本公开实施例提供了一种电子烟雾化组件,所述电子烟雾化组件包括壳体、下底座、上盖、雾化芯组件和电连接件,所述下底座与所述壳体配合连接形成容纳腔,所述下底座上穿设有导电钉。所述电子烟雾化组件的上盖包括上盖本体和弹性件,所述弹性件的硬度小于所述上盖本体的硬度,所述弹性件对所述电连接件形成稳定的支撑,而且由于所述弹性件的硬度较低,所述弹性件的变形可以使得所述电连接件与所述导电钉始终可靠抵接,保证了所述电连接件连接的稳定性。

参照图1至图6,本公开实施例提供了一种电子烟雾化组件,所述电子烟雾化组件包括:
壳体1、下底座2、上盖3、雾化芯组件和电连接件7,所述下底座2与所述壳体1配合连接形成容纳腔,所述下底座2上穿设有导电钉21,所述导电钉21用于将外部电源的电能传输给所述雾化芯组件。
所述上盖3设置于所述容纳腔内,参见图3和图5,所述上盖3包括上盖本体31和设置于所述上盖本体31靠近所述下底座2一侧的弹性件32,所述弹性件32的硬度小于所述上盖本体31的硬度,以便于所述弹性件32可以与其他组件形成稳定连接。
所述雾化芯组件可以包括雾化芯5,所述雾化芯5上设置有发热体52。所述雾化芯组件设置于所述下底座2和所述上盖3之间,所述电连接件7的第一端与所述雾化芯组件电连接,所述电连接件7的第二端被夹持于所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32之间。具体地,所述电连接件7的所述第一端可以伸入所述雾化芯组件内部与所述发热体52实现电连接,以便于给所述雾化芯组件的发热体52提供电能。所述电连接件7的所述第二端与所述导电钉21连接后可以形成给所述雾化芯组件输送电能的完整路径。
如图1所示,当所述电连接件7的所述第二端被夹持于所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32之间时,所述导电钉21可以从下往上抵接所述电连接件7的所述第二端,所述弹性件32可以从上往下抵接所述电连接件7的所述第二端,以使得所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32对所述电连接件7的所述第二端形成夹持。由于所述弹性件32的硬度较小,所述电连接件7的所述第二端在所述导电钉21的作用下挤压所述弹性件32,进而使得所述电连接件7的所述第二端嵌入到所述弹性件32中,使得所述弹性件32对所述电连接件7形成稳定的支撑。并且,所述弹性件32的变形可以使得所述电连接件7与所述导电钉21始终可靠抵接,保证了所述电连接件7连接的稳定性。
具体地,为了保证所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32对所述电连接件7的夹持稳定性,可以使所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32在电子烟雾化组件的轴向上至少部分重叠(所述电子烟雾化组件的轴向可以为所述下底座2向壳体1延伸的方向,比如图1中的竖直方向),便可以使得所述电连接件7的至少一段在其上下两侧相对抵接有所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32,提高了所述电连接件7的夹持稳定性。
参见图1,所述电连接件7的第二端(也即远离所述雾化芯5的一端)在所述导电钉21的抵接作用下会挤压所述弹性件32,进而使得所述弹性件32上形成凹陷结构,所述电连接件7的第二端和所述导电钉21的至少一部分会嵌入到该凹陷结构中。在所述导电钉21的至少部分嵌入到该凹陷结构中时,所述导电钉21会与所述弹性件32上凹陷结构周围的未凹陷部分发生重叠,由此借助于该未凹陷部分而将所述导电钉21靠近所述电连接 件7的一端限制在该凹陷结构中。所述导电钉21与所述弹性件32的重叠部分在所述电子烟雾化组件的轴向上的尺寸的增加可以提高所述导电钉21的靠近所述电连接件7的一端在该凹陷结构中的固位稳定性。
具体地,所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32的重叠的部分在所述电子烟雾化组件的轴向上的尺寸可以大于或等于0.3mm,以保证所述导电钉21和所述电连接件7的电连接稳定性。而当上述尺寸过小时,比如小于0.3mm时,由于所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32的尺寸一般为几毫米甚至几十毫米,使得所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32的大部分位置在电子烟雾化组件的轴向上相对错位,容易导致所述电连接件7在所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32的夹持下发生偏移;同时也不利于所述电连接件7在长期使用过程中的稳定夹持。
另外,所述电子烟雾化组件在进行跌落等强度测试时,所述电连接件7在受到冲击后会与所述导电钉21之间产生缝隙,而所述弹性件32可以使得所述导电钉21始终紧贴所述电连接件7。
