本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种定位方法、终端、网络侧设备和存储介质。
目前终端支持的定位技术主要包括基于无线接入技术(Radio Access Technology-dependent,RAT-dependent)定位技术,以及与无线接入技术无关(RAT-independent)定位技术。其中,RAT-dependent定位技术为基于终端与网络侧设备的Uu口的定位参考信号的定位技术,而RAT-independent定位技术是指基于全球卫星导航系统(Global Navigation Satellite System,GNSS)的定位技术。由于目前终端只支持上述RAT-dependent定位技术和RAT-independent定位技术,从而导致终端的定位性能比较差。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种定位方法、终端、网络侧设备和存储介质,以解决终端的定位性能比较差的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种定位方法,包括:

图1示出本申请实施例可应用的一种无线通信系统的框图。无线通信系统包括多个终端11和网络侧设备12。
其中,终端11也可以称作终端设备或者用户终端(User Equipment,UE),终端11可以是终端11可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)或称为笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、掌上电脑、上网本、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)/虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、机器人、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)、车载设备(Vehicle User Equipment, VUE)、行人终端(Pedestrian User Equipment,PUE)、路侧单元(Road Side Unit,RSU)、智能家居(具有无线通信功能的家居设备,如冰箱、电视、洗衣机或者家具等)等终端侧设备,可穿戴式设备包括:智能手表、智能手环、智能耳机、智能眼镜、智能首饰(智能手镯、智能手链、智能戒指、智能项链、智能脚镯、智能脚链等)、智能腕带、智能服装、游戏机等。需要说明的是,在本申请实施例并不限定终端11的具体类型。
终端11之间可以直接通信的链路称为Sidelink(翻译为副链路,也称为副链路、旁链路、直连链路、副链路、侧链路或者边链路),即终端之间可以通过Sidelink进行直接通信。Sidelink通信的终端可以均是在网的,或者均是脱网的,还可以是部分设备在网,部分设备脱网。
网络侧设备12可以是核心网网元或者基站或者定位管理功能(Location Management Function,LMF),其中,核心网网元可以是接入和移动管理功能(Access and Mobility Management Function,AMF)、移动管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)等。上述基站可被称为节点B、演进节点B、接入点、基收发机站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)、无线电基站、无线电收发机、基本服务集(Basic Service Set,BSS)、扩展服务集(Extended Service Set,ESS)、B节点、演进型B节点(Evolved Node B,eNB)、家用B节点、家用演进型B节点、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)接入点、WiFi节点、发送接收点(Transmitting Receiving Point,TRP)或所述领域中其他某个合适的术语,只要达到相同的技术效果,所述基站不限于特定技术词汇,需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中仅以NR系统中的基站为例,但是并不限定基站的具体类型。
本申请实施例中,为Sidelink终端与Sidelink终端之间通信的接口称作PC5接口,例如:如图2所示,终端之间通过PC5接口进行Sidelink通信,终端还可以通过Uu接口与网络侧设备进行通信,且不同终端可以与不同类型的网络侧设备进行通信,网络侧设备之间采用Xn接口进行通信。其中,图2以5G基站(NR Node B,gNB),以及与5G核心网对4G基站(ng-eNB)进行举例。
下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的一 种定位方法、终端、网络侧设备和存储介质,进行详细地说明。
请参见图3,图3是本申请实施例提供的一种定位方法的流程图,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤301、第一终端获取sidelink定位测量结果;
其中,所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端基于sidelink定位配置信息测量得到,或者,所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端接收第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果。
其中,上述sidelink定位测量结果是指基于sidelink进行定位参考信号测量得到的定位测量结果。另外,根据定位方法不同,sidelink定位测量结果也是不同的,例如:sidelink定位测量结果可以是参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)、接收到sidelink定位参考信号的时间戳(时刻)等等。进一步的,上述第一终端可以根据上述sidelink定位测量结果计算第一终端的位置,如根据上述sidelink定位测量结果和第二终端的位置信息计算第一终端的位置。
上述Sidelink定位配置信息可以是sidelink定位参考信号相关的信息,例如:Sidelink定位配置信息可以配置sidelink定位参考信号,即配置测量的sidelink定位参考信号,Sidelink定位配置信息还可以用于配置sidelink定位的方式,配置要求上报的sidelink定位测量结果等。
另外,上述sidelink定位配置信息可以由第一终端决定,或者第二终端决定,或者网络侧决定。且上述sidelink定位配置信息的发送可以通过第一终端与第二终端建立PC5链路进行传输,如通过第一终端与第二终端建立的PC5单播链路(unicast link)来实现,或者上述sidelink定位配置信息的发送不通过第一终端与第二终端建立PC5链路来传输,如通过终端与网络侧设备之间的链路来实现。
本申请实施例中,上述第一终端可以称作目标终端(Target UE),上述第二终端可以称作锚定终端(Ahchor UE)
本申请实施例中,由于第一终端获取sidelink定位测量结果,这样支持基于sidelink的定位,从而提高终端的定位性能。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端基 于sidelink接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果;或者
所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端基于网络侧接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果。
该实施方式中,可以实现由第二终端测量得到sidelink定位测量结果,并通过sidelink或者网络侧向第一终端发送sidelink定位测量结果。
可选地,所述sidelink定位测量结果为在sidelink建立过程中所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果;或者
所述sidelink定位测量结果为在sidelink建立之后所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果。
其中,上述在sidelink建立过程中所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果可以是,在第一终端与第二终端建立sidelink过程中,通过该过程中的消息接收第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果。
上述sidelink定位测量结果为在sidelink建立过程中所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果,可以包括所述第一终端通过如下至少一项获取所述sidelink定位测量结果:
直接通信接受(Direct Communication Request)消息;
用于响应建立PC5单播链路(PC5unicast link)的请求消息的响应消息;
与所述第一终端建立安全相关的消息。
其中,上述与所述第一终端建立安全相关的消息可以理解为,第二终端与其他终端建立安全相关的消息,例如:直接授权和密钥建立过程和/或直接安全模式命令过程(Direct Auth and Key Establishment procedure and/or Direct Security Mode Command procedure)中的消息。
上述在sidelink建立之后所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果可以是,在第一终端与第二终端已经建立sidelink建立,第一终端接收第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果。
上述sidelink定位测量结果为在sidelink建立之后所述第一终端接收所述第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果,可以包括所述第一终端通过如下至少一项获取所述sidelink定位测量结果:
终端能力信息Sidelink(UECapabilityInformationSidelink)消息;
无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)重配置完成Sidelink(RRCReconfigurationCompleteSidelink)消息;

