发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种可折叠终端,用于防止装饰件对显示屏造成刮擦,保证可折叠终端的使用可靠性。

此外,本申请所示可折叠终端中,第一盖板层层叠于显示面板层的顶面,防尘件位于边缘区域与装饰件之间,且与第一盖板层间隔设置,第一盖板层可与防尘件共用沿可折叠终端的厚度方向的厚度空间,可减小可折叠终端的厚度,有利于实现可折叠终端的轻薄化设计。

一种实施方式中,显示屏的柔性盖板层还包括第二盖板层,第二盖板层层叠于显示功能层的顶面。第二盖板层的顶面包括与中心区域对应的第一区域、及环绕第一区域的第二区域。其中,第二区域与边缘区域相对应。第一盖板层层叠于第二盖板层的顶面。装饰件还遮盖第二区域。防尘件位于第二区域与装饰件之间。

一种实施方式中,可折叠终端处于折叠状态和展开状态时,第一盖板层的周侧面均位于保护贴膜的周侧面的外侧。可折叠终端处于展开状态时,使用者会看到显示屏中保护贴膜的周侧面和第一盖板层的周侧面,即显示屏上会看到两圈外形。

其中,第一盖板层的周侧面与保护贴膜的周侧面齐平,是指第一盖板层的周侧面与保护贴膜的周侧面基本齐平,此时,第一盖板层的周侧面与保护贴膜的周侧面之间的距离在加工误差之内。示例性的,加工误差为±0.2mm。
需要说明的是,在可折叠终端的组装过程中,第一盖板层可与保护贴膜采用一体裁切工艺,最后随保护贴膜一起加工成型并贴附于第二盖板层上,以提高第一盖板层的周侧面与保护贴膜的周侧面的对齐程度。
一种实施方式中,显示面板还包括遮挡层,遮挡层位于保护贴膜的底面的边缘。可折叠终端处于折叠状态和展开状态时,第一盖板层的周侧面均位于保护贴膜的周侧面的内侧,遮挡层遮挡第一盖板层的周侧面。可折叠终端处于展开状态时,使用者仅能看到显示屏中保护贴膜的周侧面,即显示屏上仅会看到一圈外形,提高了可折叠终端的外观精致度。

其中,胶层的面积小于贴膜层的面积,胶层的周侧面位于贴膜层的周侧面的内侧,当贴膜层与胶层发生相互错动时,遮挡层还可遮挡胶层错动后的残留痕迹,提高可折叠终端的外观精致度。
一种实施方式中,第一盖板层的顶面包括与中心区域对应的第三区域、及环绕第三区域的第四区域。其中,第四区域与边缘区域相对应,保护贴膜层叠于第三区域,装饰件还遮盖第四区域。
可折叠终端处于折叠状态和展开状态时,装饰件均遮盖第四区域,且遮盖了第一盖板层的周侧面。可折叠终端处于展开状态时,使用者仅能看到显示屏中保护贴膜的周侧面,即显示屏上仅会看到一圈外形,提高了可折叠终端的外观精致度。

一种实施方式中,显示功能层的顶面为显示面,显示面包括显示区域和环绕显示区域的非显示区域,中心区域包括显示区域和部分非显示区域,边缘区域包括部分非显示区,以避免装饰件影响显示区域的正常显示。
一种实施方式中,显示面板还包括支撑层,支撑层位于显示功能层的底侧,显示功能层层叠于支撑层的顶面,以支撑显示功能层。

请参阅图1和图2,图1是本申请实施例提供的一种可折叠终端1000在一种状态下的结构示意图,图2是图1所示可折叠终端1000在第二种状态下的结构示意图。
其中,为了便于描述,定义图2所示可折叠终端1000的宽度方向为X轴方向,可折叠终端1000的长度方向为Y轴方向,可折叠终端1000的厚度方向为Z轴方向,X轴方向、Y轴方向和Z轴方向两两相互垂直。
可折叠终端1000可以为手机、平板电脑、个人计算机、多媒体播放器、电子书阅读器、笔记本电脑、车载设备或可穿戴设备等可折叠的电子产品。本实施例中,可折叠终端1000 为可折叠手机。即,可折叠终端1000为可以在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换的手机。本申请实施例中,以可折叠终端1000可沿X轴方向发生折叠或者展开为例进行说明。
其中,图1所示可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态,图2所示可折叠终端1000处于展开状态。示例性的,图2所示可折叠终端1000的展开角度α为180度。即,图2所示可折叠终端1000处于展平状态。需要说明的是,本申请实施例举例说明的角度均允许存在少许偏差。例如,图2所示可折叠终端1000的展开角度α为180度是指,α可以为180度,也可以大约为180度,比如170度、175度、185度和190度等。后文中举例说明的角度可做相同理解。
应当理解的是,本申请实施例所示可折叠终端1000为可发生一次折叠的终端。在其他一些实施例中,可折叠终端1000也可以为可发生多次(两次以上)折叠的终端。此时,可折叠终端1000可以包括多个部分,相邻两个部分可相对靠近折叠至可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态,相邻两个部分可相对远离展开至可折叠终端1000处于展开状态。