本公开实施例提供的所述电子烟雾化组件包括壳体1、下底座2、上盖3、雾化芯组件和电连接件7,所述下底座2与所述壳体1配合连接形成容纳腔,所述下底座2上穿设有导电钉21,所述上盖3包括上盖本体31和设置于所述上盖本体31靠近所述下底座2一侧的弹性件32,所述弹性件32的硬度小于所述上盖本体31的硬度,由于所述弹性件32的硬度较小,所述电连接件7的第二端在所述导电钉21的抵接作用下会朝向所述弹性件32偏移,而所述弹性件32受到所述电连接件7的挤压后发生下陷变形,使得所述弹性件32对所述电连接件7形成稳定的支撑。而且所述弹性件32的变形可以使得所述电连接件7与所述导电钉21始终可靠抵接,保证了所述电连接件7连接的稳定性。
可选地,所述弹性件32抵接所述电连接件7并在所述电连接件7的作用下发生压缩变形。这保证了两者的连接稳定可靠。
具体地,所述电子烟雾化组件在长期使用过程中可能存在所述导电钉21对所述电连接件7的抵接过度或者相互分离,特别是所述导电钉21与所述电连接件7相互分离后会阻碍所述雾化芯组件的加热雾化。而当所述 弹性件32抵接所述电连接件7并在所述电连接件7的作用下发生压缩变形时,不论是所述导电钉21对所述电连接件7的抵接存在过度抵接还是相互分离的趋势,所述弹性件32均可以在压缩变形的状态下使得所述电连接件7与所述导电钉21始终可靠接触,由此保证了所述雾化芯组件的正常雾化。
可选地,所述弹性件32在所述上盖3轴向上的厚度为0.2-3mm,所述弹性件32的压缩量为0.1-1.0mm。
具体地,所述上盖3轴向为所述上盖3的靠近所述下底座2的一侧向所述上盖3的靠近所述壳体1中储液仓10的一侧延伸的方向,比如图1中的竖直方向。所述弹性件32的厚度可以结合所述弹性件32对电连接件7的抵接要求和所述上盖3的强度标准来选择。所述弹性件32的厚度过小时,难以形成有效的变形,也就无法对所述电连接件7始终形成稳定的抵接;而所述弹性件32的厚度过大时,由于所述弹性件32的硬度较小,会直接影响所述上盖3的整体强度,难以达到对所述雾化芯组件的有效固定和支撑。
进一步地,所述弹性件32的压缩量可以是所述弹性件32沿所述上盖3轴向的变形量,也就是所述弹性件32可以通过过盈配合的方式与电连接件7抵接。所述弹性件32的压缩量可以在大于各组件尺寸累计公差的基础上,保证与所述电连接件7的稳定抵接。进一步地,所述弹性件32在所述上盖3轴向上的厚度可以为0.5-2mm,所述弹性件32的压缩量可以为0.25-0.8mm。
可选地,参见图3,所述弹性件32包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件和第二弹性件对称设置于所述上盖本体31靠近所述下底座2一侧;
所述电连接件7包括第一电连接件和第二电连接件,所述第一弹性件与所述第一电连接件抵接配合,所述第二弹性件与所述第二电连接件抵接配合。
具体地,所述第一电连接件和第二电连接件可以作为所述雾化芯组件的正负极,所述第一电连接件和所述第二电连接件各自的靠近所述雾化芯5的一端均电连接至所述发热体52,所述第一电连接件远离所述雾化芯5 的一端通过一个导电钉21抵接至所述第一弹性件,所述第二电连接件远离所述雾化芯5的一端通过一个导电钉21抵接至所述第二弹性件。在所述第一弹性件在保证所述第一电连接件与所述导电钉21稳定抵接,以及所述第二弹性件在保证所述第二电连接件与所述导电钉21稳定抵接的情况下,通过所述第一电连接件和第二电连接件实现与所述发热体52的电导通,可以保证所述雾化芯组件的电能接收。
可选地,参见图3,所述上盖本体31靠近所述下底座2一侧设置有第一挡壁311和第二挡壁312,所述第一弹性件设置于所述第一挡壁311内侧,所述第二弹性件设置于所述第二挡壁312内侧。
具体地,所述弹性件32在设置于所述上盖本体31靠近所述下底座2一侧后,由于所述弹性件32的硬度小于所述上盖本体31的硬度,使得所述弹性件32相对于所述上盖本体31更容易发生变形,可能导致所述弹性件32与所述上盖本体31之间发生错位。而所述第一挡壁311和第二挡壁312的硬度可以大于所述弹性件32的硬度,使得所述第一挡壁311和第二挡壁312的设置可以给所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件形成限位,保证所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件的位置准确性,而且在所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件的发生变形时仍然可以保证所述弹性件32不发生偏移。
可选地,所述上盖本体31具有靠近所述下底座2一侧的下端面,所述第一挡壁311和所述第二挡壁312设置于所述下端面的外边缘,并且与所述下端面之间形成第一台阶结构和第二台阶结构;
所述第一弹性件设置于所述第一台阶结构中,所述第二弹性件设置于所述第二台阶结构中。所述第一挡壁311和所述第二挡壁312可以分别将所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件止挡在所述下端面上,避免所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件从所述下端面的外边缘掉落。
可选地,参见图3,所述第一挡壁311和所述第二挡壁312上均设置有限位槽313;
所述限位槽313被配置为对所述电连接件7的第二端进行限位。
