盖体及应用有该盖体的盛水容器 技术领域
本发明涉及盛水容器领域,尤其涉及一种盖体及应用有该盖体的盛水容器。
背景技术
在日常生活中,诸如饮水杯、保温杯等盛水容器已经成为人们生活的常用产品。盛水容器包括盖体和盛放水或饮料的容器本体。用户在居家、工作或者外出时,随时可以根据需求喝到盛水容器中的水或者其他饮料。
不过,现在的这些盛水容器存在一些问题:盛水容器的盖体与容器本体之间多数是通过螺纹方式紧固在一起。一旦用户需要喝水时,需要用户一个手握住容器本体,另一个手去旋转盖体,如此,才能打开盖体,喝到容器本体中的水。并且,喝完水后,也需要用户双手操作,才能把盖体旋紧到容器本体上,导致现有的盖体难以满足用户单手打开盖体喝水以及单手扣合盖体的日常饮水需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种方便单手开盖及合盖操作的盖体。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种应用有上述盖体的盛水容器。
本发明解决第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该盖体,包括:
盖体座;
上盖,铰接于盖体座上,该上盖具有第一卡扣部;
支架,位于盖体座上;
压环,铰接于支架上,该压环具有可卡扣住上盖的安全扣;
按钮,可转动地设置在盖体座上;
其中,该按钮具有上端部和下端部,该上端部和下端部可绕按钮的中部相对盖体座转动,按钮的上端部具有可与上盖的第一卡扣部互相卡扣的第二卡扣部;
其特征在于,压环通过复位弹性件与支架连接,并且,该压环在相对支架转动且抵触到按钮的下端部时,压环具有施加于该按钮的下端部的顶触力,而使第二卡扣部脱离开第一卡扣部。
优选地,在所述盖体中,所述复位弹性件的一端通过直接或者间接方式连接到支架,所述复位弹性件的另一端连接到压环。
作为复位弹性件的一种实现方式,优选地,在所述盖体中,所述复位弹性件为扭簧。
优选地,所述盖体,还包括有穿过支架的枢轴,且该枢轴穿过压环的相对的两个侧边,所述扭簧套设在枢轴上。
作为复位弹性件的另外一种实现方式,优选地,在所述盖体中,所述复位弹性件为弹性材质部件。例如,此处的弹性材质部件可以是具有弹性的硅胶材质部件,比如是硅胶圈。
作为上述安全扣的设置方式,优选地,在所述盖体中,所述安全扣位于压环的上端。
优选地,在所述盖体中,所述第一卡扣部包括:
第一台阶,所述压环的安全扣可卡扣在该第一台阶上;
第二台阶,位于第一台阶的下方,与所述按钮的第二卡扣部卡扣配合。
为了方便上盖能够更为顺畅地分别与压环、按钮实现卡扣配合,优选地,在所述盖体中,所述上盖的第一卡扣部与所述压环的卡扣配合处具有第一导向面,或者/和,所述上盖的第一卡扣部与所述按钮的卡扣配合处具有第二导向面。
本发明解决第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该盛水容器,包括容器本体,其特征在于,应用有任一项所述的盖体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
首先,该发明通过在现有带压环的盖体结构基础上,通过增加设置盖体与压环之间的卡扣配合结构以及盖体与按钮之间的卡扣配合结构,并令按钮以杠杆方式设置到盖体座的支架上,使得按钮可以在翻转后的压环的顶触下脱离与盖体的卡扣状态,从而方便用户单手操作压环的翻转,就可以解除压环与上盖的卡扣状态以及按钮与上盖的卡扣状态,进而完全打开盖体;在压环和按钮复位后,用户再次单手翻动上盖,就可以很方便地扣合盖体,极大地方便了用户单手开盖和合盖操作;
其次,通过在上盖的第一卡扣部与压环的卡扣配合处以及上盖的第一卡扣部与按钮的卡扣配合处分别设置对应的导向面,可以方便上盖能够更为顺畅地分别与压环、按钮实现卡扣配合。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
如图1~5所示,为本发明盖体的第一个优选实施例。本实施例提供的盖体,可以与诸如杯体等盛水容器本体配合使用。参见图1~5所示,本实施例的盖体包括盖体座11、覆盖在盖体座11上的上盖12、支架13、压环14和按钮15。
其中,盖体座11具有第一轴孔110和出水口111,上盖12具有第一卡扣部121以及用来配合封堵住出水口111的堵水件122,该上盖12的末端具有一对相互对应的第二轴孔120,第二轴孔120与盖体座11的第一轴孔110相互对应设置,上盖12铰接于盖体座11上,具体是通过一外侧套设有扭簧161’的枢轴17’穿过第一轴孔110和第二轴孔120,实现了上盖12与盖体座11之间的铰接;
在本实施例中,堵水件122采用软性硅胶制,以保证上盖12合盖后对出水口111的密封;
支架13设置在盖体座11的外周面上,且支架13具有一对正对设置的第一转轴孔130;
