本专利申请要求于2021年10月22日提交的中国专利申请No.CN202111234099.8和No.CN202111235648.3的优先权。在先申请的公开内容通过整体引用并入本申请。
技术领域
本申请属于教具清洗技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种板擦清洗设备及带有板擦清洗功能的黑板。
背景技术
黑板和板擦是教师等人群常用的教学工具。粉笔书写后,需要板擦将字迹清除干净,方便后续的书写。现有的板擦大多设有吸水效果极佳的海绵,擦拭下来的粉尘会聚集在海绵内,影响后续字体的擦除。因此要经常对板擦进行清洗,以便能够擦净黑板。
目前的现有技术中,板擦使用一段时间后,使用人员一般在容器中装水,并在容器内高于液面的位置设置托板。清洗时,先将板擦浸泡在水中,使板擦内吸附一定量水后,再将板擦转移至托板上,用手按压多次,使板擦内含有粉尘的污水排放至容器中,达到清洗板擦的目的。上述装置在使用时费时费力,不仅容易污染手部,还容易造成污水的外溢,对板擦的清洗效果也较差,影响了擦黑板的洁净度。
技术问题
本申请的目的在于提供一种板擦清洗设备及带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,能够方便地进行板擦的清洗,保证了清洗的洁净度,提高了清洗效率以及擦黑板的便利性。
技术解决方案
本申请采用的技术方案是:第一方面,本申请提供一种板擦清洗设备,包括:
清洗箱,开口向上设置;
滤水盒,设置于清洗箱内,用于承托板擦,滤水盒的底部设有贯通孔,滤水盒与清洗箱之间形成位于滤水盒下部的收集腔;
挤压组件,设置于滤水盒的上方,用于下压板擦以挤出污水,挤压组件具有能够上下移动以挤压板擦的下压臂;
喷淋件,设置于滤水盒的上方,用于向板擦的外周壁上喷水;以及
底喷头,设置于滤水盒的下方,底喷头的开口向上,用于喷淋板擦。
一些实施例中,滤水盒的内底壁上设有向上凸起以增大与板擦的接触面积的挤压凸起,挤压凸起能够配合挤压组件挤压板擦。
一些实施例中,贯通孔设有若干个,且若干个贯通孔为长轴相互平行设置的长圆孔,挤压凸起为条形凸起,挤压凸起的延伸方向垂直于长圆孔的长轴方向设置,且挤压凸起跨设于贯通孔的上方。
在一种可能的实现方式中,滤水盒的上边缘设有向外下方折弯的挂檐,挂檐用于挂设于清洗箱的上缘。
在一种可能的实现方式中,清洗箱的内底面上设有若干个向上延伸、并用于承托滤水盒的承托柱,承托柱的上端设有倒锥形的锥形台。
一些实施例中,清洗箱的内侧壁上还设有向内凸起以承托滤水盒的底面外缘的限位台,限位台的顶面与锥形台的顶面齐平。
一些实施例中,滤水盒的中部设有向上凸起以承托板擦的承托台,贯通孔设置于承托台上,承托台的外周与滤水盒的内壁之间形成导流凹槽,导流凹槽上设有上下贯通的导水孔。
一些实施例中,承托台的边缘还设有向上凸起以限位板擦的限位圈,在垂直于限位圈走向的方向上,限位圈的纵向截面为等腰三角形。
一些实施例中,限位圈上间隔设有若干个用于向外导送污水的出水槽,出水槽与导水孔内外对应。
在一种可能的实现方式中,清洗箱的底部还设有排水管,底喷头与贯通孔上下对应。
一些实施例中,下压臂的下端设有压座,压座的底面具有与板擦的顶面一致的弧度,压座的底面设有垫片,用于与板擦接触以挤压板擦。

黑板本体,一侧设有安装部,安装部上设有开口向外的安装腔;
集水盒,设置于安装腔的底部;
滤水盒,设置于集水盒内,且用于承托板擦,滤水盒上设有上下贯通的滤孔;
喷水件,设置于集水盒的底部,且位于滤水盒下方,用于向板擦喷水;
挤压件,设置于安装腔的顶部,用于下压板擦以挤出污水;以及
副喷头,设置于滤水盒的上方,用于喷淋板擦的周壁。
在一种可能的实现方式中,喷水件包括:
供水管,贯穿集水盒的侧壁设置;
喷头,喷头的喷水口向上设置,且与滤孔上下对应。