请一并参阅图3,图3是图1所示可折叠终端1000沿I-I处剖开的剖面结构示意图。其中,沿“I-I处剖开”是指沿I-I线所在的平面剖开,后文相关的类似描述可做相同理解。
本实施例中,可折叠终端1000包括可折叠装置100、显示屏200、装饰件300和防尘件400。可折叠装置100设有第一安装槽101和第二安装槽102,第二安装槽102环绕第一安装槽101设置。显示屏200安装于第一安装槽101,装饰件300安装于第二安装槽102,且环绕显示屏200设置。防尘件400位于显示屏200与装饰件300之间。
在其他一些实施例中,显示屏200可以不安装于第一安装槽101,而安装于可折叠装置100的其他位置,和/或,装饰件300可以不安装于第二安装槽102,而安装于可折叠装置100的其他位置,本申请实施例对显示屏200和装饰件300与可折叠装置100之间的装配关系不作具体限定。
可折叠装置100包括第一壳体110、第二壳体120以及转动机构130,转动机构130连接于第一壳体110和第二壳体120之间,以实现第一壳体110和第二壳体120之间的转动连接。第一壳体110和第二壳体120可通过转动机构130相对转动,使得可折叠装置100在折叠状态和展开状态之间相互切换。具体的,第一壳体110和第二壳体120可相对转动至相对设置,以使可折叠装置100处于折叠状态,如图1所示。此时,转动机构130处于折叠状态。第一壳体110和第二壳体120也可相对转动至相对展开,以使可折叠装置100处于展开状态,如图2所示。此时,转动机构130处于展开状态。示例性的,图2所示可折叠终端1000处于展平状态,第一壳体110和第二壳体120之间的夹角为α。此时,转动机构130处于展平状态。
第一壳体110设有第一凹槽1101和第二凹槽1102,第二凹槽1102环绕第一凹槽1101设置。第一凹槽1101和第二凹槽1102的开口均位于第一壳体110的顶面。第一凹槽1101和第二凹槽1102均自第一壳体110的顶面向底面的方向凹陷。其中,第二凹槽1102位于第一壳体110远离转动机构130的位置。示例性的,第二凹槽1102呈“匚”字型。
第二壳体120和第一壳体110的结构相同,且相对转动机构130镜像对称。第二壳体120设有第三凹槽1201和第四凹槽1202,第四凹槽1202环绕第三凹槽1201设置。第三凹槽1201和第四凹槽1202的开口均位于第二壳体120的顶面。第三凹槽1201和第四凹槽 1202均自第二壳体120的顶面向底面的方向凹陷。其中,第四凹槽1202位于第二壳体120远离转动机构130的位置。示例性的,第四凹槽1202呈“匚”字型。如图1至图3所示,第三凹槽1201和第一凹槽1101形成上文第一安装槽101,第四凹槽1202和第二凹槽1102形成上文第二安装槽102。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例描述可折叠终端1000时所采用“顶”和“底”等方位用词主要依据可折叠终端1000于附图2中的展示方位进行阐述,以朝向Z轴正方向为“顶”,以朝向Z轴负方向为“底”,其并不形成对可折叠终端1000于实际应用场景中的方位的限定。
请一并参阅图4,图4是图2所示可折叠终端1000在第一种实施例下显示屏200的结构示意图。
显示屏200安装于第一壳体110和第二壳体120。显示屏200包括第一显示部分210、第二显示部分220和可折叠部分230,可折叠部分230连接于第一显示部分210和第二显示部分220之间。具体的,第一显示部分210安装于第一壳体110,第二显示部分220安装于第二壳体120,可折叠部分230与转动机构130相对设置。其中,可折叠部分230可沿X轴方向发生弯折。
应当理解的是,可折叠部分230与转动机构130相对设置,是指,可折叠部分230在可折叠装置100上的投影至少部分覆盖转动机构130,或者,转动机构130在显示屏200上的投影至少部分覆盖可折叠部分230。
如图1所示,可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时,第一显示部分210和第二显示部分220相对设置,可折叠部分230发生弯折。此时,显示屏200处于折叠状态,显示屏200的外露面积比较少,可大大降低显示屏200被损坏的概率,实现对显示屏200的有效保护。如图2所示,可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,第一显示部分210和第二显示部分220相对展开,可折叠部分230不发生弯折而展平。此时,第一显示部分210、第二显示部分220和可折叠部分230两两之间的夹角均为α,显示屏200具有大面积的显示区域,实现可折叠终端1000的大屏显示,提高用户的使用体验。
