本申请要求于2021年11月03日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111293979.2、发明名称为“一种门吸结构与一种轨道车辆”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种门吸结构与一种轨道车辆。
背景技术
高速磁浮列车作为高速、绿色、富含科技感的轨道车辆解决方案,其对内装部件设计的人性化、美观性、布局巧妙性提出了更高要求。内部门作为高速磁浮列车车内通过的功能区域,其功能性与美观性的平衡是否能与磁浮车辆科技感完美融合成为了设计的关键。
目前,内部门的无障碍通过止挡直接借用写字楼内无障碍止挡,虽然有充分考虑人员及轮椅通过性,但其主要起到的是止挡作用,其吸附能力不可靠。轨道车辆所用的普通门吸结构吸附可靠但高度较高容易拌脚并影响美观,因此,只能设置在司机室内电器柜或储物柜边缘区域,限制了内门的布置灵活性,同时影响美观。
因此,如何提供一种吸附可靠且通过性高的门吸结构,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种门吸结构,该门吸结构的吸附能力可靠,并且满足无障碍通过要求。本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包括上述门吸结构的轨道车辆。

需要说明的是,基座1可以通过螺栓固定于地板上,优选地,基座1和/或止挡凸起13上设有若干上下贯通的基座安装孔16,基座安装孔16优选设计为沉头螺栓孔,安装后避免螺栓凸出于基座表面。
需要说明的是,本发明可以根据限位部件26以及弹性部件27的具体结构形式来设计支座本体21的结构,其中,限位部件26可以设计为球体结构或销结构,弹性部件27可以为弹簧或金属弹性片等。优选地,弹性部件27为压缩弹簧,限位部件26为铁磁性球。优选地,本方案中的支座本体21上设置有中空的柱塞25,柱塞25内部设有弹性部件27,柱塞25的开口朝下方布置,限位部件26伸出于柱塞25的下方开口。
优选地,支座本体21设有用于容纳柱塞25的安装筒23,柱塞25可拆卸地设置于安装筒23内。如此设置,便于更换和维修柱塞25,柱塞25具体可以通过螺栓或固定销等结构设置于安装筒23内。
优选地,柱塞25的上端开口设有可拆卸的装饰扣盖24。便于拆开柱塞25更换弹性部件27和限位部件26。
优选地,支座本体21上设置有若干贯通的支座安装孔22。
优选地,支座安装孔22为长圆孔。支座安装孔22的长度方向优选与限位部件26的升降方向一致,将支座2安装到门板上时,可以通过长圆孔精确调整支座2距离地板的高度,从而使支座2与基座1能够良好限位配合,同时保证限位部件26能够与限位凹坑12有效吸附。
本发明还提供了一种包括上述门吸结构的轨道车辆,该轨道车辆产生的有益效果的推导过程与上述门吸结构带来的有益效果的推导过程大体类似,故本 文不再赘述。
优选地,该轨道车辆为磁浮列车。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)、基座1能够利用止挡凸起13对支座2限位,利用吸附区域11与支座2的限位部件26吸附贴合,同时基座1轮廓尺寸满足美国ADA Standards for Accessible Design法案设计要求,具备可靠的轮椅通过性,兼顾国内与海外市场应用。
2)、支座2中的限位部件26通过磁性在吸附基座1的吸附区域11的同时,受到弹性部件27的向下压力,起到双重力的可靠保障,在车辆运行时门板保持在原位,不会脱离开门位置。
3)、本发明在保证可靠限位的同时,满足了无障碍通过需求,从而增加了内门布置灵活性,在车内空间密集区域能够灵活布置。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种门吸结构,其特征在于,包括:
    基座,所述基座用于安装在地板上,所述基座的上表面的局部形成吸附区域,所述基座的上表面还设有位于所述吸附区域一侧的止挡凸起,所述吸附区域的一侧与所述止挡凸起的下端相连且另一侧延伸至所述基座的边缘,所述吸附区域包括限位凹坑,所述止挡凸起的上边缘与所述基座的上边缘之间通过坡度小于等于1:2的过渡坡面相接;
    支座,所述支座用于安装在门板上,所述支座包括支座本体、限位部件和弹性部件,所述限位部件通过所述弹性部件可升降地活动连接于所述支座本体,所述限位部件伸出于所述支座本体的下端,所述限位部件能够与所述限位凹坑磁性吸附,所述弹性部件用于对所述限位部件施加向下的压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述基座的上边缘与所述基座的底面之间的距离小于等于6.4mm,所述止挡凸起的上边缘与所述基座的底面之间的距离小于等于13mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述止挡凸起朝向所述吸附区域的一侧面相对所述吸附区域的表面垂直布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述基座与所述吸附区域相连的一侧边缘为直线形边缘,所述基座的另一侧边缘为圆弧形边缘。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述基座和/或所述止挡凸起上设有若干上下贯通的基座安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述支座本体上设置有中空的柱塞,所述柱塞内部设有所述弹性部件,所述柱塞的开口朝下方布置,所述限位部件伸出于所述柱塞的下方开口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述支座本体设有用于容纳所述柱塞的安装筒,所述柱塞可拆卸地设置于所述安装筒内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述柱塞的上端开口设有可拆卸的装饰扣盖。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述弹性部件为压缩弹簧,所述限位部件为铁磁性球。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述支座本体上设置有若干贯通的支座安装孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的门吸结构,其特征在于,所述支座安装孔为长圆孔。
  12. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的门吸结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的轨道车辆,其特征在于,所述轨道车辆为磁浮列车。