在一种可能的实现方式中,滤水盒的上边缘设有向外折弯以挂设于集水盒的上边缘的挂接部,集水盒内设有向上延伸以承托于滤水盒的底面的受力柱,受力柱的上端设有向外周延伸的扩展部,扩展部的顶面贴合于滤水盒的底面。
一些实施例中,挤压件包括:
升降臂,升降臂的固定端连接于安装腔的内顶面上,升降臂的伸缩端向下延伸;

在一种可能的实现方式中,安装部上还铰接有用于封堵安装腔的开口的启闭门,启闭门远离铰接点的一侧与安装部之间还设有锁定组件,锁定组件包括:
锁定座,设置于安装部上,且具有上下贯穿的卡接槽;
锁定条,一端转动连接于启闭门上、并能够在竖向平面内摆动,另一端设有适于卡接于卡接槽内的卡接销。
在一种可能的实现方式中,滤孔在滤水盒的底壁和周壁上分别设有若干个,滤孔为长圆孔。
一些实施例中,滤水盒的内底面上设有纵横交错的加强筋。
一些实施例中,滤水盒的底面上还设有排水槽,排水槽靠近滤水盒的周壁设置,且排水槽内也设有滤孔,加强筋位于排水槽的内圈。
在一种可能的实现方式中,副喷头设有若干个,均朝向滤水盒的中心设置,副喷头自上而下向靠近板擦的一侧倾斜设置。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例所示的板擦清洗设备,利用喷淋件向板擦的外周喷水,板擦将水吸附至内部,挤压组件对板擦进行挤压,使板擦内吸附的水排出,同时将粉尘带出,污水经滤水盒的贯通孔流至下方的收集腔内,在利用喷淋件对板擦的外周部位进行喷淋的同时,还借助底喷头对板擦的底部喷水,提高板擦的吸水效率。该设备便于进行板擦的清洗,可利用洁净的水进行板擦清洗,利用污水带出板擦中的粉尘,保证板擦的洁净度,避免板擦对清洗后污水的再次吸附,保证了板擦清洗的洁净度,提高了清洗效率。
与现有技术相比,本申请实施例所示的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,黑板本体侧部的安装部上设有安装腔,集水盒与滤水盒设置在安装腔内,通过滤水盒上方的副喷头喷淋板擦的周壁,通过滤水盒下方的喷水件向板擦底部喷射清洁水,板擦在挤压件的挤压作用下,利用水将板擦内的粉尘排出,污水经滤水盒的滤孔落至集水盒内,提高了板擦的清洗效率,保证了板擦的清洗质量,安装部位于黑板本体的侧部,便于进行板擦的清洗和使用状态的快速切换,具有良好的使用便利性。

与现有技术相比,本实施例提供的板擦清洗设备,利用喷淋件4向板擦6的外周喷水,板擦6将水吸附至内部,挤压组件3对板擦6进行挤压,使板擦6内吸附的水排出,同时将粉尘带出,污水经滤水盒2的贯通孔21流至下方的收集腔11内,在利用喷淋件4对板擦6的外周部位进行喷淋的同时,还借助底喷头41对板擦6的底部喷水,提高板擦6的吸水效率。该设备便于进行板擦6的清洗,可利用洁净的水进行板擦6清洗,通过挤压组件3的下压作用排出粉尘,保证板擦6的洁净度,避免板擦6对清洗后污水的再次吸附,保证清洗的彻底性,提高了板擦6的清洁度。
在一些实施例中,上述特征滤水盒2可以采用如图4所示结构。参见图4,滤水盒2的内底壁上设有向上凸起以增大与板擦6的接触面积的挤压凸起22,挤压凸起22能够配合挤压组件3挤压板擦6。
在滤水盒2的内底壁上设置有挤压凸起22,挤压凸起22能够增大与板擦6底部的接触面积。在挤压组件3的挤压作用下,可快速的将板擦6内部的水分挤出,利用污水将粉尘带出板擦6并送入收集腔11内,挤压凸起22增大了与板擦6之间的接触面积,提高了挤压组件3的挤压效果,有效地提高了挤压效率,保证了板擦6清洗的洁净度。
在一些实施例中,上述特征贯通孔21可以采用如图4所示结构。参见图4,贯通孔21设有若干个,且若干个贯通孔21为长轴相互平行设置的长圆孔,挤压凸起22为条形凸起,挤压凸起22的延伸方向垂直于长圆孔的长轴方向设置,且挤压凸起22跨设于贯通孔21的上方。
