Abstract

The invention relates to at least one casting machine (1) with at least one body (10) on which the mold (20) can be attached to manufacture sinks. The novelty of the invention is that it is characterized in that; it comprises at least one rotation mechanism (70) to which it is connected to ensure at least partial rotation of the said body (10).

Description

A CASTING MACHINE FOR SINK MOLDING
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to at least one casting machine with at least one body on which molds can be attached to manufacture sinks.
PRIOR ART
Today, vitrified products such as sinks, shower trays, and toilets are manufactured in casting machines. In these casting machines, vitrified products are obtained by pouring the raw material into the mold formed in a predetermined way and drying it. Thanks to the casting machines, production standardization is ensured by the manufacturing of products with predetermined dimensions and aesthetics. The casting process is performed by moving the molds vertically in the casting machines.
The movement of the molds is provided only on the vertical axis. In the current art, several problems are encountered due to the freedom of movement of the molds only on the level axis. One of these problems is the difficulty of cleaning the mold after the molding process. If the molds are not cleaned between the molding processes, molding errors may occur due to the residuals from the previous molding process. In this case, there may be an increase in the number of rejects. In addition, rejects occur if the raw material in the mold cannot spread evenly to the mold. This is another problem that is frequently experienced in the current art.
In the current art, sink production is made with more complex molds than other vitrified products. In this case, the fact that the mold does not have the desired freedom of movement makes sink production more difficult compared to other vitrified products. For these reasons, the number of rejects is even higher in sink manufacturing processes known in the art, and problems are frequently experienced.
All the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the related technical field as a result.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the casting machine to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the invention is to provide the casting machine that can allow the sink to be molded effectively.
Another object of the invention is to provide the casting machine with improved molding, maintenance, and cleaning properties.
The present invention is at least one casting machine with at least one body on which molds can be attached to manufacture sinks to realize all the objects that are mentioned above and will emerge from the following detailed description. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one rotation mechanism to which it is connected to ensure at least partial rotation of the said body. Thus, the sink mold is at least partially rotated around itself to improve its maintenance, molding, and cleaning properties.
A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one drive element for providing the motion energy of the said rotation mechanism. Thus, the energy required for the body on the casting machine to be rotated around itself is provided.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises a reducer for speed adjustment of the rotation mechanism. Thus, it is possible to adjust the torque required to rotate the body.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one shaft for transferring movement between the drive element and the body in the rotation mechanism. Thus, power can be transferred from the drive element to the body.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the rotation mechanism is configured to rotate the body around itself in both directions. Thus, freedom of movement is provided to the mold and body.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the rotation mechanism can rotate the body around itself between 0-220°. Thus, freedom of movement is provided to the mold and body. Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the rotation mechanism comprises at least one body locking assembly to be able to secure the body in a predetermined position. Thus, the body can be fixed in a predetermined position.
Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the said body locking assembly comprises at least one second piston provided on at least one among the base and the body and at least one second hole provided on the other. Thus, the body can be fixed in a predetermined position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The subject of the invention is explained with examples that do not have any limiting effect only for a better understanding of the subject in this detailed description.
A representative perspective view of the casting machine (1) of the invention is given in Figure 1. Accordingly, the said casting machine (1 ) ensures that the sink (not shown) is made of sludge/liquid mortar. The said sink in the invention is a home and office product obtained from a mixture of elements such as clay and kaolinite.
The casting machine (1 ) has at least one body (10) to perform molding. The said body (10) is located on at least one base (2) in the casting machine (1 ). It has struts (11) positioned on the body (10). The said struts (11 ) are positioned substantially parallel to each other and are held to each other by at least one mount (12) from their upper parts. There is at least one mold (20) between the struts (11) in the body (10). This mold (20) ensures that the specially prepared mortar is injected into the sink and shaped while it is being manufactured. For this, the mold (20) has an essentially two-part structure. These may be characterized as lower mold (21) and upper mold (22). This lower mold (21 ) and the upper mold (22) are leaned against each other to create a closed volume between them and the mortar is filled in this part. When the mortar takes the inner form of the mold (20), the lower mold (21) and the upper mold (22) move away from each other and the formed sink is removed from the mold (20). The sink must be at least two-piece for removal from the mold (20). By leaning at least one of the parts of this mold (20) relative to the other, molding is done, and the molded sink is removed by separating the molds from each other.