具体地,所述电连接件7的第二端在被夹持于所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32之间时,所述导电钉21对所述电连接件7抵接作用力以及所述 弹性件32的变形可能带来所述电连接件7的位置偏移。而所述限位槽313可以具有朝向所述导电钉21的开口,所述电连接件7的第二端从该开口嵌入到所述限位槽313内并穿设于所述限位槽313内,对所述电连接件7的位置进行限定,由此保证所述导电钉21与所述发热体52电导通的稳定性。而所述限位槽313的尺寸可以与所述电连接件7相匹配,比如所述限位槽313呈椭圆形,所述电连接件7的截面可以为与所述限位槽313配合的椭圆形,以保证所述电连接件7的稳定性。
可选地,所述上盖本体31和所述弹性件32一体注塑成型。
具体地,所述上盖3的成型可以通过将不同硬度的材料同时注塑到模具中,比如模具上具有两个注塑口,所述上盖本体31的硬质材料可以通过一个注塑口注入模具,所述弹性件32的软质材料可以通过另一个注塑口注入模具,以实现所述上盖3的直接一体成型;而且所述上盖3的一体成型可以提高尺寸精度,提高所述上盖3连接位置的可靠性。
可选地,所述上盖本体31的硬度为60-90A,所述弹性件32的硬度为20-60A。
具体地,所述硬度可以为邵氏硬度,所述上盖本体31的材质可以为硬度较高的塑料或者橡胶,比如PS、ABS、AS或者PVC材料,使得所述上盖本体31形成硬胶盖;所述弹性件32的材质可以为硬度较低的塑料或者橡胶,比如PP或PE等比重较轻的材料,使得所述弹性件32为软胶件,保证对所述电连接件7的稳定抵接。
可选地,参见图6,所述电连接件7具有相互垂直的第一段71和第二段72,所述第一段71与所述雾化芯组件电连接,所述第二段72的至少部分被夹持于所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32之间。
具体地,为了保证所述电连接件7与所述雾化芯组件的连接强度,可以通过所述第一段71沿所述雾化芯组件的轴向伸入所述雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件的轴向可以为所述雾化芯组件靠近所述下底座2的一侧向所述雾化芯组件靠近所述壳体1中储液仓10的一侧延伸的方向,比如图1中的竖直方向;而所述第二段72被夹持于所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32之间时呈与所述电子烟雾化组件轴向垂直的方向,可以提高所述电连接件7与 所述导电钉21和所述弹性件32之间的抵接面积。
可选地,参见图1和图2,所述电子烟雾化组件还包括上盖密封件4,所述上盖密封件4套设于所述上盖本体31上,所述上盖密封件4的周缘与所述壳体1内壁抵接。
具体地,所述壳体1内具有储液仓10,所述壳体1上设有与外界连通的出气通道11,所述下底座2上设置有与外界连通的进气通道22,所述雾化芯5与所述下底座2之间形成雾化腔20;
所述进气通道22与所述雾化腔20连通,所述雾化腔20通过所述雾化芯组件和所述上盖3上的气流通道连通至所述出气通道11,以保证所述电子烟雾化组件的气流通路的顺畅。
可选地,参见图1,所述雾化芯组件包括雾化芯5和雾化芯密封件6,所述雾化芯密封件6套设在所述雾化芯5上;
所述上盖3与所述雾化芯密封件6的周侧抵接配合,对所述雾化芯组件形成定位和固定。
具体地,所述雾化芯5包括多孔体51和发热体52,所述多孔体51包括吸液面,所述多孔体51上与所述吸液面相对的面为所述雾化面,所述发热体52设于所述雾化面,所述雾化芯密封件6套设在所述多孔体51上形成密封。
另外,参见图1和图2,根据本公开的实施例,所述下底座2的周向设置有下底座密封件23,所述下底座密封件23与壳体1的内壁抵接,并在下底座2与壳体1的内壁之间形成密封。所述下底座2上还设有吸油体8,所述吸油体8环绕设置在所述进气通道22的外周设置,这样能够有效地避免冷却后的液体随烟雾被用户吸入或从进气通道22漏出的问题发生。
根据本公开的实施例,所述发热体52通过所述电连接件7电连接至所述导电钉21,所述导电钉21具有暴露在电子烟雾化组件外部的端面,外部电源可以通过所述导电钉21给所述发热体52供电,实现发热体52上电能和热能的转换,进而对烟油进行雾化。
本公开实施例还提供了一种电子烟,包括所述的电子烟雾化组件和电源。
具体地,当用户抽吸电子烟时,用户通过出气通道11抽吸。外部空气经进气通道22进入雾化腔20。电子烟内的传感器被触发,电源与发热体52之间的电连接导通并向发热体52供电,以加热雾化储液仓10中的液体形成烟雾,空气进入雾化腔20带动烟雾经由出气通道11和出气口被用户吸入。同时空气经进气通道22进入到雾化腔20,进入雾化腔20的冷空气与雾化腔20中的加热烟雾混合。混合后烟雾经过上盖3上的管道进入到出气通道11,最终进入用户嘴里。
虽然已经通过例子对本公开的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本公开的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本公开的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本公开的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体(1);
    下底座(2),所述下底座(2)与所述壳体(1)配合连接形成容纳腔,所述下底座(2)上穿设有导电钉(21);
