Abstract
La vivienda sostenible sin estructura, es del tipo que comprende una base, la cual se adapta a cualquier tipo de suelo ya que cuenta con niveladores independientes, sobre la cual se colocan unos termopaneles exterior e interior que tienen una forma rectangular, los cuales se unen mediante unos rieles y canaletas en forma de "U", donde la unión sucesiva de ellos forma un muro portante sobre el que se coloca un termotecho con canaletas laterales para el recojo de agua en tiempos de lluvia. Los termopaneles interior forman divisiones dentro de la vivienda y los termopaneles del exterior cumplen la función de aislar las temperaturas exteriores, como frío o calor.

VIVIENDA SOSTENIBLE SIN ESTRUCTURA HECHA CON TERMOPANEL AUTOSOPORTANTE
CAMPO TÉCNICO
Esta invención es aplicable en el campo dedicado a la construcción de viviendas y especialmente a las viviendas temporales.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente en el rubro de minería e hidrocarburos se está usando como viviendas temporales los contenedores que sirve como oficinas y viviendas temporales para colaboradores que se encuentran laborando en campamentos, también están las carpas que cumplen la misma función dentro de campamentos de minería o hidrocarburos, pero con un menor costo. También, existen viviendas temporales las cuales se emplean en los campamentos mineros o de hidrocarburos, las cuales cumplen distintas funciones tales como: dormitorios, oficinas, comedores y cocina.
El inconveniente que se puede observar en el uso de contenedores y de carpas como viviendas temporales es muy diversos, ya que estos productos no cuentan con estándares para el bienestar de los colaborados.
Los contenedores marítimos son de una área limitada y comprimida, el acoplamiento es costoso y complejo, para su movilización se necesita maquinaria pesada, solo existe tamaños limitados, no aíslan las temperaturas del exterior y están diseñadas para transportar productos.
Las carpas son complicadas de limpiar, solo ocupan el 80% de su área, no es posible unir carpas, sus muros son de lona, no aíslan temperaturas del exterior, no se puede realizar divisiones óptimas en su interior y existe caída en la estructura al momento del montaje poniendo en riesgo al personal.
Se conocen mediante los documentos patentes ES2230943(B1 ) y WO2010129995(A1 ) módulos de vivienda temporales.
En la primera patente, se describe un módulo habitacional, transportable y agregable, el cual consta de un núcleo autoportante, unos paneles-forjado, soportes y cerchas, dispuestos paralelamente y que son susceptibles de desplegarse al desarrollar la unidad, al estar abisagrados. Uno de los materiales que usa en las fachadas y marcos es el material de acero inoxidable, lo que resulta en mayor esfuerzo para su trasporte debido al peso.
En el segundo documento patente se especifica un edificio desmontable de tamaño típicamente modular, incluyendo dicho edificio desmontable un primer panel preformado que tiene regiones de borde lateral opuestas y regiones de borde de extremo opuestas, un panel preformado conectado de forma articulada a cada una de dichas regiones de borde lateral de un primer panel preformado, y un segundo panel preformado; no obstante, dichos módulos presentan los siguientes inconvenientes: una falta de distribución en el espacio interno de los módulos, dificultad para su transporte
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para resolver los problemas anteriormente mencionados se ha ideado una vivienda sostenible (Ecko I) para campamentos mineros, hidrocarburos o viviendas temporales, el cual presenta una solución innovadora al solucionar los diferentes problemas como los desafíos sociales, ambientales, salud y logísticos que el alojamiento tradicional no ofrece, gracias a un producto innovador, de fácil armado, sencilla limpieza y confort térmico ideal que garantiza una mejor calidad de vida a usuario. Además, debido al material de los paneles permite su transporte y armado sencillo.
