Abstract
The present invention relates to a non-aqueous oil balm cosmetic composition comprising castor seed oil, hydrogenated castor oil, vegetable wax, and plant-derived oil. A non-aqueous oil balm cosmetic composition can be prepared by mixing castor seed oil and hydrogenated castor oil at an optimal ratio and adding vegetable wax and plant-derived oil, without using mineral ingredients. The non-aqueous oil balm cosmetic composition causes less skin irritation and is stable because it is composed only of plant-derived ingredients, and the non-aqueous ingredients have high penetration into the skin and thus allow the cosmetic composition to exhibit excellent moisturizing retention.
