本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种任务处理方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
目标和主要成果(Objectives and Key Results,OKR)是一种管理目标设定系统和方法,其主要目标是明确公司和团队的“目标”以及明确每个目标达成的可衡量的“关键结果”,每个目标都需要多个关键结果。OKR可以在采取行动之前培养长期思考与计划的纪律性,有助于将每个人的工作重点放在最重要的优先事项上,并将员工的工作与组织中真正重要的事情联系起来。
然而,采用现有技术的OKR技术中,无法实现将OKR数据迁移到其他载体中,不利于用户查看。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种任务处理方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,能够将任务信息迁移至不同的载体中,方便用户查看。
第一方面,本公开提供了一种任务处理方法,包括:
响应于在文档页面中接收到任务信息的输入请求,在所述文档页面中显示任务面板,所述任务面板中包括至少一个第一任务信息,所 述任务信息包括所述第一任务信息;
响应于对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,在所述文档页面中显示任务区域,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
可选的,所述任务信息还包括第二任务信息,所述第二任务信息与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系。
可选的,所述任务面板中还包括用于选取所述第一任务信息的第一控件,所述第一控件位于所述第一任务信息的关联区域。

本公开的技术方案可以应用于电子设备,其中,电子设备可以是电脑、平板、手机或者其他智能终端设备等。电子设备具有显示屏,其中,显示屏可以是触摸屏,也可以是非触摸屏,对于具有触摸屏的电子设备,用户可以通过手势、手指或者触控工具(例如,触控笔)实现与电子设备的交互操作。对于非触摸屏的电子设备,可以通过外部设备(例如,鼠标、键盘或者摄像头等)或者语音识别或者表情识别等实现与电子设备的交互操作。

其中,任务信息以OKR任务为例进行描述:
文档页面中接收到OKR任务的输入请求,在文档页面中显示OKR面板,OKR面板中包括至少一个目标(Object,O)选项,OKR任务包括至少一个O选项,响应于对至少一个O选项的触发操作,在文档页面中显示任务区域,在任务区域中显示至少一个O选项,如此,在文档页面中能够输入并显示至少一个OKR任务,从而能够实现任务信息的迁移,使得任务信息能够迁移至不同的载体中,方便用户查看。
下面给出的几个具体的实施例均以任务信息为OKR任务为例,对本公开的技术方案做详细描述进行描述,其他种类的任务信息的实现方案,与本公开的技术方案类似。

操作选项列表,如图2所示,包括OKR组件按钮,OKR组件按钮用于请求在文档页面中输入OKR任务,通过单击、双击、长按等方式触发OKR组件按钮,在文档页面中请求输入OKR任务,接收OKR组件按钮的触发操作后对其做出响应,即在文档页面中显示OKR面板。
需要说明的是,操作选项列表中还可以包括用于请求在文档页面中输入其他任务消息的其他组件按钮,例如,其他组件按钮可以是视频组件按钮,通过触发视频组件按钮能够在文档页面中输入视频,其他组件按钮还可以是图片组件按钮,通过触发图片组件按钮能够在文档页面中输入图片。
用户需要在文档中插入OKR数据时,还可以是文档页面中直接显示有OKR组件按钮,通过触发文档页面中显示的OKR组件按钮,显示OKR面板。
可选的,图3为本公开提供的另一种文档页面的示意图,如图3所示,任务面板中显示有搜索框,在搜索框内输入关键字,可以查找 与关键字相关的用户,快速获取该用户对应的所有O选项。
示例性的,如图3所示,OKR任务面板中,第一用户对应有一个O选项,即O1选项。在其他实施方式中,第一用户可以对应有的多个O选项,本实施例对用第一任务消息的数量不做具体限制。
可选的,如图3所示,任务信息还包括第二任务信息,第二任务信息与第一任务信息具有关联关系。
示例性的,如图3所示,OKR面板中,与O1选项关联的第二任务信息为三个主要成果(Key Result,KR)选项,分别为KR1选项、KR2选项和KR3选项。例如,如图3所示,O1选项中包括的目标信息为“保持品牌领先优势,提升品牌知名度与影响力”,即需要达到的最终目标,针对最终目标设置了三个阶段性目标,即三个主要成果,来推进最终目标顺利完成。其中,KR1选项中包括的主要成果信息为“以专项形式落地品牌策略,产出10个宣传素材”,KR2选项中包括的主要成果信息为“首月完成1支混剪出街视频”,KR3选项中包括的主要成果信息为“形成一套高质量的方法论,至少缩短素材撰写周期30%”。

