因此,现有技术有待于更进一步的改进和发展。

更进一步的,上述流体出口1上设置有与喷涂设备联接方式相适配的连接部15,本实施例中连接部15的连接卡抓为T形,当也可以采用倒T形、螺旋片、抓钩等相应的形式,现有技术中关于对接的方式较多,在此不在一一赘述。
尤其是,如图3、图4与图7所示的,上述盖2的对应处设置有与内衬4之开口相匹配的封闭部16,在本实施例中,如图8所示的,封闭部16采用的是膨胀环18的方式,其口径略大于内衬4之开口,依靠内衬4之开口柔性,完成密封。同步的,螺旋楔形槽隙8与放置环面11之间存在适当的距离,当螺旋楔形元件7旋入螺旋楔形槽隙8时,螺旋楔形元件7会对所述内衬4之凸缘3形成持续的压力,与封闭部16相互配合,使所述盖2与所述内衬4之开口结合的更加紧密。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于喷涂设备的供液装置,其包括:
    具有流体出口的盖,所述流体出口适用于将所述盖联接到所述喷涂设备;
    具有凸缘的内衬,当从所述供液装置吸取包含在所述内衬内的流体时所述内衬坍塌;
    具有开口端的刚性外杯,其中所述盖在所述开口端上延伸并且所述内衬被接收在所述刚性外杯中,所述盖与所述刚性外杯、所述内衬相适配;
    其特征在于,所述盖的外沿上均匀布置有若干个螺旋楔形元件;所述刚性外杯内壁的上沿均匀布置有若干个螺旋楔形槽隙;螺旋楔形元件与螺旋楔形槽隙相适配且一一对应;螺旋楔形元件旋入螺旋楔形槽隙内,所述盖与所述刚性外杯相联接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述盖上均匀布置有四个螺旋楔形元件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述螺旋楔形槽隙由单向突起形成,单向突起朝所述刚性外杯之开口端的圆心方向突起;单向突起的上表面与所述刚性外杯内壁的上沿之上表面位于同一个平面,单向突起的下表面为螺旋面,该下表面朝向刚性外杯之杯底。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述螺旋楔元件和螺旋楔形槽隙分别只是相应的外螺纹和内螺纹的一圈的一部分的形式。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述若干个螺旋楔形槽隙下方之所述刚性外杯内壁的对应处设置有用于放置所述内衬之凸缘的放置环面。
  6. 根据权利要求1或3所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述盖的中部向上隆起形成一穹顶部,上述流体出口设置在该穹顶部的顶端,该穹顶部的周面上设置有若干个与手指部之人体工学相匹配的凹陷处。
  7. 根据权利要求1或3所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述流体出口上设置有与喷涂设备联接方式相适配的连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求1或3所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述盖的对应处设置有与内衬之开口相匹配的封闭部。
  9. 根据权利要求1或3所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述螺旋楔形槽隙的末端设置有止档片;上述螺旋楔形元件的长度为1厘米-2厘米之间,螺旋楔形元件的断面为梯形或三角形。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的供液装置,其特征在于,上述四个螺旋楔形元件为相同的螺旋楔元件。
