX (ISO 13216-1:1999), and is used to engage vehicle-side metal fittings (also called anchors or row anchorages) provided on the vehicle seat. is part of
A mechanism for engaging with a vehicle-side metal fitting is incorporated in the rear end portion of the vehicle engaging portion 24 . Further, the vehicle engaging portion 24 is configured to be displaced in the front-rear direction with respect to the seat body portion 21 and to be able to maintain its position by the operation of a parent or the like. Therefore, the vehicle engaging portion 24 can be retracted by being displaced most forward when not in use, as well as being able to adjust the amount of protrusion in the rearward direction.
[2-2. Configuration of the back]
FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view showing the back portion 12. FIG. The back portion 12 is composed of a back base portion 41 attached to the seat portion 11 and a back displacement portion 42 that is vertically slidable (displaceable) on the front side of the back base portion 41 .

Drawn forward from the neighborhood.
Furthermore, the shoulder belts 52 and the tightening belts 53 are inserted through the interior of the back base portion 41 and the seat portion 11 so as to be slidable along the longitudinal direction. A belt stopper 58 (FIG. 2) for fixing or releasing the tightening belt 53 is provided in the vicinity of the front end of the seat portion 11 .
The seat belt group 4 is arranged so that each shoulder belt 52 passes over or in front of the shoulder of the infant when the infant is seated, and the left and right tongues 55 are combined and inserted into the buckle 54. Furthermore, the tightening belt 53 is pulled forward. As a result, the seat belt group 4 can restrain the infant's shoulders to waist on the back portion 12 of the child seat main body 2, and the infant can be maintained in a seated state.
[4. Configuration of top tether]
FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view showing the top tether 5. FIG. The top tether 5 is roughly composed of a tether belt 71 , an adjusting portion 72 , a connecting belt 73 and a tether fitting 74 .
The tether belt 71, like the shoulder belt 52 (FIG. 1) of the seat belt group 4, has a relatively long width, a relatively short thickness, and a sufficient length. and has sufficient tensile strength. One end of the tether belt 71 is fixed to the tether attachment portion 43 ( FIG. 4 ) of the back portion 12 . Hereinafter, with respect to the longitudinal direction of the tether belt 71, the side fixed to the tether attachment portion 43 is called the fixed side, and the opposite side is called the leading end side. Further, the tether belt 71 can have a belt width of approximately 40 mm, for example.
The adjustment part 72 is mainly composed of a main body part 81 shaped like an overturned columnar body having a triangular cross section (that is, a triangular prism). As an example, the body portion 81 can have a length (hereinafter also referred to as the width of the body portion 81) in the direction along the central axis (not shown) of the triangular prism of approximately 65 [mm]. In addition, the length of the longest side of the main body portion 81 is about 80 [mm] in a triangle, and the length to the vertex of which the longest side is the opposite side (hereinafter also referred to as the height of the main body portion 81). can be about 28 [mm].
The body portion 81 is provided with a tether belt insertion hole 82 for inserting the tether belt 71, a connection belt insertion hole 83 for inserting the connection belt 73, and the like. Both the tether belt insertion hole 82 and the connection belt 73 are formed in an elongated slit shape along the central axis (not shown) of the triangular prism of the main body 81 .
In addition, the adjusting portion 72 includes a pressing component (not shown) that is pressed against the tether belt 71, a biasing component (not shown) that biases the pressing component against the tether belt 71, and the like. Furthermore, an operation unit 84 is provided for receiving operations by a parent or the like.
With the tether belt 71 inserted through the tether belt insertion hole 82 , the adjustment part 72 presses the pressing part against the tether belt 71 with the biasing part. This fixes the position of the adjusting portion 72 with respect to the tether belt 71 .
In addition, when the operation portion 84 is operated (specifically, pushed) by a parent or the like, the adjustment portion 72 temporarily separates the pressing member from the tether belt 71 and moves the position relative to the tether belt 71 to the fixed side or the distal end side. It is possible to change to After that, when the operation of the operation part 84 is released, the adjustment part 72 presses the pressing part against the tether belt 71 by the action of the biasing part, and holds the current position with respect to the tether belt 71 .
The connection belt 73 is composed of a belt-shaped member similar to the tether belt 71, and has flexibility and sufficient tensile strength. One end of the connection belt 73 is inserted through the connection belt insertion hole 83 of the adjustment portion 72 , and the other end is inserted through the tether fitting 74 . As an example, the connection belt 73 can set the interval between the adjusting portion 72 and the tether fitting 74 to about 40 [mm].
