视觉计时器是一种时间计量工具,广泛应用于人们的生活中。所谓的视觉指的是通过带有色彩的色片来代替时间,在计时过程中,色片会逐渐减少,当到达设定时间后,计时器会通过闹铃、闪屏、或者震动等来提醒人们时间到了,视觉计时器因其直观的视觉效果,简单的操作方式,深受儿童、学生的热爱。
目前市场上公开的视觉计时器主要有以下缺陷:
1、采用机械机芯和石英机芯的视觉计时器,由于它们是传统的机械齿轮结构带动计时,所以它们不可避免的有工作噪音大、计时不准确、故障率高、计时过程中不能暂停等核心缺陷;
2、用带背光源的彩屏视觉计时器,它有功耗大,成本高等缺陷;
3、数字不够大会导致需要近距离观看、液晶显示的视角限制需要一个固定范围角度观看显示数字,所以在计时器运行过程,不方便、不直观实时提供信息、查看信息,如果在室内光线昏暗或者距离较远的条件下,目前现有的家用计时器,看不清楚数字、也不能随时查看计时器运行状况;
4、目前市面上的视觉计时器的计时范围都是60分钟,对于初中、高中及考研人群来说,它的计时范围过小,因为他们考试的时间为90或者120分钟。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种视觉计时器,包括后壳1、PCB板2、编码器3、彩色显示屏4、调节旋钮301、旋钮套302和镜片5,PCB板2设置在后壳1的正面,编码器3设置在PCB板2正面的底部,彩色显示屏4设置在PCB板2的正面,调节旋钮301设置在编码器3的正面,旋钮套302设置在调节旋钮301的正面,镜片5设置在彩色显示屏4的正面。
请结合参阅图3-4,其中,彩色显示屏4包括上玻璃基板41和下玻璃基板42,下玻璃基板42的底部设置有下偏光片43,下偏光片43的底部设置有彩色片44,彩色片44的底部设置有底片45,下玻璃基板42的顶部设置有下定向层6,彩色片44通过丝印的方式在其表面区域丝印有但不仅限于丝印面域(441),上玻璃基板41的顶部设置有上偏光片7,上玻璃基板41的底部设置有上定向层8,上定向层8与下定向层6之间设置有液晶层9,底片45为反光片。
工作原理:在下偏光片43上需要显示彩色的区域附着上指定的彩色,即通过彩色片44上丝印的丝印面域(441),显示屏通电之后,调节对液晶分子施加的电压来控制液晶分子的排列,这里控制液晶分子排列的方式在现有技术中也有使用,即,上玻璃基板与下玻璃基板,是一种导电的特殊性材料,在LCD中,主要是为了刻蚀成所需显示的图案,在两片ITO导电层之间,通电后,重叠部分形成电场,没有ITO导电层的部分不会形成电场,液晶在电场的作用下,发生转变,使光线可以直接通过从而达到对透光的控制,等自然光穿透上偏光片7和下偏光片43、上玻璃基1板、液晶层9和下玻璃基板42,再由底片45将光线反射,反射的光线直接透过彩色片44,那么在彩色片 44上丝印彩色区域对应的屏幕显示区域,显示的内容将会与附着上指定的彩色颜色保持一致,当我们在彩色片上不同区域附着不同颜色时,屏幕的显示内容将会变成不同的彩色组合,从而达到彩屏的效果.