应当理解的是,本申请实施例所示可折叠终端1000采用向内折叠的方式进行折叠,可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时,显示屏200位于可折叠装置100的内侧。在其他一些实施例中,可折叠终端1000也可以采用向外折叠的方式进行折叠,可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时,显示屏200位于可折叠装置100的外侧。
请一并参阅图5,图5是图4所示显示屏200的分解结构示意图。
本实施例中,显示屏200包括显示面板240和保护贴膜250,保护贴膜250层叠于显示面板240的顶面,以保护显示面板240。显示面板240包括显示面241。显示面241包括显示区域242和非显示区域243,非显示区域243环绕显示区域242设置。显示区域242用以显示文字、图像或视频等信息,以实现显示面板240的显示功能。保护贴膜250层叠于显示面241。具体的,保护贴膜250覆盖显示区域242。其中,保护贴膜250的面积大于或等于显示区域242的面积,且小于显示面241的面积,以在可折叠终端1000的整机组装完成后,便于将保护贴膜250贴合于显示面板240。

显示面板240包括第一部分244、第二部分245和第三部分246,第三部分246连接于第一部分244和第二部分245之间。保护贴膜250包括第一保护部分251、第二保护部分252和第三保护部分253,第三保护部分253连接于第一保护部分251和第二保护部分252之间。第一保护部分251贴合于第一部分244,且与第一部分244形成第一显示部分210。第二保护部分贴合252于第二部分245,且与第二部分245形成第二显示部分220。第三保护部分253贴合于第三部分246,且与第三部分246形成可折叠部分230。

装饰件300安装于第一壳体110和第二壳体120,且环绕显示面板240设置。本实施例中,装饰件300还环绕保护贴膜250设置,且与保护贴膜250间隔设置。即,保护贴膜250位于装饰件300的内侧,且与装饰件300间隔设置,也即,保护贴膜250相对于装饰件300内缩,以在可折叠终端1000的整机组装完成后,便于将保护贴膜250贴合于显示面板240。其中,装饰件300的内边缘与保护贴膜250的边缘之间的距离为w 1。即,保护贴膜250相对装饰件300的内边缘内缩w 1。示例性的,w 1在0.5mm~1mm之间。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例描述可折叠终端1000时所采用“内”和“外”等方位用词主要依据可折叠终端1000于附图2中的展示方位进行阐述,以靠近可折叠终端1000的中心为“内”,以远离可折叠终端1000的中心为“外”,其并不形成对可折叠终端1000于实际应用场景中的方位的限定。
装饰件300包括第一子装饰件310和第二子装饰件320。第一子装饰件310安装于第一壳体110,且环绕第一部分244设置。第二子装饰件320安装于第二壳体120,且环绕第二部分245设置。具体的,第一子装饰件310安装于第二凹槽1102,第二子装饰件320安装于第四凹槽1202。示例性的,第一子装饰件310和第二子装饰件320均呈“匚”字型,且关于转动机构130镜像对称。

需要说明的是,显示面板240采用多层结构层叠而成,可折叠终端1000在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换的过程中,多层结构之间会沿垂直于折叠轴线的方向(图示Z轴方向)发生相互错动,导致显示面板240中第一部分244的边缘与第一壳体110之间的间隙、以及显示面板240中第二部分245的边缘与第二壳体120之间的间隙处于变化状态,间隙时大时小,第一子装饰件310遮盖了第一部分244的边缘与第一壳体110的边缘,以遮盖第一部分244与第一壳体110之间的间隙,第二子装饰件320遮盖第二部分245的边缘与第二壳体110的边缘,以遮盖第二部分245与第二壳体120之间的间隙,保证了可折叠终端1000的外观一致性,提高了可折叠终端1000的外观美观度。
防尘件400粘接于装饰件300,且在装饰件300的作用下被压缩而抵接于显示面板240。具体的,防尘件400位于第一子装饰件310与显示面板240之间,还位于第二子装饰件320与显示面板240之间。其中,防尘件400的厚度为d。示例性的,防尘件400可为背胶、泡棉或软件等。