示例性的,第一控件可以是复选框,如图4所示,第一用户对应O1选项,O1选项的起始位置处对应有一个复选框,通过选择O1选项对应的复选框,能够选取O1选项。选择复选框时,可以显示如图4所示的标识,该标识能够提示用户该复选框已被选择,从而便于方便用户操作。选择复选框后可以在复选框内显示对号,如图4所示,可以在是复选框内黑色填充,还可以是在复选框内显示其他标识。复选框可以是如图4所示的正方形,还可以是圆形、三角形等其他形状。

用户触发O1选项,如图3所示,响应于对O1选项的触发操作,在文档页面中插入任务区域,在任务区域内显示有O1选项中包括的目标信息,如图5所示。在其他实施方式中,还可以是触发第一用户对应的多个O选项,响应于多个O选项的触发操作,任务区域中显示多个O选项中包括的目标信息。

需要说明的是,图7仅示例性展示了第二控件为伸缩按钮,实际应用中,并不限定第二控件的实现方式。
本实施例中,通过响应于对第二控件的触发操作,在任务面板中显示与第一任务信息关联的至少一个第二任务信息,通过第二控件能够隐藏第二任务信息,使得任务面板的显示界面比较简洁,提升用户体验度。

在触发第一任务信息之前,先选择待输入至文档页面中的第一任务信息,可以是选择多个任务信息,针对选择的多个任务信息进行触发操作,从而在文档页面中一次性输入多个任务信息,能够实现一次性批量输入多个任务信息,减少操作的次数,便于用户操作。
作为S102的一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如图9所示:

本实施例中,通过响应于对第一任务信息的选择操作,将与第一任务信息关联的第二任务信息置于被选中状态,实现第一任务信息和第二任务信息的关联性,避免对第一任务信息关联的多个第二任务信 息进行多次选择操作,提升操作的效率和便利性。