滤水盒2内设有多个贯通孔21,以便将板擦6内挤出的水分输送至收集腔11内,避免板擦6内挤出的污水在滤水盒2内积聚,进而影响板擦6后续的清洗效果。具体的,贯通孔21为长圆孔,由于长圆孔具有更大的过水面积,能将污水快速地向收集腔11内导送。
挤压凸起22采用条形凸起的结构形式,该结构有助于增大滤水盒2的结构强度,避免滤水盒2上设置贯通孔21造成的滤水盒2强度衰减,使滤水盒2能够有效的承托板擦6,并承受挤压组件3的下压力,便于板擦6的清洗过程顺利进行。
具体的,挤压凸起22跨设在贯通孔21的上方,并不影响贯通孔21的过水面积,同时还能增大滤水盒2的结构强度。
进一步的,挤压凸起22的延伸方向垂直于贯通孔21的长轴方向,一方面能最大限度的避免对贯通孔21形成封堵,另一方面还能够避免由于设置贯通孔21造成的强度衰减,挤压凸起22可以将贯通孔21两侧的区域有效衔接,挤压凸起22与相邻两个贯通孔21之间的实体区域形成纵横交错的格栅结构,提高了滤水盒2的结构强度,便于抵抗挤压组件3挤压过程中对滤水盒2施加的下压力,保证了滤水盒2结构的稳定性,延长了设备的使用寿命。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征滤水盒2采用如图2和图3所示结构。参见图2和图3,滤水盒2的上边缘设有向外下方折弯的挂檐23,挂檐23用于挂设于清洗箱1的上缘。
滤水盒2与清洗箱1之间可采用固定连接的形式,也可以采用可拆卸连接的形式。当滤水盒2与清洗箱1之间采用可拆卸连接的形式时,可利用卡接、螺纹连接或插接等多种不同的连接方式进行连接,在此不做具体限定。
具体的,在滤水盒2的上边缘设置有挂檐23,挂檐23连接在滤水盒2的边缘位置,向滤水盒2的外周延伸后再向下折弯。挂檐23形成开口向下的容置空间,清洗箱1的上缘可伸入上述容置空间中,借助挂檐23将滤水盒2挂在清洗箱1上,使滤水盒2的底面与清洗箱1的内底面之间具有一定空间,形成能够储存污水的收集腔11。滤水盒2可方便地从清洗箱1上拆除,便于后续清洗箱1的清洁处理。
一些可能的实现方式中,参见图2,清洗箱1的内底面上设有若干个向上延伸、并用于承托滤水盒2的承托柱12,承托柱12的上端设有倒锥形的锥形台13。
由于挤压组件3在下压过程中,滤水盒2会受到较大的下压力。挤压凸起22的设置能够保证滤水盒2的结构稳定性,还需要借助设置在清洗箱1的内底面上的承托柱12,保证滤水盒2与清洗箱1之间相对位置的稳定性。
当挤压组件3挤压滤水盒2时,滤水盒2底部能够抵接顶紧在承托柱12的顶部,承托柱12提供可靠的承托力,避免滤水盒2所受压力过大造成的结构损坏。
在此基础上,为了增大对滤水盒2的承托面积,在承托柱12的上端设置了锥形台13。锥形台13的大直径一端向上设置,能够对滤水盒2进行可靠的承托,有效地抵抗挤压组件3的下压力,保证下压臂31对板擦6大的挤压作用,使板擦6内的污水能够快速及时的排出。
具体的,如图1所示,为了避免下压臂31下压板擦6时压力过大造成板擦6局部位置的损坏,在下压臂31的下端设置了压座32,压座32的底面具有与板擦6的顶面一致的弧度,能够实现对板擦6顶面较大面积的贴合。
进一步的,压座32的底面上还设置了垫片33,垫片33为橡胶或硅胶等材质制作而成的柔性构件,能够与板擦6之间形成柔性接触,实现下压力在板擦6上的均匀分布,保证板擦6下部各点位均能得到有效挤压,提高了污水的排出速度。
在一些实施例中,上述特征清洗箱1可以采用如图2所示结构。参见图2,清洗箱1的内侧壁上还设有向内凸起以承托滤水盒2的底面外缘的限位台14,限位台14的顶面与锥形台13的顶面(即锥形台13小直径的端面)齐平。
下压臂31在利用下方的压座32和垫片33对板擦6进行挤压清洗的过程中,会使滤水盒2的边缘对清洗箱1的上缘形成较大的下压力,为了避免挂檐23所受压力过大造成的损坏,在清洗箱1的内侧壁上还设置有限位台14,限位台14向收集腔11的中心处凸起,借助限位台14的顶面实现对滤水盒2底面外周边缘位置的有效承托。