本实施例中,防尘件400包括第一子防尘件410和第二子防尘件420。第一子防尘件410位于第一子装饰件310与显示面板240之间,第二子防尘件420位于第二子装饰件320与显示面板240之间。具体的,第一子防尘件410位于第一子装饰件310的第一装饰部311与显示面板240的第一部分244之间,第二子防尘件420位于第二子装饰件320的第二装饰部321与显示面板240的第二部分245之间。其中,第一子防尘件410粘接于第一装饰部311,且在第一子装饰件310的作用下被压缩抵接于第一部分244,第二子防尘件420粘接于第二装饰部321,且在第二子装饰件320的作用下被压缩而抵接于第二部分245。示例性的,第一子防尘件410和第二子防尘件420均呈“匚”字型,且关于转动机构130镜像对称。
应当理解的是,可折叠终端1000在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换的过程中,显示面板240与第一子装饰件310和第二子装饰件320之间均会发生来回错动,第一子防尘件410位于第一部分244和第一装饰部311之间,第二子防尘件420位于第二部分245和第二装饰部321之间,不仅能够起到密封防尘的作用,防止外界的水汽和灰尘等杂质进入可折叠终端1000的内部,还可以填充显示面板240与第一子装饰件310和第二子装饰件320之间的间隙,减少显示面板240与第一子装饰件310和第二子装饰件320之间的刮擦,保证可折叠终端1000的使用可靠性。

显示面板240包括支撑层10、显示功能层20和柔性盖板层30,显示功能层20层叠于支撑层10的顶面,柔性盖板层30层叠于显示功能层20的顶面。支撑层10为显示面板240 中具有支撑功能的结构层。支撑层10可以包括一层或多层支撑结构层(图未标),各支撑结构层可采用泡棉、聚酰亚胺(PI,polyimide)或金属竹书等制成,使支撑层10具有一定的强度和刚度,以支撑显示功能层20。
显示功能层20为显示面板240中具有显示功能的结构层。其中,显示功能层20的顶面即为上文显示面241。示例性的,显示功能层20可包括偏光片和显示面板层(图未标)。本实施例中,显示功能层20的顶面包括中心区域247和边缘区域248,边缘区域248环绕中心区域247设置。示例性的,可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,中心区域247和边缘区域248之间以装饰件300的内边缘为分界线进行划分。具体的,中心区域247位于装饰件300的内侧,边缘区域248位于装饰件300的底侧。此时,装饰件300遮盖边缘区域248。其中,中心区域247包括显示区域242和部分非显示区243,边缘区域248包括部分非显示区域243。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所描述的装饰件300遮盖边缘区域248,是指,装饰件300完全遮盖边缘区域248。此时,装饰件300在显示功能层20的顶面所在平面的投影完全覆盖边缘区域248。后文有关“遮盖”的描述可做相同理解。
柔性盖板层30为显示面板240中具有保护功能的结构层。其中,保护贴膜250层叠于柔性盖板层30的顶面。本实施例中,柔性盖板层30包括第一盖板层31和第二盖板层32,第二盖板层32层叠于显示功能层20的顶面,第一盖板层31层叠于第二盖板层32的顶面。具体的,第二盖板层32覆盖显示功能层20的顶面,即第二盖板层32覆盖中心区域247和边缘区域248。第二盖板层32的顶面包括第一区域321和第二区域322,第二区域322环绕第一区域321设置。示例性的,可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,第一区域321和第二区域322之间以装饰件300的内边缘为分界线进行划分。具体的,第一区域321位于装饰件300的内侧,第二区域322位于装饰件300的底侧。此时,装饰件300还遮盖第二区域322。其中,第一区域321与中心区域247相对应,第二区域322与边缘区域248相对应。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例所提及的“A与B相对应”是指,A在B所在平面上的投影覆盖B,或者B在A所在平面上的投影覆盖A。比如上文所描述“第一区域321与中心区域247相对应”是指,第一区域321在显示功能层20的顶面上的投影覆盖中心区域247,后文中有关“对应”的描述可做相同理解。
