有鉴于此,特提出本发明。

还有,将控制盘座的衣物投放口的周壁设置为自下向上逐渐扩宽的碗状结构,以使得周壁上的水滴等在重力作用下沿周壁面自动向下流动、流入下方洗衣机的桶内,避免了控制盘座上表面留存水等问题的发生。

实施例一
如图1至图14所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机的控制盘座200,包括,中心具有上下贯通的衣物投放口2的、水平放置的环状本体1;本体1上表面包括处于不同高度的两个支撑面,至少一个支撑面用于对控制盘座200上方的上盖100进行支撑;第一支撑面3低于第二支撑面4,第一支撑面3相对第二支撑面4靠近本体1中心设置。
通过上述设置,使得控制盘座上表面设置内外两圈不同高度的支撑面,以实现对上部安装的上盖的不同区域进行分别支撑,进而使得控制盘座对上盖安装稳固度得到显著提升,令洗衣机在运行过程中闭合支撑于控制盘座上方的上盖震动减小、大大减小了洗衣机的运行噪音。同时,通过在控制盘座外周分别设置不同高度面的支撑面、且将靠外支撑面更高设置,以使得控制盘座与上盖之间的缝隙可被有效遮挡,进而实现双重遮蔽上盖与控制盘座之间接触缝隙的效果。
如图4所示,本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体1上表面的外周区域构成第一支撑面3;控制盘座200的本体1的外周边沿处设有高于顶面的、向上凸出的凸出部5,凸出部5的上表面构成第二支撑面4。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体呈方形,方形本体1的左右两侧分别各设有一条形凸出部5,所述条形凸出部5沿方形本体1的前后方向延伸,两条形凸出部5的上表面处于同一高度、共同构成第二支撑面4。
优选的,本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体1的左右两侧的条形凸出部5相对称设置,以对上盖100分别进行左右支撑、避免上盖100闭合后产生偏移而无法将上表面形成平面等问题的发生。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体1的左右两侧的条形凸出部5均延伸至方形本体1前侧、并沿本体1的前侧边沿相向延伸,且左右两侧的条形凸出部5处于方形本体1前侧的一端相距一定间隔距离。通过上述设置,使得凸出部至少分布于控制盘座本体的左、右、前三个不同侧边,以实现对上盖自三个不同方位进行有效支撑、大大提升上盖支撑稳固度的显著 技术进步。同时,通过在控制盘座的前侧中部不设凸出部,以对前侧中部进行合理设置、令该处留出供用户打开上盖时插入的缝隙空间。
本实施例中,左右两侧的条形凸出部5的后端延伸至方形本体1对应侧的后端处;控制盘座200的本体1的后侧设有向上敞口开设的、向下凹陷的条形安装槽7,条形安装槽7沿左右方向在方形本体1的后侧边延伸,条形安装槽7的左右两端对应封闭;条形安装槽7的左右两端延伸至对应侧的条形凸出部5的后端处,条形凸出部5的后端的部分被条形凹槽7重叠覆盖。
本实施例中,条形凸出部5的后端朝向方形本体1的内周侧具有豁口9,令条形凸出部5的后端的壁厚相对其他部分较小;豁口9朝上、朝本体1中心一侧均敞口,豁口9构成条形安装槽7的左右端部。通过上述设置,不仅可以对条形安装槽的端部进行封闭设置,还可以增大条形安装槽的左右方向长度,令其可对与上盖相连的转轴提供足够的装配空间,还能有效对控制盘座与上盖相连处进行遮挡。
如图11所示,本实施例中,凸出部5的上表面包括自本体外周向中心方向依次排布的顶面51、过渡圆弧曲面52和下倾曲面53,顶面51、过渡圆弧曲面52和下倾曲面53中的任一或组合构成第二支撑面4;优选的,顶面51、过渡圆弧曲面52和下倾曲面53全部为对上盖100进行支撑的第二支撑面4。
本实施例中,顶面51远离方形本体1中心的一侧经圆弧曲面与方形本体1的侧壁面相连,以对本体1外边沿的拐角进行圆弧处理、避免用户划伤等问题的发生。
本实施例中,下倾曲面53为自远离方形本体1中心一侧向朝向方形本体1中心一侧逐渐向下倾斜的曲面,下倾曲面53朝向方形本体1中心一侧与本体1顶面外周部分构成的第一支撑面3相接。
