Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une tôle d'acier pour emballages, comprenant une structure de recristallisation à deux couches. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : • fournir une tôle d'acier laminée à froid constituée d'un acier ayant une teneur en carbone (C) de 10 à 1000 ppm, sur la base du poids, et une température de recristallisation spécifiée (TR), ladite tôle d'acier ayant une première face (a) et une seconde face (b), • appliquer une couche barrière (3) qui est au moins partiellement imperméable à l'azote sur la première face (a) de la tôle d'acier, et • chauffer la tôle d'acier à une température de chauffage (TE), dans lequel le processus de chauffage est mis en œuvre au moins temporairement dans une atmosphère gazeuse d'azotisation au moins jusqu'à atteindre la température de recristallisation (TR), l'azote provenant de l'atmosphère gazeuse étant ainsi diffusé au moins dans une zone (2) proche de la surface sur la seconde face (b) de la tôle d'acier lors du chauffage de la tôle d'acier et étant stockée dans ladite région (2), la température de recristallisation de l'acier étant ainsi augmentée d'une valeur ΔT dans la région (2) proche de la surface, et • la température de chauffage (TE) étant supérieure ou égale à la température de recristallisation (TR) et inférieure à la température de recristallisation (TR+ΔT) augmentée par la valeur ΔT dans la région (2) proche de la surface.
