如图3所示,所述固定座10用于固定在墙体或天花板等安装面上,所述固定座10的外侧设有安装部13,所述安装部13上设有安装孔131和安装件(未图示),所述安装件穿过所述安装孔131以将所述固定座10固定在安装面上。在本申请的其他实施例中,所述安装孔131的截面可以是条形,所述安装件可沿所述安装孔131横向移动,便于及时调整安装位置,进一步地,不同的安装部13上的条形的安装孔131的延伸方向可以不同,优选为相互垂直。可以理解的是,通过设置多个安装部13可增强所述固定座10的结构稳固性,本申请优选设置四个安装部13,且该四个安装部13均匀分布在所述固定座10的周向外侧面上。
所述安装部13中设有贯通的通槽14,所述通槽14中设有第一连接件15,所述固定座10的外侧还设有用于支撑所述第一连接件15的第一限位件16,所述安装部13和所述第一限位件16沿所述固定座10的周向外壁同轴设置,所述第一连接件15的两端分别与所述安装部13和所述第一限位件16固定连接。优选地,所述第一连接件15和第一限位件16均对 应所述安装部13设有四个。
具体地,所述第一连接件15包括第一端151、第二端152以及用于连接第一端151和第二端152的第三端153,所述第一端151的尺寸大于所述通槽14开口的尺寸,所述第二端152和所述第三端153的尺寸小于所述通槽14开口的尺寸,所述第一连接件15的第二端152自所述通槽14向下伸入,使得所述第二端152与所述第一限位件16贴合并通过紧固件进行紧固,同样地,所述第一端151和所述第三端153分别与所述安装部13和所述固定座10的外壁贴合并通过紧固件进行紧固,如此以加强所述固定座10结构的稳定性。所述第二端152与所述第一限位件16贴合的具体结构可以根据需要进行设置,包括但不限于在所述第一限位件16上设置与所述第二端152相配合的槽孔结构。较佳地,所述第一连接件15包括但不限于五金件,只要是结构强度大且不易形变即可。可以理解的是,所述第一端151上开设有与所述安装孔131对应的槽孔。
如图4所示,所述连接座20用于与所述灯体102连接,当然,可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,所述连接座20可以与所述灯体102一体设置,所述灯体102可直接与所示固定座10进行连接,在此不做限制。所述连接座20中设有用于收容所述固定座10的第一收容腔22,可以理解的是,所述固定座10主体部分收容在所述第一收容腔22中,所述安装部13设置在所述第一收容腔22外。所述第一收容腔22自所述连接座20部分凹陷形成,所述第一收容腔22包括环形壁221,所述环形壁221的内侧设有第二限位件23,所述第二限位件23用于与所述第一限位件16相配合进行相互限位。具体地,所述第二限位件23包括与所述第一限位件16抵接的承载部231和用于防止所述第一限位件16过度转动的止挡部232,所述承载部231和所述止挡部232相连并围设以形成一第二收容腔233用于收容所述第一限位件16。优选地,所述第二限位件23对应所述第一限位件16设有四个。
具体地,所述第二收容腔233沿所述环形壁221的周向方向上设有开口,所述开口和所述止挡部232分别位于所述承载部231沿所述环形壁221的周向方向上的两侧。当所述连接座20与所述固定座10相配合时,所述第一限位件16可卡入相邻第二限位件23之间,所述连接座20通过转动从而带动所述第一限位件16转动至所述第二限位件23的第二收容腔233中,从而实现与所述固定座10进行卡接配合,如此以完成所述灯具100的安装。若需要对所述灯具100进行拆卸,只需反向转动所述连接座20即可。
在本申请的优选实施例中,所述承载部231在所述开口处设有导向部234,所述导向部234呈板状,所述导向部234使得所述第二收容腔233自所述开口处向内具有逐渐收缩的趋势,即所述第二收容腔233的截面面积自所述开口至所述止挡部232逐渐减小,如此以增大所述开口的大小,便于所述第一限位部沿所述导向部234导入至所述第二收容腔233内。
如图5所示,在本申请的其他实施例中,所述第二收容腔233中设有与所述承载部231相贴合设置的第二连接件24,所述第二连接件24部分与所述承载部231固定连接,另一部分与所述连接座20固定连接,所述第二连接件24用于强化所述第二收容腔233与所述连接 座20之间的结构强度。较佳地,所述第二连接件24包括但不限于五金件,只要是结构强度大且不易形变即可。
在本申请的其他实施例中,所述承载部231非水平设置,即,所述承载部231在所述开口处较高,在所述止挡部232处较低,如此设置,使得所述第一限位件16在重力的作用下,沿所述第二收容腔233中具有朝向所述止挡部232运动的趋势,以防止所述灯体102意外脱出。
如图4和图6所示,作为本申请的一较佳的实施例,所述连接座20在与所述固定座10装配的过程中可产生装配到位的指示声。具体地,所述第一限位件16上设有朝向所述安装部13开口的定位孔17,在其他实施例中,当所述第一连接件15更靠近所述安装部13时,所述定位孔17也可以开设在所述第一连接件15的第二端152上,在此不作限制。所述第二收容腔233内设有朝向所述定位孔17设置的定位件241。当所述第一限位件16卡入所述第二收容腔233中时,所述第一限位件16通过挤压所述定位件241产生弹性形变,并随着所述第一限位件16的继续运动,所述定位件241卡持至所述定位孔17中,并且在弹性复位的过程中因震动而产生声响,以提示装配到位。反之,在拆卸的过程中,所述第一限位件16反向运动,所述定位件241产生弹性形变并伴随声响以指示完成脱出。
在本申请的优选实施例中,所述承载部231上设有远离所述第二收容腔233方向的凸出部235,由于所述第二收容腔233的开口处较大,所述连接件在装配时容易产生倾斜,所述凸出部235用于在所述连接座20相对于所述固定座10倾斜安装时与所述安装部13抵接,以避免错误安装。