本实施例中,本体1上表面的外周部分由处于同一高度中的环形平面构成,所述环形平面构成第一支撑面3;优选的,方形本体1的上表面的后侧设有向下凹陷的条形安装槽7,条形安装槽7内供与上盖100相连的转轴300等部件安装,条形安装槽7低于第一支撑面3设置,以使得上盖100安装于控制盘座200上后,上盖100下表面与控制盘座200上表面有效接触,不仅可降低洗衣机的整机高度、还能有效减少上盖100与控制盘座200之间的缝隙高度。。
本发明中,还可以将控制盘座200的上表面所设的较低的第一支撑面3相对较高的第二支撑面4远离本体1中心设置(未在附图中注明)。
实施例二
如图1至图14所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机上盖100,上盖100的下表面具有处于不同高度面的两个被支撑面,第一被支撑面11低于第二被支撑面12,第一被支撑面11相对第二被支撑面12靠近上盖100中心设置。本实施例中,第一被支撑面11和/或第二被支撑面12用于与上盖100下方的控制盘座200的上表面相接触支撑,使得闭合后的上盖100被控制盘座200进行有效支撑,进而提升上盖100在控制盘座200上的安装支撑稳固度。
本实施例中通过在上盖下表面设置处于不同高度面中的被支撑面,使得上盖的不同位置可被下方控制盘座进行支撑,令上盖在扣合于控制盘座上后可被多个不同位置进行有效支撑,进而大大提升了上盖的支撑稳固度、有效避免了洗衣机运行过程中上盖的震动。同时,在上盖外周下表面设置外圈高、内圈低的两圈被支撑面,令上盖在闭合后可经多道不同被支撑面与控制盘座相接。
如图6所示,本实施例中,上盖100的外周构成第二被支撑面12,第二被支撑面12靠近门盖100中心一侧设有向下凸出的下凸部10,下凸部10的下表面构成第一被支撑面11。
本实施例中,所述的上盖100安装于上述实施例一所述的控制盘座200的上方,上盖100的后侧经转轴300可向上翻转打开的安装于控制盘座200上方;本实施例中,上盖100扣合于控制盘座200上方时,上盖100下表面所设的第一被支撑面11与控制盘座200上表面所设的第一支撑面3、第二被支撑面12与第二支撑面4相贴合接触,实现控制盘座200对扣合上 盖100进行有效支撑的目的。
同时,本发明中,还可以,将上盖100的下表面所设的第一被支撑面11与控制盘座200上表面所设的第一支撑面3单独支撑;或者,将上盖100的下表面所设的第二被支撑面12与控制盘座200上表面所设的第二支撑面4单独支撑(未在附图中注明),依然可实现对上盖100进行支撑装配的效果。
优选的,本实施例中,可以在上盖100的第一被支撑面11和/或第二被支撑面12上设有密封部,以使得上盖100的第一被支撑面11和/或第二被支撑面12与控制盘座200上表面相接触时利用密封部实现对上盖与控制盘座相接处进行有效密封,令上盖100闭合后对控制盘座200上所设衣物投放口2进行密封扣合。当然,还可以在控制盘座200上表面的第一支撑面3和/或第二支撑面4上设置密封部,同样可以实现上述上盖100扣合后对衣物处理口2进行有效密封的效果。上述上盖100的第一被支撑面11和/或第二被支撑面12上所设密封部可以为至少一道由弹性橡胶材质等构成的密封条等部件(未在附图中注明)。
如图5至图8所示,本实施例中,上盖100包括盖板101,盖板101的外周安装有边框102;边框102下表面的内周侧设下凸部10,下凸部10的下表面构成第一被支撑面11;边框102下表面的外周侧高于下凸部10设置,构成第二被支撑面12。
通过在上盖外周设置边框,令上盖外周可以进行针对不同洗衣机型号进行更替边框,令上盖尺寸可以进行针对调节、适配多种洗衣机型号;同时,还可以依据用户使用习惯,对边框形状、颜色等等进行更替;还有,通过将上盖设置为盖板和边框两部分,使得对上盖维修时就可以仅对边框进行更替维修。
本实施例中,边框102包括上下堆叠设置的上装饰件103和下固定件104;上装饰件103固定在盖板101上,下固定件104安装于上装饰件103和/或盖板101上;或者,下固定件104与盖板101相固定,上装饰件103被夹持固定于下固定件104与盖板101之间。上述的上装饰件103可以为玻璃、pvc等材质构成,下固定件104可以为与板材相同的材质构成,还可以将下固定件104与盖板101一体设置。
