Description

背景技术

为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型的实施例提供一种三合一固定支架,通过设置固定机构,本实用新型采用的三合一安装的支架结构,可以有效的将风扇、负离子发生器和加热器进行组合式的层叠固定,将传统的风扇、负离子发生器和加热器的单个固定支架结构设计成了可集中安装的三合一支架,有效的将风扇、PCT加热器和负离子发生器进行组合安装,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种三合一固定支架,包括PCT加热器,所述PCT加热器背面设有固定机构;
所述固定机构包括支架主体,所述支架主体正面设有多个卡扣,所述卡扣包括卡扣板,所述卡扣板横截面形状设置为等腰梯形,所述卡扣板顶部固定设有卡扣头,所述卡扣板与支架主体固定连接,所述支架主体横截面形状设置为回字形,所述支架主体内侧设有马达固定座,所述马达固定座表面开设有负离子PCB板安装腔,所述负离子PCB板安装腔表面开设有多个导线安 装孔,所述马达固定座外侧设有多个支架延长杆,所述支架延长杆表面贯穿设有负离子放电头导线腔,所述负离子放电头导线腔一侧设有放电头安装孔,所述支架延长杆一端设有固定头,所述固定头表面设有支架固定孔,所述卡扣板两侧均设有夹角限制板,所述夹角限制板横截面形状设置为三角形,所述夹角限制板两侧均设有限位撑板。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述负离子PCB板安装腔内部设有负离子发生器PCB板,所述负离子发生器PCB板顶部固定设有负离子发生器。

2、通过设置负离子放电头、扇叶和PCT加热器,与现有技术相比,与传统的小型的风扇相比,该结构将增加负离子功能和加热功能集中在扇叶和风扇马达的结构上,使得小型风扇可以随意的组合,根据需要将小型风扇的功能延展,使得小型风扇通过组合可以达到加热和增加负离子的效果。