限位台14在滤水盒2的内侧壁上沿周向延伸,形成封闭环,可以对滤水盒2的底部四周边缘起到均匀的承托作用,保证滤水盒2的受力均衡,保证板擦6的挤压清洗效果,提高了清洗质量。
在一些实施例中,上述特征滤水盒2可以采用如图1-图3所示结构。滤水盒2的中部设有向上凸起以承托板擦6的承托台24,贯通孔21设置于承托台24上,承托台24的外周与滤水盒2的内壁之间形成导流凹槽26,导流凹槽26上设有上下贯通的导水孔27。
在对板擦6进行挤压的过程中,为了使挤出的污水能够顺畅的排放至下部的收集腔11内,在滤水盒2的中部设置有承托台24,承托台24用于承托板擦6,使板擦6的底部高于导流凹槽26的底部,利用导流凹槽26将板擦6外周溢出的污水导送至收集腔11内。
同时,板擦6底面上排出的污水则通过承托台24上的贯通孔21流至收集腔11内,实现了污水的分区域导流,便于提高污水的排放效率,避免污水排出速度慢造成积聚,影响板擦6的清洗效率。
进一步的,导水孔27也为长圆孔,且沿导流凹槽26的走向延伸一定长度,便于提高污水的排放速度。
在一些实施例中,上述特征承托台24可以采用如图3所示结构。参见图3,承托台24的边缘还设有向上凸起以限位板擦6的限位圈25,在垂直于限位圈25走向的方向上,限位圈25的纵向截面为等腰三角形。
由于板擦6内各位置存在水分含量不同、出水速度不均的问题,所以在板擦6受到下压臂31的下压作用时,容易导致挤压过程中板擦6位置的错动,上述位置的错动不仅不利于板擦6内污水的均匀排出,且容易造成滤水盒2或清洗箱1等构件的损坏。
针对上述问题,在承托台24的外周边缘还设置了限位圈25,限位圈25用于套设在板擦6的外周,可对板擦6的平面位置进行限定。限位圈25的纵截面为三角形,一方面可减少材料用量,降低构件成本,另一方面,限位圈25的内侧面可对板擦6的放入方向进行导向,使其顺利进入限位圈25内,提高了放置效率,且能借助限位圈25的内侧面底部对板擦6形成可靠限位,避免因直接将限位圈25内部尺寸设置成与板擦6尺寸一致而造成的板擦6取出困难的问题。
在一些实施例中,上述特征限位圈25可以采用如图4所示结构。参见图4,限位圈25上间隔设有若干个用于向外导送污水的出水槽28,出水槽28与导水孔27内外对应。
限位圈25在对板擦6进行位置限定的同时,为了避免限位圈25影响板擦6内的污水向外周排出,在限位圈25上设置了多个出水槽28,出水槽28与导水孔27内外对应,便于污水的快速排出,缩短了污水在导流凹槽26中留存时间,保证板擦6内的污水集中排放至收集腔11内,提高板擦6的清洗效率。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征清洗箱1采用如图1和图2所示结构。参见图1和图2,清洗箱1的底部还设有排水管5,底喷头41与贯通孔21上下对应。
在滤水盒2的下方设置有底喷头41,在利用喷淋件4对板擦6的外周部位进行喷淋的同时,还借助底喷头41对板擦6的底部喷水。底喷头41中喷出的水可通过贯通孔21向上渗入板擦6的底部,提高板擦6的吸水效率。
为了便于清洗箱1内污水的及时排出,实现不同板擦6的连续清洗,在清洗箱1的底部设置有排水管5,排水管5能将含有粉尘的污水从收集腔11内排出,使清洗操作能够持续进行。
请一并参阅图5至图9,现对本申请提供的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板进行说明。带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,包括黑板本体7、集水盒8、滤水盒2、喷水件9、副喷头10以及挤压件15,黑板本体7的一侧设有安装部71,安装部71上设有开口向外的安装腔72;集水盒8设置于安装腔72的底部;滤水盒2设置于集水盒8内,且用于承托板擦6,滤水盒2上设有上下贯通的滤孔203;喷水件9设置于集水盒8的底部,且位于滤水盒2下方,用于向板擦6喷水;副喷头10设置于滤水盒2的上方,用于喷淋板擦6的周壁;挤压件15设置于安装腔72的顶部,用于下压板擦6。