本实施例中,上装饰件103包括,固定平面部106,处于盖板101外周的下侧,上表面与盖板101相贴合;外周装饰部107,处于盖板101外围,上表面与盖板101外周的上表面处于同一平面。
优选的,本实施例中,外周装饰部107的上表面与盖板101外周上表面共处于同一向外向下倾斜的斜面中,以便于引导上盖100上表面的水下流、避免上盖100上侧积水等问题的发生。
进一步优选的,本实施例中,上述斜面上设有多道沿上盖100轮廓线延伸的凹槽108和/或凸筋,以增大上盖100边缘的摩擦系数、便于用户开闭操作上盖。
优选的,本实施例中,上装饰件103的固定平面部106的上表面与盖板101下表面对应贴合并经胶水粘合固定,下固定件104与盖板101经卡扣结构或螺钉相固定。
本实施例中,下固定件104为两端向上弯曲的条形板材,下固定件104的内周弯曲端向上延伸至盖板101下表面、并与上装饰件103的内周侧壁相贴合,下固定件104的外周弯曲端向上延伸至上装饰件103的外周装饰部107的下表面、并被夹持于外周装饰部107的外周侧的向下弯折部121和外周装饰部107的内周侧与固定平面部106相接处阶梯122之间的插槽109中。
本实施例中,下固定件104与上装饰件103共同围成中空腔室123,以使得下固定件104与上装饰件103之间具有中空腔室123构成的缓冲间隙,令上盖100闭合时二者之间可以进行缓冲,不仅可降低关门冲击力、还可以减小关门声音。
本实施例中,下固定件104的下表面构成第二被支撑面12,第二被支撑面12的至少部分为平面,以对上盖100进行有效支撑。
本实施例中,上盖100的盖板101呈方形,边框102为对应装于方形盖板101的前侧、左侧、右侧外周处的“U”形。
本实施例中,上盖100的外周侧的顶面为自中心向外周方向逐渐向下倾斜的斜面;优选的,斜面上排布有多道向下凹陷的凹槽108、和/或设有多圈向上凸出的凸起。
本发明中,还可以将上盖100的下表面所设的较低的第一被支撑面11相对较高的第二被支撑面12靠近本体1的中心设置(未在附图中注明)。
实施例三
如图1至图14所示,本实施例基于上述实施例还介绍了一种控制盘座200,其包括本体1,本体1顶部的外周处设有自内向外逐渐下倾的引导斜面6。
通过在控制盘座的外周设置引导斜面,以在控制盘座上表面的外周处形成下凹空间,进而实现用户自下凹空间对应伸入控制盘座与上方上盖之间、方便用户对上盖进行开闭使用的显著技术进步;同时,引导斜面设于控制盘座外周处,令上盖闭合后可对引导斜面进行有效遮挡,令用户开闭门盖的凹槽空间进行隐藏设置、可有效提升洗衣机的整机美观度。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体1顶部的外周处设有沿外周延伸的、向上凸出的凸出部5,凸出部5的局部区段设有下凹的凹陷13,凹陷13的表面为自本体1顶面向外侧逐渐下倾延伸至本体1侧壁处的引导斜面6。
通过将引导斜面设置于控制盘座本体的凸出部的凹陷处,令凸出部在对门盖闭合缝隙进行有效遮蔽的前提下,使引导斜面可供用户方便的插入缝隙打开门盖,进而实现了引导斜面与凸出部进行配合使用的目的。
如图9所示,本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体1前侧设有沿边沿延伸的条形凸出部5,条形凸出部5的中间段设有凹陷13,凹陷13的上表面为沿远离衣物取放口2的方向向下倾斜延伸的引导斜面6。通过将引导斜面6设置于控制盘座200前侧,进一步便利用户打开上盖。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的本体1呈环状,环状本体1的中部围成上下贯通的衣物投放口2,本体1外周部分的上表面构成第一支撑面3,本体1外周的边沿处设有向上凸出的凸出部5,凸出部5的上表面构成第二支撑面4,第二支撑面4在第一支撑面3的前侧部分设有一段下凹的引导斜面6。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的引导斜面6沿远离衣物取放口2的方向向下倾斜延伸,以增大门盖100与控制盘座200前侧之间缝隙的高度,提供足够便于用户插入的凹槽空间。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的引导斜面6的左右两端分别经过渡曲面14与对应侧的、上方的第二支撑面4相接,引导斜面6的后侧与第一支撑面3相接、前侧与本体1的前侧壁相接。优选的,引导斜面6与第一支撑面3、和/或本体1前侧壁相接处设有圆弧倒角面。