The tether metal fitting 74 has a configuration in which a spring portion 92 is attached to a body portion 91 . The body portion 91 is formed into an elongated shape as a whole by cutting and bending a steel plate having a sufficient thickness. The body portion 91 has a relatively wide base side, which is one of the longitudinal directions, and has an insertion hole 91H for inserting the connection belt 73 in the base side.
The tip side opposite to the root side of the body portion 91 is formed relatively thin, and the tip portion is bent in an arc shape toward the root side. In other words, when viewed from the side, the tip side of the body portion 91 has a shape that looks like a capital letter "J" or its reverse. The tip portion of the body portion 81 is hereinafter referred to as the tip portion 93 .
As an example, the tether fitting 74 can have a longitudinal length of approximately 80 [mm] and a lateral length of approximately 25 [mm] in the body portion 91. . Furthermore, the tether fitting 74 can have a diameter of approximately 20 [mm] when the distal end portion 93 is regarded as an arc.
The spring portion 92 is an elongated metal plate that is sufficiently thinner than the main body portion 91, is gently curved, and has elasticity. One end of the spring portion 92 is fixed to the root side of the body portion 91 and the other end is in contact with the inside of the tip portion 93 .
This tether metal fitting 74 deforms the spring portion 92 so as to temporarily approach the main body portion 91, and hooks the tip portion 93 on a predetermined fixing metal fitting or the like. The state of being engaged with the fixture can be maintained.
By the way, the length of each part in the child seat 1 can also be expressed as a relative length based on the belt width of the tether belt 71 in the top tether 5 (approximately 40 [mm] as an example). Hereinafter, the belt width of the tether belt 71 will be referred to as a reference belt width WB.
That is, the length of the main body portion 81 of the adjustment portion 72 in the direction along the central axis (not shown) of the triangular prism is about 1.65 times the reference belt width WB, and the length of the longest side is about 1.65 times. is approximately double. In addition, the distance between the adjusting portion 72 and the tether metal fitting 74 in the connecting belt 73 is approximately equal to the reference belt width WB. Furthermore, the longitudinal length of the tether fitting 74 is about twice the reference belt width WB.
The storage recess 26 (FIGS. 2 and 3) of the seat portion 11 described above has a length in the front-rear direction of about 3.5 times and a length in the left-right direction of about 2 times the reference belt width WB. 0.75 times, and the depth (vertical length) in the vicinity of the bearing surface top portion 21ST is about 1.25 times.
That is, the lengths in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the storage recess 26 are sufficiently larger (longer) than the length of the longest side of the body portion 81 of the adjusting portion 72 and the length of the tether fitting 74 in the longitudinal direction. ing.
[5. Use and storage of top tether]
By the way, the child seat 1 (FIG. 1) is placed on a vehicle seat (not shown) in a used state in which the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12 of the child seat body 2 (FIG. 2) are joined together.
At this time, in the child seat main body 2, as shown in FIG. 2, a through hole 13 penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed in the vicinity of the center in the left-right direction of the connecting portion between the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12. As shown in FIG. The through-hole 13 is a space surrounded by a central lower surface 46 of the back portion 12 (FIG. 4), a left engaging inner surface 44LS, a right engaging inner surface 44RS, and a rear central upper surface 27S of the seat portion 11 (FIG. 3). Become. Further, in the through-hole 13, a part of the tightening belt 53 (FIG. 1) is passed between the back-side belt insertion hole 47 (FIG. 4) and the seat-side belt insertion hole 28 (FIG. 3).
The length of the through-hole 13 in the left-right direction, that is, the interval between the left engaging inner surface 44LS and the right engaging inner surface 44RS is, as described above, approximately 80 [mm] as an example. Therefore, the length of the through hole 13 in the left-right direction is larger (longer) than the width of the main body portion 81 of the adjusting portion 72 . Further, the vertical length of the through-hole 13, that is, the interval between the central lower surface 46 and the rear central upper surface 27S is approximately 40 [mm] as an example. Therefore, the vertical length of the through hole 13 is larger (longer) than the height of the main body portion 81 of the adjusting portion 72 .
The child seat 1 restrains the infant with the seat belt group 4 when the infant seated has a relatively small physique and the seat belt of the vehicle cannot be used. At this time, since the child seat 1 needs to be attached to the vehicle with sufficient strength, the vehicle engaging portion 24 (FIG. 3, etc.) and the top tether 5 (FIG. 1, etc.) are used.