与现有技术相比,本实施例提供的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,黑板本体7侧部的安装部71上设有安装腔72,集水盒8与滤水盒2设置在安装腔72内,通过滤水盒2上方的副喷头10喷淋板擦6的周壁,通过滤水盒2下方的喷水件9向板擦6底部喷射清洁水,板擦6底部的海绵吸收清洁水,并在挤压件15的挤压作用下,利用水将板擦6内的粉尘排出,污水经滤水盒2的滤孔203落至集水盒8内,提高了板擦6的清洗效率,保证了板擦6的清洗质量,安装部71位于黑板本体7的侧部,便于书写人员根据板擦6的使用情况对板擦6进行清洗操作,实现板擦6清洗状态和使用状态的快速切换,具有良好的使用便利性。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征喷水件9采用如图6和图9所示结构。参见图6和图9,喷水件9包括供水管91以及与供水管91连通的喷头92,供水管91贯穿集水盒8的侧壁设置;喷头92的喷水口向上设置,且与滤孔203上下对应。
喷水件9用于从滤水盒2的下方向板擦6上喷淋清洁水,以实现板擦6的清洗。利用供水管91向喷头92内供入清洁水,供水管91上设有阀门,可对其供水进行控制。供水管91的端部贯穿安装腔72的侧壁和集水盒8的侧壁向滤水盒2的底面延伸,喷头92的喷水口向上设置,且与滤孔203上下对应,便于水自下而上喷入板擦6的底部,使板擦6底部的海绵内能吸附较多的水,在挤压件15的挤压作用下,水可以携带板擦6内的粉尘形成污水,污水从滤孔203内流至集水盒8内。
具体的,将滤孔203尺寸适当加大,保证向上喷射的清洁水和向下流动的污水均能按照所需方向有序流动,避免过水面积太小造成喷射不到位或者污水排放不流畅的问题,有效的提高了板擦6的清洗效率。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征滤水盒2采用如图7和图8所示结构。参见图7和图8,滤水盒2的上边缘设有向外折弯以挂设于集水盒8的上边缘的挂接部201,集水盒8内设有向上延伸以承托于滤水盒2的底面的受力柱81,受力柱81的上端设有向外周延伸的扩展部82,扩展部82的顶面贴合于滤水盒2的底面上。
滤水盒2设置在集水盒8内,滤水盒2的外底面与集水盒8的内底面之间具有一定的间距,该空间用于容纳上方滤水盒2中流下的污水。在滤水盒2的上边缘设置了挂接部201,挂接部201向外周方向延伸,滤水盒2借助挂接部201挂在集水盒8的上边缘。
在利用挂接部201对滤水盒2进行安装的基础上,集水盒8的底部还设置有受力柱81。受力柱81上端的扩展部82的截面积自下而上逐渐变大,可通过上部面积较大的顶面与滤水盒2进行大面积的接触,实现对滤水盒2的有效承托。
滤水盒2借助挂接部201以及下部受力柱81的综合作用,能够保持其在集水盒8内位置的稳定,即使板擦6受到挤压件15的挤压作用,集水盒8也不会产生过大变形,对板擦6具有良好的承托能力。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征挤压件15采用如图6和图9所示结构。参见图6和图9,挤压件15包括升降臂151以及挤压板152,升降臂151的固定端连接于安装腔72的内顶面上;挤压板152连接于升降臂151的伸缩端,用于与板擦6的顶面抵接以挤压板擦6。
挤压件15用于向下挤压板擦6,以使板擦6的海绵受压压缩,进而利用水将海绵内的粉尘带出。升降臂151具有伸缩端,伸缩端在升降臂151的伸缩作用下能够带动挤压板152下移,并挤压板擦6的顶面,实现对板擦6的挤压作用,使海绵内部的水携带粉尘形成污水,并经滤水盒2的滤孔203流入集水盒8内。