进一步地,所述凸出部235中设有与所述第二收容腔233联通的第三收容腔236,所述定位件241部分收容在所述第三收容腔236中,所述第二连接件24上对应所述第三收容腔236开设有通孔,所述定位件241自所述第三收容腔236穿过所述承载部231和所述第二连接件24延伸至所述第二收容腔233中。所述第三收容腔236中还设有用于对所述定位件241进行复位的弹性件242,所述弹性件242可以是弹簧,所述弹性件242套设在所述定位件241上并收容在所述第三收容腔236内。当所述定位件241收到所述第一限位件16的挤压时,所述弹性件242收到压力并跟随所述定位件241朝所述第三收容腔236中收缩,当装配到位时,所述定位件241在所述弹性件242的弹力作用下复位,并卡入所述定位孔17中。
综上所述,本申请通过在灯具100中设置凸出部235,在装配过程中避免连接座20与固定座10倾斜卡接,并在装配到位时产生指示声响。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种固定装置,用于固定灯具,包括固定座和连接座,所述连接座通过转动与所述固定座进行卡接,其中,所述固定座的外侧设有用于固定所述固定座的安装部,所述安装部中设有第一连接件,所述第一连接件的一端与所述安装部固定,另一端设有朝向所述安装部开口的定位孔,所述连接座中设有朝向所述定位孔设置的定位件,所述连接座在转动过程中带动所述定位件与所述定位孔卡持或脱出,并在卡持或脱出的过程中产生声响。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定座的外侧还设有用于支撑所述第一连接件的第一限位件,所述第一连接件的两端分别与所述安装部和所述第一限位件固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其中,所述连接座中设有用于收容所述固定座的第一收容腔,所述第一收容腔包括设有第二限位件的环形壁,所述第二限位件用于与所述第一限位件相配合进行相互限位,所述第二限位件包括与所述第一限位件抵接的承载部和用于防止所述第一限位件过度转动的止挡部,所述承载部和所述止挡部围设以形成一第二收容腔用于收容所述第一限位件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其中,所述承载部非水平设置,以使得所述第一限位件在所述收容腔中具有朝向所述止挡部运动的趋势。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其中,所述第二收容腔沿所述环形壁的周向方向上设有开口,所述开口和所述止挡部分别位于所述承载部沿所述环形壁的周向方向上的两侧,所述承载部在所述开口处设有导向部,所述导向部使得所述第二收容腔自所述开口处向内具有逐渐收缩的趋势。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的固定装置,其中,所述承载部上设有远离所述第二收容腔方向的凸出部,所述凸出部用于在所述连接座相对于所述固定座倾斜安装时与所述安装部抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的固定装置,其中,所述凸出部中设有与所述第二收容腔联通的第三收容腔,所述定位件部分收容在所述第三收容腔中,所述第三收容腔中还设有用于对所述定位件进行复位的弹性件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的固定装置,其中,所述第二收容腔中设有与所述承载部相贴合设置的第二连接件,所述第二连接件部分与所述承载部固定连接,另一部分与所述连接座固定连接,所述定位件自所述第三收容腔穿过所述承载部和所述第二连接件延伸至所述第二收容腔中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其中,所述固定座上设有用于连接市电的第一导线端子,所述连接座上设有用于连接用电设备的第二导线端子,当所述连接座通过转动与所述固定座进行卡接后,所述第一导线端子与所述第二导线端子电性连接。
  10. 一种固定座,用于与连接座配合并固定灯具,所述连接座中设有定位件,其中,所述固定座的外侧设有用于固定所述固定座的安装部,所述安装部中设有第一连接件,所述第一连接件的一端与所述安装部固定,另一端设有朝向所述安装部开口的定位孔,所述连接座在转动过程中带动所述定位件与所述定位孔卡持或脱出,并在卡持或脱出的过程中产生声响。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的固定座,其中,所述固定座的外侧还设有用于支撑所述第一连接件的第一限位件,所述第一连接件的两端分别与所述安装部和所述第一限位件固定连接。
  12. 一种连接座,设置在灯具中并用于与固定座配合,所述固定座中开设有定位孔,其中,所述连接座中设有与所述定位孔相配合的定位件,所述连接座在转动过程中带动所述定位件与所述定位孔卡持或脱出,并在卡持或脱出的过程中产生声响。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的连接座,其中,所述连接座中设有用于收容所述固定座的第一收容腔,所述第一收容腔包括设有第二限位件的环形壁,所述第二限位件用于与所述固定座的第一限位件相配合进行相互限位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的连接座,其中,所述第二限位件包括与所述第一限位件抵接的承载部和用于防止所述第一限位件过度转动的止挡部,所述承载部和所述止挡部围设以形成一第二收容腔用于收容所述第一限位件,所述定位件设置在所述第二收容腔中的承载部上。