第一盖板层31的面积小于第二盖板层32的面积,第一盖板层31层叠于第一区域321。即,第一盖板层31相对于第二盖板层32内缩。本实施例中,第一盖板层31位于装饰件300的内侧,且与装饰件300间隔设置。可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,第一盖板层31的边缘与装饰件300的内边缘之间的距离为w 2。即,第一盖板层31相对装饰件300的内边缘内缩w 2。其中,w 2小于w 1。示例性的,w 2在1mm~3mm之间。在其他一些实施例中,柔性盖板层30也可以不包括第二盖板层32,此时,第一盖板层31层叠于显示功能层20的顶面。
本实施例中,第一盖板层31包括第一柔性结构层33和柔性胶层34,第二盖板层32包括第二柔性结构层35。柔性胶层34连接于第一柔性结构层33和第二柔性结构层35之间。第一柔性结构层33的面积小于第二柔性结构层35的面积。柔性胶层34的面积小于或等于第一柔性结构层33的面积。
示例性的,第一柔性结构层33和第二柔性结构层35可采用透明聚酰亚胺(CPI)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET,polyethylene glycol terephthalate)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)或超薄玻璃(UTG,ultra thin glass)等模量和硬度较高的材料制成,柔性胶层34可采用光学胶(OCA,optically clear adhesive)等模量和硬度较低的材料制成。其中,第一柔性结构层33和第二柔性结构层35的材料可以相同,也可以不同。
在其他一些实施例中,第一盖板层31也可以包括多层第一柔性结构层33和多层柔性胶层34,一层柔性胶层34连接于第一柔性结构层33和第二柔性结构层35之间,其余柔性胶层34连接于相邻两层第一柔性结构层33之间,和/或,第二盖板层32包括多层第二柔性结构层35和多层柔性粘接层(图未示),每一层柔性粘接层连接于相邻两层第二柔性结构层35之间,本申请对此不作具体限定。
保护贴膜250的面积小于第一盖板层31的面积。具体的,保护贴膜250层叠于第一盖板层31的顶面。其中,保护贴膜250层叠于第一盖板层31的顶面的中间区域。此时,第一盖板层31的周侧面位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的外侧。本实施例中,保护贴膜250和第一盖板层31均位于装饰件300的内侧,第二盖板层32、显示功能层20和支撑层10均位于装饰件300的底侧。具体的,保护贴膜250和第一盖板层31均位于第一装饰部311和第二装饰部321之间,第二盖板层32、显示功能层20和支撑层10均位于第一装饰部311和第二装饰部321的底侧。
应当理解的是,第一盖板层31的周侧面,是指第一盖板层31中连接于第一盖板层31的顶面和第一盖板层31的底面之间的表面。后文中有关“周侧面”的描述可做相同理解。
此外,防尘件400位于第二区域322与装饰件300之间。同样的,防尘件400也位于边缘区域248与装饰件300之间。示例性的,防尘件400可粘接于装饰件300,且在装饰件300的作用下被压缩而抵接于第二区域322。其中,第一子防尘件410位于第二盖板层32与第一装饰部311之间,第二子防尘件420位于第二盖板层32与第二装饰部321之间。此时,第二盖板层32位于防尘件400和显示功能层20之间,第二盖板层32可保护显示功能层20,不仅可防止防尘件400磨损显示功能层20,还可以避免装饰件300对显示功能层20的刮擦,保证可折叠终端1000的使用可靠性。
本实施例中,第一盖板层31位于装饰件300的内侧,防尘件400位于第二盖板层32与装饰件300之间,使得第一盖板层31沿Z轴方向上共用防尘件400和装饰件300的厚度空间,不仅可以减小可折叠终端1000的厚度,而且在可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时,还可以减小显示面板240的第一部分244与第二部分245之间的距离D,进而减小处于折叠状态的可折叠终端1000的厚度,有利于实现可折叠终端1000的轻薄化设计。
请参阅图9至图11,图9是图2所示可折叠终端1000在第二种实施例下的平面结构示意图,图10是图1所示可折叠终端1000在第二种实施例下沿I-I处剖开的局部剖面结构示意图,图11是图2所示可折叠终端1000在第二种实施例下沿II-II处剖开的局部剖面结构示意图。