本实施例中,引导斜面6在本体1前后方向的宽度大于等于第二支撑面4在本体1前后方向的宽度,以增大引导斜面6与上盖100之间的间隙高度、进一步便于用户开闭上盖100。
本实施例中,过渡曲面6自引导斜面向第二支撑面4方向逐渐收窄在本体1前后方向的宽度;优选的,凸出部5的上表面包括自本体1外周向中心方向依次排布的顶面51、过渡圆弧曲面52和下倾曲面53,过渡曲面14的顶端与凸出部5上表面的顶面51相接。
本实施例中,控制盘座200上方安装有上盖100,所述的上盖100可以为上述实施例二所述的上盖100;上盖100的外周对应遮挡控制盘座200的引导斜面6,上盖100下表面与引导斜面6之间具有扣手间隙110,所述扣手间隙110构成供用户的手伸至上盖100下方的缺口。通过上述设置,令洗衣机的上盖可以对控制盘座的引导斜面全部进行遮挡;同时,还使得控制盘座外周壁不设向外凸出部,令洗衣机整机更为美观。还有,本实施例中,上盖100的外周下表面、与引导斜面6相对区域处设有多道间隔排布的凹槽108和/或凸筋,以增大用户对上盖开闭操作时的摩擦力、提升开闭上盖的便利性。
本发明实施例中,还可以,在控制盘座200的本体1顶部的外周处设有沿外周延伸的、向上凸出的凸出部5,凸出部5的上表面的至少部分外周区域为向外侧逐渐下倾延伸至本体侧壁处的引导斜面6,以在凸出部的上表面的外周边沿处直接设置向下向外倾斜延伸的引导斜面6,以实现在控制盘座外周设置供用户受伸入把手槽的目的。同样的,还可以将凸出部5 的上表面的外周区域设置绕控制盘座外周轮廓延伸一圈的引导斜面6,以使得用户可自各个不同方位均能伸至控制盘座与上盖之间、对上盖进行开闭操作(未在附图中注明)。
实施例四
如图1至图14所示,本实施例基于上述实施例,还介绍了一种洗衣机上盖安装结构,上盖100后侧经转轴结构可向上翻转打开的安装于控制盘座200上;上盖100的左右两侧分别设有向下凸出的、对打开上盖100的转轴结构进行遮挡的遮挡板105。
通过在上盖左右两侧分别设置向下凸出的遮挡板,令遮挡板覆盖转轴结构的全部外周轮廓,使得上盖开闭过程中用户自侧部不会看到转轴部件,不仅提升了洗衣机的美观度、还使得转轴部件被有效遮挡减小其被碰撞等问题的发生。
本实施例中,所述的上盖可以具有上述任一实施例中所述的上盖的全部技术特征;所述的控制盘座可以具有上述任一实施例中所述的控制盘座的全部技术特征。
如图10所示,本实施例中,上盖100后侧设有向下凸出的转轴300,转轴300沿左右方向延伸,转轴300与控制盘座200可绕轴旋转的相铰接;上盖100左右两侧所设遮挡板105至少覆盖转轴300外周轮廓的投影。本实施例中,转轴300可以直接与控制盘座可绕轴旋转的相铰接,还可以经其他部件与其可绕轴旋转的相铰接;同时,在转轴300上还可以加装止挡件400、阻尼件等等现有任一的可在洗衣机上盖上安装的部件,以使得上盖闭合或打开时提供定位作用力、或施加缓冲阻尼力。
本实施例中,遮挡板105沿上盖100的左右侧壁向下竖直延伸,遮挡板105与上盖100相垂直设置;优选的,遮挡板105与上盖100一体设置。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的顶面的后侧设有向下凹陷的安装槽7,上盖100下方所设的转轴300对应安装于安装槽7内,转轴300与安装槽7内壁直接或经连接结构相连,用于转轴300与控制盘座200之间可相对绕轴旋转;上盖100左右两侧下方所设遮挡板105与安装槽7处于同一竖直截面中,用于上盖100闭合状态时遮挡板105对应处于安装槽7内。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的左右两侧分别设有向上凸出的凸出部5,凸出部5的上表面对应支撑闭合门盖100的下表面;控制盘座200左右两侧的凸出部5对应封堵安装槽7的两端,门盖100闭合时左右两侧遮挡板105均处于左右两侧凸出部5之间;优选的,门盖100闭合时左右两侧遮挡板105均与对应侧凸出部5的内周侧壁相贴合接触。
