在上述衣物处理剂盒的优选技术方案中,所述第三腔室上还设置有上盖,所述上盖上设置有用于与所述虹吸管配合使用的虹吸帽,所述上盖上还设置有喷淋孔。
在上述衣物处理剂盒的优选技术方案中,所述第一腔室内还设置有第二水流通道,所述第二水流通道与所述第一水流通道上下设置,在所述第一水流通道内还设置有定量送水装置,所述定量送水装置设置成能够将所述第一水流通道内的水以设定的流量送入所述第二水流通道,所述消毒杀菌装置设置在所述第一水流通道的下方,并且在所述第二水流通道的上方。

在上述衣物处理剂盒的优选技术方案中,所述定量送水装置包括流量计和水泵,所述流量计设置成能够检测所述第一水流通道的水流总量, 所述水泵设置成能够将所述第一水流通道内的水以设定比例抽送至所述第二水流通道。
本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备,所述衣物处理设备包括上述技术方案中任一项所述的衣物处理剂盒。
本领域人员能够理解的是,在本发明的技术方案中,衣物处理剂盒包括衣物处理剂盒本体,衣物处理剂盒本体内部设置有第一腔室,第一腔室内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置,第一腔室内还设置有第一水流通道,消毒杀菌装置包括壳体,壳体上还设置有使水流与消毒杀菌装置中的药剂接触的缓释交换孔。
通过上述设置方式,本发明的衣物处理剂盒通过在衣物处理剂盒本体内部设置有第一腔室,并在第一腔室内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置,使得药剂能够溶入洗涤水中,并随洗涤水流入衣物处理设备中,以实现对衣物及衣物处理设备消毒杀菌的作用。此外,本发明的衣物处理剂盒还通过在消毒杀菌装置的壳体上设置有使水流与消毒杀菌装置中的药剂接触的缓释交换孔,以使得药剂能够缓慢溶解至洗涤水中,从而延长消毒杀菌装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。例如,尽管说明书中是以定量送水装置包括柱状水桶,柱状水桶的上侧端面开口设置并且固定连接在第一水流通道上,柱状水桶的下侧端面设置为能够通过传感器控制定时开闭为例对定量送水装置的结构及设置位置进行描述的,但是,本发明显然可以采用其他各种定量送水装置的结构及设置位置,只要该定量送水装置的结构及设置位置能够满足向第二水流通道中定量送水即可。例如,定量送水装置包括流量计和水泵,流量计设置成能够检测第一水流通道的水流总量,水泵设置成能够将第一水流通道内的水以设定比例抽送至第二水流通道。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
现有的衣物处理设备通常会设置衣物处理剂盒,使得衣物处理剂溶解在从外部水源供应到洗涤筒内部的洗涤水中,并将溶解在洗涤水中的洗涤剂送至洗涤筒中。但是,随着衣物处理设备的长时间使用,衣物处理设备内部容易滋生细菌、霉菌、微生物等,会使得衣物上携带细菌、霉菌、微生物以威胁人体健康。由此,需要人为向衣物处理剂盒中投放消毒试剂以实现衣物处理设备的消毒效果。受原理和结构上的限制,现有的衣物处理剂盒存在无法通过在洗涤水从衣物处理剂盒流向衣物处理设备的过程中实现对衣物处理设备内部消毒杀菌的问题。
因此,本发明提供了一种新的衣物处理剂盒,通过在衣物处理剂盒本体内部设置有第一腔室,并在第一腔室内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置,使得药剂能够溶入洗涤水中,并随洗涤水流入衣物处理设备中,以实现对衣物及衣物处理设备消毒杀菌的作用。此外,本发明的衣物处理剂盒还通过在消毒杀菌装置的壳体上设置有使水流与消毒杀菌装置中的药剂接触的缓释交换孔,以使得药剂能够缓慢溶解至洗涤水中,从而延长消毒杀菌装置的使用寿命。
首先参照图1-2,对本发明的衣物处理剂盒进行描述。
如图1-2所示,为解决现有的衣物处理剂盒存在无法通过在洗涤水从衣物处理剂盒流向衣物处理设备的过程中实现对衣物处理设备内部消毒杀菌的问题,本发明的衣物处理剂盒包括衣物处理剂盒本体1,衣物处理剂盒本体1内部设置有第一腔室11,第一腔室11内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置111,第一腔室11内还设置有第一水流通道112,消毒杀菌装置111包括壳体1111,壳体1111上还设置有使水流与消毒杀菌装置111中的药剂1112接触的缓释交换孔11111。