La vivienda sostenible es del tipo que comprende unos soportes, como unos cubos rectangulares, que sirven como niveladores de suelo, sobre los que se colocan unos paneles rectangulares de thplay fenólico, el cual cumple la función del suelo de la vivienda. Los paneles se atornillan a los soportes para brindar mayor resistencia a la base. Sobre los paneles rectangulares se coloca un suelo vinílico, donde este tipo de suelo brinda un mayor confort al usuario.
Sobre el suelo vinílico se colocan unos heles en forma de “U” que irán atornillados a los paneles de thplay fenólico. Dichos heles cumplen con la función de base, sobre los que irán encajados unos termopaneles exterior y unos termopaneles interior, donde dichos termopaneles tienen una forma rectangular con sistema de unión hembra y macho a su extremo para garantizar la unión.
En la parte delantera de la vivienda sostenible tres de los termopaneles exteriores tienen un agujero, unos de forma cuadrada donde van encajadas unas ventanas, y uno con un agujero de forma rectangular donde va encajada una puerta. Todos los termopaneles van fijados en su base con tomillos. Dentro de la vivienda sostenible se colocan los termopaneles interiores, los cuales cumplen la función de separadores de espacios para formar divisiones dentro de la vivienda, donde dichos termopaneles interiores van encajados en los heles en forma de “U”, fijados con tornillos en su parte inferior y sujetados a sus extremos con un esquinero. Cada división cuenta con termopaneles que tienen un agujero rectangular donde va encajado una puerta.
Los muros de termopanel exterior e interior cumplen la función de muros portantes, estos muros soportarán el peso del techo de doble caída, para ello se colocan heles en forma de “U” sobre los termopaneles. Estos heles van fijados a los termopaneles en la parte superior sobre el que coloca el techo. El techo es fijado con esquineros y ajustados con tomillos. Sobre el techo se coloca una cumbrera superior e inferior y dos canaletas laterales que estarán fijadas por tomillos.
Las puertas y ventanas se colocan de una forma sencilla. Primero se coloca y fija con tornillos unas canaletas tipo “U” en los bordes del agujero, luego se sella con un adhesivo en juntas exteriores e interiores, finalmente se coloca las puertas y ventanas.
Este diseño de vivienda tiene una medida estándar, sin embargo, la ampliación que se puede brindar no tiene límite de medidas, y eso permite satisfacer todos los requerimientos de los usuarios. Otra de las ventajas que cuenta el producto es que no tiene una estructura metálica, lo que resulta en una reducción del precio de fabricación.
La vivienda sostenible al contar con muros y techo de termopanel permite aislar las temperaturas del exterior brindando así un confort térmico superior. Además, sus muros y techos son autosoportados utilizando la teoría física de columnas por fuerzas combinadas, lo que evita el uso de alguna estructura de acero. Adicionalmente, cuenta con un sistema eléctrico plug and play de rápido armado.
El armado de la vivienda es muy sencillo y no requiere de experiencia en construcción o montaje, ya que todo es habilitado en la planta de producción. Adicionalmente, todas sus piezas son plug and play.
Plug-and-play es un término que se usa para conectar objetos unos con otros, omitiendo complejas y duraderas configuraciones y facilitando así la experiencia de un usuario al momento de conectar piezas.
La instalación de ventanas y puertas es a presión, no requiere de experiencia o herramientas especiales. El suelo consta de una plataforma armable que se adapta a cualquier terreno, ya que tienen incorporados unos soportes de madera.
El transporte en camiones es muy compacto y todas las piezas de la vivienda sostenible pueden trasladarse a mano.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
La figura 1 muestra una vista explosionada en perspectiva del producto según la invención, en la que se pueden observar las diferentes piezas que conforman la vivienda sostenible las están indicadas para su posterior explicación.
La figura 2 muestra una vista explosiva con los soportes de madera en la parte inferior y con el triplay fenólico en la superior.
La figura 3 muestra una vista explosiva de toda la base, la cual está conformada por soportes, paneles de triplay fenólico, suelo vinílico y heles en forma de “U”.