本实施例中,控制盘座200的左右两侧凸出部5的后端处分别设有豁口9,所述豁口9与遮挡板105处于同一竖直截面,用于供门盖100闭合时遮挡板105对应伸入;优选的,凸出部5的后端处朝向内周一侧所设豁口9与安装槽7相连通。
本实施例中,上盖100包括盖板101,盖板101的外周安装有边框102,左右两侧边框102的后端处分别设有向下凸出的遮挡板105。

如图1至图14所示,本实施例中介绍了一种控制盘座200,其包括,本体1,本体1中心设有衣物投放口2,本体1顶部的内周侧向下倾斜延伸形成衣物投放口2的周壁8,衣物投放口2的周壁8具有至少一段向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面15。
本实施例中,向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面15上各点的切面均处于背离衣物投放口2的外侧,以使得衣物投放口的周壁形成一自下向上逐渐扩宽径向尺寸的碗状结构,不仅令衣物投放口 的径向尺寸显著增大,还可改善用户感官、提升美感。

如图11所示,本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的上端轮廓为四周具有圆弧倒角的方形;衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓是前侧为半圆弧线段81、后侧为直线段82、左右两侧经连接曲线段83、84相连的不规则形;优选的,本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的上端轮廓与下端轮廓在本体1的左右方位的中分线相重合,衣物投放口2的周壁8的上端轮廓相对下端轮廓向本体1后侧偏心设置。
如图11所示,本实施例中,前板圆弧线端两端点之间的连接线为衣物投放口的前后分隔线,前后分隔线与左右中分线相交处为衣物投放口的中心,衣物投放口的中心相对方形上端轮廓的中心在控制盘座的左右方向上居中设置、在前后方向上向后偏心设置。
本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓分为依次首尾相接的前侧半圆弧线段81、左连接曲线段83、后直线段82和右连接曲线段84,各线段依次朝向本体1的前、左、后、右设置;
前侧半圆弧线段81自中心处向左右两侧、向后弯曲延伸,前侧半圆弧线段81上各部分的曲率基本一致,形成半圆弧线段;
左连接曲线段83自前侧半圆弧线段81的左端向后侧、向右弯曲延伸,左连接曲线段83向后侧延伸各部分的曲率逐渐增大;
右连接曲线段84自前侧半圆弧线段81的右端向后侧、向左弯曲延伸,右连接曲线段84向后侧延伸各部分的曲率逐渐增大;
后直线段82自中心向左右两侧延伸,后直线段82上各部分的曲率基本为0,形成直线段。
优选的,本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓相对本体1的左右中分线对称设置。
本实施例中,前侧半圆弧线段81在本体1前后方位上的延伸长度大于后直线段82与前侧半圆弧线段81后端在本体1前后方向上的间距。
本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓的后端与上端轮廓的后端在同一水平面上投影的距离,小于下端轮廓的前端与上端轮廓的前端在同一水平面上投影的距离;衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓的左端与上端轮廓的左端在同一水平面上投影的距离,等于下端轮廓的右端与上端轮廓的右端在同一水平面上投影的距离;
优选的,本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓的后端与上端轮廓的后端在同一水平面上投影的距离接近为0;衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓的前端与上端轮廓的前端在同一水平面上投影的距离近似等于衣物投放口2的周壁8的下端轮廓的左端与上端轮廓的左端在同一水平面上投影的距离。