    上盖(3),所述上盖(3)设置于所述容纳腔内,所述上盖(3)包括上盖本体(31)和设置于所述上盖本体(31)靠近所述下底座(2)一侧的弹性件(32),所述弹性件(32)的硬度小于所述上盖本体(31)的硬度;
    雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件设置于所述下底座(2)和所述上盖(3)之间;
    电连接件(7),所述电连接件(7)具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端与所述雾化芯组件电连接,所述第二端被夹持于所述导电钉(21)和所述弹性件(32)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件(32)抵接所述电连接件(7)并在所述电连接件(7)的作用下发生压缩变形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述导电钉(21)和所述弹性件(32)在所述电子烟雾化组件的轴向上至少部分重叠。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述导电钉(21)和所述弹性件(32)重叠的部分在所述电子烟雾化组件的轴向上的尺寸大于或等于0.3mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件 (32)在所述上盖(3)轴向上的厚度为0.2mm至3mm,所述弹性件(32)的压缩量为0.1mm至1.0mm。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件(32)在所述上盖(3)轴向上的厚度为0.5mm至2mm,所述弹性件(32)的压缩量为0.25mm至0.8mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件(32)包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件和第二弹性件对称设置于所述上盖本体(31)靠近所述下底座(2)一侧;
    所述电连接件(7)包括第一电连接件和第二电连接件,所述第一弹性件与所述第一电连接件抵接配合,所述第二弹性件与所述第二电连接件抵接配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述上盖本体(31)靠近所述下底座(2)一侧对称设置有第一挡壁(311)和第二挡壁(312),所述第一弹性件设置于所述第一挡壁(311)内侧,所述第二弹性件设置于所述第二挡壁(312)内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第一挡壁(311)和所述第二挡壁(312)上均设置有限位槽(313);
    所述限位槽(313)被配置为对所述电连接件(7)的第二端进行限位。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述上盖本体(31)和所述弹性件(32)一体注塑成型。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述上盖本体(31)的硬度为60A至90A,所述弹性件(32)的硬度为20A至60A。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述上盖本体(31)为硬胶盖,所述弹性件(32)为软胶件。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电连接件(7)具有相互垂直的第一段(71)和第二段(72),所述第一段(71)与所述雾化芯组件电连接,所述第二段(72)的至少部分被夹持于所述导电钉(21)和所述弹性件(32)之间。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,还包括上盖密封件(4),所述上盖密封件(4)套设于所述上盖本体(31)上,所述上盖密封件(4)的周缘与所述壳体(1)内壁抵接。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一挡壁(311)和所述第二挡壁(312)的硬度均大于所述弹性件(32)的硬度。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述上盖本体(31)具有靠近所述下底座(2)一侧的下端面,所述第一挡壁(311)和所述第二挡壁(312)设置于所述下端面的外边缘,并且与所述下端面之间形成第一台阶结构和第二台阶结构;
    所述第一弹性件设置于所述第一台阶结构中,所述第二弹性件设置于所述第二台阶结构中。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16任一项所述的电子烟雾化组件,其特征在于,所述限位槽(313)具有朝向所述导电钉(21)的开口,所述导电钉(21)与所述电连接件(7)抵接,以使所述电连接件(7)限定在所述限位槽(313)内。
  18. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-17任意一项所述的 电子烟雾化组件和电源。