其中,上述新定义的PC5-RRC消息为本申请实施例中在协议中新定义的PC5-RRC消息。

该实施方式中,可以实现第一终端与第二终端不需要建立PC5单播链路,而是通过基站或者LMF来实现sidelink定位测量结果的发送。例如:第二终端先将定位测量结果发送给LMF,再由LMF发送给第一终端,或者第二终端先将定位测量结果发送给基站,再由基站发送给第一终端。

需要说明的是,在一些可选的实施方式中,网络侧设备在接收到第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息、所述第一终端的信息和所述第二终端的信息后,可以自行决定向所述第二终端发送所述sidelink定位配置信息;也可以以接收sidelink定位配置信息、所述第一终端的信息和所述第二终端的信息中的任意一者或多者为触发条件,触发网络侧设备向所述第二终端发送所述sidelink定位配置信息;还可以是sidelink定位配置信息、所述第一终端的信息和所述第二终端的信息中的至少一者具备指示功能,用于指示网络侧设备在接收到sidelink定位配置信息、所述第一终端的信息和所述第二终端的信息后,向所述第二终端发送所述sidelink定位配置信息。
例如:第一终端可以通过RRC消息向基站发送sidelink定位配置信息、所述第一终端的信息和所述第二终端的信息,其中,该RRC消息可以包括:NR系统中Sidelink终端信息(SidelinkUEinformationNR)消息,或者新定义 的RRC消息等;或者第一终端通过定位/位置服务(Location Service,LCS)消息或者LTE定位协议(LTE Positioning Protocol,LPP)消息向LMF发送sidelink定位配置信息、所述第一终端的信息和所述第二终端的信息,其中,该LPP消息可以包括:提供能力(ProvideCapabilities)消息或者请求辅助数据(RequestAssistanceData)消息等。