通过上述设置方式,本发明的衣物处理剂盒通过在衣物处理剂盒本体1内部设置有第一腔室11,并在第一腔室11内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置111,使得药剂1112能够溶入洗涤水中,并随洗涤水流入衣物处理设备中,以实现对衣物及衣物处理设备消毒杀菌的作用。此外,本发明的衣物处理剂盒还通过在消毒杀菌装置111的壳体1111上设置有使水流与消毒杀菌装置111中的药剂1112接触的缓释交换孔11111,以使得药剂1112能够缓慢溶解至洗涤水中,从而延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一腔室11内固定设置有第一横梁118和第二横梁119,消毒杀菌装置111分别与第一横梁118和第二横梁119卡接。
下面进一步参照图1-5,对本发明的衣物处理剂盒进行详细描述。
如图1-2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,消毒杀菌装置111设置在第一水流通道112的上方,第一腔室11内部设置有虹吸管113和挡水板114,挡水板114将第一腔室11分割成第二腔室115和第三腔室116,第二腔室115通过虹吸管113与第三腔室116连通,第二腔室115为靠近衣物处理剂盒的把手12的一侧,第三腔室116为远离衣物处理剂盒的把手12的一侧,消毒杀菌装置111设置在第三腔室116内。
在本实施例中,通过在第一腔室11中设置挡板114将第一腔室11分割成第二腔室115和第三腔室116,并在第三腔室116内设置消毒杀菌装置111,以使得消毒杀菌装置111与洗涤剂投放区域有效分割,并通过虹吸管113将第二腔室115和第三腔室116连通,以使得部分洗涤剂水越过挡水板114后流入第三腔室116,并流经消毒杀菌装置111,以实现洗涤剂水与药剂1112通过消毒杀菌装置111上设置的缓释交换孔11111接触,以使得药剂1112能够缓慢的溶解至洗涤剂水中,并使药剂1112随洗涤剂水流入衣物处理设备,从而实现对衣物以及衣物处理设备的消毒杀菌效果。
如图1-2所示,为了进一步优化药剂1112的缓释效果,在本实施例中,衣物处理剂盒本体1内部设置有与第一腔室11相互分离的第四腔室13,第四腔室13内用于放置洗涤剂,第二腔室115内用于放置柔顺剂。
通过上述设置方式,本实施例的衣物处理剂盒能够使得洗涤剂与柔顺剂分别放置,以满足在洗涤后期使得单独溶解有柔顺剂的水流流经消毒杀菌装置111,避免了洗涤前期溶解有洗涤剂的水流流经消毒杀菌装置111,以减少水流与药剂1112的接触,从而减少对药剂1112的溶解,以实现在能够对衣物及衣物处理设备消毒杀菌的同时,延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
如图3所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,壳体1111的上壁的内侧还设置有药剂存储腔室11112,药剂存储腔室11112的开口朝向第一水流通道112,在药剂存储腔室11112上还设置有限位凸起111121,限位凸起111121设置成能够将药剂存储腔室11112内的药剂1112依次投放。
在本实施例中,通过在壳体1111的上壁的内侧设置有药剂存储腔室11112,并在药剂存储腔室11112上设置有限位凸起111121,以实现药剂储存腔室11112内的药剂1112能够依次投放,以满足药剂1112缓慢释放的需要。
如图3所示,为了进一步满足药剂1112缓慢释放的需要,在本实施例中,药剂1112的外侧还包裹有包装层1113,包装层1113为滤纸、无纺布、滤网中的任一种。
通过上述设置方式,设置在药剂1112外侧的包裹层1113将药剂1112有效包裹,减少了药剂1112与水流的接触,以进一步实现药剂1112的缓释效果。
如图2、4、5所示,为了更进一步地减少水流与药剂1112的接触,在本实施例中,第一腔室11内还设置有第二水流通道117,第二水流通道117与第一水流通道112上下设置,在第一水流通道112内还设置有定量送水装置1121,定量送水装置1121设置成能够将第一水流通道112内的水以设定的流量送入第二水流通道117,消毒杀菌装置111设置在第一水流通道112的下方,并且在第二水流通道117的上方。
在本实施例中,通过在第一腔室11内部设置上下设置的第一水流通道112和第二水流通道117,并在第一水流通道112内设置有定量送水装置1121,同时将消毒杀菌装置111设置在第一水流通道112的下方,第二水流通道117的上方,以使得定量送水装置1121能够将流经第一水流通道112的水以设定的流量送入第二水流通道117,以减少流经第二水流通道117的水流流量,从而减少流经消毒杀菌装置111的水流流量,以减少水流与药剂1112的接触,进而减少药剂1112在流经消毒杀菌装置111的水流中的溶解量,以改善药剂1112的缓释效果,延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