本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的上端经圆弧倒角曲面与本体1上表面的内周侧平滑过渡相连。
如图12至图14所示,本实施例中,衣物投放口2的周壁8的后部中心处由竖直面85构成,竖直面上开设有开口86,开口86处安装有可自控制盘座内部向外抽拉移动的水盒500。本实施例中,优选的,水盒500的朝向衣物投放口2一侧的外端面87与衣物投放口2的周壁8的后部中心处的竖直面85相平齐设置。本实施例中,水盒500的朝向衣物投放口2一侧的外端面87的下端处设有多条间隔排布的凸筋、或凹槽108,以增大水盒500抽拉过程中的摩擦力、便于用户抽拉。
本实施例中,所述的控制盘座200还可以具有上述任一实施例所述的控制盘座200的全部技术特征。
实施例六
如图1至图14所示,本实施例中介绍了一种洗衣机,包括,如上任一实施例所述的控制盘座200,控制盘座200的上方安装有如上任一实施例所述的上盖100,用于开闭控制盘座200上所设衣物投放口2。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于:上盖的下表面具有处于不同高度面的两个被支撑面,第一被支撑面低于第二被支撑面,第一被支撑面相对第二被支撑面靠近或远离上盖中心设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,第一被支撑面和/或第二被支撑面用于与下方控制盘座的上表面相接触支撑。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,上盖的外周构成第二被支撑面,第二被支撑面靠近门盖中心一侧设有向下凸出的下凸部,下凸部的下表面构成第一被支撑面。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,上盖包括盖板,盖板的外周安装有边框;边框下表面的内周侧设下凸部,下凸部的下表面构成第一被支撑面;边框下表面的外周侧高于下凸部设置,构成第二被支撑面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,边框包括上下堆叠设置的上装饰件和下固定件;上装饰件固定在盖板上,下固定件安装于上装饰件和/或盖板上;或者,下固定件与盖板相固定,上装饰件被夹持固定于下固定件与盖板之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,上装饰件包括,固定平面部,处于盖板外周的下侧,上表面与盖板相贴合;外周装饰部,处于盖板外围,上表面与盖板外周的上表面处于同一平面;优选的,外周装饰部的上表面与盖板外周上表面共处于同一向外向下倾斜的斜面中;进一步优选的,所述斜面上设有多道沿上盖轮廓线延伸的凹槽和/或凸筋。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,下固定件为两端向上弯曲的条形板材,下固定件的内周弯曲端向上延伸至盖板下表面、并与上装饰件的内周侧壁相贴合,下固定件的外周弯曲端向上延伸至上装饰件的外周装饰部的下表面、并被夹持于外周装饰部的外周侧向下弯折部和外周装饰部的内周侧与固定平面部相接处凸台之间的插槽中;优选的,下固定件与上装饰件共同围成中空腔室;进一步优选的,下固定件的下表面构成第二被支撑面,第二被支撑面的至少部分为平面。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,盖板呈方形,边框至少对应装于方形盖板的前侧、左侧、右侧的外周处。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种洗衣机上盖,其特征在于,上盖的第一被支撑面和/或第二被支撑面上设有密封部;优选的,上盖的第一被支撑面和/或第二被支撑面上设有至少一道密封条。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括控制盘座,控制盘座的上方安装有如上权利要求1至9任一所述的洗衣机上盖,控制盘座对上盖下表面的第一被支撑面和/或第二被支撑进行支撑。
