具体地,若干个第一径向肋103中的其中一个设为第一空心肋5,第一空心肋5的内侧设有沿第一空心肋5的长度方向延伸的第一线路安装槽,第一线路安装槽的内部设有第一连接线501,第一连接线501靠近第一支撑板102的一端与操作屏4电连接,第一连接线501靠近第一边框101的一端与机头组件3电连接,作用:这样的设置可以使得用于导电的第一连接线被很好地隐藏起来,从而避免走线杂乱影响美观与安全,从而使得整个前网罩组件在具有浑然一体的美感的同时还提高了走线的安全系数。
具体地,后网罩组件2包括第二边框201,第二边框201的中部设有第二支撑板202,若干个第二径向肋203从第二支撑板202的边缘朝第二边框201的边缘呈放射状延伸,第二支撑板202的中部设有通孔2021,第二支撑板202的后侧 与机头组件3连接固定,机头组件3的转轴301向前穿过通孔2021后与风扇叶连接固定,作用:第二支撑板一方面可以为第二径向肋的安装提供连接固定点,另一方面可以为整个后网罩组件的安装提供受力支撑点。
具体地,若干个第二径向肋203中的其中一个设为第二空心肋8,第二空心肋8的内侧设有沿第二空心肋8的长度方向延伸的第二线路安装槽,第二线路安装槽的内部设有第二连接线801,第二连接线801靠近第二支撑板202的一端与机头组件3电连接,第二连接线801靠近第二边框201的一端与第一连接线501靠近第一边框101的一端电连接,作用:这样的设置可以使得用于导电的第二连接线被很好地隐藏起来,从而避免走线杂乱影响美观与安全,从而使得整个后网罩组件在具有浑然一体的美感的同时还提高了走线的安全系数。
具体地,第一边框101上设有第一接线端子座6,第一连接线501靠近第一边框101的一端与第一接线端子座6电连接;第二边框201上设有第一接线端子弹针7,第二连接线801靠近第二边框201的一端与第一接线端子弹针7电连接;第一边框101与第二边框201连接固定,第一接线端子弹针7与第一接线端子座6电连接,作用:通过第一接线端子弹针与第一接线端子座的电连接,从而方便第一连接线与第二连接线之间进行电连接,同时也较为美观。在实际使用时:将第一接线端子弹针插入到第一接线端子座中,从而完成两者的电连接。
具体地,第二支撑板202上设有第二接线端子座9,第二连接线801靠近第二支撑板202的一端与第二接线端子座9电连接;机头组件3上设有第二接线端子弹针10,第二接线端子座9与第二接线端子弹针10电连接,第二接线端子弹针10与机头组件3电连接,作用:通过第二接线端子弹针与第二接线端子座的电连接,从而方便第二连接线与机头组件之间进行电连接,同时也较为美观。在实际使用时:将第二接线端子弹针插入到第二接线端子座中,从而完成两者的电连接。
具体地,至少一个第一封闭肋104以第一支撑板102为中心并与第一径向肋 103相交,作用:第一封闭肋可以为第一径向肋提供一定的强度支撑,从而使第一径向肋不易发生弯折,而第一封闭肋的具体数量则根据需要选择即可。至少一个第二封闭肋204以第二支撑板202为中心并与第二径向肋203相交,作用:第二封闭肋可以为第二径向肋提供一定的强度支撑,从而使第二径向肋不易发生弯折,而第二封闭肋的具体数量则根据需要选择即可。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,包括从前往后依次分布的前网罩组件(1)、后网罩组件(2)、机头组件(3),所述前网罩组件(1)与所述后网罩组件(2)连接固定,所述后网罩组件(2)与所述机头组件(3)连接固定;所述前网罩组件(1)与所述后网罩组件(2)之间设有风扇叶,所述机头组件(3)可驱动所述风扇叶进行转动;所述机头组件(3)位于立柱(11)的顶部,所述立柱(11)的底部设有底座(13);其特征在于:所述前网罩组件(1)的中部设有操作屏(4),所述操作屏(4)与所述机头组件(3)电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:所述机头组件(3)通过电风扇摇头机构(12)与所述立柱(11)的顶部连接,所述机头组件(3)可驱动所述电风扇摇头机构(12)进行运动,以使所述机头组件(3)可相对于所述立柱(11)进行摇头运动。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:所述操作屏(4)上设有若干个按键(401),在按下任意一个所述按键(401)时,所述操作屏(4)控制所述机头组件(3)暂停摇头运动。
- 根据权利要求1到3任一项所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:所述前网罩组件(1)包括第一边框(101),所述第一边框(101)的中部设有第一支撑板(102),若干个第一径向肋(103)从所述第一支撑板(102)的边缘朝所述第一边框(101)的边缘呈放射状延伸,所述操作屏(4)安装于所述第一支撑板(102)的前侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:若干个所述第一径向肋(103)中的其中一个设为第一空心肋(5),所述第一空心肋(5)的内侧设有沿所述第一空心肋(5)的长度方向延伸的第一线路安装槽,所述第一线路安装槽的内部设有第一连接线(501),所述第一连接线(501)靠近所述第一支撑板(102)的一端与所述操作屏(4)电连接,所述第一连接线 (501)靠近所述第一边框(101)的一端与所述机头组件(3)电连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:所述后网罩组件(2)包括第二边框(201),所述第二边框(201)的中部设有第二支撑板(202),若干个第二径向肋(203)从所述第二支撑板(202)的边缘朝所述第二边框(201)的边缘呈放射状延伸,所述第二支撑板(202)的中部设有通孔(2021),所述第二支撑板(202)的后侧与所述机头组件(3)连接固定,所述机头组件(3)的转轴(301)向前穿过所述通孔(2021)后与所述风扇叶连接固定。
- 根据权利要求6所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:若干个所述第二径向肋(203)中的其中一个设为第二空心肋(8),所述第二空心肋(8)的内侧设有沿所述第二空心肋(8)的长度方向延伸的第二线路安装槽,所述第二线路安装槽的内部设有第二连接线(801),所述第二连接线(801)靠近所述第二支撑板(202)的一端与所述机头组件(3)电连接,所述第二连接线(801)靠近所述第二边框(201)的一端与所述第一连接线(501)靠近所述第一边框(101)的一端电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:所述第一边框(101)上设有第一接线端子座(6),所述第一连接线(501)靠近所述第一边框(101)的一端与所述第一接线端子座(6)电连接;所述第二边框(201)上设有第一接线端子弹针(7),所述第二连接线(801)靠近所述第二边框(201)的一端与所述第一接线端子弹针(7)电连接;所述第一边框(101)与所述第二边框(201)连接固定,所述第一接线端子弹针(7)与第一接线端子座(6)电连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:所述第二支撑板(202)上设有第二接线端子座(9),所述第二连接线(801)靠近所述第二支撑板(202)的一端与所述第二接线端子座(9)电连接;所述机 头组件(3)上设有第二接线端子弹针(10),所述第二接线端子座(9)与所述第二接线端子弹针(10)电连接,所述第二接线端子弹针(10)与所述机头组件(3)电连接。
- 根据权利要求6到9任一项所述一种方便人机交互的落地式家用电风扇,其特征在于:至少一个第一封闭肋(104)以所述第一支撑板(102)为中心并与所述第一径向肋(103)相交;至少一个第二封闭肋(204)以所述第二支撑板(202)为中心并与所述第二径向肋(203)相交。