如图2、4所示,在本实施例中,上述定量送水装置1121包括柱状水桶11211,柱状水桶11211的上侧端面开口设置并且固定连接在第一水流通道112上,柱状水桶11211的下侧端面设置为能够通过传感器11212控制定时开闭。通过上述设置方式,使得柱状水桶11211能够将流经第一水流通道112的水收集到柱状水桶11211中,并通过传感器11212控制柱状水 桶11211的下侧端面定时开起,以使柱状水桶11211中的水流入第二水流通道117中,之后再通过传感器11212控制柱状水桶11211的下侧端面定时关闭,以使得柱状水桶11211中的水不再流向第二水流通道117,由此通过传感器11212反复控制柱状水桶11211的下侧端面的定时开闭,以满足向第二水流通道117中定量输出水流。由此,能够通过定量设置流经第二水流通道117的水流流量(即:定量设置流经消毒杀菌装置111的水流流量),以减少水流与消毒杀菌装置111中药剂1112接触,避免流经第一水流通道112的水流全部与消毒杀菌装置111接触,从而减少药剂1112在水流中的溶解量,以延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
可以理解的是,虽然在本实施例中是以定量送水装置1121包括柱状水桶11211,柱状水桶11211的上侧端面开口设置并且固定连接在第一水流通道112上,柱状水桶11211的下侧端面设置为能够通过传感器11212控制定时开闭为例对定量送水装置1121的结构及设置位置进行说明的,但是,本实施例中定量送水装置1121的结构及设置位置并不局限于此,只要该定量送水装置1121的结构及设置位置能够满足向第二水流通道117中定量送水即可。例如,定量送水装置1121包括流量计11213和水泵11214,流量计11213设置成能够检测第一水流通道112的水流总量,水泵11214设置成能够将第一水流通道112内的水以设定比例抽送至第二水流通道117,如图2、5所示。
在本实施例中,通过流量计11213检测第一水流通道112中的水流总量,并通过水泵11214将第一水流通道112内的水以设定比例抽送至第二水流通道117,以满足向第二水流通道117中定量输出水流。由此,能够通过定量设置流经第二水流通道117的水流流量(即:定量设置流经消毒杀菌装置111的水流流量),以减少水流与消毒杀菌装置111中药剂1112接触,避免流经第一水流通道112的水流全部与消毒杀菌装置111接触,从而减少药剂1112在水流中的溶解量,以延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
如图2所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,第三腔室116上还设置有上盖1161,上盖1161上设置有用于与虹吸管113配合使用的虹吸帽11611,上盖1161上还设置有喷淋孔11612。
在本实施例中,通过虹吸帽11611与虹吸管113的配合使用,以更好地实现虹吸效果,并通过虹吸效应将第二腔室115和第三腔室116连通,以使得部分洗涤剂水越过挡水板114后流入第三腔室116,并流经消毒杀菌装置111,以实现洗涤剂水与药剂1112通过消毒杀菌装置111上设置的缓释交换孔11111接触,以使得药剂1112能够缓慢的溶解至洗涤剂水中,并使药剂1112随洗涤剂水流入衣物处理设备,从而实现对衣物以及衣物处理设备的消毒杀菌效果。
综上所述,本发明的衣物处理剂盒通过在衣物处理剂盒本体1内部设置有第一腔室11,并在第一腔室11内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置111,使得药剂1112能够溶入洗涤水中,并随洗涤水流入衣物处理设备中,以实现对衣物及衣物处理设备消毒杀菌的作用。此外,本发明的衣物处理剂盒还通过在消毒杀菌装置111的壳体1111上设置有使水流与消毒杀菌装置111中的药剂1112接触的缓释交换孔11111,以使得药剂1112能够缓慢溶解至洗涤水中,从而延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
进一步地,本发明通过在第一腔室11内部设置上下设置的第一水流通道112和第二水流通道117,并在第一水流通道112内设置有定量送水装置1121,同时将消毒杀菌装置111设置在第一水流通道112的下方,第二水流通道117的上方,以使得定量送水装置1121能够将流经第一水流通道112的水以设定的流量送入第二水流通道117,以减少流经第二水流通道117的水流流量,从而减少流经消毒杀菌装置111的水流流量,以减少水流与药剂1112的接触,进而减少药剂1112在流经消毒杀菌装置111的水流中的溶解量,以改善药剂1112的缓释效果,延长消毒杀菌装置111的使用寿命。
