La présente invention concerne un appareil comprenant un moteur électrique (100) ayant un rotor et un stator et un ventilateur (207), le rotor comprenant une coque externe (102) disposée de manière annulaire par rapport au stator et cette coque externe (102) étant reliée à un arbre de rotor (104) ; le ventilateur (207) étant disposé de manière co-centrique par rapport à l'arbre de rotor (104) et pouvant tourner par rapport à l'arbre de rotor (104) ; comprenant un système d'entraînement pour le ventilateur (207), des moyens pour entraîner le système d'entraînement par une rotation de la coque externe et des moyens pour entraîner le ventilateur (207) par le système d'entraînement ; et le système d'entraînement étant configuré pour transformer la rotation de la coque externe (102) en une rotation du ventilateur (207) avec un rapport d'entraînement de 1 : F, F étant supérieur à 1.