其中,上述定位配置信息接收指示可以用于指示所述第一终端计算 sidelink定位测量结果。且当第一终端收到的定位配置信息接收指示时,第二终端收到的定位配置信息传输指示为定位配置信息发送指示。
该实施方式中,通过上述定位配置信息传输指示可以使得第一终端能够以对应的方式获取到sidelink定位测量结果。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述方法还包括:
在所述第一终端处于网络覆盖范围内的情况下,所述第一终端向网络侧发送sidelink定位配置请求信息,并接收网络侧下发的所述sidelink定位配置信息;或者
所述第一终端决定所述sidelink定位配置信息;或者
所述第一终端向所述第二终端发送sidelink定位配置请求信息;或者
所述第一终端向网络侧发送sidelink定位配置请求信息、所述第二终端的信息和所述第一终端的信息。
其中,上述网络侧下发所述sidelink定位配置信息可以是通过RRC消息或者LPP消息向第一终端发送定位配置信息。
上述第一终端向网络侧发送sidelink定位配置请求信息,或者,向网络侧发送sidelink定位配置请求信息、所述第二终端的信息和所述第一终端的信息可以是通过RRC消息或者LPP消息发送。例如:所述第一终端向网络侧发送RRC消息,所述RRC消息包括sidelink定位配置请求信息、所述第二终端的信息和所述第一终端的信息;或者,所述第一终端向网络侧发送LTE定位协议LPP消息,所述LPP消息包括sidelink定位配置请求信息、所述第二终端的信息和所述第一终端的信息。

在所述第一终端的应用层存在定位需求的情况下,所述第一终端确定sidelink定位方式。
其中,第一终端可以根据网络侧预配置的规则来确定、或者根据协议约定的规则来确定、或者由第一终端决定是否采用sidelink定位方式,如确定采用sidelink定位方式或者RAT-dependent定位。
另外,第一终端还可以确定sidelink定位方式的具体方法,如选择所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端基于sidelink定位配置信息测量得到,或者,选择所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端接收第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果,以及还可以选择sidelink定位测量结果和sidelink定 位配置信息的传输方式或者传输的消息。
本申请实施例中,第一终端获取sidelink定位测量结果;其中,所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端基于sidelink定位配置信息测量得到,或者,所述sidelink定位测量结果为所述第一终端接收第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果。这样支持基于sidelink的定位,从而提高终端的定位性能。

实施例一:
在本实施例中,定位配置信息的发送是在第一终端(Target UE)与第二终端(Anchor UE)建立PC5unicast link的过程中或者之后来实现。sidelink定位配置信息是由第一终端发给第二终端,第二终端再将sidelink定位测量结果发送给第一终端。
步骤1:Target UE的应用层有定位需求。
步骤2:Target UE确定定位方法(比如sidelink定位,或者RAT-dependent定位)需使用sidelink定位。其中定位方法可以根据网络侧预配置的规则来确定、或者根据协议约定的规则来确定、或者由Target UE自己决定。
步骤3:Target UE确定sidelink定位的具体方法(即,选择实施例一至五的哪一种)。其中sidelink定位的具体方法可以根据网络侧预配置或者指示的规则(比如Target UE如果不在网络覆盖范围内,就不能使用借助了空口的实施例三/四/五)来确定、或者根据协议约定的规则来确定、或者由Target UE自己决定。
步骤4a-1:如果Target UE处于网络覆盖范围内,Taget UE向网络侧请求sidelink定位的配置信息(比如,sidelink定位参考信号(PRS)的配置)。
其中,所述Taget UE向网络请求sidelink定位的配置信息可以包括以下至少一项:
网络侧为基站,Target UE的上层触发RRC层通过RRC消息向基站请求sidelink定位的配置信息(RRC消息为,比如SidelinkUEinformationNR,新定义的RRC消息等);
网络侧为LMF,Target UE的上层通过LCS消息或者LPP消息向LMF请求sidelink定位的配置信息。
步骤4a-2:网络侧收到Target UE发送的sidelink定位的配置信息的请求后,决定sidelink定位的配置信息,并向Target UE发送sidelink定位的配置信息。
其中,所述向Target UE发送sidelink定位的配置信息可以包括以下至少一项,
当网络侧为基站,且Target UE通过RRC消息向基站请求sidelink定位的配置信息时,基站通过RRC消息向Target UE发送sidelink定位的配置信息(RRC消息为,比如新定义的RRC消息等)
当网络侧为LMF,且Target UE通过LCS消息或者LPP消息向LMF请求sidelink定位的配置信息时,LMF通过对应的LCS消息或者LPP消息向Target UE发送sidelink定位的配置信息。
步骤4b:无论Target UE是否处于网络覆盖范围内,Target UE决定sidelink定位配置信息,或者直接使用网络侧预配置的sidelink定位配置信息和/或Anchor UE信息。
步骤5:Target UE的上层触发PC5unicast link建立过程。