在其中一个实施例中,彩色显示屏4正面的左上方设置有音量图标401,彩色显示屏4正面的右上方设置有低电量提醒图标402。
本实施例中,音量图标401可以显示当前的音量情况,当电池低电量时,电低电量提醒图标402会闪烁提醒消费者电量过低。
其中,彩色显示屏4正面的中央设置有数字刻度403,数字刻度403的中央设置有数字区域404,数字区域404和数字刻度403的中央设置有视觉区域405。
本实施例中,视觉区域405为带有醒目色彩的若干等分色块组成,色块会随着计时的过程不断地增加或者减少,显示色块的面积可以直观的标示所剩余的时间比例,它的外围对应有数字刻度403,数字决定了最大的计时范围。色块的内部有数字区域404,与视觉区域405同步计时,达到一种视觉的效果。当计时时间为120分钟时,数字区域404会显示数字“120”;当计时时间为90分钟时,数字区域404会显示数字“90”分钟。当非计时状态时,数字区域404会自动转化为时钟使用。
其中,彩色显示屏4正面的右下方设置有开始暂停按钮6,彩色显示屏4正面的左下方设置有音量调节按钮7。
本实施例中,计时过程中,可以点按开始暂停按钮6开始或暂停计时。音量调节按钮7可以实现对音量的调节。
其中,后壳1的背面设置有电池运行装置8,电池运行装置8的顶部设置有充电口9。
本实施例中,当低电量提醒图标402闪烁时,可通过充电口9进行充电,也可通过电池运行装置8中插入电池进行使用。
请同时参阅图5-图9,在本申请的另外一个实施例中揭示了一种视觉计时器,其布局与第一个实施例中的视觉计时器的时间显示区域类似。本实施例中的视觉计时器包括后壳1,后壳1的中部设置有彩色显示屏4,彩色显示屏4上的中部设有时间显示区域13,时间显示区域13包括分钟显示14和秒数显示15,时间显示区域13的外圈设置有彩色计时灯16,彩色计时灯16的外围设置有读秒指针和数值17。
其中,分钟显示14的上部设有M标识,即为分钟计时,秒数显示15的上部设有S标识,即为秒数计时,数值读秒指针和数值17每隔五个值设置有一个数字,时间显示区域13的下方设置有指示灯19,指示灯19为三角显示灯。可以理解,本实施方式中的视觉计时器的计时范围可以为同样可以设置为120分钟,也可以选择性的设置为60分钟,具体的计时范围可以根据实际需求选择。
本实施例中,在计时使用前,首先需要旋转设定一个目标计时时间,然后按一下“START”开始倒计时,屏幕有鲜明的图案、数字同步开始倒计时,倒计时完成,有声音报警、背光闪烁报警,其使用效果与现有的数字计时器一样,不同的是,彩色显示屏4把计时器的数字转换成鲜明的图案,以直观、清楚的视觉效果代替数字显示,解决目前现有的液晶显示计时器,使用环境光线昏暗无法看清楚的缺陷,且该彩色显示屏4以及时间显示区域13的即使数值相对以往的数值更大,解决目前现有液晶显示的数字计时器,由于屏幕偏小远距离无法清楚查看的缺陷,并且该视觉计时器由于鲜明的彩色计时灯16的设置,可以非常直观地看到计时进度,解决目前现有液晶显示计时器,无法满足180度视角查看的缺陷。
具体地:在计时使用前,首先需要旋转设定一个目标计时时间,然后按一下“START”开始倒计时,屏幕有鲜明的图案、数字同步开始倒计时,彩色显示屏4把计时器的数字转换成鲜明的图案,从而达到一个视觉的效果,以 直观、清楚的视觉效果代替数字显示,解决目前现有的液晶显示计时器,使用环境光线昏暗无法看清楚的缺陷,且该彩色显示屏4以及时间显示区域13的即使数值相对以往的数值更大,解决目前现有液晶显示的数字计时器,由于屏幕偏小远距离无法清楚查看的缺陷,并且该视觉计时器由于鲜明的彩色计时灯16的设置,可以非常直观地看到计时进度,正计时的时候,此时的指示灯19为三角形箭头向上状态,彩色计时灯16顺时针转动逐渐增加的状态,当需要倒计时的时候,指示灯19转换成向下指向的三角显示灯,然后重新计时,色块显示的时候也呈逆时针逐渐消失的状态,解决目前现有液晶显示计时器,无法满足180度视角查看的缺陷。
本发明所揭示的视觉计时器的工作原理如下:编码器3的底部附着在PCB板2上,通过线路与中央处理器通讯,调节旋钮301贯穿面壳与镜片5,旋钮套302套装在编码器3的调节旋钮301上,通过旋转调节旋钮301带动编码器3转动。编码器3是一种通过测量速度,位置,速度或角度等物理量,把机械位移量转变成电信号的传感器,分为增量型和绝对值两种。增量型编码器3产生脉冲信号,利用脉冲数可测量速度,长度或位置。对于绝对性编码器3,每一个位置对于一个位移的数字量数值。编码器3内部有一个转动的圆盘,带有若干个透明和不透明的窗口,用光电接收器收集断续的光束,这样,就把光脉冲转换成了电脉冲,然后由电子输出线路将信号传递给中央处理器,中央处理器进行处理并输出,顺时针方向旋转时间增加,逆时针方向旋转时间减少,中间数字区域404(对应实施例2中的时间显示区域13)的数字与视觉区域405的色块会同步增加或减少。按开始暂停按钮6开始计时,计时过程中,视觉区域405的色块从0格逐渐增加,数字区域404从00:00同步,到达最大量程时报警。倒计时过程中,视觉区域405的色块从设定时间起逐渐消失,数字区域404从设定时间起同步减少,计时结束时报警,暂停报警后,会默认显示使用者开始设置的时间。彩色显示屏4背面附着上彩色的涂 层,同时在彩色涂层底部附着一层反光底片,当自然光照射进彩色显示屏4时,光线由底部的反光底片反射,透过彩色显示屏4背面的彩色涂层,对于的彩色显示屏4显示区域就是显示与彩色涂层一样的颜色,以此达到显示彩色的原理。