S102”,响应于对任意一个所述第二任务信息的选择操作,将与所述第二任务信息关联的第一任务信息置于被选中状态。
示例性的,图14为本公开提供的又一种文档页面的示意图,如图14所示,OKR面板中包括第一用户,第一用户对应O1选项和O2选项,O1选项与KR1选项和KR2选项关联。选择O1选项关联的KR1选项后,如图14所示,O1选项也呈选中状态,无需用户对于O1选项再进行选择操作。在其他实施方式中,还可以是选择O1选项关联的KR2选项后,O1选项也呈选中状态。
本实施例中,通过响应于对任意一个第二任务信息的选择操作,将与第二任务信息关联的第一任务信息置于被选中状态,实现第一任务信息和第二任务信息的关联性,避免对第二任务信息关联的第一任务信息进行选择操作,提升操作的效率和便利性。
作为S102的又一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如图15所示:
S102”’,响应于对所述任务面板中的第一用户的标识的选择操作,将归属于所述第一用户的第一任务信息和/或第二任务信息置于被选中状态。
示例性的,图16为本公开提供的又一种文档页面的示意图,如图16所示,OKR面板中包括第一用户,第一用户对应O1选项和O2选项,O1选项与KR1选项和KR2选项关联。选择OKR面板中的第一用户的复选框,如图16所示,默认第一用户对应的O1选项和O2选项均,以及O1选项关联的KR1选项和KR2选项呈选中状态,可以针对同一用户,减少操作次数。
在其他实施方式中,还可以是选择OKR面板中的第一用户的复选框,默认第一用户对应的O1选项关联的KR1选项和KR2选项呈选中状态,或者,还可以是选择OKR面板中的第一用户的复选框,默认第一用户对应的O1选项和O2选项均呈选中状态。
需要说明的是,图16仅示例性展示了的第一用户的标识为复选框,在其他实施方式中,第一用户的标识还可以为按钮、触控标识等,本实施例对第一用户的标识的具体实现方式不做限制。
本实施例中,通过响应于对任务面板中的第一用户的标识的选择操作,将归属于第一用户的第一任务信息和/或第二任务信息置于被选中状态,针对同一用户,可以减少任务信息的操作次数,方便用户操作,提升用户操作的效率。
作为S102的又一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如图17所示:
S201,响应于所述第一任务信息已被设置权限,在所述任务面板与所述第一任务信息关联的区域显示提醒信息。
示例性的,图18为本公开提供的又一种文档页面的示意图,如图18所示,OKR面板中包括第一用户,第一用户对应O1选项和O2选项,其中,O1选项已被设置权限,例如,可以显示如图18所示的权限标识。O1选项附近的关联区域会显示提示信息,例如“O1选项已设置为保密,插入后有泄露风险,插入后通知O1选项的所有者”。
可以触发通知O1选项的所有者,需要O1选项的所有者授权后,才能够将O1选项插入至文档页面中,能够保证O1选项的私密性。还可以触发通知O1选项的所有者,由于O1选项已被设置权限,不会在文档页面中展开显示O1选项中的全部内容,保证O1选项的私密性。
本实施例中,通过响应于第一任务信息已被设置权限,在任务面板与第一任务信息关联的区域显示提醒信息,保证了第一任务信息的私密性。
图19为本公开提供的又一种任务处理方法,图19为图1所示实施例的基础上,执行S103时的一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如下:
S103’,响应于被选择的所述第一任务信息关联有第二任务信息,在所述第二任务信息未被选择时,禁止执行对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作。
示例性的,图20为本公开提供的又一种文档页面的示意图,如图 20所示,OKR面板中包括第一用户对应的O1选项、O1选项关联的KR1选项和KR2选项,以及插入按钮。未选则KR1选项和KR2选项时,相当于未选则第一用户对应的O2选项,此时未选则输入文档页面的任务消息,也就是说文档页面中无输入的内容,此时的插入按钮处于禁止触发状态,例如,可以显示为灰色,如图20所示,或者可以隐藏插入按钮等来提示用户插入按钮当前处于不可触发的状态。也就是说,在未选择第二任务信息时,无法进行向文档页面中输入第一任务信息的操作,能够避免无效操作的情况。
需要说明的是,图20仅以插入按钮的状态来表示对第一任务信息的触发操作当前是否可触发,在实际应用中,对于展示当前第一任务信息是否可触发的具体实现方式不做具体限制。
本实施例中,通过响应于被选择的第一任务信息关联有第二任务信息,在第二任务信息未被选择时,禁止执行对至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,使得在未选择第二任务信息时,无法进行向文档页面中输入第二任务信息关联的第一任务消息的操作,能够避免无效操作,有利于提升用户操作的效率;还能够避免出现误操作任务消息的情况,从而能够避免出现对文档页面的误操作,有利于提升用户操作的效率。
图21为本公开提供的又一种任务处理方法,图21为图1所示实施例的基础上,执行S103时的另一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如下:
S103”,响应于未有所述第一任务信息被选择,禁止执行对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作。
示例性的,如图20所示,未选则O1选项时,即未选则输入文档页面的任务消息,也就是说文档页面中无输入的内容,此时的插入按钮处于禁止触发状态。也就是说,在未选择第一任务信息时,无法进行向文档页面中输入第一任务信息的操作,能够避免无效操作的情况。
本实施例中,通过响应于未有第一任务信息被选择,禁止执行对至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,使得在未选择第一任务信息时, 无法进行向文档页面中输入第一任务消息的操作,能够避免无效操作,有利于提升用户操作的效率;还能够避免出现误操作任务消息的情况,从而能够避免出现对文档页面的误操作,有利于提升用户操作的效率。
图22为本公开提供的又一种任务处理方法,图22为图1所示实施例的基础上,执行S103时的又一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如下:
S103”’,响应于被选择的所述第一任务信息未关联有第二任务信息,在对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作后,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
示例性的,如图23所示,OKR面板中包括第一用户对应的O1选项,以及插入按钮,O1选项无关联的KR选项,选择O1选项后,插入按钮从不可触发状态转变为可触发状态,例如,OKR面板中的插入按钮显示正常颜色,如图23所示,或者,显示插入按钮。