通过与其他终端建立安全相关的消息发送(比如,Direct Auth and Key Establishment procedure and/or Direct Security Mode Command procedure中的消息)
步骤6a-2:Anchor UE收到Target UE发送的sidelink定位的配置信息后,Anchor UE向Target UE发送定位测量结果。

当所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程中发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过Direct Communication Request消息发送时,发送定位测量结果为通过Direct Communication Accept消息发送;
当所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程中发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过新定义的用于建立PC5unicast link的请求消息发送时,发送定位测量结果为通过新定义的用于响应新定义的用于建立PC5unicast link的请求消息的消息发送(比如,这条新的响应消息是为了定位相关的功能在两个终端之间建立PC5unicast link而新定义的区别于以前旧的Direct Communication Accept消息的新消息);
当所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程中发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过与其他终端建立安全相关的消息发送时,发送定位测量结果为通过与第一终端(Target UE)建立安全相关的消息发送(比如,Direct Auth and Key Establishment procedure and/or Direct Security Mode Command procedure中的消息)。
需要说明的是,上述当所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程中发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过Direct Communication Request消息发送时,发送定位测量结果为通过Direct Communication Accept消息发送,仅是一个举例说明,本申请实施例对此不作限定,例如:当所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程中发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过Direct Communication Request消息发送时,发送定位测量结果也可以通过与其他终端建立安全相关的消息发送。其余情况和实施例同理,不作赘述。
步骤6b-1:Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程之后发送sidelink定位的配置信息。
其中,所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程之后发送sidelink定位的配置信息可以包括为以下至少一项:
通过UECapabilityEnquirySidelink消息发送;

需要说明的是,上述当所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程之后发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过UECapabilityEnquirySidelink消息发送时,发送定位测量结果为通过UECapabilityInformationSidelink消息发送,仅是一个举例说明,本申请实施例对此不作限定,例如:所述Target UE在PC5unicast link建立过程之后发送sidelink定位的配置信息为通过UECapabilityEnquirySidelink消息发送时,发送定位测量结果也可以通过RRCReconfigurationCompleteSidelink消息发送,或者也可以通过Link Modification Accept消息发送等。其余情况和实施例同理,不作赘述。
实施例二:
在本实施例中,定位配置信息的发送是在第一终端(Target UE)与第二终端(Anchor UE)建立PC5unicast link的过程中或者之后来实现。与实施例一的区别是,第一终端发送定位配置请求信息给第二终端,定位配置信息是由第二终端发给第一终端,第一终端计算了定位测量结果后由第一终端自己使用故不用发送给第二终端。
步骤1:Target UE的应用层有定位需求。
步骤2:Target UE确定定位方法(比如sidelink定位,或者RAT-dependent定位)需使用sidelink定位。其中定位方法可以根据网络侧预配置的规则来确定、或者根据协议约定的规则来确定、或者由Target UE自己决定。

上述频带处理装置可以位于基带装置1103中,以上实施例中网络侧设备执行的方法可以在基带装置1103中实现,该基带装置1103包括处理器1104和存储器1105。
基带装置1103例如可以包括至少一个基带板,该基带板上设置有多个芯片,如图11所示,其中一个芯片例如为处理器1104,与存储器1105连接,以调用存储器1105中的程序,执行以上方法实施例中所示的网络设备操作。
该基带装置1103还可以包括网络接口1106,用于与射频装置1102交互信息,该接口例如为通用公共无线接口(common public radio interface,CPRI)。