本实施例所示可折叠终端1000与上述第一种实施例所示可折叠终端1000的不同之处在于,可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时(如图10所示),第一盖板层31的周侧面位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的内侧,即,第一盖板层31相对保护贴膜250内缩。第一盖板层31 的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面之间的距离为w 3。示例性的,w 3在0.2mm~1mm之间。其中,第一柔性结构层33的周侧面和柔性胶层34的周侧面均位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的内侧,柔性胶层34的周侧面还位于第一柔性结构层33的周侧面的内侧。
可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时(如图9和图11所示),第一盖板层31的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面齐平。此时,w 2=w 1。其中,第一柔性结构层33的周侧面和柔性胶层34的周侧面均与保护贴膜250的周侧面齐平。应当理解的是,第一盖板层31的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面齐平,是指第一盖板层31的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面基本齐平。此时,第一盖板层31的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面之间的距离在加工误差之内。示例性的,加工误差为±0.2mm。
需要说明的是,在可折叠终端1000的组装过程中,第一盖板层31可与保护贴膜250采用一体裁切工艺,最后随保护贴膜250一起加工成型并贴附于第二盖板层32上,以提高第一盖板层31的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面的对齐程度。
上述第一种实施例所示的可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,使用者会看到保护贴膜250的周侧面和第一盖板层31的周侧面,即显示屏200上会看到两圈外形。而本实施例所述可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,由于第一盖板层31的周侧面与保护贴膜250的周侧面齐平,显示屏200上仅看到保护贴膜250的周侧面,即显示屏200上仅看到一圈外形,提高了可折叠终端1000的外观精致度。
请参阅图12和图13,图12是图1所示可折叠终端1000在第三种实施例下沿I-I处剖开的局部剖面结构示意图,图13是图2所示可折叠终端1000在第三种实施例下沿II-II处剖开的局部剖面结构示意图。
本实施例所示可折叠终端1000与上述第一种实施例所示可折叠终端1000的不同之处在于,可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时(如图12所示),第一盖板层31的周侧面位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的内侧,即,第一盖板层31相对保护贴膜250内缩。其中,第一柔性结构层33的周侧面和柔性胶层34的周侧面均位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的内侧,柔性胶层34的周侧面还位于第一柔性结构层33的周侧面的内侧。
可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时(如图13所示),第一盖板层31的周侧面位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的内侧,即,第一盖板层31仍相对保护贴膜250内缩。其中,第一柔性结构层33的周侧面和柔性胶层34的周侧面均位于保护贴膜250的周侧面的内侧,柔性胶层34的周侧面与第一柔性结构层33的周侧面齐平。在其他一些实施例中,柔性胶层34的周侧面也可位于第一柔性结构层33的周侧面的内侧。
本实施例中,显示屏200还包括遮挡层260,遮挡层260位于保护贴膜250的底面的边缘。其中,遮挡层260可采用不透光材料制成。比如,遮挡层260可为黑色油墨层,或者,遮挡层260可为通过丝印工艺形成的黑色丝印。可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态或展开状态时,遮挡层260可遮挡第一盖板层31的周侧面。其中,遮挡层260的宽度为w 4。示例性的,w 4在0.2mm~1mm之间。