选择O1选项后,触发插入按钮,响应于插入按钮的触发,将已选的O1选项输入至文档页面中,形成如图5所示的文档页面,文档页面中包括任务区域,O1选项显示于任务区域中。通过触发插入按钮将O1选项输入文档页面中,能够避免误操作第一任务消息,从而能够避免对文档页面的误操作,有利于提升用户操作的效率。
本实施例中,通过响应于被选择的第一任务信息未关联有第二任务信息,在对至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作后,在任务区域中显示第一任务信息,使得在选择第一任务信息后再触发在文档页面中输入第一任务消息,能够避免无效输入的情况,有利于提升用户操作的效率;还能够避免出现误操作第一任务消息的情况,从而能够避免出现对文档页面的误操作,有利于提升用户操作的效率。
基于上述实施例,作为S103中在任务区域中显示第一任务消息的步骤的一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如下:
将每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域合并成一个内容块,合并后的任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
若文档的类型为第一类型,例如,第一类型可以是在线文档,在文档页面中一次性批量输入多个OKR任务,文档页面中显示一个内容块,如图24所示,该内容块中的任务区域显示有此次输入的所有O选项。
可选的,任务区域显示的所有O选项作为一个整体的内容块,对其进行操作和响应,例如,对该内容块进行删除操作、分享操作或者剪切操作等,该内容块中的所有O选项同时对删除操作、分享操作和剪切操作等进行响应,减小用户的操作次数,提升用户操作的效率。
本实施例中,响应于文档的类型为第一类型,通过将每个第一任务信息的任务区域合并成一个内容块,合并后的任务区域中显示第一任务信息,方便对内容块中的第一任务信息进行整体性操作,能够提高操作的便利性。
作为S103中在任务区域中显示第一任务消息的步骤的另一种可能的实现方式的具体描述,如下:
每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域对应一个内容块,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
若文档的类型的第二类型,例如,第二类型可以是进展报告文档,或者还可以是周期复盘文档,在文档页面中一次性批量输入多个OKR任务,文档页面中显示多个内容块,如图25所示,各内容块中的任务区域显示一个O选项。可以对各内容块分别进行操作,例如,可以O1选项进行删除操作,可以对O2选项进行分享操作,各内容块中的O选项可以对相应的操作分别进行响应,能够针对不同的O选项进行不同的操作,提升操作的灵活性。
本实施例中,响应于文档的类型为第一类型,通过每个第一任务信息的任务区域对应一个内容块,在任务区域中显示第一任务信息,能够对各内容块中的第一任务消息分别进行不同的操作,提升操作的灵活性。
可选的,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一类型也可以是进展报告 文档或者周期复盘文档;第二类型可以是在线文档。相应的,响应于文档的类型为第一类型,每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域对应一个内容块,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息;响应于文档的类型为第二类型,将每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域合并成一个内容块,合并后的任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
本公开还提供了一种任务处理装置,图26为本公开提供的一种任务处理装置的结构示意图,如图26所示,任务处理装置100包括:
第一显示模块110,用于响应于在文档页面中接收到任务信息的输入请求,在所述文档页面中显示任务面板,所述任务面板中包括至少一个第一任务信息,所述任务信息包括所述第一任务信息。
第二显示模块120,用于响应于对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,在所述文档页面中显示任务区域,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
可选的,所述任务信息还包括第二任务信息,所述第二任务信息与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系。
可选的,所述任务面板中还包括用于选取所述第一任务信息的第一控件,所述第一控件位于所述第一任务信息的关联区域。
可选的,所述任务面板中还包括第二控件,所述第二控件位于所述第一任务信息的关联区域。
所述第一显示模块110,还用于响应于对所述第二控件的触发操作,在所述任务面板中显示与所述第一任务信息关联的至少一个第二任务信息。
可选的,所述任务处理装置100还包括:
选择模块,用于选择所述第一任务信息。
可选的,选择模块,进一步用于响应于对归属于第一用户的第一任务信息的选择操作,将归属于第二用户的第一任务信息置于不可选择状态;和/或,响应于对归属于第一用户的第一任务信息的选择操作,将归属于第二用户的第二任务信息置于不可选择状态。
可选的,选择模块,进一步用于响应于对所述第一任务信息的选择操作,将与所述第一任务信息关联的第二任务信息置于被选中状态;或者,响应于对任意一个所述第二任务信息的选择操作,将与所述第二任务信息关联的第一任务信息置于被选中状态。。
可选的,选择模块,进一步用于响应于对所述任务面板中的第一用户的标识的选择操作,将归属于所述第一用户的第一任务信息和/或第二任务信息置于被选中状态。
可选的,第二显示模块120,进一步用于响应于被选择的所述第一任务信息未关联有第二任务信息,在对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作后,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息;或者,响应于被选择的所述第一任务信息关联有第二任务信息,在所述第二任务信息未被选择时,禁止执行对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作;或者,响应于未有所述第一任务信息被选择,禁止执行对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作。
可选的,第一显示模块110,进一步用于响应于所述第一任务信息已被设置权限,在所述任务面板与所述第一任务信息关联的区域显示提醒信息。
