一种摩擦焊式组装快速加热冷却板,主要由上盖板、下底板、左侧板(13)、右侧板(14)、前侧板(11)、后侧板(12)焊接组成。在后侧板(12)的面上有蒸汽进汽孔(15)、腔内排水孔(19)、冷却进出水孔(17和18),在左侧板(13)、右侧板(14)上有蒸汽排水孔(16),组装成的结构内有加热及冷却的密集页片结构(21),可进行快速的冷热传导交换,并在结构内有加热冷却流道。摩擦焊式组装快速加热冷却板能快速地进行热交换,减少一般加热冷却板的传热效率不高或结构强度不大的问题。

加热冷却板是一种在不同温度的两种或两种以上流体间实现冷热量传递的工作设备,是使温度较高的流体经加热板传递给需加热的产品,使产品达到生产工艺条件的需要,,目前市面上的加热冷却板在传统的技术结构上无法达到更佳的换热面积效率,因此造成生产企业生产效率低,解决企业提高生产效率减低成本的问题。

将上盖板和下底板J上下组合,再拼装前后左右面侧板,用搅拌摩擦焊接完成,在后侧板及左右侧板面上钻蒸汽进气孔,蒸汽排水孔,冷却进水孔,冷却排水孔,腔内排水孔及开螺纹,焊装开孔完成后,腔体内部形成一个有页片结构的孔位流道,冷热流体进入腔内可快速被页片式结构壁面吸收传导,进行快速的加热冷却。

本实用新型的工作原理:
1.此一种摩擦焊式组装快速加热冷却板,焊接组装,开孔并丝攻螺纹完成后,形成外部有冷热源进出的孔位,连接内部的孔位流道及页片式间隙的吸热降温的页片,冷热流体经孔位进入腔体内部,经页片快速吸热及降温,在加热板中进行快速换热。
本实用新型具有以下优点:本实用新型此一种摩擦焊式组装快速加热冷却板,对热交换时因有大面积的交换热页片,解决了目前市面上大部份使用管孔式的加热板,因导热面积小而形成换热效率不高的问题,并解决,组装式加热板或传统焊接加热板焊接后强度不高的问题。

- 根据权利要求2本实用新型所述的一种摩擦焊式组装快速加热冷却板,其特征在于,焊接组装完成后腔体内部为密集页片式结构,加热冷却流体经外侧的蒸汽进气孔,蒸汽排水孔,冷却进水孔,冷却排水孔,腔内排水孔进出,流体经过腔体内的腔内页片结构及腔内孔流道,由腔内页片结构快速的进行加热冷却。

- 根据权利要求4本实用新型所述的一种摩擦焊式组装快速加热冷却板,其特征在于,前侧板,后侧板,左侧板,右侧板有外凸设计,在上盖板A,下底板JB,上盖板C,下底板JD,上盖板E,下底板JF,上盖板G,下底板JH,上盖板I,下底板J则有内凹设计,此设计在用固定制具组装完成后,用搅拌摩擦焊在摩擦焊缝处焊接而成。