A representative frontal view of the casting machine (1 ) of the invention is given in Figure 2. Accordingly, the mold (20) is associated with at least one lower table (14) and at least one upper table (13). In the invention, the lower mold (21 ) is connected with the lower table (14) and the upper mold (22) is connected with the upper table (13). Preferably, the lower table (14) is fixedly connected to the body (10). The said upper table (13) is configured to be at least partially moved on the vertical axis (I) on the body (10). The movement of the upper table (13) on the body (10) is provided by at least one movement mechanism (30). The said movement mechanism (30) is configured to move the upper table (13) in the vertical axis (I). To do this, the movement mechanism (30) is positioned on the body (10) and moves the upper mold (22) relative to the lower mold (21) with various hydraulic and mechanical solutions. With the movement of the upper table (13), the upper mold (22) can be separated from the lower mold (21). In this way, molding and removal from the mold (20) can be easily done.
There is at least one wheel assembly (40) on the upper table (13). This wheel assembly (40) is associated with at least one slide (41 ) provided on the struts (11 ). The wheel assembly (40) on the wheel assembly (40) makes a sliding movement on the slide (41). The structure of the wheel assembly (40) and the slide (41 ) is provided on multiple sides between the upper table (13) and the struts (11). In fact, with the movement of the wheel assembly (40) on the slides (41 ) in the vertical axis (I), the centering is done. In this way, the stability of the movement of the upper table (13) in the vertical axis (I) is ensured.
There is at least one mold locking assembly (50) between the upper table (13) and the body (10). The said mold locking assembly (50) allows the position of the upper table (13) in the vertical axis (I) to be fixed independently of the movement mechanism (30). For this, there is at least one first piston (51) on at least one among the upper table (13) and the body (10), and at least one first hole (52) that can be associated with the said first piston (51) on the other. When the first piston (51 ) is aligned with the said first hole (52), it extends into the first hole (52) and fixes the upper mold (22) against the lower mold (21).
There is at least one air cushion (61 ) to strictly lean the upper mold (22) against the lower mold (21 ). The said air cushion (61) keeps the lower mold (21 ) and the upper mold (22) closed during the casting process and prevents sludge leakage. The front plate is moved forward while the air cushion (61) is inflated with compressed air. As soon as the casting process is finished and the mold (20) is opened, the compressed air inside the air cushion (61 ) must be discharged. However, while the air cushion (61 ) is deflated, the previously pushed aluminum plate cannot be retracted. At least one spring assembly (60) is used for retracting the plate. The said spring assembly (60) may be at least partially stretchable. When inflating the air cushion (61), the spring assembly (60) is compressed. When the air cushion (61 ) is deflated, the previously compressed spring assembly (60) is released and the plate is brought to its initial position.
A representative side view of the casting machine (1 ) of the invention is given in Figure 3. Accordingly, the body (10) is configured to be at least partially rotated around itself in the casting machine (1). For this, the body (10) is connected with at least one rotation mechanism (70). The said rotation mechanism (70) is fixedly positioned on the said base (2) and rotates the body (10) at least partially around itself. When the rotation mechanism (70) rotates the body (10), the mold (20) positioned in the body (10) is rotated around itself.
