一种改进的除甲醛装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的除甲醛装置。
背景技术
装修污染物中甲醛对人体危害最严重,潜伏期最长,被称为“室内污染第一杀手”;被WHO世界卫生组织确定为“致癌和致畸性物质”。长期接触低剂量甲醛,能引起慢性中毒,引发呼吸系统、神经系统、生殖系统等疾病。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的除甲醛装置。
本实用新型通过如下技术方案得以实现:
一种改进的除甲醛装置,包括反应池、进气管、排气管和风机;其中,用于存储甲醛溶解酶溶液的反应池的底部连通有更换溶液用的管道,该管道上设有阀门;所述进气管的出口端与所述反应池连通并延伸至反应池的底部,该进气管的入口端与大气连通并设有收集罩,收集罩内设有过滤网,该进气管内、于入口端与反应池之间设有第一活性炭过滤层;所述排气管的入口端与所述反应池连通,该排气管的出口端设有风机,自入口端至出口端依次设有无水硫酸铜干燥层和第二活性炭过滤层。
优选地,所述反应池的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
优选地,所述过滤网为除PM2.5高效过滤网。
本实用新型的优点:
本实用新型提供的除甲醛装置可以有效去除空气中的甲醛,结构简单,易于生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例具体介绍本实用新型实质性内容。
如图1所示的一种改进的除甲醛装置,包括反应池1、进气管2、排气管3和风机8;其中,用于存储甲醛溶解酶溶液11的反应池1的底部连通有更换溶液用的管道4,该管道上设有阀门5;所述进气管2的出口端与所述反应池1连通并延伸至反应池1的底部,进气管2的入口端与大气连通并设有收集罩6,收集罩内设有除PM2.5高效过滤网12,该进气管2内、 于入口端与反应池1之间设有第一活性炭过滤层7;所述排气管3的入口端与所述反应池1连通,该排气管3的出口端设有风机8,自入口端至出口端依次设有无水硫酸铜干燥层9和第二活性炭过滤层10。反应池1的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
工作原理:在反应池1中装有甲醛溶解酶溶液11,启动风机8,含有甲醛的大气经收集罩6进入进气管2,通入甲醛溶解酶溶液11中,去除甲醛的气体经排气管3排出。进气管2中的第一活性炭过滤层7可以有效滤除空气中的灰尘等杂质,减少对甲醛溶解酶溶液11的污染。除PM2.5高效过滤网12增加一次过滤,延长第一活性炭过滤层7中活性炭的使用寿命。排气管3中的无水硫酸铜干燥层9可以对气体进行干燥,避免第二活性炭过滤层10中的活性炭受潮结块。排气管3中的第二活性炭过滤层10对气体进一步吸附除杂后排向大气中。
本实用新型提供的除甲醛装置可以有效去除空气中的甲醛,结构简单,易于生产。

  1. 一种改进的除甲醛装置,其特征在于,包括:反应池、进气管、排气管和风机;其中,用于存储甲醛溶解酶溶液的反应池的底部连通有更换溶液用的管道,该管道上设有阀门;所述进气管的出口端与所述反应池连通并延伸至反应池的底部,该进气管的入口端与大气连通并设有收集罩,收集罩内设有过滤网,该进气管内、于入口端与反应池之间设有第一活性炭过滤层;所述排气管的入口端与所述反应池连通,该排气管的出口端设有风机,自入口端至出口端依次设有无水硫酸铜干燥层和第二活性炭过滤层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的除甲醛装置,其特征在于:所述反应池的材质为聚四氟乙烯。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的除甲醛装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网为除PM2.5高效过滤网。