音量图标401可以显示当前的音量情况,当电池低电量时,电低电量提醒图标402会闪烁提醒消费者电量过低。视觉区域405为带有醒目色彩的若干等分色块组成,色块会随着计时的过程不断地增加或者减少,显示色块的面积可以直观的标识所剩余的时间比例,它的外围对应有数字刻度403,数字决定了最大的计时范围。色块的内部有数字区域404,与视觉区域405同步计时,达到一种视觉的效果。当计时时间为120分钟时,数字区域404会显示数字“120”;当计时时间为90分钟时,数字区域404会显示数字“90”分钟。当非计时状态时,数字区域404会自动转化为时钟使用。计时过程中,可以点按开始暂停按钮6开始或暂停计时。音量调节按钮7可以实现对音量的调节。当低电量提醒图标402闪烁时,可通过充电口9进行充电,也可通过电池运行装置8中插入电池进行使用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (14)
- 一种视觉计时器,包括后壳(1)、PCB板(2)、编码器(3)、彩色显示屏(4)、调节旋钮(301)、旋钮套(302)和镜片(5),其特征在于:所述PCB板(2)设置在后壳(1)的正面,所述编码器(3)设置在PCB板(2)正面的底部,所述彩色显示屏(4)设置在PCB板(2)的正面,其中所述彩色显示屏(4)包括上玻璃基板(41)和下玻璃基板(42),所述下玻璃基板(42)的底部设置有下偏光片(43),所述下偏光片(43)的底部设置有彩色片(44),所述彩色片(44)上设置有丝印面域(441)、底部设置有底片(45),所述下玻璃基板(42)的顶部设置有下定向层(46);所述调节旋钮(301)设置在编码器(3)的正面,所述旋钮套(302)设置在调节旋钮(301)的正面,所述镜片(5)设置在彩色显示屏(4)的正面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色显示屏(4)的背面设置有反光涂层,所述彩色显示屏(4)的底部设置有反光底片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色显示屏(4)正面的左上方设置有音量图标(401),所述彩色显示屏(4)正面的右上方设置有低电量提醒图标(402)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色显示屏(4)正面的中央设置有数字刻度(403),所述数字刻度(403)的中央设置有数字区域(404),所述数字区域(404)和数字刻度(403)的中央设置有视觉区域(405)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色显示屏(4)上的中部设有时间显示区域(13),所述时间显示区域(13)包括分钟显示(14)和秒数显示(15),所述时间显示区域(13)的外圈设置有彩色计时灯(16),所述彩色计时灯(16)的外围设置有读秒指针和数值(17)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述分钟显示 (14)的上部设有M标识,即为分钟计时,秒数显示(15)的上部设有S标识,即为秒数计时。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述数值读秒指针和数值(17)每隔五个值设置有一个数字。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述时间显示区域(13)的下方设置有指示灯(19),所述指示灯(19)为三角指示灯,当正计时过程中,显示的为向上的三角形,当倒计时过程中,显示的向下的三角形。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色计时灯(16)把计时器的数字转换成鲜明的图案,正计时时,图案会随着计时时间的增加而顺时针逐渐增加,倒计时时,图案会随着计时时间的减少而逆时针逐渐减少,以直观、清楚的视觉效果代替数字显示,从而达到一个视觉的效果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色显示屏(4)正面的右下方设置有开始暂停按钮(6),所述彩色显示屏(4)正面的左下方设置有音量调节按钮(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述后壳(1)的背面设置有电池运行装置(8),所述电池运行装置(8)的顶部设置有充电口(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述彩色片(44)通过丝印的方式在其表面区域丝印有但不仅限于丝印面域(441)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述上玻璃基板(41)的顶部设置有上偏光片(47),所述上玻璃基板(41)的底部设置有上定向层(8),所述上定向层(48)与下定向层(46)之间设置有液晶层(49)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种视觉计时器,其特征在于:所述底片(45)为反光片。