La figura 14 muestra una vista explosiva en perspectiva del producto semi terminado donde se puede observar la colocación de las ventanas en la parte frontal de la vivienda.
La figura 15 muestra una vista en perspectiva de la vivienda terminada.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como se puede observar en las figuras adjuntas esta vivienda comprende una base (1a), unas paredes de termopaneles exterior (2c), unas paredes de
termopanel interiores (3c) y termotecho (15) estas piezas se acoplan entre sí para formar la vivienda sustentadle sin estructura.
La base (1a) de la vivienda está constituida por: unos soportes de madera (1 ) sobre los que se coloca unos paneles de triplay fenólico (2) que tienen forma rectangular; un suelo vindico (4) que tiene forma rectangular sobre el que se colocan unos rieles en forma de “U” (3).
Los rieles en forma de “U” (3) tiene una forma de un rectángulo alargado sin un extremo, cumplen la función de base para los termopaneles exteriores (2c) y los termopaneles interiores (3c). Estos termopaneles van encajados dentro de los rieles en forma de “U” (3) y se asegura con tomillos en la parte inferior a una distancia de cincuenta centímetros aproximadamente.
En la figura 5, se muestra la vivienda sostenible sin estructura, con la base (1a) y los termopaneles exteriores que presentan una configuración modular, ya que se acoplan unos con otros para generar una pared de termopanel.
Los termopaneles exteriores (2c) están conformado por los termopaneles (5), (6a), (7a) y (11 ), los cuales forman la pared frontal y posterior, para la pared lateral se usó doce termopaneles (19). Para brindar mayor resistencia y juntar los muros de termopaneles (11 ) y (19) se usa un perfil de galvanizado (17) y (16), los cuales se coloca en el interior y exterior, reforzando así la estructura inicial.
Los termopaneles interiores (3c) están comprendidos por los termopaneles (20) (21 ) (6b) (7b) que se acopla a los rieles en forma de “U” (3) que cumple la función de guía de los termopaneles y también se fijan en la parte inferior con unos tornillos. La combinación de los termopaneles interiores (3c) y los termopaneles exterior (2c) crean unos muros portantes que soportan la carga muerta del termotecho (15). Para brindar mayor resistencia y durabilidad del producto se fijan las intersecciones verticales de termopaneles interiores (3c), para esto se
usa unos perfiles de aluzinc (18) que tienen una forma de L alargada la cual se coloca en cada intercepción de termopaneles para mejorar su acople y que también cumple la función de una pequeña base que pueda soportar el peso del termotecho (15).
En la figura 7, se puede observar una vista en perspectiva la unión de lo mencionado anteriormente, en la que se detalla el acople del termopaneles interior (6b) con la pared de termopaneles exterior (19) en la intercepción de estos dos termopaneles se coloca un perfil de aluzinc (18) el cual se fija colocando tomillos cada cincuenta centímetros, creando así un soporte estructural para colocar posteriormente el termotecho (15).
Para mejorar el soporte estructural de la vivienda sostenible sin estructura, se usó la teoría de las fuerzas combinadas, aplicando lo anteriormente dicho se sitúa en cada esquina del producto, un perfil galvanizado (17) y (16) que tiene una forma de L alargada que cumple la función de una columna, esta pieza se fija en su interior y exterior a los termopaneles exteriores (19) y (11 ), reforzando así la estructura inicial. El conjunto de estas tres partes crea una estructura muy resistente, la cual se diseñó para que soporte el peso del termotecho (15).
Las canaletas “U” (12) que se encuentra sobre los muros de termopaneles como se puede observar en la figura 10, van encajados en los termopaneles exteriores (2c) y en los termopaneles interiores (3c), van fijados por medio de tornillos wafer cada cincuenta centímetros. La canaleta “U” (12) cumple una función muy importante la cual es de mantener en línea recta los termopaneles ante un posible sismo, de ese modo los muros de termopanel no se deformarían con el movimiento posteriormente volverían a su mismo lugar manteniendo la estructura intacta, también hace que la vivienda sostenible sin estructura, se vuelva hermética, ya que la canaleta “U” (12) hace un acople limpio y sin desniveles.