可选的,第二显示模块120,进一步用于响应于所述文档的类型为第一类型,将每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域合并成一个内容块,合并后的任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
可选的,第二显示模块120,进一步用于响应于所述文档的类型为第二类型,每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域对应一个内容块,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
本实施例的装置对应的可用于执行上述各方法实施例的技术方案,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
本公开还提供一种电子设备,包括:处理器,所述处理器用于执行存储于存储器的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述各方法实施例所述的方法的步骤。
本公开还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述各方法实施例所述的方法的步骤。
本公开还提供一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行上述各方法实施例所述的方法的步骤。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种任务处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于在文档页面中接收到任务信息的输入请求,在所述文档页面中显示任务面板,所述任务面板中包括至少一个第一任务信息,所述任务信息包括所述第一任务信息;
    响应于对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,在所述文档页面中显示任务区域,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述任务信息还包括第二任务信息,所述第二任务信息与所述第一任务信息具有关联关系。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述任务面板中还包括用于选取所述第一任务信息的第一控件,所述第一控件位于所述第一任务信息的关联区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述任务面板中还包括第二控件,所述第二控件位于所述第一任务信息的关联区域;
    所述方法,还包括:
    响应于对所述第二控件的触发操作,在所述任务面板中显示与所述第一任务信息关联的至少一个第二任务信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作之前,还包括:
    选择所述第一任务信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述选择所述第一任务信息包括:
    响应于对归属于第一用户的第一任务信息的选择操作,将归属于第二用户的第一任务信息置于不可选择状态;和/或,
    响应于对归属于第一用户的第一任务信息的选择操作,将归属于第二用户的第二任务信息置于不可选择状态。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述选择所述第一任务信息包括:
    响应于对所述第一任务信息的选择操作,将与所述第一任务信息关联的第二任务信息置于被选中状态;或者,
    响应于对任意一个所述第二任务信息的选择操作,将与所述第二任务信息关联的第一任务信息置于被选中状态。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述选择所述第一任务信息包括:
    响应于对所述任务面板中的第一用户的标识的选择操作,将归属于所述第一用户的第一任务信息和/或第二任务信息置于被选中状态。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,在所述文档页面中显示任务区域,在所述任务区域中显示所述至少一个第一任务信息,包括:
    响应于被选择的所述第一任务信息未关联有第二任务信息,在对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作后,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息;或者,
    响应于被选择的所述第一任务信息关联有第二任务信息,在所述第二任务信息未被选择时,禁止执行对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作;或者,
    响应于未有所述第一任务信息被选择,禁止执行对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述选择所述第一任务信息包括:
    响应于所述第一任务信息已被设置权限,在所述任务面板与所述第一任务信息关联的区域显示提醒信息。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述文档的类型为第一类型,所述在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息,包括:
    将每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域合并成一个内容块,合并后的任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于所述文档的类型为第二类型,所述在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息,包括:
    每个所述第一任务信息的任务区域对应一个内容块,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
  13. 一种任务处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一显示模块,用于响应于在文档页面中接收到任务信息的输入请求,在所述文档页面中显示任务面板,所述任务面板中包括至少一个第一任务信息,所述任务信息包括所述第一任务信息;
    第二显示模块,用于响应于对所述至少一个第一任务信息的触发操作,在所述文档页面中显示任务区域,在所述任务区域中显示所述第一任务信息。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器,所述处理器用于执行存储于存储器的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-12任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-12任一项所述的方法的步骤。