具体的,升降臂151可以采用液压缸、丝杠或齿轮齿条组件进行升降动作,升降臂151的伸缩带动可以降低人工挤压的劳动强度,保证了挤压动作的力度和频率,实现海绵内部污水的有效排放。上述清洗方式,相对于传统的将板擦6多次浸入同一容器中吸水并挤压的方式,可有效提高清洗的洁净度,避免了清洗不彻底的问题。
在一些实施例中,上述特征挤压板152可以采用如图7和图9所示结构。参见图7和图9,挤压板152的底面上设有向下凸起的限位环153,限位环153用于环设于板擦6的顶部外周以限位板擦6。
挤压板152上还设置了向下凸起的限位环153,用于对板擦6顶部的四周边缘进行限位。当挤压板152在升降臂151的带动下下压板擦6时,板擦6被限位在限位环153内,稳定的处于同一水平位置,避免板擦6顶面各点位受到挤压板152的压力作用不均产生水平位移,保证挤压板152的底面与板擦6的顶面充分接触,实现对海绵部位的全面挤压,有效的提高了挤压荷载的均布性,保证板擦6底部的海绵得到充分有效的清洗,提高了清洗的洁净度,保证板擦6后续的正常使用。
限位环153的纵向截面为直角梯形,其中直角梯形的斜边靠近限位环153的内侧设置,在挤压板152下移时,可将板擦6导送至限位环153的中部,保证限位环153对板擦6的限位作用,保证板擦6清洗过程中构件相对位置的稳定。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征安装部71采用如图5所示结构。参见图5,安装部71上还铰接有用于封堵安装腔72的开口的启闭门16,启闭门16远离铰接点的一侧与安装部71之间还设有锁定组件,锁定组件包括锁定座132以及锁定条131,锁定座132设置于安装部71上,且具有上下贯穿的卡接槽;锁定条131的一端转动连接于启闭门16上、并能够在竖向平面内摆动,另一端设有适于卡接于卡接槽内的卡接销。
安装部71上的启闭门16用于封堵安装腔72的前侧开口,启闭门16转动连接在安装部71的前侧面上,可方便的实现打开和关闭。锁定组件可使启闭门16保持在关闭状态。在利用板擦6擦拭黑板本体7的过程中,启闭门16处于关闭状态,此时锁定条131能够旋转至卡接销与卡接槽相互卡接的位置,保持锁定座132和锁定条131之间相对位置的稳定。
进一步的,可以在启闭门16上粘贴课程表或上课时间表等图表,能够实现空间的有效利用,提高黑板的整体美观性和实用性。
锁定条131能够在竖直平面内自由摆动,进而使卡接销进行位置变换,使其进入卡接槽内,或从卡接槽内脱出。当需要锁定时,旋转锁定条131使其端部的卡接销能够卡接于锁定座132的卡接槽内,保证启闭门16处于关闭状态。
一些可能的实现方式中,上述特征滤孔203采用如图8所示结构。参见图8,滤孔203在滤水盒2的底壁和周壁上分别设有若干个,滤孔203为长圆孔。
为了提高滤孔203的排水效率,将滤孔203设置为长圆孔的形式。相比圆形的滤孔,可以有效增大排水面积,保证污水的快速排出。
在一些实施例中,上述特征滤水盒2可以采用如图8所示结构。参见图8,滤水盒2的内底面上设有纵横交错的加强筋202。
滤水盒2的内底面上设置能够增强滤水盒2底部结构强度的加强筋202,避免板擦6受到挤压并将力传递给滤水盒2时,对滤水盒2产生破坏作用。加强筋202采用纵横交错布设的形式,使得纵横方向的加强筋202围合成的区域内具有滤孔203,即滤孔203处不被加强筋202遮挡,保证污水的有效排出。
作为一个并列的实施例,如果纵横方向的加强筋202围合成的区域内没有滤孔203,则需要在加强筋202上设有内外贯通的连通口,使围合成的区域与滤孔203之间能够有效连通,保证良好的排水性能。
在一些实施例中,上述特征滤水盒2可以采用如图8和图9所示结构。参见图8和图9,滤水盒2的底面上还设有排水槽204,排水槽204靠近滤水盒2的周壁设置,且排水槽204内也设有滤孔203,加强筋202位于排水槽204的内圈。