Como se observa en la figura 11 , el termotecho (15) es colocado sobre los muros de termopanel, estos muros cumplen la función de muros portantes, ya que sobre ellos se distribuye el peso de termotecho. Para generar un acople fijo y sin desniveles se emplea unas canaletas “U” (12) que van atornillando al muro de termopanel y al termotecho (15), la unión de estas dos piezas hace que la vivienda se vuelva hermética y pueda resistir cualquier clima exterior. Para reforzar la unión del termotecho (15) se coloca una cumbrera (14) y unas canaletas (13) laterales que tiene una forma V enanchada en sus puntas y alargada, esta pieza va sobre el termotecho (15) en su parte central como se puede observar en la figura 12, se coloca por el exterior y por el interior. La función que cumple la cumbrera (14) es no dejar pasar las filtraciones de agua y hermetizar el termotecho para generar un microclima en el interior de la vivienda. Las cumbreras están fijadas con tomillos en sus extremos. Las canaletas (13) tienen la función llevar el agua de las lluvias a un punto específico en el suelo para evitar el deterioro de la base (1 a) y de los muros de termopanel exterior(2c), alargando así la vida útil de la vivienda.
Para las instalaciones de las puertas se coloca un canal (10) en los bordes de los agujeros en los termopaneles (11 ) y (21 ), esto se usa para brindar firmeza al marco, para posteriormente colocar las puertas (9). La puerta está previamente ensamblada, solo se coloca en el agujero donde se encuentra instalado el canal (10) y se atornilla las bisagras al canal para terminar su instalación.
La instalación de las ventanas (8) es muy sencilla, ya que están prefabricadas y solo se coloca en el agujero que tiene el termopanel (6a) y para su fijación se atornilla en los extremos de la ventana, para finalmente terminar la instalación de la vivienda sostenible sin estructura.
Claims
REIVINDICACIONES Una vivienda sostenible sin estructura que está comprendida por una base (1 a), unos termopaneles exteriores (2c), unos termopaneles interiores (3c), un termotecho (15), unas puertas (9) y unas ventanas (8) caracterizado porque los termopaneles exteriores (2c) y los termopaneles interiores (3c) se unen a la base (1 a) mediante unos heles en forma de “U” (3), y unas canaletas “U” (12) unen a los termopaneles exteriores (2c) y los termopaneles interiores (3c) entre sí, además dichas canaletas “U” (12) unen el termotecho (15) con unos muros formados por los termopaneles. Una vivienda sostenible sin estructura, según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque la base (1 a) está comprendida por unos soportes de madera (1 ) sobre los que se coloca unos paneles de triplay fenólico (2), un suelo vinílico (4) que tiene forma rectangular sobre el que se colocan unos heles en forma de “U” (3). Una vivienda sostenible sin estructura, según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque los termopaneles exteriores (2c) están conformado por los termopaneles (5), (6a), (7a) y (11 ), los cuales forman la pared frontal y posterior, además unos termopaneles (19) conforman las paredes laterales de la vivienda. Una vivienda sostenible sin estructura, según la reivindicación 3 caracterizada porque en el interior y exterior a los termopaneles exteriores (19) y (11 ) se fija unos perfiles de galvanizado (17) y (16). Una vivienda sostenible sin estructura, según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque los termopaneles interiores (3c) están comprendido por termopaneles (20), (21 ), (7b) y (6b) que dividen las
áreas interiores de la vivienda, y están unidos por unos perfiles (18) fijado por unos tomillos a una cierta distancia. Una vivienda sostenible sin estructura, según la reivindicación 4 caracterizada porque sobre el termotecho se coloca unas cumbreras (14) por el exterior y por el interior, y unas canaletas (13) laterales.