There is at least one drive element (71 ) on the rotation mechanism (70). The said drive element (71 ) provides the motion energy required to rotate the body (10). The drive element (71 ) may be an electric motor in a possible embodiment of the invention. However, the invention is not limited to this, the drive element (71) can also be an element such as a hydraulic power source. The drive element (71 ) is associated with the body (10) and allows rotation. There may be a shaft (72) between the drive element (71 ) and the body (10) for the association between the drive element (71) and the body (10). The drive element (71 ) rotates the shaft (72) at least partially around itself. With this rotation, the shaft (72) rotates the body (10). There may be at least one reducer (73) between the shaft (72) and the drive element (71 ) for this rotation. The said reducer (73) is essentially a gearbox. The reducer (73) allows the motion energy received from the drive element (71 ) to be transferred to the body (10) by adjusting the speed and torque in a predetermined way. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the rotation mechanism (70) is provided in two pieces on opposite sides of the body (10) in the casting machine (1). In this way, the rotation characteristics of the body (10) can be improved.
There is at least one body locking assembly (80) on the casting machine (1). The said body locking assembly (80) allows the body to be fixed in predetermined positions with respect to the vertical axis (I). For this, there is at least one second piston (81 ) on at least one among the rotation mechanism (70) and body (10) and at least one second hole (82) that can be associated with the said second piston (81 ) on the other. The said second hole (82) may be positioned on the struts (11). When the second piston (81) is aligned with the second hole (82), it extends into the second hole (82) and aligns the body (10) in predetermined positions relative to the vertical axis (I). A plurality of second holes (82) may be provided on the body locking assembly (80) to align with the second piston (81). In this way, the body (10) can be fixed in different positions relative to the vertical axis (I). However, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, when the second piston (81 ) is inserted into the second hole (82), the body (10) is positioned in the vertical axis (I). In this way, the molding process can be carried out most efficiently.
A representative side view of the casting machine (1 ) of the invention in a state rotated clockwise is given in Figure 4. Accordingly, at least one first angle (II) is formed between the vertical axis (I) and the body (10) by rotating the same clockwise in the casting machine (1) in the side view. The first angle (II) is essentially clockwise on the vertical axis (I) when the casting machine (1) is viewed from the side. The said first angle (II) may preferably be up to 110°. Thus, the mold (20) can be rotated with the first angle (II).
A representative side view of the casting machine (1 ) of the invention in a state rotated counterclockwise is given in Figure 5. Accordingly, at least a second angle (III) is formed between the vertical axis (I) and the body (10) by rotating the same counterclockwise in the casting machine (1 ) in the side view. The second angle (III) is essentially counterclockwise in the vertical axis (I) when the casting machine (1) is viewed from the side. The said second angle (III) may preferably be up to 110°. Thus, the mold (20) can be rotated with the second angle (III).
In the casting machine (1), freedom of rotation occurs between 0 and 220° in total thanks to the rotation of the mold (20) with the first angle (II) and the second angle (III). With this rotation movement, the sludge mortar can be spread into the mold in the best way during molding. In addition, the lower mold (21) and the upper mold (22) can be easily cleaned by separating the lower mold (21) and the upper mold (22) between the molding processes. In this way, reject formation is prevented due to molding residues.
The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the attached claims and cannot be limited to those explained for sampling purposes in this detailed description. It is evident that a person skilled in the art may exhibit similar embodiments in light of the above-mentioned facts without departing from the main theme of the invention.

CLAIMS The invention is at least one casting machine (1 ) with at least one body (10) on which the mold (20) can be attached to manufacture sinks, characterized in that; it comprises at least one rotation mechanism (70) to which it is connected to ensure at least partial rotation of the said body (10). A casting machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one drive element (71) to provide the motion energy of the said rotation mechanism (70). A casting machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises a reducer (73) for speed adjustment of the rotation mechanism (70). A casting machine (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that; it comprises at least one shaft (72) for transferring movement between the drive element (71 ) and the body (10) in the rotation mechanism (70). A casting machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the rotation mechanism (70) is configured to rotate the body (10) around itself in both directions. A casting machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the rotation mechanism (70) can rotate the body (10) around itself between 0-220°. A casting machine (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the rotation mechanism (70) comprises at least one body locking assembly (80) to fix the body (10) in a predetermined position. A casting machine (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that; said body locking assembly (80) comprises at least one second piston (81 ) provided on at least one among at least one base (2) and the body (10) and at least one second hole (82) provided on the other.