在滤水盒2的底面上靠近外周边缘的位置设置了向下凹陷的排水槽204,能够实现污水的有效汇集,避免污水从海绵内挤出后排放不及时造成污水重新吸入,保证了板擦6清洗的洁净度。
另外,滤水盒2的周壁上也设有滤孔203,周壁上的滤孔203靠近排水槽204设置,能够进一步提高排水速率。在此基础上,为了避免滤孔203的设置影响滤水盒2的结构强度,还可以设置与滤孔203走向垂直设置的加强筋202,以增强滤水盒2的结构强度。
参见图6和图9,在利用喷水件9向海绵上喷水的基础上,还利用滤水盒2上方的副喷头10喷淋板擦6的周壁。副喷头10设有若干个,均朝向滤水盒2的中心设置,副喷头10自上而下向靠近板擦6的一侧倾斜设置。
滤水盒2上方的副喷头10用于向板擦6的擦拭部位的外周进行喷淋,副喷头10由外而内向下倾斜设置,可以对板擦6的外周,尤其对擦拭部位的下部进行集中的喷刷,形成良好的冲洗作用,结合挤压件15的挤压效果,使板擦6下部海绵得到更好的清洁,避免喷水件9供水不足所造成的清洗不彻底的问题,提高了清洁度。

Claims (21)

  1. 板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,包括:
    清洗箱,开口向上设置;
    滤水盒,设置于所述清洗箱内,用于承托板擦,所述滤水盒的底部设有贯通孔,所述滤水盒与所述清洗箱之间形成位于所述滤水盒下部的收集腔;
    挤压组件,设置于所述滤水盒的上方,用于下压所述板擦以挤出污水,所述挤压组件具有能够上下移动以挤压所述板擦的下压臂;
    喷淋件,设置于所述滤水盒的上方,用于向所述板擦的外周壁上喷水;以及
    底喷头,设置于所述滤水盒的下方,所述底喷头的开口向上,用于喷淋所述板擦。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述滤水盒的内底壁上设有向上凸起以增大与所述板擦的接触面积的挤压凸起,所述挤压凸起能够配合所述挤压组件挤压所述板擦。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述贯通孔设有若干个,且若干个所述贯通孔为长轴相互平行设置的长圆孔,所述挤压凸起为条形凸起,所述挤压凸起的延伸方向垂直于所述长圆孔的长轴方向设置,且所述挤压凸起跨设于所述贯通孔的上方。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述滤水盒的上边缘设有向外下方折弯的挂檐,所述挂檐用于挂设于所述清洗箱的上缘。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述清洗箱的内底面上设有若干个向上延伸、并用于承托所述滤水盒的承托柱,所述承托柱的上端设有倒锥形的锥形台。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述清洗箱的内侧壁上还设有向内凸起以承托所述滤水盒的底面外缘的限位台,所述限位台的顶面与所述锥形台的顶面齐平。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述滤水盒的中部设有向上凸起以承托所述板擦的承托台,所述贯通孔设置于所述承托台上,所述承托台的外周与所述滤水盒的内壁之间形成导流凹槽,所述导流凹槽上设有上下贯通的导水孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述承托台的边缘还设有向上凸起以限位所述板擦的限位圈;在垂直于所述限位圈走向的方向上,所述限位圈的纵向截面为等腰三角形。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述限位圈上间隔设有若干个用于向外导送污水的出水槽,所述出水槽与所述导水孔内外对应。