应当理解的是,保护贴膜250的底面的边缘,是指保护贴膜250的底面中靠近保护贴膜250的周侧面的区域。后文中有关“边缘”的描述可做相同理解。
本实施例所述可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,第一盖板层31的周侧面位于保护贴 膜250的周侧面的内侧,遮挡层260遮挡了第一盖板层31的周侧面,显示屏200上仅看到保护贴膜250的周侧面,即显示屏200上仅看到一圈外形,改善了显示屏200的视觉效果,提高了可折叠终端1000的外观精致度。
在其他一些实施例中,保护贴膜250可包括多层贴膜层(图未示)和一层或多层胶层(图未示),任一胶层均连接于相邻两个贴膜层之间。此时,遮挡层260可位于一层贴膜层的底面的边缘。同样的,在可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,遮挡层260可遮挡第一盖板层31的周侧面,提高可折叠终端1000的外观精致度。此外,胶层的面积可小于贴膜层的面积,即胶层可相对贴膜层内缩。此时,胶层的周侧面位于贴膜层的周侧面的内侧。当贴膜层与胶层发生相互错动时,遮挡层260还可以遮挡胶层错动后的残留痕迹,可进一步提高可折叠终端1000的外观精致度。
请参阅图14和图15,图14是图1所示可折叠终端1000在第四种实施例下沿I-I处剖开的局部剖面结构示意图,图15是图2所示可折叠终端1000在第四种实施例下沿II-II处剖开的局部剖面结构示意图。
本实施例所示可折叠终端1000与上述第一种实施例所示可折叠终端1000的不同之处在于,第一盖板层31的顶面包括第三区域311和第四区域312,第四区域312环绕第三区域311设置。示例性的,可折叠终端1000处于展开状态时,第三区域311和第四区域312之间以装饰件300的内表面为分界线进行划分。具体的,第三区域311位于装饰件300的内侧,第四区域312位于装饰件300的底侧,即装饰件300遮盖第四区域312。其中,第三区域311与中心区域247相对应,第四区域312与边缘区域248相对应。此时,保护贴膜250层叠于第三区域311。
本实施例中,保护贴膜250位于装饰件300的内侧,第一盖板层31、第二盖板层32、显示功能层20和支撑层10均位于装饰件300的底侧。具体的,保护贴膜250位于第一装饰部311和第二装饰部321之间,第一盖板层31、第二盖板层32、显示功能层20和支撑层10均位于第一装饰部311和第二装饰部321的底侧。
此外,装饰件300设有避让空间301,避让空间301与第四区域312相对设置,用于避让第一盖板层31的第四区域312,以防止第一盖板层31与装饰件300发生干涉。具体的,第一子装饰件310设有第一避让空间313。其中,第一避让空间313设于第一装饰部311。示例性的,第一避让空间313呈缺口状。第一避让空间313位于第一装饰部311朝向保护贴膜250的一侧,且与第一子防尘件410间隔设置。第一避让空间313的开口位于第一装饰部311的底面。第一避让空间313自第一装饰部311的底面向顶面的方向凹陷,且贯穿第一装饰部311朝向保护贴膜250的表面。
第二子装饰件320设有第二避让空间323,第二避让空间323与第一避让空间313围合形成避让空间301。其中,第二避让空间323设于第二装饰部321。示例性的,第二避让空间323呈缺口状。第二避让空间323位于第二装饰部321朝向保护贴膜250的一侧,且与第二子防尘件420间隔设置。第二避让空间323的开口位于第二装饰部321的底面。第二避让空间323自第二装饰部321的底面向顶面的方向凹陷,且贯穿第二装饰部321朝向保护贴膜250的表面。
可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态和展开状态时,第四区域312在装饰件300上的投影, 部分位于第一避让空间313内,部分位于第二避让空间323内。此时,第一盖板层31可与防尘件400和装饰件300共用沿Z轴方向上的厚度空间,有利于实现可折叠终端1000的轻薄化设计。此外,可折叠终端1000处于折叠状态时,由于装饰件300遮挡第四区域312,显示屏200上仅看到保护贴膜250的边缘,即显示屏200上仅看到一圈外形,改善了显示屏200的视觉效果,提高了可折叠终端1000的外观精致度。