The vehicle engaging portion 24 is pulled out rearward as shown in FIG. In the top tether 5, the tip 93 of the tether fitting 74 is engaged with a vehicle-side fitting (not shown) provided behind the seat of the vehicle, and then the position of the adjusting portion 72 with respect to the tether belt 71 is adjusted, A sufficient tension is applied to the tether belt 71 . As a result, the child seat 1 is appropriately fixed to the vehicle. This state is hereinafter referred to as a fixed use state.
In addition, the child seat 1 does not need to be fixed to the vehicle when a seat belt of a vehicle is used because the physique of an infant sitting on it is relatively large. will not be. This state is hereinafter referred to as the non-fixed use state.
Here, FIG. 6 is a front view of the child seat main body 2 in the non-fixed state of use. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing the A1-A2 cross section in FIG. FIG. 8 is a rear view of the child seat body 2 in the non-fixed state of use. FIG. 9 is a top view in non-fixed use.
When the child seat main body 2 is in the non-fixed use state, the top tether 5 is first adjusted so that the adjustment portion 72 is relatively close to the tip side of the tether belt 71 . Subsequently, the top tether 5 has the tether metal fitting 74 , the connection belt 73 , the adjusting portion 72 , and part of the tether belt 71 sequentially inserted from the front side of the through-hole 13 from the rear side to the front side. At this time, in the child seat body 2, a portion of the tightening belt 53 extending between the back side belt insertion hole 47 (Fig. 4) and the seat side belt insertion hole 28 (Fig. 3) is deflected to the right or left side. Thus, the adjusting portion 72 and the like can be inserted (FIG. 8).
7 and 8, the tether belt 71 of the top tether 5 descends from the tether attachment portion 43 along the back surface of the back portion 12 on the rear side of the child seat body 2 and enters the through hole 13. are arranged as follows. 7 and 9, the top tether 5 is pulled forward through the through-hole 13 on the front side of the child seat main body 2, then moves forward along the seat surface 21S, and eventually enters the storage recess. 26 is reached.
Furthermore, the top tether 5 includes a tether metal fitting 74, a connection belt 73, an adjustment portion 72, and a part of the tether belt 71 (hereinafter collectively referred to as a top tether leading portion 5F). 3) is stored in the storage recess 26; At this time, the tether belt 71 is stored in the storage recess 26 in a state in which the surplus portions are appropriately collected. Also, the connection belt 73 is bent as appropriate, so that both the tether metal fitting 74 and the adjustment portion 72 are accommodated in the accommodation recess 26 .
Incidentally, in the actual child seat 1, the cover 3 (FIG. 1) is attached so as to cover the seat surface 21S of the seat portion 11, the storage recess 26, and the portion of the top tether 5 located on the front side of the through hole 13.
Also, when the child seat body 2 is in the non-fixed state of use, part of the shoulder belts 52 of the seat belt group 4 are stored in the belt storage holes 49 (FIG. 4) of the back displacement portion 42 of the back portion 12 . Further, as shown in FIG. 9 , the crotch belt 51 and the buckle 54 of the seat belt group 4 are stored in the storage recess 26 of the seat portion 11 together with part of the top tether 5 . Incidentally, the vehicle engaging portion 24 ( FIG. 2 , etc.) is displaced forward and does not protrude rearward from the seat portion 11 .
[6. effects, etc.]
In the above configuration, the child seat 1 according to the present embodiment is provided with the storage recess 26 in the seat portion 11 of the child seat body 2, and when the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12 are joined together, the through hole 13 is provided at the boundary between the two. (Fig. 2).
When the child seat main body 2 is in a non-fixed state in which the top tether 5 is not used, the top tether 5 is inserted from the rear side to the front side of the through-hole 13, and the top tether front portion 5F is stored in the storage recess 26 (FIGS. 7 and 7). Figure 9).
Therefore, when the child seat 1 is used in an unfixed state, the top tether front portion 5F is stored in the seat portion 11, and the base portion of the tether belt 71 is kept in close contact with the child seat main body 2, that is, the child seat 1 is maintained in an orderly state. can. That is, the child seat 1 is in a state in which the top tether 5 hangs down, and the adjustment part 72 of the top tether 5 moves around randomly according to the running of the vehicle, and comes into contact with various parts in the vehicle and the passenger. You can definitely stop it.
In particular, in the seat portion 11, a storage recess 26 is provided in a portion on the seat surface 21S that is below the legs of a seated infant, that is, a portion that does not need to support the body of the infant. Therefore, in the child seat 1, even if the top tether leading portion 5F is stored in the storage recess 26, the seated infant does not feel uncomfortable.