  11. 一种控制盘座,其包括,本体,本体中心设有衣物投放口,本体顶部的内周侧向下倾斜延伸形成衣物投放口的周壁,其特征在于:衣物投放口的周壁具有至少一段向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面上各点的切面均处于背离衣物投放口的外侧。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,衣物投放口的周壁至少对应本体前侧的部分为向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面;优选的,衣物投放口的周壁均为向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面;或者,衣物投放口的周壁除后部中心处之外的区域均由向外凸出弯曲的弧形曲面构成。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13任一所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,衣物投放口的周壁的上端轮廓为四周具有圆弧倒角的方形;衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓是前侧为半圆弧线段、后侧为直线段、左右两侧经曲线相连的不规则形;优选的,衣物投放口的周壁的上端轮廓与下端轮廓在本体左右方位的中分线相重合,衣物投放口的周壁的上端轮廓相对下端轮廓向本体后侧偏心设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓分为依次首尾相接的前侧半圆弧线段、左连接曲线段、后直线段和右连接曲线段,各线段依次朝向本体的前、左、后、右设置;前侧半圆弧线段自中心处向左右两侧、向后弯曲延伸, 前侧半圆弧线段上各部分的曲率基本一致;左连接曲线段自前侧半圆弧线段的左端向后侧、向右弯曲延伸,左连接曲线段向后侧延伸各部分的曲率逐渐增大;右连接曲线段自前侧半圆弧线段的右端向后侧、向左弯曲延伸,右连接曲线段向后侧延伸各部分的曲率逐渐增大;后直线段自中心向左右两侧延伸,后直线段上各部分的曲率基本为0;优选的,衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓相对本体左右方位的中分线对称设置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,前侧半圆弧线段在本体前后方位上的延伸长度大于后直线段与前侧半圆弧线段后端之间的前后间距。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓的后端与上端轮廓的后端在同一水平面上投影的距离,小于下端轮廓的前端与上端轮廓的前端在同一水平面上投影的距离;衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓的左端与上端轮廓的左端在同一水平面上投影的距离,等于下端轮廓的右端与上端轮廓的右端在同一水平面上投影的距离;优选的,衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓的后端与上端轮廓的后端在同一水平面上投影的距离接近为0;衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓的前端与上端轮廓的前端在同一水平面上投影的距离近似等于衣物投放口的周壁的下端轮廓的左端与上端轮廓的左端在同一水平面上投影的距离。
  18. 根据权利要求11至17任一所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,衣物投放口的周壁的上端经圆弧倒角曲面与本体上表面的内周侧平滑过渡相连。
  19. 根据权利要求11至18任一所述的一种控制盘座,其特征在于,衣物投放口的周壁的后部中心处由竖直面构成,竖直面上开设有开口,开口处安装有可向外抽拉移动的水盒。
  20. 一种洗衣机,包括如上权利要求11至19任一所述的控制盘座,控制盘座的上方安装有上盖,用于开闭衣物投放口。