以上描述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内;在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种可折叠终端,其特征在于,包括可折叠装置、显示屏、装饰件和防尘件,所述显示屏安装于所述可折叠装置,所述显示屏包括显示功能层和第一盖板层,所述显示功能层的顶面包括中心区域和环绕所述中心区域的边缘区域,所述第一盖板层层叠于所述显示功能层的顶面,所述装饰件环绕所述显示屏设置,且遮盖所述边缘区域;所述防尘件位于所述边缘区域与所述装饰件之间,且与所述第一盖板层间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括第二盖板层,所述第二盖板层层叠于所述显示功能层的顶面,所述第二盖板层的顶面包括与所述中心区域对应的第一区域、及环绕所述第一区域的第二区域,所述第一盖板层层叠于所述第一区域,所述装饰件还遮盖所述第二区域,所述防尘件位于所述第二区域与所述装饰件之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括保护贴膜,所述保护贴膜层叠于所述第一盖板层的顶面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述保护贴膜位于所述装饰件的内侧,且与所述装饰件间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一盖板层位于所述装饰件的内侧,且与所述装饰件间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述第一盖板层的周侧面与所述保护贴膜的周侧面齐平。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括遮挡层,所述遮挡层位于所述保护贴膜的底面的边缘,所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述第一盖板层的周侧面位于所述保护贴膜的周侧面的内侧,所述遮挡层遮挡所述第一盖板层的周侧面。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述保护贴膜包括多层贴膜层和一层或多层胶层,相邻两层所述贴膜层之间采用所述胶层连接,所述显示面板还包括遮挡层,所述遮挡层位于一层所述贴膜层的底面的边缘,所述可折叠终端处于展开状态时,所述第一盖板层的周侧面位于所述保护贴膜的周侧面的内侧,所述遮挡层遮挡所述第一盖板层的周侧面。
  9. 根据权利要求3或4所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述第一盖板层的顶面包括与所述中心区域对应的第三区域、及环绕所述第三区域的第四区域,所述保护贴膜层叠于 所述第三区域,所述装饰件还遮盖所述第四区域。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述装饰件设有避让空间,所述避让空间与所述第四区域相对设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述显示功能层的顶面为显示面,所述显示面包括显示区域和环绕所述显示区域的非显示区域,所述中心区域包括所述显示区域和部分所述非显示区域,所述边缘区域包括部分所述非显示区。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括支撑层,所述支撑层位于所述显示功能层的底侧,所述显示功能层层叠于所述支撑层的顶面。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠装置设有第一安装槽和环绕所述第一安装槽的第二安装槽,所述显示面板安装于所述第一安装槽,所述装饰件安装于所述第二安装槽。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述可折叠装置还包括第一壳体、第二壳体以及连接于所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体之间的转动机构;
    所述显示面板包括第一部分、第二部分以及连接于所述第一部分和所述第二部分之间的第三部分,所述第一部分安装于所述第一壳体,所述第二部分安装于所述第二壳体,所述第三部分与所述转动机构相对设置;
    所述装饰件包括第一子装饰件和第二子装饰件,所述第一子装饰件安装于所述第一壳体,且环绕所述第一部分设置,所述第二子装饰件安装于所述第二壳体,且环绕所述第二部分设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可折叠终端,其特征在于,所述防尘件包括第一子防尘件和第二子防尘件,所述第一子防尘件位于所述第一子装饰件与所述第一部分之间,所述第二子防尘件位于所述第二子装饰件与所述第二部分之间。