In addition, in the seat portion 11, a storage recess 26 is provided at a location adjacent to the front side of the belt attachment portion 25 to which the crotch belt 51 is attached (FIGS. 2 and 3, etc.). For this reason, in the child seat main body 2, in the non-fixed use state, the crotch belt 51, etc., which is part of the seat belt group 4 for restraining the infant, and a part of the top tether 5 for fixing the child seat 1 to the vehicle. can be stored together in the storage recess 26 (FIG. 9). As a result, the child seat 1 only requires the guardian or the like to store a part of the seat belt group 4 and the top tether 5, which are not required in the non-fixed use state, together in one storage recess 26. You can work intuitively.
From another point of view, in the child seat 1, for example, a rear storage recess (not shown) may be formed on the rear surface side of the back portion 12, and the top tether leading portion 5F may be stored in this rear storage recess. However, in this configuration, it is necessary to increase the longitudinal length (that is, the thickness) of the back portion 12 in order to secure the volume of the storage recess without interfering with the seat belt group 4 or the like in the back portion 12 . In addition, in this configuration, it is necessary to provide an openable and closable lid in order to maintain the state in which the top tether leading end portion 5F is stored. .
On the other hand, in the child seat 1 according to the present embodiment, the seat surface 21S of the seat portion 11 is provided with storage recesses 26 at locations sandwiched from the left and right by the seat surface top portions 21ST that protrude most upward. Therefore, the child seat 1 can secure a space for the tightening belt 53 to pass through while securing a sufficient depth. In addition, since the child seat 1 is a space in which the storage recess 26 is recessed downward with respect to the seat surface 21S, it is possible to store the top tether front end portion 5F and the like easily by the action of gravity without providing a lid or the like. can be maintained at
Furthermore, in the child seat main body 2, a through hole 13 is formed at the boundary between the combined seat portion 11 and back portion 12 (Fig. 2, etc.). Therefore, in the child seat 1, a hole for pulling out the top tether 5 from the rear side to the front side of the back portion 12 can be formed only by forming the through hole 13 as a relatively large gap between the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12. can be done. As a result, in the child seat 1, compared to the case where a hole for inserting the top tether 5 is separately provided in the back portion 12 or the seat portion 11, the strength can be increased and the degree of freedom in design can be increased.
In addition to this, in the back portion 12, the length of the back belt insertion hole 47 (FIG. 4) in the left-right direction (approximately 80 [mm] as an example) is larger than the width of the tightening belt 53 (25 [mm] as an example). Configured large enough (long). Therefore, in the child seat 1, when inserting the tip side of the top tether 5 into the through-hole 13, the tightening belt 53 can be easily bent in the left-right direction, and the adjusting portion 72 and the like can be easily inserted ( Figure 8).
According to the above configuration, the child seat 1 according to the present embodiment is provided with the storage recess 26 in the seat portion 11 of the child seat body 2, and the through hole 13 is provided at the boundary portion between the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12 when the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12 are joined. to form The child seat main body 2 inserts the top tether 5 from the rear side to the front side of the through-hole 13 and stores the top tether front part 5F in the storage recess 26 in the non-fixed use state in which the top tether 5 is not used. Therefore, when the child seat 1 is used in an unfixed state, the top tether front part 5F can be accommodated in the seat part 11, and the root side part of the tether belt 71 can be maintained in a state of being substantially closely attached to the child seat body 2.

However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a function corresponding to the adjusting portion 72 is incorporated in the vicinity of the upper end of the back portion 12 to adjust the length of the tether belt 71, and a tether fitting 74 is attached to the tip of the tether belt 71. can be In this case, the vicinity of the tip of the tether metal fitting 74 and the tether belt 71 may be stored in the storage recess 26 .
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the tether belt 71 of the top tether 5 is a flat belt having a relatively long width and a relatively short thickness has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the tether belt 71 may be a string-like member having various non-flat cross-sectional shapes such as circular, elliptical, square, and hexagonal cross-sections.
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the crotch belt 51 is attached with the buckle 54, and the crotch belt 51 and the buckle 54 are stored in the storage recess 26 in the non-fixed state of use. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a buckle 54 is provided on the side of the shoulder belt 52, and a tongue 55 is provided on the side of the crotch belt 51. You can do it.
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the child seat main body 2 is configured to be separable into the seat portion 11 and the back portion 12 (Figs. 3 and 4).