- 如权利要求30所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端基于网络侧接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息,包括:所述第二终端接收网络侧下发的sidelink定位配置信息和所述第一终端的信息,其中,所述sidelink定位配置信息是所述第一终端向网络侧发送的。
- 如权利要求29所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端接收网络侧设备下发的sidelink定位配置信息,包括:所述第二终端接收网络侧设备发送的配置消息,所述配置消息包括所述sidelink定位配置信息,以及还包括如下至少一项:所述第一终端的信息;定位配置信息传输指示。
- 如权利要求35所述的方法,其中,所述定位配置信息传输指示为定位配置信息发送指示或者定位配置信息接收指示。
- 如权利要求23所述的方法,其中,所述向第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息,包括:所述第二终端基于sidelink向第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息;或者所述第二终端基于网络侧向所述第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息。
- 如权利要求37所述的方法,其中,所述sidelink定位配置信息为在sidelink建立过程中所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息;或者,所述sidelink定位配置信息为在sidelink建立之后所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息。
- 如权利要求38所述的方法,其中,所述sidelink定位配置信息为在sidelink建立过程中所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息,包括所述第二终端通过如下至少一项向所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息:直接通信接受消息;用于响应建立PC5单播链路的请求消息的响应消息;与所述第一终端建立安全相关的消息。
- 如权利要求38所述的方法,其中,所述sidelink定位配置信息为在sidelink建立之后所述第二终端向所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息,包括所述第二终端通过如下至少一项向所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置信息:终端能力信息Sidelink消息;无线资源控制RRC重配置完成Sidelink消息;链接标识符更新响应消息;新定义的PC5-S消息断开连接响应消息;链路修改接受消息;保持连接确认消息;新定义的PC5-RRC消息。
- 如权利要求38所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息。
- 如权利要求41所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息,包括:在sidelink建立过程中所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息;或者,在sidelink建立之后所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息。
- 如权利要求42所述的方法,其中,在sidelink建立过程中所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息,包括所述第二终端通过如下至少一项接收所述第一终端发送sidelink定位配置请求信息:直接通信请求消息;建立PC5单播链路的请求消息;与其他终端建立安全相关的消息。
- 如权利要求42所述的方法,其中,在sidelink建立之后所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息,包括所述第二终端通过如下至少一项接收所述第一终端发送sidelink定位配置请求信息:终端能力查询Sidelink消息;无线资源控制RRC重配置Sidelink消息;链接标识符更新请求消息;链接标识符更新确认消息断开连接请求消息;链路修改请求消息;保持连接消息;新定义的PC5-RRC消息;新定义的PC5-S消息。
- 如权利要求37所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端基于网络侧向所述第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息,包括:所述第二终端向网络侧设备发送sidelink定位配置信息,以使得所述网络侧设备向所述第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息;其中,所述网络侧设备包括基站或者定位管理功能LMF。
- 如权利要求45所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述第二终端接收所述网络侧设备发送的sidelink定位配置请求信息和所述第一终端的信息。
- 一种定位方法,包括:网络侧设备执行定位操作,所述定位操作包括如下至少一项:向第一终端发送sidelink定位测量结果;向第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息;其中,所述网络侧设备包括基站或者定位管理功能LMF。
- 如权利要求47所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括如下至少一项:所述网络侧设备接收第二终端发送的sidelink定位测量结果;所述网络侧设备向所述第二终端发送所述sidelink定位配置信息;所述网络侧设备接收所述第二终端发送的所述sidelink定位配置信息;所述网络侧设备接收所述第一终端发送的所述sidelink定位配置信息。
- 如权利要求47所述的方法,其中,所述向第一终端发送sidelink定位测量结果,包括以下至少一项:所述网络侧设备向所述第一终端发送RRC消息,所述RRC消息包括sidelink定位测量结果;所述网络侧设备向所述第一终端发送LTE定位协议LPP消息,所述LPP消息包括sidelink定位测量结果。
- 如权利要求47所述的方法,其中,所述向第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息,包括以下至少一项:所述网络侧设备向所述第一终端发送RRC消息,所述RRC消息包括 sidelink定位配置信息;所述网络侧设备向所述第一终端发送LTE定位协议LPP消息,所述LPP消息包括sidelink定位配置信息。
- 如权利要求47所述的方法,其中,所述向第一终端发送sidelink定位配置信息,包括:所述网络侧设备向所述第一终端发送配置消息,所述配置消息包括所述sidelink定位配置信息,以及还包括如下至少一项:所述第二终端的信息;定位配置信息传输指示。