  10. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述清洗箱的底部还设有排水管,所述底喷头与所述贯通孔上下对应。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的板擦清洗设备,其特征在于,所述下压臂的下端设有压座,所述压座的底面具有与所述板擦的顶面一致的弧度,所述压座的底面设有垫片,用于与所述板擦接触以挤压所述板擦。
  12. 带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,包括:
    黑板本体,一侧设有安装部,所述安装部上设有开口向外的安装腔;
    集水盒,设置于所述安装腔的底部;
    滤水盒,设置于所述集水盒内,且用于承托板擦,所述滤水盒上设有上下贯通的滤孔;
    喷水件,设置于所述集水盒的底部,且位于所述滤水盒下方,用于向所述板擦喷水;
    挤压件,设置于所述安装腔的顶部,用于下压所述板擦以挤出污水;以及
    副喷头,设置于所述滤水盒的上方,用于喷淋所述板擦的周壁。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述喷水件包括:
    供水管,贯穿所述集水盒的侧壁设置;
    喷头,所述喷头的喷水口向上设置,且与所述滤孔上下对应。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述滤水盒的上边缘设有向外折弯以挂设于所述集水盒的上边缘的挂接部,所述集水盒内设有向上延伸以承托于所述滤水盒的底面的受力柱,所述受力柱的上端设有向外周延伸的扩展部,所述扩展部的顶面贴合于所述滤水盒的底面。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述挤压件包括:
    升降臂,所述升降臂的固定端连接于所述安装腔的内顶面上,所述升降臂的伸缩端向下延伸;
    挤压板,连接于所述升降臂的伸缩端,用于与所述板擦的顶面抵接以挤压所述板擦。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述挤压板的底面上设有向下凸起的限位环,所述限位环用于环设于所述板擦的顶部外周以限位所述板擦。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述安装部上还铰接有用于封堵所述安装腔的开口的启闭门,所述启闭门远离铰接点的一侧与所述安装部之间还设有锁定组件,所述锁定组件包括:
    锁定座,设置于所述安装部上,且具有上下贯穿的卡接槽;
    锁定条,一端转动连接于所述启闭门上、并能够在竖向平面内摆动,另一端设有适于卡接于所述卡接槽内的卡接销。
  18. 如权利要求12-17中任一项所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述滤孔在所述滤水盒的底壁和周壁上分别设有若干个,所述滤孔为长圆孔。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述滤水盒的内底面上设有纵横交错的加强筋。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述滤水盒的底面上还设有排水槽,所述排水槽靠近所述滤水盒的周壁设置,且所述排水槽内也设有所述滤孔,所述加强筋位于所述排水槽的内圈。
  21. 如权利要求12-17中任一项所述的带有板擦清洗功能的黑板,其特征在于,所述副喷头设有若干个,且均朝向所述滤水盒的中心设置,所述副喷头自上而下向靠近所述板擦的一侧倾斜设置。