此外,本发明还提供了两种定量送水装置1121的结构,即:定量送水装置1121包括柱状水桶11211,柱状水桶11211的上侧端面开口设置并且固定连接在第一水流通道112上,柱状水桶11211的下侧端面设置为能够通过传感器11212控制定时开闭;或者,定量送水装置1121包括流量计11213和水泵11214,流量计11213设置成能够检测第一水流通道112的水流总量,水泵11214设置成能够将第一水流通道112内的水以设定比例抽送至第二水流通道117。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅仅用来阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在与限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员能够对上述结构进行调整,以便本发明能够应用于更加具体的应用场景。
此外,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备具有上述任一实施方式中所述的衣物处理剂盒。
此外,本领域的技术人员能够理解,尽管在此所述的一些实施例包括其它实施例中所包括的某些特征而不是其它特征,但是不同实施例的特征的组合意味着处于本发明的保护范围之内并且形成不同的实施例。例如,在本发明的权利要求书中,所要求保护的实施例的任意之一都可以以任意的组合方式来使用。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂盒包括衣物处理剂盒本体,所述衣物处理剂盒本体内部设置有第一腔室,所述第一腔室内部固定设置有消毒杀菌装置,所述第一腔室内还设置有第一水流通道,所述消毒杀菌装置包括壳体,所述壳体上还设置有使水流与所述消毒杀菌装置中的药剂接触的缓释交换孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述消毒杀菌装置设置在所述第一水流通道的上方,所述第一腔室内部设置有虹吸管和挡水板,所述挡水板将所述第一腔室分割成第二腔室和第三腔室,所述第二腔室通过所述虹吸管与所述第三腔室连通,所述第二腔室为靠近所述衣物处理剂盒的把手的一侧,所述第三腔室为远离所述衣物处理剂盒的把手的一侧,所述消毒杀菌装置设置在所述第三腔室内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂盒本体内部设置有与所述第一腔室相互分离的第四腔室,所述第四腔室内用于放置洗涤剂,所述第二腔室内用于放置柔顺剂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述壳体的上壁的内侧还设置有药剂存储腔室,所述药剂存储腔室的开口朝向所述第一水流通道,在所述药剂存储腔室上还设置有限位凸起,所述限位凸起设置成能够将所述药剂存储腔室内的药剂依次投放。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述药剂的外侧还包裹有包装层,所述包装层为滤纸、无纺布、滤网中的任一种。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述第三腔室上还设置有上盖,所述上盖上设置有用于与所述虹吸管配合使用的虹吸帽,所述上盖上还设置有喷淋孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述第一腔室内还设置有第二水流通道,所述第二水流通道与所述第一水流通道上下设置,在所述第一水流通道内还设置有定量送水装置,所述定量送水装置设置成能够将所述第一水流通道内的水以设定的流量送入所述第二水流通道,所述消毒杀菌装置设置在所述第一水流通道的下方,并且在所述第二水流通道的上方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述定量送水装置包括柱状水桶,所述柱状水桶的上侧端面开口设置并且固定连接在所述第一水流通道上,所述柱状水桶的下侧端面设置为能够通过传感器控制定时开闭。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理剂盒,其特征在于,所述定量送水装置包括流量计和水泵,所述流量计设置成能够检测所述第一水流通道的水流总量,所述水泵设置成能够将所述第一水流通道内的水以设定比例抽送至所述第二水流通道。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物处理剂盒。