压环14具有两个第二转轴孔140以及可卡扣住上盖12的安全扣141,该安全扣141位于压环14的上端,这两个第二转轴孔140分别位于压环14的相对的两个侧边上,并且该压环14通过一枢轴17铰接在支架13上,具体地,该枢轴17依次穿过支架13的第一转轴孔130、压环14的第二转轴孔140、按钮15的中部;该枢轴17的外侧套设有作为复位弹性件的扭簧161,该扭簧161的一端连接到压环14,该扭簧161的另一端通过直接或者间接方式连接到支架13;
按钮15可上下转动地设置在盖体座11的外周面上,按钮15具有上端部151、下端部152,该上端部151、下端部152可绕按钮15的中部(本实施例中,绕枢轴17)相对盖体座11转动;
按钮15的上端部151具有可与上盖12的第一卡扣部121互相卡扣的第二卡扣部153,下端部152上形成有弹性接触件150,该弹性接触件150可以采用具有弹性的硅胶材料做成,也可以采用弹簧等。
其中,压环14在相对支架13翻转且抵触到按钮15的下端部152时,压环14具有施加给该按钮15的下端部152以令第二卡扣部153脱离开第一卡扣部121的顶触力,而解除第二卡扣部153、第一卡扣部121之间的卡扣状态。
也就是说,用户可以单手通过翻转压环14,压环14的安全扣141首先与上盖12脱离卡扣状态,然后再继续翻转压环14,使该压环14顶触到按钮15的下端部152,扭簧161会因压环14的移动而被压缩变形,由于按钮15以杠杆方式设置在盖体座11上,这样,该下端部152上的弹性接触件150会顶压盖体座11,并且弹性接触件150也随着产生压缩变形,由于上述支点的存在,按钮15的上端部151朝着与下端部152反向的方向移动(即朝着远离盖体座11的方向移动),从而使得上端部151的第二卡扣部153与上盖12的第一卡扣部121脱离卡扣,这样,整个上盖12就被完全打开了。其中,图6、图7和图8分别对应地示出了上盖与压环解除卡扣状态、按钮与上盖解除卡扣状态以及上盖被完全打开时的状态情况。由于扭簧161和弹性接触件150均已经被压缩变形,这样在消除给压环14的翻转力后,扭簧161会在弹性恢复力的作用下产生复位运动,弹性接触件150也会产生复位运动,直到压环14的上端和按钮15再次恢复至原来的位置,具体可以参见图9所示。当然,用户利用单手对已经打开上盖的盖体做反向操作,就可以将上盖12扣合到盖体座11上,实现针对盖体的单手合盖操作。
为了实现上盖分别与压环、按钮之间的卡扣配合,参见图3~5所示,在该实施例中,上盖12的第一卡扣部121包括第一台阶1211和第二台阶1212,第二台阶1212位于第一台阶1211的下方;其中,压环14的安全扣141可卡扣在该第一台阶1211上,实现上盖12与压环14之间的卡扣,按钮15的第二卡扣部153可与第二台阶1212与卡扣,实现上盖12与按钮15之间的卡扣。
在上盖合盖过程中,为了方便上盖能够更为顺畅地分别与压环、按钮实现卡扣配合,参见图3、4、8、9所示,在该实施例中,第一卡扣部121在与压环14的安全扣141相接触的位置具有第一导向面181,以及,第一卡扣部121在与按钮15的第二卡扣部153相接触的位置具有第二导向面181。例如,该第一导向面181可以是形成于第一卡扣部121上,也可以是形成于压环14的安全扣141上;当然,第二导向面181可以是形成于第一卡扣部121上,也可以是形成于按钮15的第二卡扣部153上。通过设置第一导向面181,可以增强上盖12与压环14卡扣时的顺畅程度;通过设置第二导向面181,则可以增强上盖12与按钮15卡扣时的顺畅程度。
如图6-10所示,为应用有本实施例盖体的盛水容器一个优选实施例,该盛水容器具体包括盛水容器本体2和上述的盖体1,盖体1与盛水容器本体2之间通过可拆卸的方式紧固在组装在一起。
实施例二
图11为应用有本发明盖体实施例二的盛水容器。与实施例一中的盖体不同,参见图11所示,该实施例中的复位弹性件为一个弹性材质部件162,具体可以是一个弹性胶圈,即该弹性材质部件162的一端通过直接或者间接方式连接到支架13,该弹性材质部 件162的另一端连接到压环14上。
本实施例的盛水容器,具体包括盛水容器本体2和上述的盖体1,盖体1与盛水容器本体2之间通过可拆卸的方式紧固在组装在一起。

  1. 一种盖体,包括:
    盖体座(11);
    上盖(12),铰接于盖体座(11)上,该上盖(12)具有第一卡扣部(121);
    支架(13),位于盖体座(11)上;
    压环(14),铰接于支架(13)上,该压环(14)具有可卡扣住上盖(12)的安全扣(141);
    按钮(15),可转动地设置在盖体座(11)上;
    其中,该按钮(15)具有上端部(151)和下端部(152),该上端部(151)和下端部(152)可绕按钮(15)的中部相对盖体座(11)转动,按钮(15)的上端部(151)具有可与上盖(12)的第一卡扣部(121)互相卡扣的第二卡扣部(153);
